Today we had a RM1 germicidal light installed into our H/VAC system. Fabian, our technician, took the time to answer all of my family’s questions and concerns. We appreciated his insight and professionalism. He made sure to be super respectful of my property by laying down all tarps and boots to protect the flooring while transporting tools and supplies. I appreciated he and his manager honoring a discount card and a previous payment agreement. Everything was on the up and up and I highly recommend Milestone for your H/VAC needs.

We woke up to no heat last Thursday morning and left a voice message with this company. We promptly received a call back and were able to schedule a service call for the morning. Samier called when he was on his way and was able to arrive and resolve the pressure switch issue by cleaning the inducer port before noon on Thursday. Everyone I interfaced with from scheduling the service call to the completed repair were very professional, polite, and personable. Thank you for the wonderful service!

I had a leak outside a few weeks ago, since it’s a brand new build I attempted to contact the landscaper (to no avail). So I contacted a handyman, he came out I thought the problem was fixed. Two weeks later (this weekend) it happened again, after going more than 48 hours without water I contacted Baker Brother, OMG if I had known the problem could have been fixed correctly and professionally the first time without breaking the bank, I would have called them sooner. Kevin was the picture you see when you talk about professional. Thank you so much, WE HAVE WATER!!!!
