Joe was great- went someone right away and then when I had questions he sent someone back. My onlycomplaint was the second plumber wasn’t wearing a mask correctly (neck gaiter which kept falling down) and after I gave him a disposable mask he still didn’t wear in right. Other than that, everyone was friendly and professional and I’d definitely recommend them!

I love the attention and respect I get from EZ Plumbing USA. They have resolved my plumbing issues in the past as well. For the last 2 years, I've been taking their services. Their customer care executive treats me well and sends the plumber on time. This time, I called them for drain cleaning. As usual the plumber arrived on time and finished his work without disturbing anything. So if you are in Orange County and need plumbers, do contact EZ!

My husband is a committed DYI perfectionist but replacing our tankless water was a more complicated job than I wanted to take on. There were some issues I wasn't sure how to negotiate so we hired ProMax to do the job. Daniel responded immediately to our inquiry and came back promptly with a quote after the home visit. We decided to use ProMax after contacting two other tankless water heater companies. The workmen were efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. They creatively solved difficult problems with the installation. We are very pleased with the performance of our new Navien system.

Pablo came out today and fixed up a water valve behind the fridge. I live in a high-rise in down town and he was able to work with the on-site tech and finish the job in 30 minutes. He was well prepared for the job and we had no leaks during the process. He also tested it before you left to make sure there were no leaks. Thank you Fox!

Our experience with Rooter Solutions San Diego was excellent. Their plumber, Pedro, conducted himself like a true professional. He asked detailed questions regarding our sewer blockage in order to assess the best approach to take. After removing the blockage, Pedro offered advice as to further steps we might want to consider in maintaining our system. I would certainly recommend Rooter Solutions San Diego and Pedro to anyone needing plumbing services!

They were pleasant and responsive from the initial phone call and were able to schedule us the next day. The repair person was easy to talk to and was thankful for the troubleshooting I’d already done, which let him skip about 1/2 hour of startup work. He had all the parts and tools on hand and had us up in running in no time. The fee was appropriate and we’ll worth it. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service! We got started on a renovation and realized we needed to line our rusty old cast iron pipe. The guys from EasyFlow came out quickly did the job in one day and did a great work. Very professional & Highly recommended!

Team was friendly, courteous and professional. Explained their process and recommendations and provided regular check ins during the project itself. They finished the project early and met our expectations for what was a fairly significant undertaking (closure of one line, jackhammer and adding new replacement line, replacing portion of sewer line, adding cleanouts, pouring concrete). Kudos to Manny and the team. Would consider using them again.

Aaron & Luis professionally installed my new level 2 EV charger in half the time I expected, despite my strange wall/home layout and routing challenges. They also minimized drywall penetrations so that my touch-up sanding/painting job would be easy. The cost was fair and the work was sound; I can't ask for more than that.

I'd list the services but ARS has failed to release the detailed invoice prior to payment. Work began in October and was completed in December and I'm getting nothing but lip service. It was a major project, inside and outside, and I'm still waiting on the Invoice & the Asbestos Clearance Report. I'm still without a toilet & vanity because the floor installation cannot be done without the asbestos report. AND I NEED A DETAILED INVOICE.

They are very concerned about their service meeting expectations. This company, staff, is the most on time, helpful, professional and Very nice group plumbing we have come across here on San Diego.
