Clayton of Mai Plumbing was extremely helpful over the phone to walk me through what work was going to be needed to be done in order to replace my water heater and fix a small gas leak. His estimate was very close to the actual price and was way less than other plumber companies I called.Dave (the plumber) was extremely professional and did an excellent job informing me of the things he was doing.Mai has now come out to my property twice and both times the level of craftsmanship and professionalism has been top notch.

Very professional service. Not cheap, but a job well done. They had to dig through a flower bed and 8 feet under my foundation. When they were done, there was no evidence of them ever being there. Even the mulch was back in place.

We had a leaking, running toilet and the downspout on our shower stopped working allowing us to only take baths. We called Dallas Plumbing to make a service appointment to have it repaired. They sent Austin Thomas out , he was friendly , arrived on-time and took care of all our plumbing issues quickly and at a very fair price. We are so appreciative and cannot wait to take a hot shower! The under mount sink became detached as a result of previous work done cheaply. I had a hard time finding a company that could do this type of repair but when I contacted this place (as a result of online review) they got me a quick quote and scheduled the repair quickly. I’m very happy with their service, thank you!
