An honest plumber! Unbelievable! I have been renting out the other side of my duplex for 22 years taking care of the maintenance needs of both sides. This is the first time I found a plumber who didn't try to over charge me or use inferior parts that would soon need replacing again. Thank you. I have scheduled another visit from you on Monday for a new problem left by former tenants. I can't tell you the name of the efficient, professional, polite plumber who was here before because I gave out the cards he left to my friends and neighbors and at my age I forget names. But I want to thank you for taking a big worry out of my life. I don't have to worry about plumbing problems anymore.

I am on a Jon Wayne Plumbing/Electrical service plan. The first time I tried to use my plan for an emergency (in over 2 years of paying) I was told they could come out in 2 weeks. So I called Tietze who came out the same day!!! I had the issue fixed within a few hours instead of having to wait 2 weeks and have additional damage. Tietze is the BEST in San Antonio!!! We now need a new hot water heater. I got 2 things from other companies when I got a quote, 1 company gave me an overinflated price (Jon Wayne) and the other suggested an inferior unit that has horrible ratings (Anchor). Robert with Tietze is the best! He gave me multiple quotes and actually explained things about hot water heaters to me so I could make an informed decisions. I knew Tietze was the clear choice! I won't call anyone else when it comes to plumbing and HVAC ever again. They're continued excellent service and fair pricing have won a client permanently!!!

Caliente completed an outstanding job in repairing a broken pipe due to recent hard freeze in February 2021. After fixing the pipe they completed a thorough check of inside of my residence to ensure there were no other broken pipes. Thanks to Justin and Sebastian for a professional job. Job Well Done!! I interviewed several plumbers before finding Gill Plumbing. I had a gas line problem and wanted the job done right. John, the owner, had the best solution and a fair price. He did a great job, was courteous, and very thorough! The best plumbing experience I've ever had! Highly recommend this company to anyone!

During recent storm, needed copper elbow repaired...had couple plumbering companies fall through due to improper equipment and supplies, lack of knowledge or unavailability, no water for 6 days...while a neighbor was helping to repair the elbow they reached out to me at noon today to see if I still needed their services, had plumber available same day and fixed right away...they were prompt, professional, efficient, had right equipment and got my water running! Most definitely recommend them...will be using their services in the future...

We had a great experience with The crew at Murray Plumbing.Ms. Gabby at the office is just fantastic. She’s pleasant and was very accommodating when scheduling us for an appointment on two separate visits. Thank you Gabby!The technician who came out - Chris - was great. He found additional issues that needed to be addressed and got us squared away pretty quickly.The folks at Murray plumbing are professional and a pleasure to work with.

Adam and Cody are straight up guys. They are very professional and the service is rated triple A. Best Plumbers ever. My water heaters busted in my attic in the evening and by next morning these guys were at my home ready to change them out. Pricing was reasonable and mine are gas units so there's no way I was going to attempt anyone else to change them out. I called professionals and they took care of everything.If you're looking for good quality plumbers these are your guys, look no further super satisfied and they deserve 1000 stars.Thanks for taking care of us quickly.

Amazing and friendly service! They came out and fixed a foundation leak really fast. They repaired our plumbing issue in a short time frame. I thought my whole house was going to be torn apart but they fixed the issue and did it with minimal disturbance to our living spaces. We will definitely use them again for all our plumbing needs!

Abdiel and Peter were out here today and they were great. They immediately got to work inspecting our ac. They actually listened to what I had to say and with that they figured out it was the thermostat. They fixed the problem and didn't try and sell me anything I didn't need. This company wants to charge $2400.00 for a water heater replacement, etc removal of the old. Crazy pricing, truly overpricing and I wouldn’t recommend them for any of your plumbing needs. Talk about a scam, people need to educate themselves of true costs for this type of service. Thank God for Google and Free Enterprise. I am getting mine done with another plumbing company for $933.00. Shop around consumers as there are a lot of Sharks in the water. FYI: Another company to watch out for is San Antonio Plumbing, they quoted me at $2,200.00. Highway robbery at its best.
