We are first time home owners and had Milestone out for an HVAC inspection to tell us about our system and what we need to maintain and watch for. Customer service was quick in the responses, very communicative, and easy to schedule with. Stenly came out for our inspection and exceeded expectations! He was very professional and kind. We asked a lot of green questions and he answered them very thoroughly and ensured we felt comfortable and knowledgeable about our system. Very happy with the service and would recommend to others especially those new to home-owning!

Jorge came out to perform our semi annual HVAC system maintenance. Communication from Walker air was great. We received a text the day before letting us know the two hour time frame. Then today we received a text confirming Jorge was on the way, a number to contact Jorge should we need it and a picture. Jorge was friendly, professional and made sure we knew what he was doing and gave us updates along the way. He did make some recommendations that were not required at this time but something to think about. He was not pushy, which I appreciate. Definitely 5 star service from Jorge and Walker air!

I was on their monthly billing program and they would come out twice a year to do an inspection. I learned that there “inspection” was just a way to meet their sales targets. They were always trying to up sell with instilling fear. They are con artists. Would never recommend them to anyone.

Our heat went out on a Saturday morning. I’m almost 6 months pregnant with a one year old son. They let us know a time window of when they would arrive and texted with 30 minute notice. The first two gentlemen that came by inspected our unit and let us know the cost to repair immediately but also informed us of how long our unit would be up to code compared with the cost of repair, cost of replacement and impact on our utility bills. Our house was a flip house and our unit was old. We chose to go with replacement. Those two men were super friendly and helpful (I wish I could remember their names). They set us up for financing in minutes and let us know if they couldn’t do the complete install, they would make sure it would work until they could since there is a baby and pregnant woman in the home. They were able to schedule our install for the same day.Less than two hours later we received a call that our technicians were on their way. Shane and Dakota were very respectful, helpful, thorough and friendly. They explained what they were doing before, while and after. They said the install could take up to 12 hours! We have a rambunctious one year old son and even trying our best, I know at times he was still in their way. They never once seemed bothered by it and even engaged with him while explaining the process to us. They went above and beyond to answer and fix any questions and problems we had. They were done hours before we expected and helped us set up our new thermostat and cleaning schedule. They had to remove a door and trim to access our unit and set up an appointment with their carpenter to have it fixed after doing their best to put it back just because I asked to keep it covered from my son.I would highly recommend them to any friends and family that are needing any work done.
