I called around 8:30 am to get a plumber to unclog our toilets in our office. Tammy answered the phone and was so helpful and polite. Juan and his helper showed up at the office within 45 min of me calling. They were both very efficient and polite. They unclogged the main line of our toilets and were gone within 30 min. The price was very affordable, I was definitely expecting a high bill considering me needed someone so last minute. If you need a plumber I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

I came home from running errands on a Saturday afternoon and discovered I had no water in the entire house. The flood stop alarm was beeping and I was on my way out to dinner. My technician Terry was professional, courteous and hard working. He explained the process for clearing my exterior drains and then he began methodically working his way through my drains. With each cleared section my drains began to flow more efficiently. I have some work to do in my flowerbeds to reduce dirt and debris from going into my drains but Terry and Roto Rooter removed years of debris in a couple of shorts hours

Working with this company has been extremely difficult. You get a window of 4 hours for a tech, he comes out, needs something, schedules another day for a different 4 hour window. Then he says he has to get an approval and will call back. I hear nothing for 3 days so i call in and they try to get me to pay a bill i already paid and i had to provide a check number to prove it. After that they schedule me for an AM appointment, again a 4 hour window (mind you I have had no AC for over a week now). I take off work and wait. Call in and am informed that they moved me to a PM appointment and are sorry they cannot do anything. I ahve to work so have to reschedule again for another mid day window of 4 hours. I would look to another company that can keep time commitments and fix your equipment in a timely manner so you are not out of AC for over a week, including a holiday weekend, and you get a proper window where people actually show up. I cannot comment on the actual work yet as it is not even complete and my AC is still down.

Matt and his team were great. Super friendly, very professional, even helped adjust my sink drain without me asking (or charging me). They also saw my wife pulling out the trash cans, and offered to help. My one maybe downside is the cost - $375 to replace a Moen shower cartridge seems high, BUT they did provide the quote before they came out, so it wasn't a surprise for me, and they fixed everything in 20 min. I think their professionalism and friendliness outweighs any additional cost I may have incurred.

Replaced both water heaters in the house. Both were way overdue! High mineral count in the local water supply makes this especially challenging. Jason showed up on time for both installations, replaced both with no muss or fuss. A decision to employ HC Edwards is a high confidence decision.

The under mount sink became detached as a result of previous work done cheaply. I had a hard time finding a company that could do this type of repair but when I contacted this place (as a result of online review) they got me a quick quote and scheduled the repair quickly. I’m very happy with their service, thank you!
