The technicians did a great job in installing my new water heater. They were very professional and courteous. I would recommend this plumbing company.

This company is ethical, respectful and knows their plumbing. My washing machine drain pipe was backing up and leaking water throughout the house. I contacted several plumbers for estimates who quotes me 2 or even 3 times as much for a simple snaking down the drain. Chavarria's Plumbing emergency prices (to come in the weekend) were still 1/2 the price of their competitors. Not only did they resolved the issues but they were professional and friendly throughout the entire process. I highly recommend you get a quote from them before deciding on which plumber to choose. As dismaying as it was to have to replace two residential water heaters, Chavarria's two servicemen were the best and made the whole thing more than tolerable. They were extremely professional and kept me informed every step of the way. I truly appreciated their patience as I asked 100 questions. They also made sure they cleaned up any mess. Pricing was fair. While I hope we never need plumbing services again, we're keeping Chavarria's number close at hand.

We were having hot water heater issues, water wasn't heating in any of the showers or sinks. Figured this old water heater was in need of replacement. Called a more visible, well-known company out for a quote. They came in, looked around and told me it needed replacement and some outside work that would have required digging up the yard. Quote was over $2,400. I needed to get another bid to compare, so I Googled and found Chavarria's Plumbing. They were able to send technician Nathan over within a couple of hours. Nathan came in, noticed that the thermostat setting was off and the exhaust pipe wasn't aligned correctly. He corrected it and told me it should resolve the issue. I told him if it didn't resolve it, how much would a replacement cost and he ballparked it at around $1400 parts and labor. I asked him what the charge was for him coming out and he said No charge. We don't do any work that's not necessary or sell customers anything they don't need. I was stunned by his honesty. Problem has been resolved. The water is steaming hot and it didn't cost me a penny. You never know what you're gonna get when you call a service company blindly like that, but I can tell you Chavarria's Plumbing is the ONLY company I'll be calling in the future for any plumbing repairs. Kudos to the company owners for employing such honest, helpful individuals. I will recommend Chavarria's Plumbing to anyone in need.

Reasonable price. Professional service. Took extra caution and replaced new heater that he had just installed. It appeared to have a leak even though he knew the attached faucet was loose and stopped leaking once tightened. He wanted me to have peace of mind and got the unit replaced. Great customer service. I am a very happy customer!

We had a bad leak on the side of our house during the freeze in San Antonio and after waiting for four days for another plumber and being stood up and calling several other plumbers that couldn't get to us for at least 5 more days Chavarria's had a plumber at our house in 2 hours and our water running in 3 at a fair price. I highly recommend this company it's hard to find a good honest plumber especially in a time like this.

During recent storm, needed copper elbow repaired...had couple plumbering companies fall through due to improper equipment and supplies, lack of knowledge or unavailability, no water for 6 days...while a neighbor was helping to repair the elbow they reached out to me at noon today to see if I still needed their services, had plumber available same day and fixed right away...they were prompt, professional, efficient, had right equipment and got my water running! Most definitely recommend them...will be using their services in the future...

After two weeks of not getting hot water in my house because of a previous plumber we got Chavarria’s plumbing to come out. Nathan was very professional and nice throughout the hot water heater replacement. They treat your home with respect and will not leave until the job is done. Nathan arrived promptly and did the work in a most expedient and professional manner. All issues were resolved. I did not know that such work could be done in such a short period of time. There was even a bathroom sink that was not functioning properly. He identified the issue and repaired it.Was very much pleased with the pricing as well. My wife found this company searching on google. Nathan, Alex and Joe are currently working on a Difficult Slab Leak Problem at my house. I got to see their work first hand for two day. From my 8 years of experience from heavy construction industry I can tell you guys this. These guys are a rear breed. They are in the Top 1 percent when it comes to plumber. I don’t think these guys eat or sleep. Oh boy these guys will make sure you have running water before they leave even it is 2 am in the morning. They are a bunch of good guys trying to run a top notch plumbing business. From briefly talking to the owner I can tell you guys this, the owner has set a high standard and a culture in the company and it’s been reflected on all his employees.Top Notch Plumbers. I will recommend this company to anyone in a heart beat.

Best service I've ever received from a plumbing service. They configure a ventless propane fireplace for me and cut back water pipe. They treat you your home with the utmost respect, finish the job no matter what it takes and are very reasonable with chraging fees. I'm glad I found Chavarria's. I now have a plumber that shows up on time and finishes work with ease. Super service from this company.

The driver almost side swiped me, cut me off and then proceeded to tail gate another vehicle. Anyone who lacks self control while other lives are involved i would assume also wouldn’t provide quality service.

They came out right away, fixed the problem and no over pricing. So reliable and honest!!! They also helped with a remodel some time ago and corrected a lot of bad plumbing issues at a very reasonable rate. I'm so pleased to recommend these guys!

I had a leak on the copper pipe of my water heater so I called to make an appointment and I spoke to Fernando and he said Nathan would call me in a few minutes so Nathan did call back within 10 minutes and he told me he would be at my house in 45 minutes and sure enough he arrived at my home within those 45 minutes Nathan was awesome he told me how long it was going to be and a rough estimate I told him that was fine and he got to work and fix the leak and he didn’t charge me an arm and leg and mind you it was a Sunday I will definitely be giving them a call again

I called yesterday around noon and they said they would be out between 5pm-6pm, Joe called at 6pm said was stuck in traffic-he arrived about 6:15pm, he checked for 2 clogged drains-was able to show my husband the issue and how to fix it with a simple part-the other drain was fine....we were very happy with his service and would definitely use them again-they could've easily took advantage of a simple solution but instead were very honest-knowledgeable and courteous...nice going Joe!

Came out immediately on a Sunday and helped us out. Great guys, fixed our issue with a guarantee. Definitely will call again.
