Jake came out for a maintenance tune-up and discovered that there was a part that was not working which impacted our unit cooling properly. He explained and showed us everything step by step. This was my first experience with Milestone and based on the customer service Jake Starr provided I signed up for their monthly customer advantage service and will highly recommend to anyone! After the first AC company come and replaced my entire unit. There several things they messed up. I called Walker and Air twice now and both times they were able to fix the issue quickly! Brian Rooker was my technician and he did a phenomenal job! I highly recommend!

Rameiro was on time, professional, and helpful. He did a great job fixing a sink that was coming apart from the wall. He also went over and beyond to help with leak detection and changed a ceiling time. The gentleman who texted me from their office was also professional and courteous. All in all, I was very happy with the service.

Asked about financing. They told me that they wpuld check to see if I was preapproved, they said there was no commitment necessary at that time, then they signed me up for a credit card. Tanked my credit score by adding another line of credit and then removing it. I will never do business with this company again for as long as I live.

Alberto is A very hard worker. I had a tub to shower conversion and could not be more pleased. I will totally recommend him to Friends and Family. I will also be using him again.
