Nick showed up to fix a toilet that wouldn't quit running. He wanted to put a new toilet in and charge me $695. I had someone else look at it and they found a zip tie blocking the seat and pulled it out and said I was good for at least 2 more years.

After a late night leak called Bill Howe. Juan L arrived w/in 30 min and stayed until early morn when the pipe was fixed. He took the time to ensure there weren't any other issues too. Despite the late hour he was friendly and helpful! Returned a few days later to do follow up. Cannot say enough about this great experience!!

A very experienced and professional plumber was provided named Omar, who had amazing technical skills. I also appreciated that he was kind and courteous, and really worked to do a great job!

Used this company's services twice in 2:weeks. I'm sure the technician recognized me, but was kind enough not to point it out. He was completely professional and accommodating both times. Expensive, but very reasonable when compared to other companies.

My tenant in Orange county thought there was leak in the house because she heard the sound of water dropping. All Star came and told my tenant the sound was probably from within the pipe . Few days later my tenant called me again. so this time I tried to get second opinion, Pristine Plumbing was called in. They probably could have told us the same thing in short time, instead they spent hours checking, then told us there is no leaking but came up a list of repair and charged me a few hundred $ for checking. The repair list would cost me about $1800. One item is that my pressure regulator needs be replaced with a big one. The regulator is same as other 200 or so homes in the community and that regulator has been used for about 30 years. Allstar does business with honest!

Very gracious after I bungled our appointment. Had a bad clog in a rental property at the start of a week-end and my tenants were anxious to have service ASAP. Called several plumbers. Booked Emory for a Monday appointment, but then got a response from a plumber able to respond ASAP, so I went with him.Unfortunately, I completely forgot about having made a Monday appointment with Emory. On the Monday of the scheduled visit, they called to confirm the appointment. Luckily I was able to take the call right away and tell them I already had the service performed and was very sorry I neglected to cancel our appointment.The Emory rep. I spoke with was very gracious which made me feel less like an idiot for failing to cancel the appointment. I understand time is money in a small business and customers who don't keep appointments can be costly and very annoying. I felt terrible about my oversight, but was quite relieved that my error was caught before they arrived for the service and that they were more than professional in the face of my error.Plumbing urgencies can be very stressful: Not only is it important for a plumber to be able to quickly and competently solve the technical problem, good ones understand the anxiety of their customers and can successfully relieve the stress.
