We had Ethan come out to give us an estimate on leaks we were having with both of our upstairs bath tubs. He came the same day and gave us a free estimate. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the issue. He was able to offer us an estimate that seemed fair and was going to put a 5 year warranty on their work. That tells us he and his crew are going to do quality work and not just patch up the problem. We look forward to working with them to get the job done right. I highly recommend these guys. I will update my review once the job is complete to let you know how their workmanship is.

They were prompt in responding to my call and were able to come to my property within 40 minutes. Unfortunately, the service visit did not go well. The technician could have communicated better letting me know how he would proceed and what I could expect. While he was on property, I got a call from a water restoration company asking when they could come by. I had no idea why I was receiving this call as the technician had not given me any updates on what he had encountered. When I asked what was going on, he stated he needed that company to come to my home to cut my wall to diagnose the problem for free, or that he could do it, but it would cost me $200. Just to cut the wall. I did not appreciate the tone of the conversation that followed as I was told I “should find a plumber who could work for next to nothing”.I have worked with other companies before for home repairs and I’ve never felt being taken advantage of. Usually technicians are professional and explain the process of what to expect plus options and I’m always more than willing to pay a fair price for their expertise and work.*post-edit: I contacted another company and they were able to come today as well. They were able to diagnose the problem promptly, offer an explanation of the problem, and provide a solution. The work will be completed in about an hour and a half. Night and day contrast from my experience this morning.

We had Ethan come out to try and fix our toilet. He was super professional with great customer service. He wasn't able to fix our issue but he went over the options and made recommendations based on price point.He set us up a time/service for installation of a new toilet. Unfortunately it seemed like the plumber was stuck on a different project and was unable to make it the same day.The home office was great about keeping us updated. We rescheduled for next day. Matt came and did the install. He too was just as great as Ethan. Very professional. He got the toilet installed quickly and it looks great.

Hayden and Eric came out to my new house to install a water softener that I had in my previous home. There were some issues with the way the plumbing was set up in my new home and Hayden did a great job explaining what was needed. Michael (the manager) gave me a call and provided details about the service and what we should expect. Jo was also very helpful with scheduling appointments, explaining what was needed, etc.Everyone was very professional, helpful, and made the whole experience less stressful. I highly recommend blue frog and will use the company for any house issues in the near future.

I had a sales consult with Taylor and had an install done by Hayden. Both were professional communicative. Taylor helped me get a competitive price and Hayden’s install of a PRV and new water heater was quick, clean, and painless. No corners cut, but I still felt like the price point made it a good value. Would recommend. Will call again for future needs.

Blue Frog communicated well with me on the status of the technicians arrival. Homer M and an Eric were great. They made sure I knew all that they were doing to trouble shoot the clogged drain, they provided additional corrective actions to take and made sure they were able to help us out with our plumbing issue today. I originally filed a home owners claim,that got declined because of WHT the plumber wrote up in the report. I knew it was incorrect so I contacted my insurance agent and Mike Garcia the supervisor at Blue Frog Plumbing. He agreed with me that the report was incorrect. He rewrote the report and everything got forwarded to my insurance company again. This time they actually looked at the report and the pictures and approved my claim. Mike listened and stayed in contact with me through the whole ordeal and did go above and beyond. Blue Frog is a great,reliable and always on time Plumbing Company. We had an outdoor faucet break, and after a Google search, we called bluefrog for an emergency repair. They came out within 2 hours and, while here, we had them check on a few other plumbing issues we'd been meaning to have looked at --- overall, they repaired the outdoor faucet, replaced the pressure management system, updated a toilet tank, and installed a new water softener (something we had planned to do with another company, but were pleasantly surprised to learn it was a service they offered). The whole team, including Brandon Murphy and Hayden Hopper, was very professional, efficient, on time and communicative. Highly recommended, and would definitely use again when needed!

My great experience started in the initial call with Jo. She responded to our leaky situation with urgency and got a crew to our house within a hour. From that point, Brandon, Hayden and Eric provided awesome service replacing two old leaky water heaters in our second story attic. Negotiating the attic hatch ladder and the semicircular staircase to remove two old, heavy, leaky water heaters and then again with two shiny new ones. These guys displayed great teamwork and customer service throughout the day. Hayden and Eric even removed several old boxes from our attic as part of their “clean up” after the real work was done. BlueFrog has continually provided great customer service. They’ve showed up on time or I’ve been called and asked if the technician can show up early. Very friendly staff and I’m glad I went with this company for my AC and heating, as well as a water heater replacement.

I called bluefrog plumbing and drain on a Thursday, they came out on a Friday and we agreed to a repair they scoped that same day. The employee was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and spoke openly and honestly with me. They have my recommendation for your plumbing needs.

I would recommend getting a second opinion after a quote from this company if the price seems high for the service being proposed, and make sure to ask questions about the work involved to fix your issue. My shower head became almost impossible to turn, so we called Blue Frog Plumbing. The technician told us he knew what needed to be done and it’d be $600. I asked what the part cost and he said about $40, so the rest was labor. Okay, so this must take a while for $520 of Labor right? Wrong. He said it would take as little as 20 minutes but up to two hours if there were problems. So I asked if we could start with a lower price and pay more IF there were problems? He said no and that the price was so high IN CASE problems arose, which does not make sense to me because what if problems didn’t arise? Too bad still $600. We told him we needed to do more research and ended up buying the part ourselves. My boyfriend bought the part and the tool. $60. He has absolutely no plumbing experience and fixed the problem in 25 minutes. I think quoting $600 for a job like this is taking advantage of people. I seriously could not believe they wanted to charge us $600 for a job that could potentially take them 20 minutes. Please get a second opinion before saying yes. Also at Home Depot they said these only need to be fixed every 20 years when the plumber told us we would need to do this every 2-3 years. Be careful and don’t be preyed on.

This company is taking advantage of the public. One year they gave me a price (about twice what it should cost) to replace my sewer lateral. The next year following a plumbing inspection, they doubled it to more than $26,000. The price of materials at Home Depot is less than $500. This is a two man job for about 2-1/2 days. Labor should cost about $5,000. Add permits, fees, OH&P, it should not cost more than $7,500. It is so sad that companies fleece the public who are unaware of actual labor and material costs and take advantage of them when they are in dire need.

Update: I was able to reschedule with them promptly. They came out, removed the build up for a reasonable cost. I even ended up paying for their annual membership.I scheduled them to come out while my wife was home and I was at work. They looked at the drain, ran water, said nothings wrong with it and left.Yes, the water drains. No, it’s not fine. There is visible build up right inside the drain that you can see with nothing other than a flashlight.

Homer was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I’m looking forward to them trying this new technology of pipe relining or epoxy pipe coating or trenchless pipe repair. Stay tuned and I will give an update on how it went. As of now Homer and Bluefrog has impressed me and hopefully it stays that way. I only gave a 4 star because of knowledge and still waiting on the estimate and work to be done, which can change my rating up or down. The new technology is what has me sold because no other company I have contacted provides pipe relining or epoxy pipe coating or trenchless pipe repair. Give Bluefrog and Homer a call for your plumbing services.

Ethan was very professional and helpful. Unfortunately there were issues with the shower drain that were out of his control. He did make an attempt to clear the drain but he as not successful. He did not charge me for the visit.

Everytime there was correspondence between the company and I, mainly just when technicians were en route, they were clear concise and above all HONEST. Mr Dinsmore never sugar coated anything and showed multiple options on how to solve my issues. As for the actual work, Homer and a tech named Justin came out 2 different times, on consecutive days and were professional and respectful the whole time and did an amazing job. I would certainly recommend Bluefrog for any job the are able to help with.

Homer was thorough in his maintenance check of the plumbing and flushing our hot water heater. He was informative and answered any questions I had.

Taylor and his crew member arrived and got right to work on installing our water softener. They were professional and efficient.

We were charged $13,000 to replace our main sewer line. We recently were contacted by the subcontractor who dug the 50 ft hole for the pipe. Blue Frog owes them over $81,000 for subcontracting work and this subcontractor is now filing a lawsuit. The charge for the hole was $1,750 by this subcontractor but Blue Frog charged us $13,000!!!!! I am reporting Blue Frog to the Attorney General for Deceptive Trade Practices, the Federal Trade Commission and the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners. They also charged us $432 twice for a permit and an Assistant???? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE OVER CHARGING THEIR CUSTOMERS. I REPEAT, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL SOON BE OUT OF BUSINESS WHEN THE ATTORNEY GENERAL TAKES ACTION.

Christopher was initial contact. Felt he was just a salesman - he had it in his mind that I needed a replacement and no repairs would be attempted. Comparatively speaking, price was also high. Matt and Jose removed the old water heater and installed the new. They were very professional. Only wished I had discussed water temp settings before they left.

I called them in the late afternoon for a broken pipe at ground level. They sent a guy out in about 3 hours. I paid $100 emergency service call. I don't know a lot about plumbing but I could see this was a pretty easy fix. They quoted me $2,000. I said thanks for coming out.The plumbers I called after them fixed the problem the next morning for $252.They might be great at big problems, but for little ones get a second opinion.

Very good quality work, kind of pricey but they still helped to make it affordable, worth using again! Also will be mailing Anthony's tip, I didnt have much cash on hand, he did alot of cleaning and extra necassary work. I did get the HVAC check so much cheaper than my AC unit charges. Will be seeing them again.

I have to say the staff is so kind and professional. From the dispatcher to the guy who gives you the estimate to the installer. They all get 5 stars. But frankly I really felt the job was overpriced. It does have a 2 year warranty so this is good. I honestly won't be able to afford them for my side of the house. This job was done for my elderly mom. I was grateful the estimator offered to purchase the materials for me because that's an extra cost if you don't have the supplies for them. My advice if you do use them is purchase supplies prior to calling them. This will be some savings. I know that the installer did a great job but like I said they are NOT cheap.

We had a leak under the house and Blue Frog came out and fixed the issue the same day. Our tech, Anthony, was professional and kept us informed along the way. We'll definitely use them again.

We are Realtors and always recommend to our clients from our own personal experience a company that provided a service in our home. Blue frog had individuals that are professionals, knowledgeable and friendly. I met some technicians that shared with us that they INVEST in themselves to obtain the highest certifications in the industry. Hearing that, tells me that they are current with the latest products and technology. I highly recommend Blue frog!

This company took advantage of me in a vulnerable position. I had a leak in my water service line coming into my house. The plumber came out and said they could not repair the line being in was an old polybutylene line. This part was true. I was stuck with no water to use in my home. They charged me $7,394 to repair the line. I paid it to get the water restored to my home. I have had plumbers from other companies come out for other work in my home. I asked them how much would it cost from them to get the line replaced and got quotes from $2100 - $2500. This confirmed to me that I got fleeced. I received a letter in the mail from the company that did the excavation showing they charged Blue Frog only $1,800 to do the digging of 45ft. So 45ft for the new plastic water line and labor, by no means should have cost $5,594. I will never use Blue Frog services again. I hope this post prevents others from being taken advantage of as well.

I was so impressed with blue frog, they fix my water pressure in my house when other companies did not figure out the problem, I am beyond happy

I think this company does good work although they seem too expensive. I called them because I heard about them on ktsa and they talked very highly about them. Initially they came out and were not charging me a service call and did do a tankless water heater flush for about $400. Not too different from Jon Wayne. Wasn’t too disappointed and was hoping this would fix our water heater tripping every so often but it didn’t and I was on board that it might not but it was overdue for a flush. Then they came back out after I called them again and diagnosed with rinnai tech support and found hopefully the issue. They replaced the control gas valve for about $900 for labor and part was warrantied. I’m really counting on this being fixed. I have a 1 year warranty on labor and parts are free for another 7 years but if this doesn’t fix the issue then I may call someone else. If they wouldn’t be too expensive I would call them back. I think $900 is overly expensive for a 1 hour installation unless they counted all the diagnostic work which that was not shared with me. All in all the guy did good work so not looking down on him. I think I can find another company that does the same work for less if I just look around. Can’t give them 5 stars based on cost.

I really appreciated that the technician arrived prior to his scheduled appointment time because I was anxious to get my sink working again, since the company called in advance to confirm it was okay. He was very professional and provided us with details of what to expect since I was working from home. During work calls, I was able to warn my callers about the noise level. I especially appreciated that the technician wore his mask correctly and was very respectful of the way he quietly entered and exited the home regularly when getting equipment from his vehicle. I would highly recommend Blue Frog Plumbing and plan on using them again, if needed.

Had a difficult broken pipe at the wall where a faucet is located. This pipe was over 70 years old and presented a problem to replace. I called Blue Frog plumbing and Mike and his helper showed up right on time. Mike surveyed the problem and explained exactly what had to be done and quoted a price . What I thought was going to be a daylong project turned out to be about an hours long job. The result was a great work of art. Didn't damage the house siding, replaced the old spigot and all the old pipes. These guys know their stuff. I will always call them for my plumbing needs.

They came out the same day, fixed and the repair cost was much less than a previous company who did a similar repair a few years ago. Richard came out and got everything done for us and he went above and beyond to make sure that everything was working before he finished. Ryan and a host of his coworkers came to my home .They were honestly a delight to have work on both installing a HVAC unit and a hot water heater. Ethan came out on a Sunday and diagnosed our problem — our water heater developed an internal leak and needed to be replaced. He quickly wrote an estimate and scheduled a plumber to be at our house next day. Joe actually installed our new water heater (bringing everything up to code). He was quick, efficient, and friendly. We will definitely use Blue Frog again.

Bluefrog Plumbing + Drain came out the same day I called, to track and stop a water leak from a pipe that feeds to our slab. They took just a few minutes to stop the leak. That was temporary but they recommended redirecting the pipe through our attic which we agreed to, and they came out the next day and did just that. They gave us a cost estimate, the time they would be back the next day and exactly where they were going to have to cut the wall to redirect the pipe. They were right on with every component of the repair, and their staff was amazing and professional and kept me informed every step along the way. I could go on and on but long story short, I highly recommend this company based on my first experience! ❤️

Taylor Davis and his assistant , Adam were just great.This is the 3rd time I have used this company and I was glad they sent Taylor and Adam back again for a new unrelated repair after coming out a month ago for pipe repairs. This team thoroughly explains all that will be done, pleasantly answers all your questions , are very professional and they are super friendly. Completely incompetent plumber, extremely overpriced and rude staff!! On October 28th we called Blue Frog to fix a leak. It was after hours and we paid $200 just for them to send out a plumber. Homer shows up shortly after and goes in attic for about 15 minutes looking for leak we had already pointed out. He comes back down and says he can fix it for another $280. We question the price and he says he can give us a $50 discount. We ask him to go ahead and do the work. He goes back up with some tools for another 30 min. Comes back down saying his tool is broken. Goes to his truck for another 15 minutes trying to fix his tool. We question him as to whether or not he can even fix the leak. He gives us attitude once more. At this point he has been at our house for close to two hours. It is almost midnight and he states we are still getting charged the $200 but he can’t fix it but rather reroute the water line so we can keep main water line on until someone with the tools can come fix it. Assuming he did something to correct the issue we left main water line running. The following day we had even more water damage to our laundry room. Checked work Homer had done and he rerouted the wrong pipe. Nowhere near the actual leak. Completely incompetent plumber. If he shows up at your house demand another employee. Yasmine (dispatch) and Tanya (manager) were completely unprofessional and rude. A call was made on the 29th for a response back from a manager and we have yet to receive word. Avoid this company at all cost!!

Ethan was the technician providing service. He was awesome and informative while doing the repair. Long story short, malfunctioning water softener caused a release of resin beads, thus clogging all the the drain tubes/pipes in my house.
Will definitely be referring to him in the future for water softener replacement.

Courtney and Matt were amazing. Went above and beyond to help with an emergency repair. I live out of state and my home warranty couldn’t get anyone out there for days (leak was active) so I called Blue Frog. Courtney got a hold of Matt and they worked with me to get the active leak fixed and came back the following day to finish other repairs (initial call was at 10:30pm). Matt was so professional and did great work. Tanya on the other hand (morning call) needs to take some customer service tips from Courtney and Matt. She was awful to even try to work with. Thankful I had direct lines to Courtney and Matt!

I had a water leak behind a wall in my home that caused a decent amount of damage. Called Bluefrog the day I noticed water seeping thru the drywall and they were at my house within the hour. They fixed the issue quickly and pointed me to a restoration company that was also great. Overall really pleased. Wish I didn't have the issue to begin with, but this team made a negative situation better with their promptness, explanation of the issue and good attitude. Would highly recommend them.

Richard was amazing! When he first came out to give me a free estimate, he was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I got estimates and quotes from several other companies but none came close to the level of service I received from Richard at Bluefrog. He not only found and repaired the leak in my water main, but also informed me of another issue on my property that needed attention and also repaired that for me (old irrigation system issue). He gave me options of service and made recommendations for future fixes/updates to my system, but never made me feel pressured in any way. He worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done and was very respectful and professional. He went above and beyond and I will definitely request him in the future if/when I need any other plumbing help!

Mike came and did a fireplace inspection, and water heater flush and plumbing inspection. Since I recently bought my home I was unfamiliar with how to use the fireplace. He showed me how to operate it and talked me through every part of each inspection and was very patient to answer all my questions which helped me feel more comfortable knowing more about my new home. Can't say enough about how thorough and patient he was!

The finances were clear. He emailed pics and summary report. His Covid practices and care for our home were excellent.Overall very happy experience! Probably good for our marriage too, to have it work out so well and easily, since my husband was the one that put the coffee grounds down the sink :-)

We called schedule an appointment, they arrived on time, gave me an estimate upfront, and completed the work quickly for the agreed price. My appointment was for between 8 and 10. When the company knew that their technician was running behind, they gave me a call to let me know. They sent me at text when then the tech was on his way with his name and photo. When he arrived he looked over the work I needed and gave me a quote. Matt was very professional, knew what he was doing and when he wasn’t happy with the results, he redid his work. He was super!

They performed my annual water heater maintenance. Their representative was efficient, nice and he cleaned up the work area when he finished. They were recommended by Dave Ramsey so I decided to call them, I am glad I did.

Today was the scheduled overall inspection of my home, not on time as before, my pet peeve, however, the technician was very professional and knowledgeable, took his time doing his water tests, drained the water heater, checked all toilets for leaks, checked out all connections under all sinks, ran a camera down the drain line, excellent inspection, received quotes for all deficiencies, little more expensive than I thought, but do have financing options. We had a HORRIBLE experience with Bluefrog Plumbing... they are DISHONEST, DECEIVERS, they LIED to us, OVER CHARGED us....be very careful because all the other plumbing companies I called said that they don’t give you a price breakdown, they just give you a flat fee, so you don’t know what they are charging you for...The ONLY reason we hired Bluefrog was because they told me they could give us a breakdown and that way we could get a reimbursement from the home warranty, well it was a LIE, we paid $3,500, they didn’t give us a breakdown I called them and they said they would have to check the recordings to see if it was true that they told me I would get a breakdown, two weeks have past and every time I call they tell me the general manager is looking into it, the girl that answered the phone, Jasmine, made fun of my accent and pretended she did not understand me....well, we never got our breakdown and the home warranty only reimbursed us $325.So, be very careful!

We recently had a plumbing problem in one of our rooms. After doing some research, we decided to give Bluefrog a shot. We were extremely satisfied with the work and professionalism Mark and his crew provided us. They took the time to listen to our concerns, and also explain what they were doing to repair our issue in great detail. I cannot recommend Mark and his crew more. We WILL be returning for all of our plumbing needs from here on out.

They came out and repaired my cracked pipe. In order to do so they first suggested we take a look at what was actually going on under there via camera (how freaking cool is that?). Once we saw the issue there was no doubt I was in need of a major repair. They gave me options that varied and let me choose which one matched my budget best. Ultimately we decided on a repipe. Again, I am impressed the team came out and left it spotless. I couldn't hardly even tell where they worked! Amazing. I will use bluefrog for LIFE! That why I became an Elite member! Clinton was phenomenal and came as quickly as he could when he heard my bathroom was overflowing sewage. Some kind of stop in the drain in the middle of my yard. He came at 9pm at night, cleared it, unclogged ALL my drains and made sure they were unclogged, and ran a camera to make sure it was good and did it all in an hour and a half. I went with a 24 hour plumber that had the highest rating and I was not disappointed. He was fast, respectful, and kept and eye on my 3 door dashing cats while coming in and out. I am very grateful. It was BAD, and I mean BAD. After he left, it took until 130 in the morning to clean the rest of the mess up. Very fast and efficient. I would use them again.

My old water softener went bad on me and was causing a leak. I called Eric and even though he was out of town, he had his guys contact me right away. They were slammed and could not get to me for a few days, but were very helpful with tips on what to do until they come out to me on Monday. Plumber Richard was very personable and professional. Homer is a great company representative and plumber. He responded in less than 30 min in the middle of the night and quickly repaired a broken pipe at the main. . Great experience.

2 weeks after the big freeze of February, a flood stop alarm for my water heater went off and alerted me to a leak. The leak wasn't coming from the water heater actually, but from a pipe behind it in the wall and the water, fortunately, leaked into the containment pan that the water heater sits in and where the flood stop sensor is. It was a Saturday morning, never the best time to get a plumber, and since I already knew that every decent plumber in the city was booked up for days or weeks in advance (due to the ice & snow storms), I searched on line for an emergency plumber. Bluefrog had the best ratings of any service I could find and I was able to book an appointment for 2 days later, on the following Monday, which I considered very good fortune. Monday morning Clinton promptly arrived in very good, friendly spirits, and proceeded to look at the issue. He did an excellent job, maintained the best, most respective and friendly disposition, and was very forthcoming in explaining everything he was doing and why he was doing it. I like to learn so I drank it all in and he went above and beyond in explaining things to me. I learned a lot, much of which will be useful in the future as I keep on the look-out for potential problems down the road. He also took care of a slow leaking faucet outside. I chose to join the 5 year membership because that's a good value and it gave me a discount on the charge for his services. But this is not a discount plumbing service - it's a premium service. It's probably the most expensive plumbing company I've ever hired but after all the issues of the past month, the fact that they came out quickly and Clinton's nature was so good, and the fact that the amount of the charge was doable for me, I didn't hesitate to go ahead with them. As I say, if you want the least expensive work done, this is very probably not the company for you. But when he was done, I felt that every penny I spent was worth it - because the service was first rate, his skill was excellent, the equipment he had at his disposal was top of the line, and the education I got was a great benefit. In addition, Clinton explained a lot that can help me have a better consistent maintenance of things which could save me a lot of money in the long run. This was definitely a case where you get what you pay for. I did, and I have no doubt I will continue to get the best service from Bluefrog over the next 5 years of service. I'd hire them again without a second's hesitation.

Anthony was the technician that came out to fix the plumbing issue at my mom's house. He was very polite, knew what he was doing, quick and efficient in replacing the faucets for her washing machine. We have no complaints and would use this company again for any other plumbing issue.

I have been running an insurance company for over a decade now and there is no other plumber and company that comes close to these guys. So glad I found this companyThe installer (Corey Bentley) is very professional and knowledgeable. I was so thankful that they came back around 4:30pm and stayed till 10:00pm to complete the installation. There was another young man that assisted who was also great. Overall they did a great job. The only minor complaint I have is that Meghan at the office quoted one price over the phone and when Cory got here, the price of installation had increased slightly because they couldn’t do the $300.00 off the water softener and $150.00 off the membership. I decided to not purchase the membership in order to stick with the phone quote. I still am happy with the installation and would recommend Blue Frog. In fact, my sister will be hiring them for a water softener installation.

Called BlueFrog on 7/31/2021 at 12am. A pipe had busted in my business's wall. The receptionist stated they had availability within the next 1 to 2 hours. I gave her my companies credit card information and agreed to a $200.00 trip charge.No one came out. At 2:03am, I called the 24 hour number and it went to voicemail. I left a voicemail and did not receive a call back.It sounded like the receptionist was at a party as I could hear loud music in the background and people talking.We had a different plumber come out and fix our issue.

We had an old water heater go out and had a couple quotes from local plumbers. We decided to go with Blue Frog. What a great decision that was! Not only did we replace both our old water heaters, but we converted them into tankless water heater. We then added a new water purification system as well. Eric and Tristan were fantastic. They were very professional and explained everything. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. 5 star.

Our plumber came out and was very thorough and professional. He took the time to explain the diagnosis and answer all of my many questions. I felt like he was genuinely interested in fixing the problem and making sure we had peace of mind. I never felt like he was trying to rush out of there. I’ve recommended blue frog in the past, while the actual plumbing service is good, the appointment set up was disappointing this time around. Prices are questionable also.I called in for a clogged drain, and the dispatcher said if I could hold off until tomorrow morning they would give me a discount on the service I was calling for. She informed me that the plumber will contact me between 11-2. This isnt my impression of a morning appointment but I took the appointment for the discount. So I made arrangements with my busy schedule to be home during this time. The plumber ended showing up at 4. This kind of ruins the day when you’re given a specific time to be home.Despite the appointment issues the service was pretty good, the plumber fixed the problem pretty quickly. There was a misunderstanding with the discount. It turns out I was charged a fixed price price for the service rather than having a dollar amount taken from the invoice. I asked how much the service would have been without the discount and it was pretty outrageous (over 200$) Had I known they charge that much for a clogged drain I would have called someone else.I’m a little disappointed considering I’m a member of their service plan.

I had Blue Frog come out to see why I was having water pressure issues. Matt Harrington was the plumber that came out. He was very professional and quickly discovered the my existing water softener was bad. He advised that they sell a locally manufactured softener, which is made to handle the hard water here in our lovely city. They got me a quote and we decided to go with it. Matt stayed and installed it very quickly, and made sure that our problem was fixed before he left. Another thing I liked, Matt used boot covers before he walked in our home. He also wore a mask the entire time. Great company and will definitely use them again.

This was our bathroom sink that the A/C drain pipe is connected to. The guys were accommodating with masks as we recently dealt with a breakthrough Covid case last month and have been more careful since. They were also professional, quick and thorough by making sure the A/C drain line was working as it should after fixing the clogged sink drain. They took the time to take a look at some gas related work I’m thinking about getting done and provided a quote on the work.

Our old drainage pipes became incredibly clogged, and the plumber that was sent out from bluefrog was fast, courteous, and efficient. They called to let me know they were available ahead of schedule, came out, and had the whole job done in under an hour. They wore a mask, were very polite, and explained every aspect of it to me just to make 100% sure I knew what was going on. They didn't talk down to me at all or shame me for my crummy pipes, and will absolutely call them again when I need help with other plumbing needs.

We had water back up into our bathroom on a Sunday. Blue frog was able to send a tech to identify the problem and get it fixed for us same-day. They were quick, professional, and the work was quality. We will definitely be using them for any future plumbing needs and recommending to all friends and family.

I am unable to determine the quality of their work. What I can say is both techs were mostly courteous. From the beginning it seemed that the lead tech didnt want to complete the work. He was more concerned it seemed to me with finding challenges to not begin the work than to overcome them. I even offered solutions to his safety concerns but he had already determined to not do the job with his bosses blessing according to him. I understand worker safety and cannot fault him though I think his rotund exterior added to him not wanting to climb into or out of my attic. Then he decided to tell me that my home wreaked throughout of trash and it was unsanitary! Blue Frog employees will never again be welcome or invited to my home.Update: I called another plumbing service. They had a very nice and professional man out early the next morning. He immediately went into the attic and began taking my hot water heater apart. He brought it to my attention that while he could/would service it, he recommended replacing it. So that's what we did. The only conclusion that I can fairly come to is that blue frogs tech didnt want to do the job and didnt want my business. Not a problem! All pro earned my business today and for every job here after.

Cory was on time, efficient, pleasant and thought he fixed it until we found another cracked pipe! He had to complete the job the following day, which was disappointing, but understandable. He ran out of parts! In these hectic times, it is appreciated that they were able to complete the job and we will be calling once these hectic times are over for something more routine. Richard was AMAZING!! Came in quickly assessed problem came back the very next day to complete all the work and then some. Explained everything every step of the way and was very kind and polite to my inquisitive toddler. Will 100% use them again and recommend them to everyone.

To install a $10 part that would take less than 30 minutes to install they are charging $1,450 in labor. Even had to pay them $77 to give me this ridiculous quote. Stay away from this company. The $500 quote from another company doesn’t seem that bad now.

This communication with this company was horrible . Our appointment was canceled and when I called to found out why they didn’t come there we’re going send someone out but charge me $199 service fee in addition to the work needed. They never mentioned when making appointment! I asked to speak to the manager but the only person in office stated even if she emailed her she probably would not respond. Price gouging at its finest. Quoted $1156 to cut out 1 foot of copper and replace. Tried to get an itemized breakdown “we are a flat rate company” on the high end should have been charged 2-300 bucks insane for a cut and replace. Do not use.

We have used Blue Frog twice now and have had amazing experince both times. Mike is so professional and helpful. We had an issue on Memorial Day Weekend and he came out and fixed our problem even with it being a Holiday weekend.He offered helpful tips and is so resourceful. I called two weeks ago and scheduled an appointment. The same day I scheduled, I realized I needed to have a Saturday appointment instead. I called back spoke with someone about making the appointment change and was told I'd receive a call back after she checked the schedule for the coming Saturday.I never received a call back. I had to call and email multiple times to get a response. Finally spoke with someone and rescheduled for a Saturday, a week and half out. The day before the original weekday appointment I got a phone call asking if we could move the appointment. I told them I had already rescheduled for Saturday but didn't receive the confirmation text/email.A week later, my appointment is scheduled for tomorrow (Saturday) and I just got a text & email cancelling my appointment and that it was rescheduled for some arbitrary date and time. When I called to find out what was going on, Joe struggled to explain the reasoning for cancellation and stumbled through it saying there was a situation.Very poor customer service. Very poor scheduling.Based on my experience I would not recommend this company and will be taking my business elsewhere. I just called Caliente Plumbing & HVAC and they were able to fit me in tomorrow. Call them instead.

Clinton came to our rescue. He explained and showed us what needed to be done. He identified the problem as a pressure valve and it was repaired rather rapidly. Very friendly and professional. Mike did an excellent job in attending to our plumbing issue! We called over 7 plumbers on a Sunday afternoon due to the discovery of our water leak downstairs. Mike was the only plumber that responded and was professional, thorough and honest in getting the job completed. Had bluefrog plumbing come out to help us with a water backup problem I was having. Clinton who is a plumber with bluefrog came out and by far was very knowledgeable in breaking down the problem for me and what my options were, he was very professional in providing feedback with a camera he ran through all the piping and suggesting what he can do to resolve the issue. We have been using Blue Frog for about a year now. They have been extremely attentive every time they have come out. Their membership is worth it! We had a clean out put in, and multiple clogs removed. They are awesome!

Bluefrog has questionable practices when considering customer service, and alleged transparent pricing.I was having issues with a leaking shower faucet during the weekend, due to a damaged cartridge; this was not an issue that I would have considered an emergency, and I would have been happy to wait until the work-week to make an appointment. Upon calling the dispatch office, I was told that the plumber coming out would include a service fee of $199.00. There was no mention of this charge being other than regular due to the weekends; as a result, I scheduled a meeting.Once the plumber arrived, I was told the $199.00 increase on my bill was actually an emergency fee; as a customer, I do not have the time to deal with the minutia of definitions, and since the plumber was already in my residence I was sure I would be charged anyways (though this is an assumption of mine). So, I decided to continue with the service. Later, I received my receipt which labeled the $199.00 addition to my transaction as an Elite Pro membership; additionally, the bill only mentioned one broad term Rebuild T & S Valve Type 2.5. This did not include an itemized list specifically stating the price of labor, parts, or warranty.Obviously confused, I called the dispatch office again to question the charges; the lady was kind and receptive, but simply stated that the membership was the same as the emergency fee. I am not the only one at my residence, so I had to discuss the matter further at home, and hung up. A couple of days later, I called again mentioning the same issues but the receptionist said the manager was not in and she would inform him. The next day, I called again and the receptionist said she could take a message; only after pressing her, did she put me on hold and finally connect me to the manager.NOTE*: While being on hold, Bluefrog's message is played on a loop stating, Transparent pricing; 24/7 with no additional overtime charges for after-hours, weekends, or holidays... The website, also notes Zero trip charges, zero overtime charges, 24/7 service and availability, and premium plumbing services.After talking with the manager, we agreed to listen to the initial dispatch recording after the weekend, particularly focusing on the term emergency fee. Unfortunately, I was unable to call the office at the agreed upon time; yet, no attempts were made by the manager to contact me. Consequently, I still called the office that same day to try to get ahold of him. Once again, the receptionist offered taking a message and added, the manager is not in today.Finally, I was able to speak to him today, but to my surprise it was actually the manager who called me. We went straight to business and listened to the recording; again, the receptionist stated a service fee not an emergency fee. Without even being able to say a word, the manager went on to explain that the service fee, emergency fee, and membership fee are all the same. The membership according to the manager, is the technician's way of being nice, by affording the customer with extra benefits. Even after I explained that I did not want the membership and that emergency & service denote quite different meanings to the consumer, the manager basically told me I should be happy for the membership bonus (paraphrasing as perceived by me, as a customer), and noted that I was informed of the charge either ways.How can a company that asserts transparent pricing arbitrarily assign such different adjectives for the same fee, when these clearly are not the same nor are they described unanimously the same by the employees?If the service is 24/7, then why was I scheduled to listen to the recording with the manager on a day he did not even work?Bluefrog's motto is Less Mess. Less Stress. While the plumbing was excellent (although, I am now doubting its long-term durability), I personally found the customer service to be purposefully misleading, condescendingly rude, and devotedly uninterested in its clients. More Mess. More Stress.

I was having a leak issue behind my shower. They didn’t end up finding the leak but definitely not due to lack of effort. He left no stone unturned and and I appreciated the hard work and diligence they used in trying to find the issue.

I had a hard time with another plumbing company and called Bluefrog after hours and they were so gracious and expedient in getting to my home to diagnose and repair my water heater. I won't even tell you how reasonable they were with the repair cost, because I know they are in the business to make money, but to say they were more than fair would be an understatement. Give these guys a call first for your plumbing needs. You won't be disappointed.

You cannot have any quote on NOTHING unless they come to your house and charge $70 as base. I was trying to compare with other companies a simple test for my house after foundation repairs.. They refused to give me any idea on how much will that could cost... not a clue, not a detail unless I make them come to my house and charge me $70. I think that is abusive and VERY BAD CUSTOMER CARE.

Great service and very respectable plumber's. They came to the rescue to install my fantastic free standing tub. They saved the day from a bathroom remodeling nightmare. A prior bathroom contractor was fired.And we needed the tub installed correctly. Blue frog did an awsome job and now my wife is extremely ?. Would recommend and will always call them for any future plumbing services.

Had no idea that just to perform a simple auger toilet clog down a toilet for a soft clog that I would end up paying almost $450 I couldn't even believe it it wasn't like I was asking him to install a toilet or to repair a leak it was just toilet paper and I feel like $450 of my cash went down the drain with it I would not use their services they make it to where you have no choice because you don't want to smell dirty water anymore and I have small kids and being a single mother on a budget I couldn't believe it.. I would not use their services I would look around and compare prices even though they do have a coupon for $53 the overhead is still outrageous I would definitely research and not look at coupons I would look at first up front pricing and a price list so you know what you're dealing with they don't like to say and then he wanted to charge me an additional $750 to take off the toilet I couldn't believe it will never use their service again

100% recommend bluefrog Plumbing - Here is why: We had an outside plumbing leak and we all know, the moment people have to dig the price goes way up, BUT bluefrog was completely affordable and in one visit was able to fix our leak. They arrived ahead of schedule with two vans so after the estimate was approved, work was started immediately while the apprentice left and pulled parts for the jobs. They replaced my water heater, a bad valve under a sink, and a bad gasket on a tub overflow that required a major removal of the entire drain system through the ceiling below it. They respected my property, and I feel confident in their quality. Communication is excellent and you receive photo documentation of all work in your email. My plumber was specifically Clinton Kaelke.

The office staff and plumbers at Bluefrog offer great customer service. I have used Bluefrog to fix in door minor plumbing issues (replace toilet, leaky water heater) and also for an emergency water main leak - in all instances they knew how to fix the problems immediately and they left my home as clean as when they entered. Also I had a full home plumbing inspection done and was given a list of plumbing areas that were not 100% but was not pressured to address anything on the list. Both techs who serviced my home, Michael and Kyle, provided quality on-site service, were very timely at providing service, and very patient and knowledgeable in answering my questions.

The two young men told me they look down my drain line. But I did not see it. And they will come back for my water tank drain

An honest plumber! Unbelievable! I have been renting out the other side of my duplex for 22 years taking care of the maintenance needs of both sides. This is the first time I found a plumber who didn't try to over charge me or use inferior parts that would soon need replacing again. Thank you. I can't tell you the name of the efficient, professional, polite plumber who was here before because I gave out the cards he left to my friends and neighbors and at my age I forget names. Had a leak in an old cast iron fitting behind our sink. Clinton and Joe were on time and pretty quick about getting it changed and updated to PVC. There was also a clog in the line that wasn’t apparent when the fitting was changed. I called back and within a couple hours Clinton/Joe came back to unclog the line and did some additional diagnostic work free of charge. Plumbing issues are not my forte, so I really appreciated their professionalism and expertise in helping me understand what was causing the blockage.

When I called Bluefrog, I spoke with Amy who immediately calmed me and got me scheduled fast. Mike was the plumber who came to my house to diagnose my 2 slab leaks. He was very thorough and methodically thought about how he was going to reroute the pipes instead of just busting holes in the walls. Eric, the owner worked with my insurance company and even met the adjuster at my house. You won’t go wrong with Bluefrog! This is a company full of integrity and the only plumbing company I will ever use. If I could give more than 5 stars.... I would!

I called them up to get a quote, I asked them if I could send detailed pictures of the project in question (just installing 2 dishwashers), showing the connections under the sink, everything, and if I could get a rough estimate that way, the lady who took my call (who sounded like she was in a call center) said they couldn't do that, that a technician would have to come out and if I didn't like the estimate given that then it would be 77$ for him having come out to my house! so basically once you call them up, if you decide to decline the service cuz you deem it too expensive, then you're out 77$! wow, they should really make it so that people can document via pictures or video the project and for them to give you AT LEAST a BALLPARK estimate, very very shady tactics if you ask me :/

I felt like the plumber was a nice, trustworthy guy. Today I realized he turned both of my water heaters off. Perhaps to make me think they were no good. I paid (shame on me) $200 for him to check the hot water heaters. This makes me question the quality of the other work (if it was even necessary) that he charged me for. I was trying to help the smaller company. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

Excellent service. Efficient and to the point, no other plumbers were able to explain what is causing our main sewer back up issues but bluefrog came in 30 min after my call and solved the problems and explained what was the cause of the problem within an hour! I will call them again if I have any plumbing issues.

Had a Gentleman named Roberto come out and replace my expansion tank on one of my hot water heaters on a emergency call. He did an excellent job plus serviced both my water heaters! Definitely a company I will use again! Thanks again!

After using React-Fast Plumbing to install a water heater and he did a couple pf cleanouts, I called Jerry, the owner and the only one that works at React-Fast, and he came out, after seeing my huge water bill and seeing my meter running like crazy, and told me, with NO evidence of a leak anywhere, that he was going to charge me almost $600. to FIND the leak, whether it took one hour or all day, THEN he was going to start tearing out my walls in the house. Again, no dampness or water dripping or anything in the yard or around the meter. I questioned why he thought it necessary to tear out walls, and he could not explain. I called the next morning and cancelled on him, and started calling people I trust and they recommended Bluefrog and said y'all are endorsed by Dave Ramsey, so that was good enough for me. Your employee/plumber Cory Bentley was extremely professional and went straight to the toilets and told me they needed new parts inside. They are fairly newish and again installed by a dishonest contractor many months back. After getting my handyman to go get new parts and install, my meter is not running when there is no water running. Cory tested by turning off the water at the toilets and the meter stopped; so WOW, I will never use anyone but Bullfrog again. I have given out 6 cards to people I know. Thank you so much. I am a widow and just feel I was seen as someone to rip off. I'm also a private investigator, licensed by the Supreme Court of Texas and work for several attorneys and judges. No dummy here, but cannot stand dishonest people, especially in business. I feel so sorry for some women that depend totally on what anyone tells them, and I know several. Thank you again.

We discovered a sewage back-up around midnight Friday night. Bluefrog and Corey saved the day! Tanya, who answered the phone was immediately reassuring. Corey tackled our tough problem with patience, skill, and knowledge. He worked patiently from 1-4AM to get our sewer system in working order. He also recommended that we contact SAWS on Saturday. They also came out and cleaned out the city lines. It was a horrific situation that Corey and Tanya made so much better!

On Sunday morning, 3/11/18, I found both toilets and the bathtub backed up. Oh, wow, a situation everyone wants, right, especially on a weekend? Definitely not! I called bluefrog and talked with Amy. She said that either one of two plumbers would be here between 1:30 and 5:00 that afternoon to see what was going on. Thomas arrived at or about 1:30. He quickly discovered what was needed to unplug the toilets and bathtub and took care of the problem. He also explained this problem could recur and possible steps that could be taken to prevent it. My husband and I were both favorably impressed! Thank you, Thomas! Thank you, Amy! And, while I'm at it, thank you, Mike, for times when you have also been here and taken care of plumbing problems and maintenance. You all are great!

Yesterday my very old water softener decided to spring a leak. Thankfully I have neighbors that turned off my water at the main and then called SAWS to contact me. Anyway, I call Bluefrog Plumbing at about 3:45 and Thomas drives up to my house around 4:30. Super fast, and so professional. Thomas took a look at the situation and within minutes had figured out what needed to be done and had an estimate for me. I was very pleased with the price and he got to work. I tend to ask a lot of questions and Thomas answered everyone of them with a smile. He is even going to come back to take away the old water softener. Super company and Thomas is the best. Thank you for all the help.

Clinton came out, was right on the dot of scheduled time. Performed more than exceptional. Mannerly informative about everything he discovered. Then due to an abnormal situation with my sewage went out of his way to make sure all was clear and functional for my home. Highly recommend their service, and Clinton as a plumber himself.

Clinton did a wonderful job, very professional. My dogs usually bark at anyone in the house, yet they didn't bark at all. Goes to show that animals can sense a good character. Which made it even easier for my parents to hire him for the job.

Called to ask about the $83 coupon on the website and the lady that answered was extremely rude, stating we could present the coupon but it would not be $83.. so we asked a few more questions and she got irritated , when we told her she did not have to be rude, she replied, I'm not being rude. With a disgusting attitude. Such a shame..I saw so many great reviews and the customer service on the phone alone killed it. Will definitely be telling my friends and family not to bother reaching out to this company for help.

After I discovered a broken hot water pipe in my foundation slab, Bluefrog sent out Corey and Taylor to re-route the piping through my attic. This was a tough job and they worked many hours to get the piping installed. Corey kept me updated throughout the job, explaining the process and letting me know the progress of the work. This job was completed professionally, and all the drywall cuts made to minimalize the disruption to the walls. The debris was totally cleaned up and I am very pleased with the work.

Anthony was extremely efficient and very polite. He got the job done fast and it’s perfect. Would definitely recommend

Update 1/15/15:(This update was longer and more detailed but Google kept erasing it.)The company attempted to contact me almost immediately after I posted the original review. Again, the ladies in the office were extremely nice and told me that Luke wanted to come out and make right on whatever we had an issue with. They made an appointment for the next day between 9 and 11, Luke came out right at 9:00, was very apologetic about the work done, intent on making things right, and willing to stand behind any work that they performed. Will update again when further repairs may be made. At this point, customer service is stellar and worth 4-5 stars.Original review - 2 stars:They were recommended by a local structural engineer. He actually recommended them under another name but it looks like they operate under the 'bluefrog' name as well or instead of. I had a closet flange that needed to be replaced because the concrete was busted out around the drain pipe. The lady I spoke with was nice and said that someone could come out to take a look at it. They came out the next day after saying they would be there that evening because they were swamped with calls that day from a cold front but that was okay for me because it was only our 1/2 bath. The gentleman came out, agreed to pour new concrete around the drain, then come out the next or following day after the concrete had set to install the new closet flange.A different gentleman comes out the next day, burns out the old PVC pipe with a torch, and attempts to install a new PVC closet flange into whatever broken out cement was left around the drain. I asked what was going on as this is not what I had spoken about with the other person and he looked at me like I was inconveniencing him and said if he had known ahead of time that he was supposed to put in new concrete that he wouldn't have done what he did. He removed the closet flange, got a small tub of Quikcrete, shoved it around the pipe, then reinstalled the same closet flange. I asked if he had one with a stainless steel rim, he said they did not make one. He ran a few screws through the wet Quickcrete and said it should set up even though I could move the screw with the tip of my finger because there was no cement where the screw was. He said the other screws would hold it. He then proceeded to install the toilet and when finished it rocked back to front and would move side to side. He said that it needed to be shimmed which helped the rocking back to front but did nothing for the toilet being able to move side to side. You could actually turn the toilet left or right even though it was tightened down. He then told me that all toilets can be moved side to side like that and that some caulk would keep it from doing so. We had another toilet that was going to need work after a new floor was put down and he looked at it and seemed surprised that it could not be moved side to side anywhere near what he had just installed even though this one was installed on carpet. (At this point I should mention I have been checking toilets at random friend's and family houses. Our master toilet is rock solid and will not move at all, our second bathroom is darn close to that, our 1/2 bath is nowhere near that but okay according to this plumber. My friend's and family almost all have a rock solid, non-turnable toilet installed).The plumber said that he could not guarantee that what he did was a permanent fix? And that it could possibly need to be done again in the next year?He charged us for the hour that he was there what we were initially told we would be charged for the couple of days it should have taken to set concrete then come back later (around $350.00/-$50 with a coupon) I now have a functioning toilet in our 1/2 bath but cringe anytime someone uses it and do not want my 3 year old son to use it as he is learning to use the toilet and climbs all over it rocking it all over the place. There is absolutely no piece of mind with this particular fix and I cannot recommend their work.

Homer came and installed my dishwasher and did a great job. Came on time and was a pleasant experience. Would use them again.

Can’t praise BFSA’s consistently prompt, efficient, and responsible service too highly. Other companies may charge less, but none of them can match the top-notch quality offered by bluefrog.

Blue Frog did amazing work checking out the sewer line on a home we were intersted in purchasing. We were not available to be at the house because we live in El Paso. However our realtor was there with Blue Frog and told me about the high tech equipment that was used and how he was able to view (along with the plumbers) the sewer pipe break on the high-definition screen. He said it was very impressive!

Water heater went out Sunday night, so on Monady morning called BlueFrog Plumbing , who sent a person to my home by early Monday afternoon. Great service from everyone involved! Got the water heater replaced and all issues resolved by 6 PM that same day.

I only called to get a quote for replacing a 38 gallon water heater. They want to send a tech out and twice for this instead of taking the tools and materials out on the first day.. (qualified tech would know what to expect) they drag their feet to much and I want it done sooner then later .I'm sure that they might provide quality work (reason why i put 3 stars) but I didnt feel like a priority speaking with them . Horrible Value. Though they were able to respond in a reasonable amount of time their pricing was so high that it was insulting. They tried to charge me $750 to snake a kitchen drain line. UNBELIEVABLE

The plumbers that showed up were professional and friendly, and did a work around for my issue that saved me well over $200. Bluefrog will be my go to and my first to recommend in case of another plumbing issue.

I called and they were out here within an hour. Matt H. was professional and wore a mask and covers on his shoes. He was fast and friendly and explained everything. He also didn’t make me feel dumb for my botched plumbing attempts!

I had a water heater that broke and was spilling water out of the attic. I called Bluefrog and they were at my house within 45 minutes on a Friday night. Roberto was the technician who showed up. He was professional and gave me all my options. There was no pressure or upsale which I was appreciative of at the time. I decided to have them replace my unit and I couldn't be happier with the job Roberto and Bluefrog did for me. Roberto went above and beyond in his service. They sent a tech as soon as I called, Mike had previously been out to my place at a different time and it was great they sent him again. He cleared out the issue but also informed us of the bigger issue. He showed us on the video screen and explained in a way that we understood the problem .

Who knew that it would be almost $500 just to sneak a drink just to find out that it was a soft clog very expensive I don't think I would use them again I should have searched around but because I was desperate and you could even see desperation on my face it's almost like they just get straight to the price he didn't even bother to check first what was going on and then we're trying to attempt to see if you could take the toilet off but yet we never even got to the first repair to see what was wrong with it and he was already trying to add on another $300

Contacted Bluefrog plumbing for water softener plumbing and install estimate after having two other estimates one from a big box store and another from a local water softener company ($3200 - $7100+). SAWS (San Antonio Water Service) broke the pipe on my side of the meter and didn't want to fix the issue. Bluefrog Plumbing were to be my backup if SAWS didn't fix the issue. The guys showed up on time to do my air condition unit and handled business in a very timely and professional manner

Roberto found the clog was located in the main drain instead of the trap or pipes connected under the sink and then used the drain auger to get rid of the clog. Afterwards he used the snake camera and showed me the results. The camera revealed that there still is some concern in the future that I will need a Jet procedure to completely clean the drain but the immediate problem was solved. He is very professional and explained what and why things were being done. I would highly recommend Bluefrog and Roberto to my friends. Thank you.

Ernest and son, Trey, were here to repair a water heater/softener and faucets. They were very respectful, very knowledgeable and efficient.They returned on the following Saturday and removed the old water heater & softener and installed a new system successfully, and SAFER than the old one.Ernest & Trey return this Tuesday (12/31/19) to remove the Pfisher faucets, and install new MOHEN.

Came out after hours...$77 dollar charge just to dispatch. A simple reattach of the PVC pipe from the house back to the main. Wanted to charge $754. Don't waste your time. Absolutely unreal.
