Eric and Tony were fantastic. Friendly, communicated well and HONEST. There ended up being nothing wrong with my toilet and sink (Airbnb guests had complained) except for user error - trying to flush too much toilet paper and not removing the small drain in the sink. They checked, joked about it with me and made sure everything was functioning correctly prior to leaving. When I do have an actual problem, I’ll be calling them again!

Very, very expensive. The lady on the phones came off a bit rude, but had someone call me back to schedule. When I asked about the price, the man on the phone said, At lease a couple hundred dollars. So I made an appointment, put in 48 hours notice for my condo. When they showed up, I was quoted $1865, negotiated down to $1500, to change a shower cartridge and handle replacement. For 45 minutes of work. I was told because they have 17 trucks on the road, that is why they are so much more than other companies. I declined their work because of the insane price. I went with another company, had to put in another 48 hour notice, and was charged $365 out the door and they diagnosed the issue and finished the repair within the hour.

I had a main line leak. For first appointment, he showed up over an hour late. He diagnosed the problem and said he would come by again in a day or two to fix it. Didn't hear from him for 2 weeks despite texts and calls. Finally got a hold of him again on phone and he said he would come by next day. Never did. A week later (3 weeks now total), he still hasn't responded to texts or calls. Had to find a different plumber. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

We cannot say enough good stuff about Byron and his team at All American Plumbing. They were kind to us on the phone, answered all our questions, and adjusted their schedule to help us get hot water a few days early when our tankless hot water heater needed replaced. Definitely call them for your plumbing needs!

I had an upstairs toilet leak late Saturday night. I called a few “24 hrs emergency “ plumbers and either got no answer or was told it was a quiet night so they let everyone off. Fernando of ARS answered and said he’d be right over and he was! He stopped the leak, replaced parts, shared friendly banter and was on his way. We were (are) so grateful. He even checked on us the next day and gave us tips on how to fix the water damage. Would definitely use ARS again for ANY plumbing needs, especially for emergencies

Work was done 7 months ago. Part broke and began leaking again. They replaced with brass parts under 1 year warranty.

I noticed my drain was clogged last night. I was able to get in touch with Jordan first thing in the morning and he arrived on time. He was friendly, professional and efficient. I would highly recommend A-Tex Plumbing, and will be using them in the future.

Called 805 at 11 AM sunday, Carlos showed up two hours later. After looking around he says he needs help and is going to go eat lunch while waiting for another guy. Three hours later he calls and tells me that he can't do the job because nine out of ten houses have a clean-out and mine doesn't. He advises me to call someone else. Thanks for wasting my day.

We used this company to jet our our main drains after the last big rains. They did a fantastic job. Neat and tidy. Very personable. I highly recommend their technician Daniel. He did a great job. We have had them out numerous times for a variety of heating and air issues over the years and have always been pleased with their service.
