Saw 14k reviews and 4.9 star rating so I reach out regarding HVAC. There seemed to be a drip or something coming from our HVAC unit in our attic as it was making a wet spot on our ceiling. I was told my window was from 8 to 11 the next day. 11am rolled by without a word from them. Reached out and they said they couldn't get ahold of the technician and didn't know what was going on. Frustrating experience that wasted my time and caused me to cancel and go with another company.

We woke up to no heat last Thursday morning and left a voice message with this company. We promptly received a call back and were able to schedule a service call for the morning. Samier called when he was on his way and was able to arrive and resolve the pressure switch issue by cleaning the inducer port before noon on Thursday. Everyone I interfaced with from scheduling the service call to the completed repair were very professional, polite, and personable. Thank you for the wonderful service!

They came out within 30 minutes of me calling them. Ryan McGinnis was super professional, answered all my questions about the existing work I called about and a couple other projects I was interested in. He made quick work of the leak under the cabinet replacing dated plumbing. Would highly recommend Ryan and Baker Brothers.
