She’s pleasant and was very accommodating when scheduling us for an appointment on two separate visits. Thank you Gabby!The technician who came out - Chris - was great. He found additional issues that needed to be addressed and got us squared away pretty quickly.The folks at Murray plumbing are professional and a pleasure to work with.

This company is San Antonio's leader of what customer service is all about and how to make a great impression EVERY time! Not only did receptionist Gabby take ownership of my issue and show sincere concern for my situation, she even called the next day to ask how my hot water was and wanted to make sure everything was working. These actions established strong credibility for this company.Chris was the gentleman's who performed the high-quality work. Not only did he do outstanding work, but he educated me on the situation, and provided tips on keeping my water heater properly maintained throughout the year. Without a doubt, this is the gentleman I want working on my unit every time!Results are positive...Murray plumbing took a same day call, got my water heater working again within 5 hours of the call, and treated me like my issue was the most important of the day. That is true service and I thank them very much!

Murray Plumbing was contact by our builders to repair our toilet and a leak we had in our wall. Chris from Murray Plumbing came out and did an exceptional job addressing both of our plumbing issues. From the moment I first interact with Josh he displayed a high quality of customer service. If all Murray Plumbing employees have the same skills set and customer service awareness then the company will reach any level it desires.

I gave them 2 stars because they were able to set an appointment for the next day ( for today) and were friendly on the phone. I ONLY gave them 2 stars because they never showed up to said appointment. We moved our schedules around to accomodate their 4 hr window but no one showed up or even called to say they wouldn't make it. I hope this isn't reflective of future appointments or their labor work.

We recently pulled out our old gas water heater. We upgraded to a rheem tankless water heater. My wife absolutely loves it! I would recommend this company to all my relatives and friends.

All of the plumbers that came to my house for repairs were nice and polite and explained to me our questions. They were on time. The customer care call in are always nice and get by with you for updates.

This is a complete sham of a plumbing company. They plumbed my new home construction & it’s never functioned properly. They refuse to stand behind their service & product. If I could give them zero stars I would! Stay away; find someone else before you become their next victim.

They did the plumbing for all the new construction houses in our new subdivision and myself and my neighbors have had nothing but plumbing problems ever since, mainly with slow-drip pipe leaks with things not being tightened properly. I had a slow drip leak going on in the guest bathroom for several months before I found it back in February. I called them to come fix it. Not only did they fail to find the leak and fix it, but the guy who came out acted like I had imagined this leak. Kept saying, I don't see any leaking. Sorry, I just don't see it. Finally he said Oh I see you just need a part replaced, I have the part in my truck. And he went out to get it and install it. I didn't check to see if it was fixed, I trusted that it was. Foolish mistake on my end. I found out yesterday that it was absolutely not fixed.I'm writing this review today as I'm waiting on a new plumber to come out today and fix the leak they failed to fix, and now I have a mold problem and may have to get the entire downstairs bathroom vanity replaced in a house that is only 2 years old. I am furious with this company and the service I received. I wouldn't trust them to fill a water balloon and they will never be called for service again.The only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 was because they did come out on time and on short emergency notice and didn't charge me an emergency fee. It takes a lot for me to leave negative reviews. I rarely ever do. I'm trying to be as fair as I can but I feel we had terrible service and a simple leak is now costing me 3 or 4 times as much as it should have.
