January 2020Used to be awesome, but something changed. Had to call multiple times to schedule most recent appointment. Showed up late and unprepared for appointment, then had to reschedule. We were installing a Hot Tub in our Deck and needed electrical work done to feed power to the tub. We had five different electricians come out for bids. The prices varied by over a thousand dollars from one company to the other. We went with Wired Generations Electrical Contractors mainly because of their 5 star rating and we were not disappointed. Their bid was seven hundred dollars lower then the highest bidder and even after I requested copper wire throughout the whole project when the other companies were going to use Aluminum wiring.They did an excellent job and were very knowledgeable and very Professional and all done to code. Suddenly there was no electricity to the plugs over our kitchen cabinet and the vent hood over the stove. I called Chris at Denali. He asked several diagnostic questions, listened to my dilemma; then let me know his standard fee structure. He also said he'd make every effort to take care of the problem that afternoon. Sure enough, very quickly he texted that he was on his way. He already had an idea of the problem because of the questions he had asked, and sure enough it was a tripped plug that was difficult to reset. I appreciated his attention to my description of the problem and the questions he asked to begin his diagnosis. And, of course, I appreciated his quick response and almost instant resolution to the problem. He's in my Contacts for later reference, should I need it.

The guys were great. They installed a brand new electrical panel bringing it up to code and installed a generator switch and new 50 amp outlet for our generator. They were instrumental in helping us choose a generator, and the proper electrical cord. Upon installation, they offered to return and give us step by step instructions on how to properly use our two-fuel system generator. They returned about 3 weeks late once we had all of the proper supplies for the generator. They took their time and allowed us to record the conversation for future reference. Thank you so much!

These gentlemen showed up right when they said and were very professional. We had a surge that fried an electrical outlet in the garage. They inspected the damage, repaired it, and did a great job. The cost was reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone!

Bell Electric had done a great job for us on a previous project. But not only do they do great work, they are honest and try to save their customers money. Today my grandson put two keys into an outlet after which we had no power in that part of the house. When I called Bell Electric, they walked me through resetting the breaker. They could have sent someone out and charged a service call, but instead they helped my fix the problem at no charge. Thank you, Bell Electric!

My A/C kept tripping a circuit breaker. Eric came out within a couple of hours of calling him. He was very professional and took the time to explain the problem. He replaced the bad breaker and then checked the rest of the circuit breakers. He found another bad one and replaced it on the spot. I would highly recommend Eric and will use him again.
