I called Milestone this morning at 8:30 for my 82yr old grandmother and they had a technician out here by 12:30 to repair our water heaters leak. My grandmother said Jonathan was so nice, knowledgeable and very helpful and informative about the process and what was needed. She was extremely happy with his service.editToday I got my complimentary ac service check and the technician Hiue was very nice, thorough and informative.

After the first AC company come and replaced my entire unit. There several things they messed up. I called Walker and Air twice now and both times they were able to fix the issue quickly! Brian Rooker was my technician and he did a phenomenal job! I highly recommend!

Will definitely recommend Baker Brothers to anyone who need ac/heat install done! Cameron came out gave me all my options and was super informative and personable! I came to a decision and replaced my heat pump/compressor unit outside and my airhandler/furnace inside. I will say they are not the cheapest but they do very good work! They were able to come next day but I had them come out the following day. Juan came out with his teammate and worked hard all day, got it all setup and running. They were very detail oriented and clean! I have had alot of dealings with other company's since my system was a 15y/o goodman (not the best system). And these guys did a great job through and through. Very nice people and know what they are doing! Whenever I need services done again will definitely be calling them back, thank you guys again!

They did good work. It was a fair price.They would have received 5 stars if they communicated with me quickly after an issue can up.There was a perfect storm type of multilevel miscommunication issue that wasn't addressed until I wrote a review.Even though it was frustrating to be ignored for two weeks, they made efforts to resolve the issue as best they could.
