Sal did a nice job using a camera to inspect the sewer lines and did a great job removing the toilet and resetting it when he was done running the camera down the sewer line. Nice guy and explained the process and his opinions very well. I'd request him by name next time I have an issue. As for value, I don't know how the price of service compares to other plumbers. He arrived on time, at the beginning of the time-window and I received a call from Metro-Flow Plumbing around 30 minutes before he arrived. I don't have any complaints.

I offered to send a dash cam but you refused. I'm sure he is a great driver in your eyes as long as you ignore the bad driving. The driver that swerved save his a$$ and is the only reason one of your vans isn't totaled.

Bad people try cheating on job. Just 10 minutes job done 3 days after that clog again call them back they said not warranty on job because I didn’t choose camera run. Very bad customer service lady so rude. Try steal money from other people bad business. Don’t use them

A job this massive had me very nervous. My home is 50 years old and the cameras showed clear deterioration in the old cast iron pipes. I called a number of companies. Most bids came in much higher. I found Accurate Leak & Line through a Google search. Ratings were good. Called Chad and he was not the typical salesman making over the top promises and pitches. He comes out to assess the job and follows up with an email. Still no high pressure sales pitch. A few months go by, and still...no hounding. Just one or two follow up emails. Finally, we have saved enough $$$ to get the job done. We schedule and they begin. In EACH STEP of this huge project, the Accurate pros were on their game. I was seriously nervous. But they were on it. Even working under the house in the pouring rain. They knocked it out in a matter of days and did a STELLAR job. Highly recommended.

I've used Dallas Plumbing three times now. Two times on my own home, once for plumbing and once for a/c. Today 3/20/16, Dallas Plumbing Co serviced my boss's a/c unit in a home that is pending sale. It was important to get it done as soon as possible to satisfy the repair requirements. As always, they were prompt and charged a reasonable fee. BEWARE!!! Howard is an unethical plumber that never fixed a water heater that he was paid in advance over $600 to fix, that should have costs $50 in parts plus labor. Howard was not knowledgeable of hot water heaters or the electrical components required for installation. Howard sold me a stolen water heater that he knew would not work in my home and left with the money and stopped answering his phone. He also lied about how much he was owed for a reimbursement of parts that were never used because of the incorrect water heater that he brought. Howard is unprofessional as he does not arrive on time. We would agree to meet at 4:30 and each time he would arrive at my home after 9pm and always have an excuse as to why he was late. Howard comes off as a sincere person however it is all a scam to make you comfortable with him. I advise anyone to avoid doing business with him. I will be taking legal action against Howard and 3rd generation plumbing pros.
