We had the A/C rejuvenation. (Preventive maintenance) I was impressed with the technician.(Jesus Gloria)He was very personable and professional. He took time after the service to explain what he did. He also gave suggestions that could help the longevity and performance of of our A/C system. I am very pleased with the service. Thanks Jesus and Goettl A/C.

Josue was great! They found the issue very fast and got our air conditioner working within the hour that he was here. It was 84 in our house when they arrived and house has already cooled 6 degrees! ? Very grateful for Goettl and their excellent customer service. We signed up as a member because we were so impressed and are looking forward to receiving regular maintenance from them.

Our AC system froze up on June 7. We called a local Cibolo tech who said to thaw out the system, change the air filter, and see what happens. All was good for a week or so; it appeared. I respect tech who was not out to grab money. We called Goettl on Sunday, June 19, and arranged for a rejuvenation. On Tuesday, June 21, the system froze again, and we called Goettl and told them the service call needed to shift from re juuuuu-venation to repair and possible replacement. The air handler was 8.5 years; the compressor was as old as the house,13.5 years old. The air handler died immediately when the warranty expired and was replaced with a different brand than the compressor. We have 3220 sq feet to cool.Goettl texted me and said a technician would be coming between 1 and 3 p.m. (the appointment time was bumped up., Yay!) on Wednesday, June 22. Our tech guy Billy, friendly and professional, took a look at our compressor and suggested that the compressor may be too small for the house. *Spoiler alert* He was right. He looked inside the system and ran several checks. The starting current for the compressor was just over 150 amps--not good. The compressor's max rating was 130 amps. The dude gave me some serious side-eye when I told him the air handler and compressor were different brands. Based on his looks and no words from him, this choice was egregious and unforgivable in Billy's world. I told him the price was right, and the fix lasted 8.5 years. He said that argument was hard to refute. He asked about the need for portable AC units that kept us afloat.The conversation was an easy one. There was zero pressure from Billy to upgrade. We discussed options such as ductwork and an additional thermostat for upstairs to deal with top versus floor heating and cooling differences and hopefully eliminate the need for portable AC units. Billy suggested that those future upgrades or modifications may be considered after the new system was in place. This former Navy Nuke knew that an upgrade was in order.The Goettl team arranged financing, at an excellent rate, in literally minutes via text messages and phone conversations. The Goettl teamwork was impressive because it was collaborative and factual. Then they offered us five options and discussed each cost, ratings, and warranty. We went with Number 4. Goettl arranged for next-day installation.As it happened on Wednesday, we received a text from Goettl on Thursday, June 23, saying that the installation team would be arriving around 1:30. The team and I hope I get the names right, Robert, Marcus, and Manny, got straight to work. Six hours later, we had an epic new system with matching parts.In celebration, we went out to Mr. Crabby's for another terrific meal. When we left, the downstairs was 76 degrees, and the upstairs was 82. When we returned in two hours, all rooms in the house were at 73°F. Kudos to Goettl and the entire team! Highly recommended. Being a college professor and former US Navy nuclear reactor operator, facts matter. Goettl's commercials suggest that they are very tech-savvy. The company's founder, the dad, was technically and ethically impressive. His traits and standards have been passed down and enhanced. They indeed do things the right way, not the easy way.The entire was not perfect. The text messages indicated the arrival time was just enough time for my wife or me to jet home and greet them. A little lead time could be helpful, but timing jobs of this nature to the hour or minutes is nearly impossible if you are doing things correctly. So my score is 99.9% out of 100.

Steven Martinez came to complete repairs. His carpentry work was top of the line. The repairs looked as if nothing had ever taken place. EXCELLENT JOB!! We are VERY happy with the service GOETTL provided. Very professional company!

This company is very responsive and made sure that my services could be completed very quickly.George the technician that was sent out is amazing, he came out and diagnosed the issue. Although it was not something we were expecting considering it is a brand new home he treated the issue with so much care and consideration. Which is exactly what we needed during such a stressful time. I felt he was on our side and genuinely cared. He walked in with a stuffed dog named Sadie and small gestures like that just put me at ease.He walked us through the whole process to make sure we understood and were happy.We then spoke to Tim who helped us picked the best AC for our home. Giving us 1-5 star ratings on systems. Tim as well treated this issue with so much care and consideration.Through each step of this process I felt very informed and aware of what was going on.I 1000% recommended this company

Ricardo was a great help! Explained everything to me for my husband to review. Gave us all the numbers and details for our files and decisions. Did a system check up and cleaning.Last experience was great also! They removed 2 baby toy cars from the tub drain and it was covered under our contract program we have with them! I have never had this type of customer service from a HVAC Company before. Mr. Lopez the A/C Technician was very professional and thorough with every detail of the A/C rejuvenation. Explaining what he was checking and doing for my own situation awareness. It’s great to understand as he was servicing the system. I’m very happy that I picked Goettl. Mark and Ernesto did an outstanding job putting my new units in - came at the agreed time and worked to complete the entire project in one day. Poor guys had to cut out my previous inside unit due to some construction by a previous owner. Definitely worked hard to get the job done, thoroughly explained everything to me. Very satisfied with the level of service I received!

Bottom line, Jesus Gloria of Goettl was amazing. Professional technician who listen and ensured we received the services needed. I was having trouble with my gas fireplace and they came out charged about $800 and the problem wasn’t fixed. The fireplace kept turning off like it did before. They did come back twice and checked the fireplace and said everything was fine. I called back today and they said we no longer work on fireplaces. I said oh so there is nothing you can help me with? They said no I said oh ok thank you…..the guy replied your are welcome. Ridiculous customer service

Had some A/C issues late afternoon on a Friday. My wife called in a request for a tech to come out. Within 2 hours they arrived. Jaime was very professional and took the time to explain to me what the issue was and what options I had. He was able to get my A/C back up and running in no time. Overall, I was very satisfied with the response and service provided. I would recommend Goettl A/C to anyone and will use again. Thank you.

Matthew arrived within 2hrs of my scheduled call which was great. He was very knowledgeable and fixed my outdoor unit for my AC and really took the time to explain the root cause and how to prevent the issues from happening again in the future. Definitely will use them again and was pleasantly surprised they were able to make it so quickly on Sunday of all days.

I wanted to say how much I appreciate Goettl Air Conditioning! Reagan provided great customer service with diagnosing the issue with our A/C unit, and that it was a pretty serious problem with the unit short cycling. She arranged for technicians to be at our house the very next day. The technicians Mark and Ernesto are outstanding! We needed to have the coil replaced in the unit. They needed access to the attic which was blocked. They were quick to help move a piece of furniture out of the way so they could get the job done. They were both very friendly and professional throughout the job. They even helped get the furniture back to where it was after the job was done to leave the jobsite the way they found it. I would recommend this company again. The A/C immediately felt wonderful in my home once they replaced that coil. They kept everything very clean throughout the entire process. Tyler & Rudy were awesome!! Very professional and informative. Came late one night after a horrible toilet flooding situation at our home and then again early the next morning. Loved hearing the story about being Sadie approved and the passing of the torch w the flashlight! My son loves his Sadie dog and flashlight! We definitely feel in good hands w Goettl!! The customer service folks on the phone were all great too!!

I chose Goettl after having looked through the reviews that were posted on Google for various plumbers. They had so many excellent reviews. But holy cow! We haven't even had our water heater installed yet, but I've got to say Goettl is outstanding in the area of excellent customer service. Just incredible. I have no doubt that they will finish the installation job with 5 stars. These days it is nearly impossible to find any business with descent customer service, much less OUTSTANDING customer service. As far as I'm concerned, they deserve the number 1 spot, at least in customer service of ANY company I've delt with in the last decade.

So the bad news is they had to come twice in the same week. The good news is both Ricardo and Carlos Z. did outstanding work. Ricardo explained everything very clearly. He installed a relay switch because my outside unit was not kicking on when I switched from heating to AC. Carlos came back when the outside unit kicked on when I switched back to heat. I wasn't sure it was supposed to. He explained how heat pumps work. Then he installed a turbo condenser (?). Great guys. Love Goettl. I absolutely trust Goettl.

The technician (Jehad) was 100% professional, courteous, polite, detail-oriented and definitely knowledgeable in his profession. He was patient and insightful. He gave me multiple options and stressed the importance of the most important services without being overbearing. Above all, he represented Goettl Air Conditioning and Plumbing and their motto of doing things the right way, not the easy way! Great experience!

Called out for AC job in SanAntonio. Could not find anything wrong with AC unit but made a big push to have AC flex lines mastic sealed on AC plenum. Also said AC flex lines (6) need to be cleaned. Wanted $1200. The flex air lines are maybe 5 years old. They are NOT dirty. The AC tech cut a hole in plenum (in attic). Just stuck plug back in but did not tape it or seal up. See picture.They are high pressure sales and prices for unnecessary work. We did get flex ducts sealed and the hole cut sealed. Whole job took ~2 hrs and a fraction of their quoted price. Will never use them again.

Wow! Great service and professionalism! From Tony Dominguez with repairing my water leak, to David B. with repairing outside pipes and installation of a water softener, and Jesus Gloria with helping me out uncover the need for a new AC unit (which I had been putting off for quite some time). Overall all of my interactions with this company has been extremely professional and positive. Thank you all for protecting my home investment.

This was our first service with Goettl and first, I appreciated the calls beforehand to let me know the rep was on the way. Then, when Darean showed up, he was very professional and knowledgeable. He took time to explain what he was doing and how things worked. It was apparent that he cares about the quality of his work. Definitely pleased with the company so far.

Our technician, Jesus Gloria, was awesome and walked us through our whole A/C system to make sure we understood all the parts and how it worked. He was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue and actually solved the root cause of the issue instead of just replacing parts that would inevitably break again. He even showed us pictures of everything and went above and beyond to make sure we knew what everything was and answer any questions we had. Highly recommend Goettl, worth every penny.

Andrew, Nathan and their manager Ben from San Antonio Goettl plumbing were fantastic in their response to our plumbing issue. They are very professional, timely and friendly. They took a lot of time to make sure that we had a clear way forward with any questions we had. We will be using them again for any and all plumbing situations!

I got a new air conditioning system. I really liked Raymond Molina and Joe Martinez. Of I ever need any other air conditioning work. I would prefer them to Comme back. I liked their manner. Their work ethic and their friendliness. They really seemed to know what they were doing, and acted like they wanted to make sure the job was done properly.

Hired Goettl to find and repair a leak under the kitchen sink. Had to reschedule the first appointment due to them being overbooked, but was able to reschedule for just a few days later (was not an emergency). Matt showed up on time and was very professional. He was able to quickly find the source of the leak, but was careful to check water pressure and water quality to make sure there wasn’t a larger issue. Matt provided an estimate, which included a discount for me being a vet, and we were off and running. Repair was quick and easy. Even with the discount, I was surprised at the repair bill, but I haven’t used a plumber for anything in over 10 years. I recommend Matt and Goettl and will use them again for my plumbing needs.

Frank M and Sergio P were on time and professional! Frank provided complete and thorough information and explained options. Sergio was supportive and attentive. I haven't been as impressed with customer service they provided in a long time. Excellent service. I highly recommend their company.

I called at 4:30am and by 1:00pm Jesus Gloria was at my home looking at my issues. He was EXTREMELY thorough and professional. Every last detail he not only explained, but SHOWED me either in person or through pictures so I could understand the issues COMPLETELY. The technicians found multiple issues with my AC unit.We decided it would be best to remove the old damaged system and invest in a newer more energy efficient system. Each issue was documented with photos and thoroughly explained. The process for financing and choosing an affordable plan was easy.Some extra perks and lower interest rates also helped with the decision to purchase.The new equipment was installed the same day.I cannot wait to how much the newer energy efficiency will lower my CPS bill. Each crew was extremely patient and professional throughout the entire process. I look forward to a long relationship with Goettl in the future.

Hes very helpfully & knowledgeable of his trade. did not turn his shoulder while i watched him work and answering all my questions just like a concerned homeowner would… he was very helpful & honestly this young man deserves a raise i wish he worked for me.

He not only broke the information down in a way for me to understand but he also exemplified great customer service, i really felt like i got to know him and vice versa all while he did a great job. They do a great job.. but if they show up . They keep delaying from Friday to Saturday and on Saturday they called and wanted to come later than they originally scheduled and dispatch was not friendly. Technician Tyler showed up with a great attitude and willing to get the job done. He went beyond expectations and answered all questions. Because of Tyler, they are getting 5 Stars.

Seriously, Mr. Doug Rivera and his associate Joshua were amazing because they were on-time (that's a good start!), they were obviously knowledgeable, and they were genuinely concerned about the problem and helping us to cope well. They did this by explaining the issue, our choices and walking us through the remediation issues. They even came back after the remediation team found more issues! I have often though of plumbers like used-car salesmen, I'm not kidding -- but these people were professional, helpful, sincere . We discovered an HVAC issue that needed immediate attention as we were leaving town . They had a technician out the next morning Long story short we had to replace the HVAC. Ramon and Joe went out the next day and replaced the unit. They were professional, meticulous and knowledgeable. Can’t say enough about them. They did a fantastic job. Our service tech was wonderful! Got to know us before the service was even attempted. We loved the plush toy and the flash light that was gifted to us. Definitely not the most affordable but great work.

Jesus Gloria was out technician- he is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He checked all our HVAC system, took pics and reviewed all our system showing us all parts and how they function, current status and numbers of temperature/ heating and CO2. I liked that he discussed where possible improvements would help our system, instead of just saying we needed it now and pushing us to buy.Will definitely recommend.

I called Goettl to unclog my kitchen drain on 4/13/23. The Technician Tyler was very friendly, knowledgable, and explained everything in a clear way that I could understand. The folks at Goettl installed a new AC/Heating system in my home and the technicians were par for the course excellent. I've used Goettl before on AC repairs and they have always been the cream of the crop compared to other places. Company was very responsive and quick to schedule. Jaime arrived to our home and was very professional and informative about our A/C system. Jaime was patient to show me the ins and outs of our system and how to maintain our system for the future. Fortunately, Jaime fixed even the minor issues that we were unaware of. I had such a good experience with Goettle! Matt Lopez was so friendly and professional and made me feel comfortable. He explained in detail what the problem was in a way I could understand. I definitely will be calling Matt and Goettl again!!

Mathew our repair man was very professional and very thorough. He answered all our questions, Explaining clearly what we were needing to know. If he was unable to answer he immediately contacted someone who could answer. Very polite and intelligent young man.The only negative remark I would say was that we had an original appointment days earlier and they canceled it, was told it was because they were busy and due to the fact we had a on TV special we were receiving. That was rather unprofessional and the girl was very rude sounding about it, but Mathew wasn’t involved in that part at all, not even sure he was aware of it. That was on the schedulers.

Jorge, Adiel, and Josue were phenomenal. They were extremely polite and professional and worked hard to find a solution to our ac problems. We felt good signing up for regular service from them knowing we’d be taken care of. Jorge was especially great and we look forward to working with him for our maintenance.

The tech that came today, Jesus Gloria, was informative, and took the time to explain the process of his visit. He explained everything to me from start to finish, and even provided pictures to follow along with. Definitely will request his service again.

I was displeased with the service to get tech out to repair plumbing problemI called Sunday to schedule an appointment Monday between 3-5pm to which I received a text that a plumber will not b able to make I called Goettl Monday to schedule for 1-3 again was told a plumber would b at my home closer to 3-5pm. It’s 530 pm and no one has shown up I called Goettl they said I was next on the list. It’s 7pm and Tyler showed up I have nothing but positive vibes for him, he knew his job was very professional and knowledgeable. First off, Joshua came for the estimate, I was going to go with another company but Joshua won me over with his knowledge and great personality. Eric and David did the installation and they were great as well. Made sure I didn't need any water as they were getting ready to text turn it off for several hours. Outstanding customer service all around including Jonn who explained the different warranties to me over the phone.They will be my go to for plumbing needs going forward.

Tyler L. did a wonderful job clearing out our clogged sewer line that was causing the showers in both upstairs bathrooms to leak. It was raining and was already just after 7pm when he showed up and went straight to work on the problem. He cleaned up any mess and sprayed the whole bathroom with antibacterial spray and kept us informed of what he was doing along the way. He didn't complete the job until almost 10:30pm and I have never been so grateful to be able to take a shower after not having plumbing in our bathroom for a few days! I would recommend Tyler for all your plumbing needs!

Jesus Glory was one of the most professional courteous technicians I have ever met. Jesus went above and beyond to ensure my heating unit was serviced right. I need addition service and he went extra mile to try to get me what I needed, I however could not afford it but it was not for the lack of the technician trying. Thank you Goettel for such professional, knowledgeable and courteous employees.

I highly recommend George. He’’s very professional and knowledgeable about the units. He also cares about the homeowner and wants to find ways to help them be able to repair or replace their units in their budget. I know I will stay with this company for as long as I own a home.

Paid good money for water heater service, but have been rescheduled 3 weeks in a row because of staffing shortages. Paid good money last year and never received any service last year. Don't pay for water heater service because you won't get it. It's last on their list. They'll take your money, and do nothing. I asked to talk to the owner, and of course, that didn't happen! VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY. I told them I deal with people(vets) every day, and that I understand some shortages, but he didn't care! I'll send it on is what he said. If the owner of Goettl gets this, I would love as call back! I don't think it will happen. Jim

Steve Martinez came out to our house after an install to patch up where our old unit was after having our ac relocated to the attic. He did a phenomenal job making the hole left from our old furnace intake in our living room wall look like it was never there! And even went the extra mile to ensure the entire area was clean like he was never there.

Tony D was on time and professional. He explained all of the recommended services thoroughly and made sure I didn’t have any questions before he left. I would highly recommend him. Very respectful and knowledgeable.

From the jump technicians were very welcoming, and explained everything thoroughly. First ever experience with a complete AC system replacement. They made the whole process very easy and understandable, would recommend them 10 out of 10.

We used Goettl to replace our existing tank water heater. We went with a recirculating tankless water heater. Goettl worked with our schedule, and even though it was a late afternoon decision, Goettl was able to send two well qualified technicians at our house that very evening. Gabriel and Brendan were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Their upbeat and spirited attitude made them a pleasure to meet and have in our home. Even though it was pushing midnight by the time installation was wrapping up, Gabriel and Brendan did not seem to rush or cut corners. My wife and I had an extended conversation with them after installation as they explained the new system and answered all our questions. Thank you to everyone at Goettl who played a role in this project. I wish I would have written down everyone’s name, so I could mention them personally. From scheduling to completion, Goettl did it ridiculously right. Many service-based companies used a pandemic to explain away poor customer service. Not at Goettl ! Special thanks to Gabriel, Brendan and Joshua Lopez who explained the benefits of a tankless system to us and got the ball rolling.

Our heater went out in December 2022, when we got home from shopping our house smelled like a sharpie or permanent marker, it was such a strong smell. I looked it up on the internet and the article I read stated the fumes can cause health problems. We called Goettl that evening and a technician by the name of Billy was sent out the next day. He was courteous and professional, and funny, he checked out the heater which he called a “Frankenstein” because apparently the people who had come to “fix” our AC and heating were using old parts as a bandaids for both whenever they broke down just to get them to work. Long story short we got our new AC and heater installed by Blake and I can’t remember the person’s name that was with Blake. They installed both in just one day. They were both really awesome and did a wonderful job. They both came back the next day to be sure everything was working right. Then today they sent Josue and he checked everything out and he made sure everything was running smoothly. We are very satisfied with job that was done and the technician’s and installer’s that were sent we all very courteous and professional. I’m so glad we called Goettl, so worth it.

Horrible experience - avoid this company!!!First of all, we did not need a new unit. We were trying to be proactive in replacing ours that was 10 years old and had a small Freon leak that had to be charged every year or so.The routine maintenance person came and ran some checks. We chose to go ahead and replace the system. The service guy asked if they could come the next day on a Saturday because they needed work. They advised it would only take 6-8 hours to complete. We agreed. Pricing was super high and we were reluctant. I think they are way overpriced.They called at 8:01 Saturday morning saying they were on their way. At 10:34 am they arrived. No call saying they were running late. The installer proceeded to tell us the job would take 8-10 hours, which is longer than we were told initially - Horrible communication from the start.Around 5PM it was clear that things were not going well. We asked the installer what was going on and he advised the new system coil was not working properly and would probably need to be replaced - on a BRAND NEW unit. We asked if anyone was on the way with the part. He stated they needed to do hours of troubleshooting before they would bring in a new part. Why??????Also, why did they not communicate the problem? We had to ask. Around 8:00 pm they finally said the coil needed to be replaced and they would come back tomorrow, leaving us with no AC for the night. They didn’t ask if we were available for them to come back tomorrow they just assumed. We asked why they couldn’t get the part tonight instead of tomorrow. They said it would take too long to go back to the warehouse and have someone open the warehouse for them to get the part. How is that our problem??? Someone should have been on the way with the part when they discovered that was likely the issue. They left around 8:30 pm saying they would return 9am to finish the 2-3 hour job. They arrived at 10:30am - late again. It then took 7 hours for them to complete the 2-3 hour job. We had to cancel appointments and miss things we needed to attend because of this horrible service. The lack of communication is ridiculous! We asked to talk to a manager and the person who called was rude and unhelpful. We asked for a discount for all of the inconvenience. They were supposed to talk to someone and call us back. We never heard back from them.Stay away!! This place is the worst!!!!

Billy did amazing explaining everything do me, the 2 repair men that came also did amazing job, they clean up after themselves. They were nice and friendly, explained some stuff out to us. Would totally recommend a family/ friend about this company

First off the company is very good to work with and would recommend to anyone. The only reason for a 4 star review and not a 5 star is because after selling you a system you will not hear from the lead tech again, not what we were told. And when the system was being installed they were not going to clean the mildew that was in the drywall in the closet where the system went and was going to install on top of old rotten plywood. Again not what we were told. Other than that the company has been responsive and very professional. Always on time and very friendly.

I called this company to come out to my home to assess my sink that was DRAINING SLOW. Unfortunately the technician assessed the line with his equipment and caused water to flood my kitchen floor. The technician left and went to his vehicle to write an invoice. He was immediately notified that he needed to come back into the home to cleanup the water that he left which was flooding my kitchen floor. The technician entered the home and stated that he don't have a shop vac to clean the water and that he had to go and pick one up to remove the water. The tech LEFT THE PROPERTY and never came back leaving my entire kitchen with a flood of water under my refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher, and counter. I called the Goettl customer service shortly after 7p and ask them to send someone out to clean up the mess that was made by their technician. The customer service agent stated she would have a manager call me and address the problem and no one called or showed up.I called again the next day (Thursday Dec 8th) and and spoke to manager Steve and he tried cover up for the tech and stated that he (tech) returned but no one answered my door. After reviewing my cameras there was no record of anyone returning to my home to clean up the mess that was made by Goettl technician. Steve stated he would send a restoration company out to clean up the mess.The restoration company called me on Friday and delivered 2 fans and a dehumidifier and chemicals to treat the damaged wet floor. The restoration company left the equipment for 3 days and my entire kitchen floor was damaged from the flood of water that the technician fail to cleanup. After removing their equipment the restoration company stated that there is nothing more they can do and that the floor need to be replaced. Steve the manager at Goettl insist that I call my insurance company and file a claim to repair the damage that was caused by their technician. Book an appointment 3 days in advance. Call the same day of the appointment to confirm. Say yes to the appointment. Cancel last minute due too many emergencies. Spoke to them and says technician will be there but late. Never show up. Call them again and said appointment needs to be rescheduled. No respect for costumer time !!!!

The technician was very professional and nice. Perhaps too nice. Informative and helpful. Ready to execute all appropriate actions, but a bit much (too much) in selling the idea to finance their exhorberant prices... and selling their professional care in the work they perform. Goettl is always my first call. They’ve replaced my water heater and today repaired an AC blowing warm. I have a “home warranty” and I called them at the same time I called Goettl. Jehad their technician was here and fixed it before the warranty company even called me back. They are always prompt and courteous and my dog loves the toys they bring. Oh and I use my flashlight they gave me all the time!

My tech, Jesus Gloria was friendly, efficient and explained the best options to address my faulty hvac system. We reviewed the options available and I feel both Jesus and the Goettl company took my needs and budget into consideration, allowing me to make the best decision for my situation. Tyler Leija was my tech and an A+ person of integrity. He was professional and explained everything in layman's terms. I had all 9 lines of my sewer system cleaned out by jet washing. He took before and after video of all the lines and added Bio1 to help with future buildup removal. Remarkable difference! My home is 27 years old and a lot of buildup had occurred. I also had to have my toilets pulled and a new part added, so the toilet would sit evenly on the surface, then sealed. Excellent cleanup was done as well. I'm very pleased with Tyler's work! Goettl has a superb representative for their plumbing business!

Mathew provided great service. During the maintenance check, Mathew, identified an issue with the power usage of our system. System was repaired during visit and we should be saving some $ on our power bill and avoid an unexpected system power failure due to the this fix. Highly recommend them.

Jay Cruz is that guy… He came out and was very knowledgeable and really knows his way around HVAC system in my home found the problem and fix it right away also he found other issues and fix them as well. darean was AMAZING! we had an issue with our toilet flushing and he went above and beyond to fix our problem, he stayed for over 5 hours working vigorously to solve this for us so we didn’t have to wait all weekend. this company and its employees have always been amazing and i will definitely be calling them again for any of my plumbing needs.

Jason B and Rudy H were very personable and professional. They were honest about the age of the plastic and promised a quote from Goettl. Previous gentleman out was equally excellent.

It has been quite an experience. The first plumber was incredibly condescending and constantly checking if the work was going to be okay with my husband, since he was not available the day of the service. After that, when we determined it was not actually a clog, we were quoted for another service. Midway through, they let us know this isn’t actually going to fix the problem. When we requested the (now third) estimate for repairs, they just never showed up or provided an estimate. We’ve now paid them thousands of dollars to have them charge our payments to the wrong card, lie about their promotional services, and then just not even complete the repairs that are needed. If you want the work actually done, I’d go somewhere else. It’s what we’ve had to do.

Incredible service because of a greatly informative plumber named Darrean who helped us with drain and plumbing needs. Not only did he manage to come out to our home late in day, regardless of scheduling, but he was knowledgeable and upfront ahead of time. This is our second experience with Goettl after having them out to fix an issue with our outside unit. We signed up for their preventative maintenance plan shortly after since we were really happy with the service we received. Today's visit was focused more around HVAC maintenance, which Goettl scheduled proactively for us. Jesus Gloria came out and was super friendly from beginning to end and was extremely knowledgeable. I really like how he visualized the health of our system using easy to understand quant methods. He also provided some solid recommendations backed by photos and easy to understand data. Jesus made sure we understood how our system operates, made great recommendations, and ensured our HVAC is ready for the winter. Also, I can't remember the name of the first person that came out but kudos to you as well for being professional and super friendly. I appreciate a company that is customer focused, honest, and transparent.

We started with Goettl in 2020 with a new HVAC and anytime we had an issue or the regular maintenance follow up the customer service is always exceptional. This past month we had our HVAC rejuvenation, Ricardo is the best in customer service and have worked with him multiple times since we started using Goettl. We also had our plumbing check up as part of the club, Rudy H. and Sergio P. came out and explained and showed us area of concerns, answered our questions and also provided a great overall customer experience.Goettl has an incredible team and highly recommend.

We encountered sewer issues and we called a few companies around and we made the decision to go with Goettl A/C and Plumbing, from the initial phone call the receptionist helped scheduled an appointment for one of their employees to come and help with our outdoor sewer issue. They sent Darean Guerra to assist us, he is very professional young man, respectful and took the time to explain the services we requested. He helped us understand by showing what was the cause of the issue and what we needed to do to fix it. Definitely requesting the plumbing camera was a good choice. I would recommend Darean from Goettl for plumbing issues/repairs. We will definitely use their services in the future.

Wanted heating system check up and maintenance. By the time we were through we were looking at the possibility of an entire furnace replacement. Furnace is 15 years old. High sales pressure. Something about carbon monoxide leakage. Somehow that got linked to air quality control in my mind and we ended up with duct cleaning scheduled for next day, although we could cancel within 3 days. Quick response when payment is on the the line. Deciding now to cancel the ductwork as I do not think it has anything to do with the carbon monoxide issue.

Great response, they were able to get us in the same day. Our tech Matthew was so respectful of our home and family. Would definitely use them again and recommend.

The team of Blake, Oscar, Billy, Rodrick, and Chewy just installed 2 heating and AC units in our home. These guys are the BEST! They were professional, knowledgeable, and very efficient. Our new system is up and running. They did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend the company and this crew!

Ralph and Tony were great. They did all the things fast and well for my flood inspection and water heater flush.However, I was texted and told that I would be informed when they were on the way and 30-40 minutes out. I got no text before they showed up, so it was a bit of a surprise. This company seems to have an issue with this. When they replaced my A/C unit this past summer, I got a text with a picture showing the guy who was supposedly on the way right then, but it was nearly 2 hours before anyone showed up and it was two different guys than the picture of who I texted.

Matthew Lopez did a seasonal check of our air conditioner and found the UV light was burnt out. While in our house he was professional and did a great job. He had to come back to replace the UV bulb and again his professionalism made his visit a pleasure.

Had a problem getting timely emergency service for a clogged sewer pipe. However, once they arrived, the pipe was cleared quickly and thoroughly. Everything was explained clearly and options were offered. And the cost was very reasonable.

You will not get your drain cleared for $80. If the clog is after the pea trap you will pay almost $400. Anything before the pea trap can easily be cleared out by yourself in 5 minutes, so the $80 ad comes off as dishonest at best. Plumber ran the auger and was in and out in less than an hour. I assumed that was the process for all clogged drains that needed the assistance of a plumber, but be assured that is NOT covered for $80. If you need this service be prepared to spend just under $400.

Best plumbing company I have used, hands down. They are pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for. All highly qualified from the office to the job site. I highly recommend.

They been to my residence about 4 times. One of the problems that originally happened at the house was the duct cleaning. They came and supposedly did the work. A day afterwards I decided to do a walk through to check the job. Well, come to find out they had bent most of the metal covers to the vents. They had also forgot to clean one of the vents that was located in the laundry room.We called to complain about the problem. So, they scheduled a day to came to fix what they had damaged n missed. Well, they came in to replace the damaged mental covers. Oh, the vents had to match the ceiling color. So, they started to do the replacing. I smelled fresh paint n decided to go out to see what they were doing. You wouldn’t believe it! They were spraying the vents on the front yard. You would think that they would do that at their shop. But, no they did here. Oh n they didn’t clean the duct

The plumber, Tyler, was awesome. I would have given him a 5 star, but there was an issue with scheduling and I was told they would not be able to come and I needed to reschedule. This was the 2nd time Goettel tried to cancel and reschedule. Fortunately, they sent a plumber after all and my leak was repaired.

We called goettl because we were sick of our old system after another company said that the compressor was toast. Billy walked us through everything and made it clear that the system wasn’t as bad as I thought. Thanks goettl. Give them a call

Abdiel and Peter were out here today and they were great. They immediately got to work inspecting our ac. They actually listened to what I had to say and with that they figured out it was the thermostat. They fixed the problem and didn't try and sell me anything I didn't need. I highly recommend them and their company. Thanks guys!

Had this company come out for a diagnostic on my a/c. Husain Ismail was nice at first and seem to be thorough, but once he knew I was working with my home warranty company his attitude changed. He seemed angry at the fact we are not repairing the AC right away and appeared agitated. I informed him I just needed the approval from the warranty company and I would continue to follow up with repairs. The diagnosis was not clear in the matter and from just needing the outside fan, from what he told me, it became needing the entire system replaced. My warranty company gave us a hard time in replacing the entire system without a cause for failure, so I reached back out to Goettl for clarification. Goettl was not helpful and the female manager who spoke to be came off rude and as though I was wasting her time. They are an HVAC company but could not give a reason for a system to fail. This was beyond me, but I got nowhere with the manager who “assisted” me.

My father had a plumber from Goettl named Andrew Arizola come over to determine what the problem was with the bathroom plumbing and he was extremely impressed with Andrew. He was professional, kind, and very helpful with his assessment of our problem. We will definitely be requesting him again in the future.

Water heater maintenance. Poor service and no show. Called month in advance to schedule. Even called day before schedule to confirm. Yet they still never came. Asked for Steve, mgr. This guy never bothered to callback. Then they tried to schedule for the following month. This company lacks customer service and new mgr.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. Manny G and Robert R did an amazing job replacing our hvac system. They both went above and beyond. They were so polite and very respectful. They left their work area cleaner than they found it. (Thanks to us having 4 cats and a dog, lots of fur. ?) Robert even took the time to say hello to our senior dog. Both were knowledgeable and explained what to expect after they were done. They answered any question we had. They stayed longer than we expected, which was much appreciated. They were supposed to start this evening and finish in the morning, but stayed to complete the job. My family and I are so grateful for that. My daughter came out of her room and told us that she could actually feel the cool air now! I told my husband that that was the true test as to how good our new system was. We now having a working system that has already made our home feel more comfortable. Thank you for the great job and I would highly recommend everyone use this wonderful company. 100% A+!!!!

Professional, courteous, and on-time. Every time I've needed work or an emergency repair, Goettl has been there on the same day! I can't recommend Goettl enough, 10/10 would use again. Example of this company's caliber: Ordered a brand new system and out of the box, it was not perfect with some blemishes (manufacturer issue); it was also on the backside where it would never be seen. Instead of just placing it in, Goettl and their techs notified me of the blemish issue and had a replacement system here (perfect) shortly after being informed; honest and trustworthy.

Quick diagnosis of issues, but expensive services. The reason for the low review is because they have a policy of only paying employees bonuses when customers give 5 star reviews with the employee still present, and the employee has to take a picture verifying that they got the 5 star review to send in for their bonuses. The guy who helped us was awesome, so I gave the 5 star review and now that enough time has passed for our guy to get paid, I can let all of you know that a lot of the 5 star reviews on here are fake. Honestly would probably rate 4 stars if it wasn’t for their pushiness with reviews.

Jesus Gloria was here today, with good understanding of my issues i was having wit the water pump Goettl installed last may. It has been a nightmare, and today i choose to stop it and have it removed from the system, we are using the second outlet for the water to exit. I feel that i wasted over 12,000 dollar , because it didn't work right from the beginning, then something started eating the rubber tubing, and it made a mess on the areas where it leaked thru to my hall ceiling, all n all, i spent $12,000 for literally nothing to show for it in less than a year of installation, i had to pay additional money today to get it removed, so now I am closer to 13, 000 invested with nothing to show for it, doesn't leave m with a warm and fuzzy feeling, leaves me depressed and doubtful.Not to mention i paid to have the intake walls replaced, and that created its own mess and became totally different nightmare.In all of this darkness, i found a few of your service agents, like Jesus Gloria, very good, they were professional, courteous, and helpful. I have been a Sadie member for a number of years and THOUGHT Goettl was a good company with scruples. I WAS WRONG!! They do poor work, overcharge, and lie to elderly people like me.I had a leak in my shower that had spread through the walls and onto the bathroom floor over to my sink. Frank came and changed the cartridge to the valve and recommended another company to come in to clean the rest of the leak and replace the walls. He also insisted that the water pressure was too high even though I said we had low pressure. He kept pushing that I get a pressure reducing valve because it was imperative. He also claimed I needed a $20,000 water softener/carbon filter even though he NEVER tested my water to determine the hardness or chlorine residual.I relented to the pressure valves because he insisted that my entire plumbing system would be destroyed in the near future. Goettl also sent people to replace my shower valves (including the one they just installed and charged me for). They did not give me my senior discount even though I asked them if it would apply to all the work and they said it would.Frank said the bathroom work was to include inspection of everything (tubs, toilets, and sinks). The people who did the repair work in the tubs did nothing else like they were supposed to. We had to call for them to come back and look at water coming from near one of the toilets. The person who came did not tighten the bolts, so water was leaking after he left. Someone from the other company fixed it by merely tightening it a little. Goettl said they wanted to charge another inspection fee but I said they were supposed to do all the work the first time they were here like they said they were going to.Ever since they completed the work in November, I have had even less water pressure than before, to the point where NOTHING comes out of my kitchen sink. Frank had said that the water goes through the house before going through the kitchen.I told multiple people at Goettl and they either said they would have to charge me a lot more to look at the kitchen or they just ignored me.Goettl was not able to complete everything in the shower until the other company finished their work in there. In December, Monica from billing called to ask how I was going to pay for the work. She said if I didn’t call right away, she was going to put a lien on my house. I called back but she would not take multiple calls. When I finally spoke to her, she claimed the work was done in September and that Goettl had not paid their plumbers since then because I owed money. She changed her story and said that she didn’t just need to know my payment method but that I had to pay because they did everything they were supposed to when I still had no facet or valve in one of the tubs. Finally, I spoke to a Steve who said I had to pay in full immediately even though the work was not finished or he was just going to put a lien on the house. The contract said payment was due upon completion.When Goettl finally sent someone to finish in the shower, the faucet was installed crooked and we still have low pressure and no water at all in the kitchen.I am attaching photos of the crooked faucet and the bills to show they charged me twice for shower valves and did not give the senior discounts they said were there.I want water to come to my kitchen like it did before Goettl came and messed with it. I also want my money back for the original valve they installed since they took it back two days later. Additionally, I want my senior discount that they said I was getting but didn’t.I would not recommend Goettl for anything in San Antonio..

Daniel and Robert were fantastic. Identified themselves as Geottl employees. Daniel to took the time to explain exactly what work was being performed. He identfied and explained the functions of the parts that were being replaced and installed. He patiently listened to my questions and responded in a language that a person with no HVAC experience could understand. It's obvious that Daniel and Robert have worked as a team and enjoyed doing what they do. I spent a little more $$ than I would like to have spent, but......... that's life. Would have rate 5 star, but I'm in wallet shock. Just hope it was well worth it. They have guaranteed it!

I don't know HVAC lingo well, but the AC wasn't turning on with cool air in the morning. Husband called and they fit us in that same day. When the technician left, we'd been given a decent understanding of what could be wrong ultimately and the less costly fix which got the air going cool again for now.

Edit 12/23/2022: previously I've used them for plumbing but today I used their AC/Heating service. My poor system decided it was time to go on one of our coldest nights. Called very very early and had someone out that morning to triage what needed to be done (Billy) and then Raymond and Manny G came out and installed my new unit and a new thermostat. Everyone was friendly, informative, didn't mind questions, let me know what was happening along the way and Raymond even cleaned up after they were done! Thanks guys!I've used Goettl a few times for plumbing issues and have always found them to be very communicative, knowledgeable, polite and friendly. Ralph was the latest one to come out and I appreciate the way he listened to me and answered my questions. Even more importantly, I appreciate the price! We did get a complimentary assessment that turned out to confirm our suspension - that our HVAC system was on it's last leg. They were able to offer a range of solutions for replacing our system, including the bad duct work we had. They had the unit in stock, and they installed the system the very next day - on a Saturday! The duct work is being installed on Monday, and since I work from home, they arranged for portables to be brought on site. I am so happy that I talked with them at King William Fair! Johnnis and Chuy did an awesome install. I am so happy!

We had a tech come out for a service call to find out why the compressor was not turning on. He rewired the compressor and that did not fix the issue, but he uncovered a freon leak that we have not had for the prior 5 years. We were informed that because we did not do the scheduled maintenance that the warranty would not cover the labor...we've had techs come out prior to this and we were not informed of needed maintenance. $700 later abs the A/C still not working we needed to fork over a total of $1499.00 to fix the unit. The techs that arrived today corrected the fix the prior tech did but it took them almost 5 hours to do so and even they were late from the time stated

Met with Doulas Rivera 3/8/23 for possible Water Softener purchase. He is prompt, personable, and knowledgeable professional. On the first day, Matthew Lopez came by to do a diagnostic check. My air conditioner was not working and my fan was constantly running. He found the problem and repaired as needed. He also installed a thermostat that I could easily use. He found other necessary items I needed repaired. I have been in my house for 20 years and we had never had our ducts cleaned. He had me join the membership for under $200 for the year. It ended up saving me tons of money. Matthew was very professional, kind and very thorough. He explained everything to where I could understand. He took tons of pictures and explained everything to me. He went above and beyond what he had to do for me. When the installation guys (Rodrick and Billy) came by to do the extra work I needed, they were very professional and explained all the work they were going to do. They got here on time at 8:30am. They worked constantly and didn't even take a lunch break. They didn't finish until after 2pm. They too went above and beyond what I expected them to do for me. Very professional, friendly and thorough. Explained everything and showed me pictures of all the work they did. I will definitely be using and recommending Geottl to my friends and family. Today we had a problem with our new unit. Mathew came out to help us. The problem was our own fault. He explained patiently where we had gone wrong updated the system and got it back up and running for us. he was professional and nice. I appreciated his patience and experience. Thanks so much! They recommended a full replumb of my house when my main busted. $8k estimate. When their project manager saw what we were approved for with financing (it was a third party but they see the amount you're approved for before you do) the project manager jumped the estimate to $13k (3k over our approval limit). We had another company come out and fix the actual problem with no bs for $1700 using the same materials they would have.

Abdiel was professional, courteous and helpful. He pointed out issues the HVAC is having currently and ones to look out for as the unit ages. Then he cleaned the unit after the inspection. I very much recommend Goettl, to anyone.

I am a new home ower and have been going through a lot, Tyler Leija, made me feel comfortable about the work he was doing for the business and the knowledge of his equipment and he took care of my problem which might just be a drain to somebody else but was very important to me. Goettl Technician; Jason came to my home for repair with one if my HVAC systems and it was one of the most professional and competent services I’ve ever experienced. I Highly RECOMMEND Jason and Goettl for any needed A/C repairs for your Home.

Ridiculously overpriced. Seems like they try to take advantage of people that are not familiar with plumbing and hvac. I was able to fix everything they quoted me for around $150. They were trying to charge me 7k for unnecessary hvac repairs (my ac is working flawlessly and does not need repairs) and 5k for plumbing. I did not need any of their “repairs” they were trying to sell me on. They try to use scare tactics and people’s vulnerability and lack of knowledge in order to get them to pay a lot of money. The technicians that came out are nice people but be aware, they are salesmen also which is why they are nice. My brother was home with the technicians because I was at work and my brother appeared to be more knowledgeable about the plumbing and hvac than the technician. After all the up selling and ludicrous estimates, the technician was trying to charge $400 for going out there. The goettl rep that I spoke to said it was only going to be a 89.99 service fee. I would have easily paid the $400 if there was actual work that was done. Nothing at all was done. The technicians just looked around. My brother is the one that did any of the labor work and found out where the leak was. I called this plumbing service because of the google rating was 4.8 out of 5 stars. Don’t be fooled by that. Stay away from this company. Use any local plumbing and hvac companies.

They showed up and couldn’t detect the issue. I was told of a bunch of “maybe it’s this” and they left without identifying what the actual issue was. He said the system “has to cool overnight for it to get cold again” just so that he could leave because he didn’t know what he was doing. Next day I had to pay another company and they fixed it within 20 minutes.

My drain was super clogged having a child, dogs, cat and being a hairstylist I use my drains a lot. I was so worried of sewage water getting all over my floors. I called Goettl and they had someone come right away. Their employee Tyler Leija was professional and quick because I had a client on the way that day! I will continue to keep Goettl as my plumbing from now on for my home.

We had a plumbing problem with a water leak flowing into 3 rooms! Goettl sent Joe B. out the next day. He was very courteous, professional and fixed the problem within 10-15 minutes! He took the time to look at some other minor things we were concerned about while he was here. Thanks Joe. Tell them you're ready for that raise now!

Goettl is good but we used their financing for HVAC repairs. DON’T do this. The company that services their financing is Service Finance LLC (lookup their reviews) every time we tried to pay off we were locked out of our online account, then we would call from our number that service finance had on file for us and our number was blocked (again look at reviews, this has happened to a TON of their customers). Essentially the underlying thought amongst customers of theirs is that they block your number so you pass your payment period and they can charge interest (they offer 0% for 12 months). We were only able to get through after we called in with my mother in law’s cell phone because both of ours were on file and thus blocked. Whatever the case it was EXTREMELY shady and based off the reviews service finance llc should be reported.Beware of using their financing until Goettl has switched to another financing company

While performing a cleaning on our AC ducts, the tech accidentally dropped a vent cover, breaking on of our TVs. There was no evidence of breakage from an external perspective, but when the tech turned on the TV he noticed the screen was broken. While he could have easily turned the TV off and said nothing, we wouldn't have noticed it was broken until much later. But the tech was honest, he came to me and told me what happened, and assured me that he would do whatever he could to make it right, including paying for the TV out of his own pocket. He called his manager, who replaced the TV the same day, at no cost to us. The techs performed all the work in a timely manner, and cleaned up after themselves, vacuuming our entire house after their visit. While the work they did was routine, the tech's display of honesty and integrity is what compelled me to leave a review. I highly recommend Goettl for your HVAC needs, as they clearly instill in their employees good morals and work ethic, as evidenced by the tech who serviced our system today.

I apologize for the late post, on the 25th Tyler came out and got right to the task at hand. He introduced himself very professionally and explained briefly what he would be doing and options that I would have regarding the outcome of his exploration of the drain clog. Luckily it was a minor clog due to cleansing cloths being flushed down the toilet. Also as he was clearing the clog he discovered an issue with a separation or break in the drain pipe. He got on the phone and spoke with office personnel to confirm the issue at hand. After they explained my options I opted to relay the information to my insurance company and pursue repairs at a later day. Kudos to Tyler and Goettl A/C and Plumbing.

This technician, Jesus Gloria, has been great. He’s very nice and knowledgeable. He helped us a great deal. He fixed the problem.

They were scheduled to come out, called twice to move the appointment and then rescheduled for another day. The next day, the same thing happened. They moved it back and then called at 5 pm to tell me they could not do it. This cost me two days of waiting around and no show! Don't waste your time. They have no idea what doing it the right way even means.

There was some confusion about the maintenance program I signed up for. I was under the impression we were going to inspect main waterlines. Instead, a camera was run from washout drain by frontporch up to kitchen or downstairs 1/2 bathroom/not certain. My concern was the 2 upstairs baths. I was told that was not included. Nevertheless I was glad the program flushed the upstairs waterheater, and am looking forward to see what is included with the upcoming hvac check next month

I highly recommend Goettl! I scheduled an $80 drain clearing and I must say I was skeptical about it really only costing $80 to clear the drain. But it was exactly that and more! Darean texted us to let us know when he was on his way and he that he was gonna do the job the right way not the easy way & that we would be happy happy happy. Again, we were skeptical. Boy were we wrong! Darean was professional and knowledgeable and worked hard to clear drain all with a smile!! He was at our home a few hours and after clearing drain he said he would be back the next day and would put a camera down drain to inspect and provide us with an estimate to fix. He left and didn’t ask for payment. Again we were skeptical thinking uh oh tomorrow we will get a huge bill for all of this. He came back next day, showed video and provided us an estimate to repair and asked for pymnt of $80!!! It was the best experience hands down! Me and my husband kept looking at each other like this is awesome! Our faith in a company to do a good job and not try to rail road us into something has been restored. Goettle AC & Plumbing team were very helpful and friendly. They figured out what was wrong with our problem with air quality in our home and also found that we had issues with our duct system. They are a little pricey but I believe that the quality of work and the preventative maintenance membership will all be worth the price. Our water heater has been having issues and our kitchen sink/dishwasher drain got clogged. Tyler L. in San Antonio came out, quickly diagnosed the issues, and took the time needed to repair it and make sure we wouldn't have any other issues. Best plumbing service I've had in a long time! A few months ago we called this company to get a quote to replace my old clay pipes that lead from the house to the main city sewer line. Needless to say the corporate greed kicked in and they wanted to charge me thirty two thousand +!!!! Recently had a small mom and pop plumbing business at my house and we discussed the outrageous price I previously received. Come to find out the corporate greed is what made him leave this particular company to venture out and start his own business. The quote I was given from him was literally HALF…and he’d have it done in one day. Not saying that Goettl is a bad company, just saying get a few quotes from other companies before committing to this one.

Highly recommend you STAY AWAY from this company. They fraudulently charged my credit card without any authorization. When I attempted to get the issue resolved, I received no assistance from customer service. My next step is to submit a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau because their Customer Service is useless and a complete waste of manpower. I actually had 2 memberships with them. This company is a disgrace to be nonchalant about fraudulent activity going on in their company. To each their own if you actually think they are a good company.

Ryan from GOETTL explained what was going to do, the process of cleaning out our clogged kitchen pipe, and did a tremendous job. He even took the time to show videos of the work that had been performed and how our pipes had looked internally.

I strongly recommend if you have any HVAC issues you avoid Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing like the plague. We got a brand new unit in August. We are now waiting on our 4th service call. Twice we had no heat, and now for the second time we have no AC. We've made 3 calls with no response. Dealing with this company has been nothing but a headache. More time lost at work for tomorrow.

They scammed us into the monthly subscription only to find out that there's a lot of stipulations only after our signature was taken. When we found out that their stipulations would make their subscription useless we requested cancellation. Just so happens they charge nearly the same amount for the year of subscription then they do to cancel the subscription early.

Miguel was an excellent technician. He explained everything in great detail and answered any and all questions we had.

This one is for Carlos Zapien. He came out to do a preventative maintenance check on time and was a super awesome and knowledgeable guy all around. He gave us a few options for our compressor to keep it running longer but didn't try to sell us just educated us on red flags he saw down the line and let us make a decision. There was a bit of a hiccup after he left and the compressor stopped working but Carlos came back as soon as he heard we were having an issue figured out the problem and fixed it no charge. We will be using him for time to come! HE is the reason for the 5 stars here. If you call Goettl for san antonio texas area ask for him! You can't go wrong with him. ANOTHER EDIT FOR Carlos Zapien he came out on time to check on our ducts. They have never been replaced and our house was built in 1977. So we new it was time. He was very thorough showed us pictures and videos of the current ducts and gave us plenty of options. Just wanted to give him another kudos. Thanks Carlos! Again.

Called on 1/31 to schedule estimate for my elderly mother’s home who is very ill home to get main sewer line inspected and replaced in addition to a cracked pipe repair. Lady who answered asked very inappropriate and offensive questions on if my mothers health and age. This is none of her business, I was hoping to utilize their services based off their review. But based on my first impression I will never recommend them to anyone.Also this the second time I’ve posted this since the first one disappeared.

My AC is working worse than before they showed up. I'm calling the on Monday but my house will not cool now and they charged me $350 to look at my system.

We sprung a leak! So we called Goettl on a Saturday evening and they had Jaime out to help on Sunday before lunch! Unfortunately, Daddy didn’t do a great job of system maintenance so we found out a full system replacement was in order. Jaime was able to clean up a bit to keep us running and he also got us in touch with the sales team to get started on the project. Thanks, Jaime! The best part was we actually booked a new system installation for the very next day!Just wanted to add that the new system has been installed and is working amazingly well. There are rooms in our house that are now cool where I had just given up. The installation team, Manny & Joe, were great. They made sure to clean up after themselves and they put up with our 3 dogs/site managers shadowing them the entire time. Manny was clearly knowledgeable and cared about his profession and that the job was being done right. The project wrapped up yesterday with a visit from the quality inspector, Josue, who certified the previous work and answered any open questions. All in all, a great experience!

Drain clearing $80 special not worth it. 2 guys came by and said they cannot use snake to clear Drain and recommend jetter service for $1, 095 or some biochemical product for $70 a bottle but could not guarantee it would prevent clogging again. For 10 minutes $80 and no guarantee.

Adriel did a good job. Quick, clean and polite. Diagnosed the problem with my outdoor a/c unit and solved it in uner an hour.

We had a service technician (Billy) from Goettl come out yesterday who came out and looked at our A/C and compressor. He informed us that we needed a new A/C for around $16K (in which ours is older and will need replacement soon). However, he didn't do anything to fix it in the meantime, removed the part that it needs to power on, and we sat in this hot house all night and had to buy a portable A/C cause it was 100 degrees outside & 89 degrees in the house... Since they wanted to replace the whole thing, I called my home warranty... and waited the next day in the hot house that they left us in...Then the next day, we had an appt scheduled w/ MD Ellis who came to service us as they were the referral from our home warranty. Caleb comes out and looks at the compressor, fixed a part that needed to be fixed, and got it done in about 30 mins. 30 MINUTES!!!! That's all it took!!! Next thing I know, cold A/C is coming out of the vents inside the house!!!I can't believe the Goettl left a pregnant woman (whom I informed to the technician yesterday that I pregnant) in a hot house with no A/C, just so they could get us to purchase a new one! Ridiculous! On top of that, we pay for their $300 annual service plan! I don’t even know if they are worth calling them again for any issues or just letting that $300 go down the drain…Call MD Ellis, they were fast, friendly, reliable & overall I'm so so grateful. Stressed & sweating in this hot house for one easily replaceable part!!!! So grateful for their great service and friendly technicians!!! They were in and out quick & I was extremely happy. I only paid the service fee cause we went through our home warranty company!

5/1 update - Matthew came to my house on Sunday for an emergency water leak going through our ceiling, he did a fantastic job fixing the issue quickly !Billy and camdon stopped by our house and were very nice and they played with our parrots. My MIL called to get the AC leak fixed, the dispatcher scheduled a Water Heater repair and sent a plumber who couldn’t help. When I called back to fix THEIR mistake, I had to go through the annoying hold recording six times before a human could speak to me, then the rude and unprofessional dispatcher argued with me that the leak in MY HOUSE had to be a water heater, even though the tech who came out saw it was ac and everyone who called about it stated AC.The staff at Goettl doesn’t know the meaning of customer service or accountabilityCall LITERALLY ANYONE ELSE

Tyler was my Goettl plumbing technician. He arrived on-time on a Sunday to inspect a leak. It turned out that my toilet had a rusted flange that Tyler spotted and replaced. When Billy Solis and Matthew Santacruz arrived to install Air handler, I was prepared to cancel installation. I believe Goettl over charged. The equipment listed price was $1198.00. Goettl charged $6000.00 and refused to provide an itemized invoice. Apparently, labor cost was $4,000.00. WOW, however; BillyResponded professionally, and immediately Got someone on the phone who promised to email an itemized invoice.I authorized Billy and Matthew to proceed with installation.It was Billy and Matthew'sProfessional and respectful response that ?contributed to my decision to authorize installation.These gentlemen were awesome and beyond reproach. They should be commended for encouraging me to authorize the installation.I want to thank them for a job well done.I have yet to receive an itemized invoice from Goettl,Which causes me to question their credibility and over pricing.

Ralph Martinez showed up on time and did a great installation of the new hot water heater in less than 3 hours. He removed the old hot water heater and cleaned the space. Had a new system installed yesterday really nice people woke up next day ac not working Called the office like the gentleman told me if there were any problems they would come to make it right since it’s a new ac unit they said they would send somebody out between 1-3 it’s now 7:40 pm no one called so I call the office and they said nobody can come out till next day and could not get hold of any manager for the amount that I’m spending I would think you all would make it right.

We lost our AC on June 30th at about 3:30 in the afternoon, but by 6:30 pm the following day we had a complete new system installed. And the AC has been running great since then.Throughout the process, from diagnosis to permit approval, we have been very pleased with the service and quality that Goettl has provided. We especially want to thank Sam, Brayan, Juan, and Victor. They were always professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. We also want to thank Kristen on the phones at customer service for her efficiency and attention to detail.

Purchased a new unit from them a little under a year ago and it's been replaced several times. When it got cold here in SA I was told it's not built for these cold temps and had to use the auxiliary setting.....It just never seems to get cold at the house anymore...just cool I'm just not satisfied and we paid a premium price for this system was not worth it would highly recommend not using this company.

This was my first time using this company and let me tell you, they were AMAZING!! First, the service techs that came out and did my drain cleaning along with the camera evaluation, we’re Awesome! Gilbert Jones and his partner were super friendly, explained every aspect of what was found and kept me informed of all options! Then, the financing team reached out and ensured I was advised of my options and of the all the warranties and information provided to me. Jihad came to the house and was able to figure out the issue and rectify the situation very quickly. Our a/c system went out in the middle of the night and the tempature was climbing in the house. While he was here, we spoke about others options at a later date that could help us not have these issues again due to the builder putting in an underside system. Drain cleaning turned into catastrophe when plumber Rudy farias popped 2nd storybathroom pipe open& flooded 1st story & basement. November 2022 right b4 Thanksgiving. They called qd Restoration another mistake. Qd demolished a historic kitchen from 1915. Left metal jagged edges & holes in floor where my small dogs can fall through. Also they dismantled my basement plumbing. They are scammers. These plumbing companies only 8 years in business. Goettl ruined home of this senior, veteran, disabled person. Don't trust them.

*UPDATEDThey charged us $670 for a $50 part and a 10 minutes of labor.For context. Our water heater in our new house started leaking from a small tank on the top at 11 at night. My husband who works nights told me how to turn off the water to the water heater and call Goettl. We are a member and wanted to take advantage of our membership. The tech came next day at 9:30am. After trying to sell my husband a whole new water heater and pressure regulator. He agreed to just fixing the leak for $670. My husband just wanted the leak fixed so he could go back to sleep. Their plumber got started and was done within 10 minutes.After, my husband did some research and found that the small tank was a Thermal Expansion Tank and it only cost $50. And it is a 10 minute repair.Feeling a little scammed. I brought it up with one of their managers Tommy Thomson. He agreed to wave that $670 and accredit it towards a new water heater and regulator. With the member ship discount and credit it came out to $3,300. Way to high if you do your research. When we didnt come to an agreement he(tommy) said why did we agree to the $670 job to begin with.Because Tommy we have no knowledge of plumbing and put our trust in Goettl and didn't do any research.A mistake on our part but that doesn't excuse Goettl knowingly overcharging us $350+. We are waiting for a call back from another manager to hopefully fix this situation and I will update this review.*UPDATEI spoke with Manager Steve Cruz who was very polite and resolved the situation. There was a mistake on their end and we are being reimbursed a portion of the cost.Please do your research before you agree to pay. Goettl is a very professional but expensive. Be ready to pay around 20% more than what your expecting.

Called about a possible water leak. Dispatcher/ scheduler didn't disclose all the fees associated with the visit on the initial call. The techs showed up on time and introduced themselves professionally. Rudy first made sure that I was fully aware of all the fees before performing any work. I decided not to proceed with the work. Thank you Rudy and Rueben for being upfront and professional. It's good to find techs that care about the customer and not just the bottom line.

Technician was very professional, listened to my issue, looked the issue over, cleaned the drain, clog was about 25-30 ft from clean out, he then inspected the job, kitchen is draining better than I ever remembered it drain, no mess, very good job.

Billy came out and looked at our current unit and was able to see that not only was our unit outdated and not fully efficient, it was extremely dangerous. Multiple things were not to code, and there was mold growing throughout the whole system! He was able to answer all of our questions and got us set up with the perfect unit for us. There were multiple options we were able to choose from, which was important because it helped to fit into our budget. Glad we called Goettl.

Our heating failed last night during the freeze. Called around for heating repair at 0600 and Geottl were the only ones to answer. The receptionist that answered was polite and professional and helped me set up a time with a technician the same day. The technician, Matthew Lopez was polite and professional as well and actually took his time to diagnose the issue. When he found out the heating system was still working and not the problem, he could of ended it at that but he went above and beyond and took the time to check out our ductwork as well and found out the cause and was able to fix it on the spot.Im not one to leave reviews but this instance definitely calls for one. Geottl and their team is fantastic and would 100% recommend them to my family and friends.Again thank you Matthew for taking your time in finding and fixing the problem.

Jesus Gloria showed up right on time, quickly accessed the problem, correct it, and thoroughly inspected the rest of the system for any other potential issues, (which he found and immediately scheduled to have repaired.) Very happy with his help today.

I have used Goettl twice and had excellent service each time. We had to have two entire a/c systems replaced and within 2 days they had completed it. They cleaned after themselves, respected our home and property and even painted the areas of the wall where they had to trim the intake. They have incredible quality standards, super friendly techs, and they really went the extra mile for us. There is just not many companies who have such standards for service and quality these days and 5 stars is an understatement for these guys!

I have had Goettl come and fix a water line installation disaster from some other company last year, so I called them when my disposal got clogged. Tyler was friendly and professional, gave me tips on how to upkeep the maintenance of my garbage disposal, and fixed the problem very fast! I’ll trust Goettl with my future plumbing needs!

Our first experience with Goettl and their employees was excellent as well as the 2nd experience at my mom’s home. We had the pleasure of meeting Hasam first, then Chuey, Jonas, Ryan and David Fowler who did the work on the projects which were installation of a new heater and a leaky turn on/off valve plus installation of a pressure regulator in the yard. All of them were were very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough yet very efficient in diagnosing the problems and doing the necessary work. 11/08/22 We purchased a new Goettl HVAC System. Bryan Lopez and Juan Rivera came to our home to install this system. They did a 5 Star job. I have never seen any 2 men work so hard with a smile on their faces the whole time. They kept us informed during the whole day process. They had to dismantal our old broken down system and install the new system. When they were done it worked like a charm. We could not have been more pleased. HVAC was failing, I called Friday mid-afternoon and Mr. Gerald Miller was dispatched late Friday evening to determine cause. Very professional and knowledgeable he showed me what was the cause and provided many options to move forward. I opted to replace my 17+ year old system. Expensive but worth every penny. The new unit was installed the next day by Blake and Jose. Both were on time, cleaned up after and provided excellent service. I have been scheduled for follow-on appointments to fix some ducting issues and I look forward to again being treated well and fixing my system correctly. Thank you for being professional and reliable, not like the other profit only orientated hacks that need to be hounded for service, in this industry or others.. It is rare I give feedback, positive or negative; but in this case Goetti has provided such a high level of service, from initial contact through the final stages I will not be silent. Well done..

This is the worst company to work with. I am a member of Sadies club, and everytime we have a scheduled maintenance appointment they text us and tell us they need to reschedule. We are customers of theirs, we pay a monthly fee for their service, but they only service their customers when its convenient for them, they set the schedule and then text and cant come. Pathetic. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Our AC stopped working in the evening and we got an emergency appointment next day. Matthew Lopez was assigned to our call and was quick and efficient at diagnosing and fixing the issue. We're very grateful for this company helping keep our toddler and dogs cool in this Texas heat! We'll definitely be using them for any future issues, and highly recommend them!

Last weekend (3 Sep) had technician come out to service units at home. Upon completion technician informed me that the unit in attic might need to be replaced, so I went ahead and scheduled for technician to come out with a new unit today (10 Sep). At that time technician called their main office and set the appointment. He let me know that he should be able to make it, but because it was scheduled for a weekend, that if they get service calls they may have to go to those and not be able to come that day, but if that happens they would let us before hand. I said not a problem, just let me know because we have to drive 4 hours to get here. We live over 4 hours away and are in the process of selling this home, so we can only make it back on the weekends. Forward to today (10 Sep) and no phone calls or texts at all during the week telling us they can’t make it, so wife and I leave early this morning to make the 4 hour drive so that we can be here between 9 and 12. Get to the house and 9 o’clock comes and no word, so I call to make sure we’re still good. First person I talk to says they don’t show us having an appointment at all, she transfers me to another department. The next person I speaks to let’s me know they are calling the technician who came out last weekend to get some information. Representative comes back on the line and let’s me know that yes the technician did confirm what I said, but unfortunately they are completely booked for today, so they won’t be able to come out until tomorrow. I’m pretty irritated because we should have at least got a call to let us know but at this point what can I do, so I agree and set the appointment, but to be honest I think this is completely unprofessional. I get that service calls can create a situation where they can’t come out, but it would appear that it was already known they wouldn’t make it out today long before we got here so why not call and let us know so we don’t waste 4 hours of driving and gas money? On top of that it looks like the appointment was never made to begin with, even though it was and the technician who came out last weekend confirmed this! Now my wife and I will waste a day having to find a place to stay and spending more money, so that we can be here tomorrow. We will drive the four hours back tomorrow after the appointment rushing, so that we can get ready to go to work on Monday morning. What really is the most upsetting is all this could have been avoided had we just received a simple phone call yesterday or earlier this morning that the technician wouldn’t be able to come out today. Had that happened we wouldn’t be upset because we wouldn’t have wasted our time. I was reluctant to place this comment right now, since we are supposed to have the technician come out tomorrow and depending on their service it could make a difference in how we feel, but right now we’re not happy and just can’t provide a positive review. All we are asking is for professional service and for the courtesy of a phone call. So really just not happy overall.

Carlos Z. Is the embodiment of customer service. If I were the owner of the company, I would give this man a raise immediately. He went above and beyond his job duties. He communicated with me and my wife effectively throughout the entire process. He showed up on time and explained in detail what he was doing and why he needed to do it and described everything in a manner in which my wife and I could easily understand. We had three different companies come out prior to Goettl and they all failed to actually fix our issue. Within 10 minutes of his arrival, Carlos had identified the issue and offered multiple solutions that were very much affordable for us. I highly recommend Goettl and especially Carlos for all of your ac/heating/plumbing needs. He will take very good care of you and your appliances. Everything was working at peak performance after he left and they are still running great even after a month of getting everything serviced. Great company, great service, and I cannot emphasize this enough, great technician. I don’t leave a lot of reviews, but I felt like this employee deserved a special shout-out for his dedication and commitment to 5 star service. We will never use a different company ever again!!! Abdiel came to check out my AC unit and found everything wrong (our house is cursed). He took the time to explain everything and show me the issues. I'm very glad he did because once he showed me the ducts even I could tell it wasn't going to last much longer. The whole experience with everyone has been outstanding. They made sure it was done right this time so it's not just laying all over the attic.

If anybody needs a plumber/AC company, I'd highly recommend Goettl. My bathroom drain has been slow for a few wks & finally completely clogged on Sunday, we called them 1st thing this Mon morning, they came out in the afternoon. They were so polite & clean, they even put items back under the sink I had pulled out for their visit. The whole area was cleaner than it was before they even came out. A year ago, we had a different plumber clear out the same sink, it was $169. 3 yrs ago a different plumber charged $125 to clear the same sink. We purchased the Club Package so this was included at no additional cost. If you have any plumbing or AC needs, do not hesitate, reach out to Goettl!

They came in and have done maintenance on my heating and AC system a few times. The guy working with me this time was Jehad and he was very helpful. Will be using them again.

Amazing experience! I have a home built in 1970 and had only 2 window units cooling and heating my entire home (Not that great) and with my 9 month old and winter arriving I needed to upgrade to something that is actually ment to better cool and heat a whole house and I called another company that gave me a ridiculous high quote with not much explanation to what it was i was paying for, so i called geottl and with the same day call and arrival I met Carlos zapien an amazing representative who answered my million questions and very respectful, the next day Raymond molina and Joe Martinez came out to install 3 new mini splits, took the time to go over with me what will go where and, how the install will go and took my considerations into action and not just ignore what I wanted, they are amazing at what they do, and finally Steve Martinez came out within the week to patch the surrounding wall where the install was done and color matched everything to where now my home looks like it was built with them, absolutely amazing company, pricing and employees, I absolutely recommend these people.

The techs were very good at their job an cautious of the property an belongings.

Did a great job. Knowledgeable, explained the issue, and was able to diagnose the issue a competing company misdiagnosed.

Had a well water test performed. This was to get a home loan through the VA to purchase my mother's home. I'm a veteran of the US armed forces of 22 years. When the representative came to take the water sample he put it in a used Gatorade sport drink bottle. How is that in any way an approved sample container? 5 days later they had to come back and re-sample the water. I wasn't there to see what type of container was used for the second test, as my son let them in to take the sample. They told us that it would take 7 to 9 days to get the results. I asked them to put a rush on the test because it was one of the last things I needed to get the loan for the home.It took them 18 days to get the test results back to me. Thank you so much for the help. When I sent the results to the VA, the address to the house was not included on the paperwork. Therefore, it couldn't be proven that the water test was for the home I'm trying to get the loan for. The loan officer from the VA called Goettl and asked them to simply include the address on the invoice. That next day I called and asked them to include the address on the invoice.2 weeks go by with no results. We call them again and get nothing. We tell them that we will be homeless soon without their help. They didn't care.It took the threat of litigation to get them to take action. Finally I get a call, asking what I need yet again. Three minutes later I get an email with my address added to the invoice.I cannot reccomend to anyone to use this company for any reason. They only have their own interests in mind. Their management is truly the worst I've ever had the misfortune to come across. By the way the test cost was $790.00

Initial visit: 5 stars Frank did an excellent job repairing a leaking hose bib and installing a PRV and shutoff valve for us. He was on time and professional and had completed the whole job less than 6 hours after I had called to request the service. I appreciate Goettl's responsiveness and professionalism very much.Update: I have used Goettl several times now for both plumbing and air conditioning calls. I was even a Sadie club member. The service we received after our first visit was not great, definitely 1-2 stars. The quotes were much higher than other companies that I called, and it always feels like a weird sales pitch from the technicians. They have to call their managers at the office to get quotes and then the managers talk to you over the phone.We had one plumbing request for an unusual valve on our kitchen sink that needed to be repaired. Because it was a unusual repair, they charged me several hundred dollars for the install and then the master plumber was not able to complete the work because he said the valve was too corroded. I ended up figuring out how to repair and install it myself (even though I have zero plumbing experience).I have also been trying to get a response back from the customer service team now for weeks about a reading they took while doing a check on our system.

I’ve had 4 “scheduled” appointments as a Sadie customer but they have ALL been missed they said they had more urgent calls. So far I have been Sooo disappointed by lack of calls from mgmt and follow ups. They are great at selling the “your our reason” for service yet so far have fallen way below commercial radio expectations. I had a emergency that happened to be on same day I had for check so they said no problem will just come later and never showed up so they rescheduled me from a Saturday to a Monday and left me without plumbing for the weekend. No duty manager to respond to calks on weekends they said they would put down on the “task” for next mgr to call which of course never happened. Great commercials BAD service!

The Goettl company is very expensive for the work they do! They will not give you a breakdown of the cost of services they provide which is a red flag. Do check around for other service providers before you choose Goettl! They are a big company with lots of overhead and their company prices reflect that fact! I will NEVER have them in my home again!!!

I had a leak in my front yard I was given a price of 289 dollars. The plumber came back and said it would be an additional 885 dollars. I understand maybe an additional fee but really 885. I won't be using them again.

The commercial on TV says $80 Any cleaning but we ended up paying close to $400 for under an hour of work total because it was behind the p trap.Then was very uncomfortable when asked to leave a Google review right there in front of the technician.I would not recommend.Yes problem was solved but....

Our first experience was with a plumber named Henry Broderick. Super nice guy and prided himself in Customer service. He solved our issues quickly and explained everything clearly. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️The second experience was for our AC with a gentleman named Kevin. This experience was a one star ⭐️ experience. He just wanted to sell me something and was very pushy. Even cut into my fiberglass duct system without telling me first to try to tell me I had mold and needed new ductwork. I did not. He also did not seal it back properly.I could not get him to just do the maintenance work described in our Sadie maintenance program. After two hours of telling him I was not interested in his sales pitch, I finally told him I had an appointment to get to and that I was done.I later called Goetll with my problem and they promptly got on the situation. It was escalated it to upper management immediately. They sent out another tech named Emanuel.He gets five stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. What an great guy. Attentive, hardworking and honest. He explained everything to the smallest detail clearly and worked quickly and efficiently. It’s my understanding he no longer works for the company. Goetll…. Get this gentleman back!!!!He was a huge asset to your company.The next experience was with a plumber named Doug to drain our water heater. Immediately got multiple sales pitches. He cranked on the drain valve as I watched (which wasn’t leaking before he came) until it started to leak. The more he twisted back and forth, which wasn’t necessary because the drain was open, the worse the leak got from the upper valve. He then proceeded to tell me it he could change the drain valve for $440.00. (It’s a $10.00 part at HD). He then went on to say I might as well change my water heater to the tune of over $2,200.00. I said it works fine. I never run out of hot water and the drain was fine until you cranked on it repeatedly. Told him I was not interested in replacing something that works fine.I headed to HD and replaced the drain myself. I’m a 62 year old female and had never done anything like it before. But a you-tube video, $10 bucks, half an hour and a little elbow grease, it was done.All techs arrived on time except Doug. I have an AC tune-up scheduled for Wednesday. Fingers crossed it’s another Emanuel. The Scheduler was super nice.Will update review.Two great techs in photos. Emanuel and Henry.Also had a recent great experience with Joe Benavides. Loved him. Felt he was honest and fair with me.The pricing bid the office gave was beyond ridiculous. Over $14,000 dollars to replace one pipe. That’s a hard no.

My water pressure regulator was out of adjustment causing irregular water supply on a Saturday.They were able to send a very nice repairman that was able to fix my problem quickly.

One hot water gas heater converted to to electric My Mother in law was living on her own at the same time she had vascular dementia and all she wanted was to change one water to electric and they totally ripped her off. She lives in Bexar county outside SAs jurisdiction Anyone with half a brain would recognize. She’s not all there they inspected her electric water heater which was only a few years old in the addition which only supports a single washing machine and sh only pays paper cash. Goettl charged my 86 year old mother with dementia 14,000 cash

All I have to say is Goettl kinda doesn't hold true to their advertising ; they say they can clear any drain for $ 90 , what they mean is that they'll attempt to do it and charge $ 500 if it can't be done , and add on a trip charge .
Also receptionist cut me off when called to confirm twice .

Goettl was not my first choice, but when they were the only ones that could send a technician on the same day that my AC stopped working, my choice was made and I’m glad that I went with my second choice because they reset the standard of customer service starting with my installers Johnny and Brian. They always took time to be mindful of how they walked into my house they wore shoe coverings, always cleaning themselves off before they came in doors, and they always explain what was going on. Johnny took the time to explain the differences between single and two-stage systems, and my different options. I felt that they gave me several avenues to choose from when replacing my 27 year old AC an air handler. Additionally, Johnny took the time to walk me through how the system was interconnected, and to explain my selection of ultraviolet bulbs and filters that I wanted for my additional safety. Then came the QA process. Ignacio was very efficient. He came in and verified the work. He explained everything he was conducting the quality assurance check on in the system look better than my old system. It look like somebody came in and renovated my AC room, and the insulation was very professionally done. They gave me some recommendations on how to keep those bothersome leaves out of the main condenser area so I was very happy. Ignacio conducted his check and let me know what the next process was - this were Reagan, the nice customer service Rep, took over. She had been in communication with me the whole time letting me know when people are coming to my home when to expect them help me manage my expectations; she make sure that I was aware of all the required additional inspections from the quality assurance to the city inspection. She was on the ball. The highlight of Goettl’s business is their customer service - the employees are a cut above. They have set the standard for customer service. I highly recommend Goettl and the professional team of AC installers and plumbing. I liked that Goettl always text me a picture of who is coming over and what time to expect them again top-notch service and there was one other person. I need to mention the initial technician that came out to look at my broken AC handler and that is Usam. He did a great job of providing me with decision factors so that I could decided what the best course of action of either 27 year old AC system or replacing it with a SEER one system before it they are replaced with a more expensive SEER two system on 1 JAN 2023. I’m glad I chose Goettl to replace it I normally do not go this far into a critique but I definitely want to highlight these for individuals that made the process easier when it was especially an unplanned event for me.

6 Oct 22 Jesus Gloria came by today to do preventive maintenance. He very was professional and knowledgeable, he introduced himself and explained each step of the process to me. During his stay he continued to ask if I had any questions or concerns. He also made suggestions to get the ducts cleaned out and explained the cleaning of the outside air conditioner to me. Thank you Jesus for a job well done.Sam came out today to look at and recommend the next step in repairing my 22 year old air conditioning unit. Replacement was recommended…not what I wanted to hear but, knew it was time. Sam is a total professional, helped methrough the financing part and tomorrow we get anew unit. Sam is a great representative for your company. Thanks Sam!

I recently inherited a beautiful 1926 home in the Harlandale area, and I’ve made a cross-country move to live here. Given that the home has not been well-maintained over the past 10-15 years, it needs rehabilitation and renovation.I immediately clogged the tub after a shower, and I tried all the normal DIY ways to unclog. Not only that, pretty much all the sinks, toilets and tubs stopped draining. I connected with Goettl to meet with them and diagnose the problem.Ryan and David from Goettl arrived right on time for our appointment. I was surprised and grateful for their kindness and transparency.Turns out that my old house has all kinds of plumbing issues. Sticking out the most to me was that some of my pipes weren’t placed correctly to drain, and a main sewer line ran under my driveway. I didn’t have to rely on Ryan and David’s word, either. They showed me the problems using a camera in the pipes.Going in to this rehabilitation, of course I knew it would be expensive, but my cash budget has already been blown by a new roof, new electrical wiring, and a drywall and paint guy who absconded with my cash and did no work.When we got to discussing the price of the plumbing repair, I honestly felt like throwing on the towel. But, Ryan, with extreme patience and care, helped arranged financing and created a plumbing plan that would address all my issues. I felt like I was taking up too much of his time, that trying to get financed was a waste of time, but Ryan was positive it could work. Ryan and David spent almost a whole workday working, diagnosing, planning, coordinating and helping to finance my plumbing needs in an old house.Later the same day, Juan arrived and mapped out the new plumbing structure. He would lead the work team.Juan and the work team arrived the next morning, and the work is expected to be completed ahead of schedule. Juan had his team up and running quickly. Throughout the work, Ryan is easy to contact, and stays in touch.Martin, who led the work team, let me know how it was going, what they were working on, and when they would be back the next day.I would recommend Goettl to my loved ones in a heartbeat. Billy and camdon came to my house because I have water leak and I thought it was the air conditioner however Billy climbed to the corner of the attic space to try and find it luckily he didn’t fall through. He got his plumbing department on the phone immodestly. Today the experience of Goettl was above and beyond what I was expecting. The gentleman who came was courteous, and kind, as well as knowledgeable. He was kind to my two year old daughter who kept talking to him, and engaged with her as he could. He did a thorough check of everything. We are very, very happy with the service and will be using them from now on.

Changing from 5 to 1 star. I bought a $15,000 a/c system. Very friendly salesman. Agreed to buy an upgraded 4 in air filter. This was not installed. Manager called me and was very nice. Advised the air filter I purchased was going to take to long to order so he said he would give their best electrostatic airfilter and install it the next day because I was getting my ducts cleaned also. It was never installed. This was a month ago. I called customer service and was advised she saw that it was being ordered and call me to set up an apt. This never happened. I called yesterday when I noticed my ladder was missing. The salesman used it to get in my attic and left it there and the installers used it all day. I informed customer service of this a d he said the manager would call me about the filter and my ladder. This never happened . They also got the concrete putty they used all over my wall and baseboard. It seems that once they make the sale they are no longer concerned. I'm very disappointed as they were very good and friendly at first but now I am paying for an air filter I don't have and missing my ladder and nobody will follow up with what they said they will do.

Was very happy with Rodrick and Billy Solis, these guys cleaned up, deligently worked non stop. They sprayed, cleaned coils, sealed vents, and made me feel like a cleaner house. Today is 11/4/22 thank you guys. Thank Goettl for hiring them.

This company is top notch. Recently had my AC go out and the repair was swift and the repair team absolutely professional. I also signed up for their Sadie program and am really glad I did. My water heater is close to the end of days. Ralph and Ken were my plumbers and Jaime was my AC guy. All terrific and knowledgeable.

Our washing machine broke. Scheduled an appointment two days ago, and they cancelled after we took off work because they said they could come to fix it. Yesterday they told us they would come at 3PM, so we took off work once more, and they didn’t arrive until 430 PM. They tried to charge us 600 dollars instead of the advertised 80. False advertising and consistently trying to take advantage of us.

My AC is not working and I called Goettl to have a system check, they made an appointment for the next day between 1p-3p, then on the day of the appointment they had a tech in the area (Billy) and my appointment got expedited. He came to my house, did a the system, explained with detail what the issue is with my AC and the options available. Billy is very professional and courteous, he made us feel like he was part of our family, he helped us through the process of replacing our AC , he offered us financing options and we had a conference with the system designer to match us with the right unit we could afford with the best value. This is the best AC company I have ever done business with, no hidden charges, peace of mind with their 80+ years of experience knowing we got their support 100% and better yet, they will install the new unit the next day! Matthew Harrington preformed maintenance on both my hot water heater and my water-softerner. He was on time, very professional and knowledgeable of his job.

This company showed up a day and a half late with gifts and smiles! They did not do a thorough investigation of what turned out to be a complicated leak. They quickly charged an upfront cost for a ridiculously expensive valve they claimed needed to be installed for them to give an appropriate estimate for the job. Nearly $1000 later and them still not doing a complete investigation or even given an accurate diagnosis, they finally gave a very random quote of $10k. No digging, no leak detection, nothing. Just claimed they would make a system up to their standards and it didn't matter what the actual problem was. Being first time homeowners and new to the SA area, we could have used some honesty and integrity. Please, do not be fooled by their shiny vehicle, cheap gifts and big smiles. It's a lot of fluff and I'm terrified how the work would have turned out since they were not even looking in the right area. We had a tremendous amount of work done for half the cost. Just beware.

Goettl dispatched SAM to help evaluate our AC/heating issues. Sam did a thorough inspection and system check. He was very helpful and informative along the way. He and NOLAN one of thier PMs were able to offer many options for service and repair and were very professional and understanding by allowing me time to discuss the important decisions with my family. Definitely recommend, great company, great people, great service.

Don't trust this company. Had them come for a routine checkup on my AC unit. He said I had a leak and needed a new system. Even though my AC in the middle of summer was working OK. This was two years ago, system still working great even though they did nothing to it but tell me I had to spend $950 for services I didn't need and that it could break any day now and should really just replace it. All lies and sales tactics.

I feel comfortable trusting them with my dogs, my children and my wife in the home and confident knowing we are not going to get anything that is not necessary just to they can upsell. They were both truly helpful, understanding, and great people all around! A+ in my book. So worth the very low cost we were charged for what was done! My family is comfortable and we have both Ricardo and Jesus to thank for that!

I have not used this company yet but wanted to commend Ryan Barrientes on his thorough presentation. Ryan along with his apprentice were patient, respectful, and took their time going over the specifics of what to expect about the replacement process of my water heater. I liked the story about the company and how if the dog doesn’t like you.. you won’t get hired. As an animal lover I can appreciate this. Hats off to Ryan and his apprentice for an awesome first impression. I look forward to discussing further the quote on Saturday at 4.

So, this company is so large that you have to speak to three different people to get any result. The first one, answers the phone in screen you. The second, is a so called supervisor who tells you. We will send someone out to verify. The third one, is the technician who comes out and looks at the house after telling all three of these individuals that it's a new construction/new-build. Then the supervisor calls you back and says, oh they can't do it. Now what is easier than putting in a brand new AC unit not one but two with no restrictions and duct works and where to put it and they can't do it.... They don't tell you that, they can't do it until the final conversation. What kind of business is this when it clearly states on their website, installation... The only reason I can come up with, is that they don't make any money on new construction. They would rather rip out a unit and install a new one and double their prophet.

Absolutely phenomenal! Roy came over to our house to diagnose an issue and he was very personable and straight forward and just an all around great guy. The crew that came out the next day worked tirelessly for 8 hours replacing our AC and did an astounding job. Very friendly all around!

EDIT: I'm updating this from the original 1 star to 3 stars, because the company did reach out to correct the issue. It took them about a week to do so, which is the reason for three stars.As part of the repair, contractors cut into the drywall. They stated they would patch it or install an access panel in the next couple days. They never came back or contacted me. I reached out, and was told that repairing the drywall was not included in the already very expensive quote.I can't imagine what kind of company knows they will need to cut into the wall of your home, but doesn't think it's their obligation to repair that damage. I was told it wasn't included in the quote, but again, if they knew they had to cut in, why not include it in the quote, except as a way to try and get a few more dollars at the end of the job?They also have not backfilled the hole they dug to install a water pressure regulator. Again, I was told this was part of the job by the contractor who did the work. I'm extremely unhappy with this company; I feel like I was taken for a ride during a time when I was already really stressed out by the plumbing issues.

I wanted to recognize Ricardo for his excellent service. Ricardo went above and beyond for us. He explained things well so that we could understand any issues and concerns with our A/C unit and helped us with our questions. He went above and beyond because when we had a fix to the A/C there was an issue about a week or so later and Ricardo took our call and fit us into his schedule right away; appreciate his concern and understanding since we are in triple digit weather. He did not give up troubleshooting and was able to get the issue resolved for us. I would highly recommend Goettl due to Ricardo's superb customer service, Thank you!

He offered different scenarios and choices for my failing A/C and I didn’t feel pressured to buy right away. I look forward to working with Goettl in the near near future for a complete A/C install. I can't say enough about the professionalism of absolutely every single person we had contact with at Goettl. Four background, our AC system started going out last year and spoke to a bright pink competitor and they IMMEDIATELY went to a full system replacement discussion. We ended up talking to another specialist and paying a few thousand dollars to address the immediate issue. This time, the AC started shutting down and we called Goettl after hours. Not only did they answer the phone, they sent Jaime out over the weekend. Jaime immediately went to work on the issue at hand and only after identifying several other issues did he SHOW US the problems and start discussing that the system was shot. We had to swallow the pill that it was about to get very expensive and Jaime and Tony were extremely supportive and outlined the options. Jesse and Braendon came out THE NEXT DAY and installed the full system and took the time to walk us through from top to bottom. A few days later, Josue and his partner (I'm so sorry, I can't remember his name) came out to check the work and answer any questions. The entire experience from the initial contact to the communication throughout, to the financing, to the follow up has been top notch. Plus, who doesn't love swag?!

They do a thorough check with recommended changes but there is no pressure to make those changes. This company is a sham. They “fixed” a leak in my front yard that was my neighbors and not mine. Charged me for them removing my shrubs and fixing a small crack that wasn’t leaking. To save money I signed up for their scam of free maintenance. After I had set an appointment for a kitchen sink drain issue (since I have their discount) their tech came by and said he couldn’t fix it that day and they would be back the next day. Haven’t heard from them since. It has been a month at least!!!They then call, text, and email that my program is expired to which I think to myself thank God. And then two weeks after they call again to schedule maintenance. So my plan is expired and you can’t fix what I’ve been waiting over a month for and now you want to start something new???? Absolutely not!Single women beware!!! I think they pray on us.

Heard about 80$ drain clean out on radio called thinking it would be a week to get someone out to my house. They got me in same day for the price they said it would be no high pressure selling or my house will blow up if I didn’t do this . The gentleman who worked is Mr. Jordon Marek. He is an excellent person to work with. He knew what to do. He meticulously completed the job and left everything in an impeccable condition. Our HVAC tech Matthew Lopez was AWESOME! He was on time, friendly/respectful, thorough and truly listen to the problem we had. After doing a thorough inspection of our unit (inside and out), he quickly determined the problem, repaired it, showed me all the work he had done (to include showing me how the unit would switch off if the problem happened again) as well as easy monthly maintenance things we could as well. Matt was BY FAR the best tech we have had come to our home.

I had our a/c go down on a Friday. I called them at 3pm and they were out at 7pm Friday evening to check it out. The tech, Gerard, was great, professional, and very thorough. He even brought our kids a Goettl stuffed animal! Highly recommend for their service and would definitely use them again.

Horrible customer service experience. I had an issue with my HVAC system around 3pm and had to turn it off to prevent more water damage. I called Goettle and asked if they could send someone out the same day to fix it. The customer service representative assured me that they could have someone there between 7 pm and 9 pm. At 8:40 pm, we had still not seen or heard from a tech so we called Goettl to ensure someone was still coming. After some time of looking through the appointment on the computer, the representative noticed a note from the night manager saying that they would have to cancel the service appointment. I understand that cancellations happen, however, a call to let us know would have been nice. If the manager would have called sometime in that 6 hour window to let us know they couldn't make it, I could have at least tried to get someone else to come out. We expected them to be there so we didn't call any other company. All in all, it was a horrible night with no A/C. I am thoroughly disappointed in this company. The easy way was to make a note in the computer canceling the appointment. The right way would have been to call the customer and let them know that they could not make the agreed upon appointment. So I guess, at least in our experience, Goettl decided to do it the easy way instead of the right way.

We had the pleasure of working with Jehad. He was very professional, honest, and helpful. We needed a complete AC replacement unfortunately, but the company was straightforward with everything. I highly recommend working with them and Mr. Jehad.

A big Thank-You to Reagan and the AC Techs that came out and saved my sanity! When my AC went out I was told by a different company (won’t mention their name) that I would need a new system- which was true but the price quote from that other company had me ready to start an OnlyFans! But thanks to Reagan and her techs I was able to get a new better AC system and save money! Also the warranty gave me piece of mind knowing that they stand behind their work! Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing bought the company that installed our water heaters, water softener, air conditioning, and heating systems. They’ve honored every warranty agreed upon with the previous company and over delivered on customer service and quality of work during every experience we’ve had with them. All of the technicians they’ve sent to our house are exceedingly qualified and won’t leave until the repair has been determined to be effective. On this particular service call, Matthew, our HVAC Technician, was on time, extremely knowledgeable, and extended us every courtesy by convincing his Service Manager not to charge us for the repair. ($750-$800) For the above reasons, I plan on using their company in any future repairs and I enthusiastically recommend Goettl for all repairs or replacements you may be planning for air conditioning, heating, or plumbing. we had a new HVAC system installed by Goettl over a year ago, and have not been satisfied with the performance of the system since installation. The outside unit has a loud banging noise whenever the unit starts, and a loud rushing noise that sounds like a flushing toilet that continues while the system runs. We have complained about this to Goettl since installation, and numerous technicians have been sent to correct this problem. Every time the technicians come, they make some adjustments and tells the system is running the way it is supposed to and leave with no improvement. Yesterday technicians Jason, and Matthew arrived and after explaining the issues, they immediately diagnosed the problems and after they made the correct adjustments, the system began performing the way it should have immediately after installation. Jason and Matthew were extremely knowledgeable and professional, and we wish they had come in an earlier call. Jason and Matthew are the type of professional you hope come whenever you need help. Goettl needs to appreciate their professionalism. We are extremely satisfied with the system now, and if we have further problems we will definitely request their service

I will generally not post negative reviews unless I believe it’s warranted, and I waited until I had two separate second opinions on our HVAC system as a whole before leaving a review on Goettl. This is a review based on an appointment requesting the ‘Rejuvenation’ service they offered. In summary, my unit was working ‘okay but not great’ before Goettl looked at it. The tech that looked at our unit essentially left me with the assessment that our unit was going to fail imminently and that it was basically time to replace it (a 9 and a half year old Trane unit) without many details.While he was working/assessing it, there was a - I’ll call it a ‘power event’ - that occurred (I believe it was likely a short caused by his opening of the outside unit panel and likely mismanagement of loose wires - but admittedly have zero proof that that was the case) that caused our home to intermittently lose power as the compressor attempted restart, seizing our compressor and thermally locking it out (this had never happened in the 5 years in the home) requiring him to use a hard start kit to get it back up and running after about an hour of him trying to troubleshoot the problem that was likely caused by him (I can’t believe that his presence was simply coincidental to an unrelated power issue that caused our unit to fail). Our unit had never stopped working in the 5 years we’ve been in the home - this is the first time we experienced a total compressor failure; while the Goettl technician was physically on my property and working on the unit.Ultimately, the unit was left in a more handicapped/compromised position after the service/inspection than before, and a second opinion assessment of the condition of our unit very quickly identified the issue to be a bad capacitor, which had been bad (very obviously for a while) before we’d had it looked at by Goettl (based on the rust buildup on the bulging capacitor). I will never have Goettl return to evaluate/inspect/service our systems due to the experience I had within the past 2 weeks. I felt that I received poor/potentially misleading information about our system as a whole from the technician (which turned out to be largely untrue or exaggerated), the system was left in a worse situation than before the Goettl technician was engaged (compromised and only able to run with a hard start kit after whatever the tech did caused the unit to seize), and the technician failed to identify a very clear (at least in my opinion) bulging/failed capacitor which was the reason for our system running a little less efficiently in the first place. Sure - they brought a toy flashlight and stuffed dog that my kids love, but gimmicks don’t fix or improve AC units. Forget the toys, focus on quality assessments and system improvements.

Josue did a very good job he was very persistent on trying to figure out our problems and finally made us happy!!Sam showed up on time and was very friendly. We did chose GOETTL for our replacement mostly because of Sam's winning personalitie and the price the company offered me.

Josue Perez was the epitome of fine customer service. He greeted me at the door with a Sadie doll for my pups and after that bit of levity, got straight to work. He communicated the issue clearly and advocated for me when speaking to his supervisor about my options to ensure I was completely comfortable with the proposed solution. This isn’t the first time I’ve used Goettl. Their company and customer service is top notch. Would recommend to anyone for plumbing or HVAC.

Roy was so fantastic in helping to fix my air conditioner in a very Spiritual way I was so blessed that he could help fix the 10 year old air conditioner it’s working. Today Jami came by to inspect my air conditioner he was very Professional and made sure it was working right. I’m just so happy for the company for letting them help when no one else would help. The technician, Sam, was very personable, polite, & professional. He evaluated my system & explained each of his findings in an understandable manner & provided several options for resolving my issue. He was not pushy when it came time to decide how to resolve my issue.Update 08-09-22: had to have some follow-up carpentry work with my A/C installation. The technician, Roy Bainbridge, came and replaced an existing door into a flat wall. His work was perfect - can't even tell there was a door. He was friendly, hard-working, and cleaned up everything before leaving. Also, did some extra things that he didn't have to do without being asked. One of the best experiences I've had with this company since this whole process began. His work performance definitely elevated my decreasing satisfaction rating for this company.

We had a major issue with our sewage that required a full replacement of our main sewage line. Joe was the first on the scene and he spent his time showing me what was wrong and sharing the solutions for it. He helped me navigate finalizing the project. Then the work started. So much hard work for 3 days in the SA heat. Adrian and Jordan were on time, polite and friendly and explained all the reasons things were happening and what was being fixes. They were thorough and very communicative. Every night as they left the site I got a call explaining what had been done and what was next.

They advise me someone will give me a call the next day to see when they can come out and look at our ac.I got a response the day she said I would. Rudy Farias was the technician dispatched to our home. He was very friendly, very thorough in his diagnosis, and very informative in showing us the test results including photographs to substantiate his recommendation to replumb our home. We are extremely pleased he was our advisor as this work continues. He was here the following day as he said he would be to line out the install crew of Joshua and Jason, who are top notch not only in their skill but also in the manner in which they are conducting themselves. Even though this diagnosis was something we were not prepared to hear, Rudy has been excellent helping us through the process.

George came out to my grandma’s house. She is 82 years old and O2 dependent, he understood the need for cold air to help her breath. He was extremely patient and made the process very smooth. He made sure that we understood everything that needed to be replaced and walked us through the process. He also went to Home Depot and got replacement units for the meantime since they were out at the warehouse. He was such a wonderful person, and we can’t thank him enough!

I really don't want to leave a bad review but I was left frustrated with Goettl. We discovered a leak in our house. My only thought was to call Goettl. I received wonderful help from the dispatcher who took my call. They even found a technician who could be at the house within an hour of calling. The tech got to the house and did his due diligence. However, after a service charge I was told that he couldn't do anything until we hired a contractor to remove plywood where the leak was for him to diagnose the leak. My head was just spinning on how to organize all of this. I called a local competitor today and this company has been here all day fixing the leak and found it just by poking around a little more without cutting into anything to find the source of the leak. I was left with the impression the tech from goettl just didn't want to get his hands dirty on a Sunday.

Juan P. came over after all of the repairs to do a hydrostatic test for leaks and he was so kind and friendly and explained how everything worked. Gil Jones and his brother Mike responded to our service call to check our water softener and a stopped up bathroom sink. They checked out both of our concerns and reported that they found nothing to repair. They did suggest perhaps a replacement toilet in one bathroom (20 years old).We asked if we could talk with our son who lives out of state before we made a decision. Gil furnished his phone #, so our son could call him. They were honest, through, and a credit to their employer: Goettl. We did purchase their monthly service plan.

My wife and I had been talking about getting a water softener for a long time, but I was leery of the work that would be involved and the price. I decided to finally call Goettl and get a quote. Prior to the scheduled time Goettl text me with the name, phone number, and a picture of their employee I was going to meet with. I found this to be a nice extra because you can know who to expect and what they are there for. Ryan Barrientos and Garret Green arrived at my house and were very knowledgeable, respectful, and arrived on time. Ryan explained what all they were going to check and why, and then he and Garret completed a very comprehensive and thorough inspection of my plumbing equipment. Ryan kept me posted and advised me on what had issues and what did not and gave me lots of tips on things I could do to take better care of my plumbing equipment. The most important thing to me throughout this process was the feeling of trust and the amount of knowledge that Ryan and Garret were providing me. After the inspection we sat down and talked about softeners, the different types, and the needs that each type would meet. I was given upfront pricing and 5 choices of softeners to choose from. Everything throughout the process was very thoroughly explained and all my questions answered. When I decided on which one I was going to go with, I figured I would have to schedule an install date at a later time. No, within 2 hours David Bransteter and Ralph Martinez showed up at my house to perform the installation that day. Once again two phenomenal people who went way above and beyond during the installation to take time and explain things to me and give me pointers on how to take care of my equipment so that it would run effectively and efficiently. David and Ralph also showed outstanding knowledge in their craft and were able to come up with ideas that were better than the initial plan of attack for the installation. Ralph and David worked in the heat in the attic and until 11:30 that night to get the installation completed. I was very impressed with the Goettl employees and their work ethic, honesty, knowledge, and sense of responsibility to do the job the right way, just like they advertise. So it should go without saying that I will always be using Goettl for my plumbing needs. Just today Ricardo Pena came out and serviced my AC unit. Once again I received a text with a photo and phone number. Ricardo showed up when he said would was very personable and knowledgeable and got right to work. Ricardo made some recommendations to save us some money in the future. At no time did any of the Goettl employees attempt to up-sell a more expensive product or get me to purchase anything that wasn't necessary. Goettl has definitely earned my business from here on out and it is all because of how they operate their business and how their employees represent them.

Jaime was awesome. He spoke to me about everything he was doing and informed me about the issues in my system. We decided to install a hard start kit due to the fact our LRA is 79 (so you want half of that number) and we are currently pulling 98!! That is a recipe for a bad compressor and a very, very expensive fix. Big thx to Jaime for basically educating me!

I was a bit leary at first. They were just too nice to be real. But needed help and decided to use them. I was very surprised at their service. My AC flooded part of my home. I called them and they came right out; they also sent out a company to look and see what repairs to my home were needed, due to the flooding, at no charge to me.I purchase a new AC from the and they had it fully installed by pm that evening. I was very impressed.Two months later, my AC was leaking again and they came and fixed it for free. As it turned out it was not due to anything they did, but they fixed it anyway.Will definitely use them again!

Frank and assistant installed 2 identical bathroom sink faucet sets (3 piece sets) in our double master vanity sinks. This was a replacement of the 20 year old sets that were rusted and calcified into place. They worked HARD to remove those! Then they placed the new sets. It required several hours and the retrieval of additional power tools to complete but they persisted and were successful. They left the bathroom as clean as they could. Very polite. Their initial estimate was scary high but an acceptable price point was settled upon.

Guys who installed the HVAC system were great to deal with. They were courteous, professional and efficient!

My experience with this company was great from the start I had a leak and their response time was incredible. But the one person that help me throughout the process was a young lady by the name of Holly Zamora. Holly kept me updated with the job that they were doing by email phone call and text, if I had any questions all I had to do was call Holly and she was very knowledgeable with the work being performed on my house Holly is a fantastic employee I recommend this company.

Jehad came out to look at our AC system & get us a quote on replacement. He was very professional & courteous. The follow-up from a Project Manager was disappointing. They had 7 hours to prepare for my follow-up call but had to text me right before the scheduled time to let me know they were still working on numbers. What did you do all day & what the hell would we have talked about if I had been available when the tech was still at my house?Don't trust all these 5-star reviews. The techs ask you to post a good review while they are still at your house.

I cannot stress enough how happy I am with Goettl. My HVAC died, completely, in the middle of 30 days of 100+ degree weather. There was no waiting. NO other service could get out to me for at least a week. Goettl had my ENTIRE system replaced before any other service would have been out to even diagnose. No, I did not want the answer to be my entire system getting replaced; I just bought my house in December and was hoping I had some time on it still. Billy came out the same day I called and was quickly able to tell me some unpleasant surprises my real estate inspector didn't catch, such as black mold in the vent system in addition to my compressor being dead in the water. It was not high pressure; they were very honest with me and I felt confident in the decision I had to make. I'm not going to say they are the cheapest service, and in part I am paying for getting this done as an emergency, but you get what you pay for! They were very helpful with my financing options and I got a high quality system that I see as an investment in my home.Brayan Lopez and Juan Rivera were amazing service technicians. They were careful and clean; they even kept count of my cats when they were coming and going through the door! At the end of the install, you would never know they were tearing stuff up in there. They were pleasant and responsive the entire time and did great work.I feel confident that my home is now more efficient and safer than it was when I purchased it; the follow up after the appointment has been thorough and they are even making some electrical repairs on my circuit to ensure things are working as best as they can. I recommend their service if you want to be confident in your repair and handled rapidly!

Absolutely amazing service. I’m a first time user and already signed up for their membership. My AC stopped working one morning, and I called at 11am as a new customer. I spoke to Violet on the phone, she was nothing but professional and kind. Violet scheduled me for same day service and had a tech out to my home by 3pm (only 4 hours!). Jaime was my tech that showed up and he, too, was nothing but professional. He diagnosed my problem in about .5 seconds and did the repairs in 10 minutes. He offered me some advice about my particular AC compressor as well as some ways to boost performance and reliability. You always hear the ads on the radio and see the trucks driving around, but assume it’s just marketing. It’s not, folks. Go with Goettl.

I wish I could give Goettl no stars. These guys came out after I had a power surge from a storm that rolled through my area a couple weeks back. Told me that my condesor was shot and quoted me $6800.00. Come to find out a week later,After a second opinion, that it was only the capacitor that needed to be replaced. These clowns also tried to sell a whole new system (20kish). I'll be deterring people away from this dishonest company. After speaking to someone there about my experience, I was told that by replacing the capacitor there would be no way to tell that condesor was bad even though the system was up and running. Horrible, horrible experience! Funny how I don't see all the one star reviews like on the Better Business Bureau's website....

I am very disappointed with the A/C service that your company provided me on Thursday, 7/21/22. I expected George (your A/C technician) to satisfactory clean my clogged primary and secondary condensate drain lines. George said he unclogged the lines and poured two gallons of water down the lines and they were unclogged. I paid him $169 and he left my residence. However, after George left, I checked the drain lines outside of my house and I didn’t notice any water draining from the lines. They were in the same condition as before George provided the service. I also checked the drip pan under my A/C unit and noted water was filling up about half way in the drip pan again so I called a different A/C service to recheck it. The new A/C technician inspected the unit and noticed that the condensation pan was full of water and was dripping down into the drip/drain pan. He also noted that the primary line has a T-shaped body with a capped end located above the PVC pipe section that leads into the A/C unit. He stated that the air that was forced in the pain line appears to went into the unit and not down the drain line. Therefore, he had to cut the PVC pipe below the section leading into the unit so he could blow out the clogged drain line. Once he did that, the line was unclogged and water started flowing out of the primary drain line. I can unequivocally say that he did it the “right way, north the easy way”. I feel that I should be reimbursed for what I paid as part of Geottl’s “100% satisfaction guaranteed”. I was not happy with or satisfied with the poor, unsatisfactory service provided.

My AC went totally dark and Goettl sent a tech out within two hours of contact. Jesus diagnosed the issue in five minutes and had it resolved in fifteen. Friendliness goes a long way, but Jesus shows how much further it goes with expert knowledge and professionalism.

Most disappointing service received. Did not have any issues prior to getting maintenance in my ac unit. Was told I needed a new unit and was open to hearing quotes or further information. I was told someone would be out on a Saturday since I work during the week. No one showed up, I contacted the office and there was no record input and informed project managers were busy until Tuesday and contact me then. Never received a phone call or follow up. AC has been working a little off since maintenance was done. Now it is not working at all, I’ve contacted them only to get the run around. I do not recommend them. When I spoke with representative, she stated that they had received 4 other calls with my same issue. Timing can be can be considered suspicious, but now I’m left with a broken unit and no help. I’ve resorted to calling a different company to assist.

It was a frustrating situation so all I preferred was to get it repaired like in past times but then I was told my Air Conditioner could not be repaired but needed to replace it just so devastating to hear this and I was not financially equipped to take this expensive purchase on not in my budget at all.**Important update**** I have been so stressed after getting railroaded & pressured into buying something for my home that I feel could of been less money anywhere else.I was taken advantage of by your technician Billie who was pushy & overwhelming as he tried to explain what I knew nothing about because I am not in that career expertise area so he took advantage of an older female customer who was in a bad situation. Now I am in a financial situation that has stressed me out so much.**Sadly this company has not returned my phone calls now that they got me into this huge expense purchase that I didn't need at all.It was too expensive a buy .

I am astounded with level of customer service I have received the last two days. First, Connie helped to schedule an appointment for me promptly. She was patient with me and found me a quick opening the following day. Today, Ryan arrived earlier than the scheduled time. He took the time to hear my concerns, and explained every possible route we may need to take. Not only, will this issue be resolved, but I now have an understanding based on the evidence he provided. This place is ridiculous. They sent an incompetent supposed professional technician to us to clear a clogged AC drainline. First off the tech was unprofessional in parking on the street blocking our driveway I had to ask him to move so I could get out of the driveway and he jokes and says that'll be 10 dollars. Wasn't funny, because who parks that way in the first place. Second this was the service received. He literally was trying to go in the attic FOR A CLOGGED AC DRAIN LINE! Then tried to convince my boyfriend it was 8k-10k because the problem was the DUCTING! FOR A CLOGGED DRAIN LINE!?THE DUCTING!? Once my boyfriend told him no that he just needs him to clear the drain line he blows through it with Nitros but right at the beginning of the line at the interior unit without even disconnecting to the condenser housing so it all just blew back up in the unit. Now the unit is leaking from the housing unit at the start of the drain line. The man was unprofessional and scammy. He ended up charging 230 bucks to not even do the job properly and to cause more damage and another leak that we'll have to fix. Don't ever go with Goettl. That was the worst service ever. Unprofessional and incompetent.

I've dealt with Goettl and have never been dissatisfied. They are responsive and informative. The best behind the name are the set of great men that replaced my unit Chuy, mark and Manny they were so informative and explained the whole process. I really enjoyed how they took care of each other being in the hot attic. I was so worried hearing them up there. . I am so appreciate how they treated me and my family and got my system in. Such dedicated, professional men thank you for being you Mark, Chuy and Manny. You are the awesome.

Couldn't be more impressed with Roy Adame. He deserves more than five stars. Came out to give me an estimate to replace a 35 year old R22 system because i was told that the compressor was bad. He asked if he could troubleshoot it and sure enough he had it cooling again in less than 1 hour. He changed the situation that my wife and I would have to make a $20k decision by the end of the week to a less than a $500 repair. Thank you for your time and knowledge Roy and don't forget to get that free meal at my wife's restaurant.

My water heater had a leak after getting a maintenance . Betty made sure to get Andrew A. out to assist me with the repairs. I truly appreciate all the hard work an the customer service Betty gave us. Goettl was my way to go. Very happy customer.

Don’t bother calling unless you want to be pressured into buying over priced solutions. A simple shower cartridge job and they wanted 655. Not to mention the $89 diagnostics fee even if you tell them what the issue is. Do they at least have amazing customer service to justify the price gauging ? No. They will cancel on you one day. Promise to be there the next day then call to say they’ll be late again. Do not bother with this company if you want good service or pricing.

Before renting our property we wanted an inspection of our plumbing to make sure our home was in tip top shape and we could make repairs before tenants move in. We recently moved into our home and had Sam come out to do our initial maintenance on A/C units that are original to the home. Sam was prompt, courteous, and provided us with solid recommendations. We knew that one of the units wasn't in the best shape and he confirmed that. He didn't try to pressure us into buying a unit from them and clearly laid out the options of repair vs. replacement. We were really impressed with out initial interaction with Sam and the Goettl family.We decided to go with Goettl for our new A/C and Blake and Charlie did an excellent job. They were prompt and courteous. They kept us informed of what they were doing along the way and, when they were finished, it was like they were never there. They made sure they cleaned up after themselves in the living areas and in the attic as well. They took the time to go over everything that had been done with us and answer any questions we had. Blake and Charlie were awesome!Update 8/2/22:We had some issues with rooms being different temperatures. Ricardo and Jesus came out and took a look at everything. They were great to work with, courteous, and explained what they found clearly and fully. I continue to recommend Goettl if you are looking for help with your plumbing or HVAC system.
