Excellent company with up front pricing. I called today and they were able to dispatch service technicians Gregg and Eli to replace my hot water heater within the hour. Very professional with no hidden costs or surprises. Gregg did the initial consultation to discuss the install, and then Eli showed up shortly after with the water heater. The installation is very professional - they clearly take pride in their work .. and it shows! I will definitely call these guys next time I need service, repair or replacement.

Pedro made quick work of a major clogging issue at our house...on a Sunday no less... where he had to clean out both the main sewer line to the house and a couple of drain pipes on the roof. Very appreciative that he was able to fit us in quickly on a Sunday!

Cass plumbing has been great to work with. They have been able to service our plumbing needs for our apartment complex and our home. Reasonable prices, on time and quick. Other companies had quoted over $500 to replace a drain line. Cass got in and out parts labor for $285. A long standing San Diego company. Great Service.

This is a great on time plumbing service! The plumber was punctual, took care with my house, and took to the time to fully explain what our problem was. He was upfront with how long it would take to make the repair, and his estimate was reasonable. I was impressed enough with their work that I recommended them to my neighbors. I would certainly call on them again if I were to have any future issues.

Adrian was able to get my old faucet at my rental replaced next day, and for a fair price. He showed up on time, and did good, clean work. I definitely recommend him if you need something done.

We came home Thursday and heard water leaking in my garage and found my water heater failed. I also noticed that there was some water in my laundry room. I called Home Perfect and they came out assessed the damage. They also have a water damage company that came out within the hour. Everyone was very knowledgeable and walked us through everything. We decide to get a tankless water heater and got a great price on it. The water damage team (Smart Dry Restoration) worked directly with our insurance company and everything couldn't go any smoother. We highly recommend Home Perfect and Smart Dry.

Had a slab leak in rental units. The tiles were hot. Had 3 estimates up to $1800. CET was the lowest at $900.Chad came out on time . 30 min later he had the floor torn out .He had the pipe repaired and a temporary floor in place for the tenants.The next day o,n time again ,he brought a close enough tile match and had it setWithout a hitch.
