Blake was awesome, he was really helpful going through plumbing items, and checked thoroughly to make sure things were good and working properly. He also mentioned me about the things that would need further repair. It was an important thing for me too know the ins and outs of the house pluming related before making my house purchase decision. I am happy from his service and will use them again. He took his time and answered all the questions that I had.

Our AC went out in the middle night, and we couldn't get anyone to come until the next morning. I called another company that was incredibly rude and tried to sell me $1,000 worth of work that I didn't need. After hours on hold with other companies trying to find someone who could come out today, I finally called Hooper Plumbing and Air Conditioning. They were able to send a technician out within an hour to do the ac repair and quickly determined what needed repair (and what could wait). The technician was extremely friendly and helpful. I had no idea how much our old furnace was costing us! Thank you for getting this fixed so quickly---it was such an improvement from dealing with other companies!

Reeves Family Plumbing is the best. I highly recommend them, our old house has had it's share of issues from irrigation to main line issues and Reeves always is able to see us same day when we really need them. They know our house, they remember us, it's really nice to see the same guys come out and check up on things. They are honest and fair and I feel like they care about getting the job done as well as letting us know exactly what is going on and what our options are.

These plumbers are very skilled and very knowledgeable. They are very detail oriented and will spend time really take care of the problem, not just do the surface work. They are keen on good quality and I love them for that.

WE WERE TOLD ABOUT 2 HOURS FOR SERVICE. WHEN CALLED BACK, THEY COULD NOT EVEN FIND OUR APPOINTMENT, EVEN THOUGH I HAD THE EMAIL AND EVERYTHING. WHEN FINALLY SHOWED UP ABOUT 8:30PM, WANTED TO CHARGE $450 JUST TO SNAKE/ CLEAN OUT THE SEWER LINE. WHOULDNT HAVE BEEN MORE THAN MAYBE $200.

Matt and his team were great. Super friendly, very professional, even helped adjust my sink drain without me asking (or charging me). They also saw my wife pulling out the trash cans, and offered to help. My one maybe downside is the cost - $375 to replace a Moen shower cartridge seems high, BUT they did provide the quote before they came out, so it wasn't a surprise for me, and they fixed everything in 20 min. I think their professionalism and friendliness outweighs any additional cost I may have incurred.

Fred arrived at our home on time. He was honest, profession and spent over an hour explaining what all needs to be done. I have never had a plummer explanation so detailed. Good job.
