A great company , Sunday I had a water leak, behind the vanity units in the master bath, I called them and within a hr the plumber was there, they arranged to have the place dried, removed the damaged dry wall, and arranged for an estimate for replacement and repairs, they are dealing with everything, I highly recommend these people honest professional and polite, can’t thank them enough.

After reading all the great reviews called 11/18 at 9:30am that I had a stopped up kitchen sink & confirming that they serviced SA. Call was answered by answering service. It’s now 5:45 pm & I never received a return call. Thankfully the next company answered & got a great technician out within the hour. Disappointed given the reviews.***UPDATE - after posting the above review I was contacted by Cody, the CEO. He was very apologetic for not responding and said that there was a glitch in the system getting the messages to him. He offered their services to check my home plumbing for any possible concerns. I much appreciated his sincerity and follow up after in trying to get a convenient time.Gabe came out today, in the estimated time originally given. He was professional and did a check of my home and thoroughly explained the areas that may need to be addressed. No pressure to get it done right away.I can easily see why the glowing reviews were done that led me to this company originally. I will definitely be using them in the future!Thank you, Cody & Gabe!

Our water heater quit working so I called Plumbsmart to help us. They were great. Fast, cleaned everything up and took the old water away. The new works perfectly. I will use them for any plumbing issue we have.

The Plumb Smart team was able to help with a plumbing emergency same day! My toilet was backing up into my shower and it was an emergency. Plumb Smart was the only company I called (of maybe 20) that could make it out same day. Turns out, my home's lift station needed to be replaced and the plumbing team was able to replace the pump the following day. Overall it was an excellent experience.

I have used them twice in the last month and they’re quick to respond, friendly, professional, fairly priced. Everything! We’re lucky to have them here in San Antonio. I used them for an underground pipe repair and a broken water heater. They were responsive after hours for both and were very helpful at explaining options.

I cannot tell you how awesome this company has been. Night and day from any other plumbing service I have used. I needed a sewer main replaced and a few other things and they gave me a reasonable price, walked me through their financing, and we're on-time and communicative. Great service and honest. I hired Adam to address an issue with my cousin's outside faucet. I checked Google for a nearby plumber, insane prices just to have someone come out at an inconvenient time was the norm. I ended up calling Plumb Smart. Adam showed up on time and quickly realized the faucet had the wrong fitting and swapped it out, all in all the whole thing took about 15 minutes. Definitely will use this company in the future!

We had an water leak issue at my rental home during the independence day weekend. Adam from the company called and spoke to me about the process on the phone and help setup an appointment. The company then sent Roger over quickly and he called me an hour ahead to give me a heads up and found a small/simple issue with the plumbing. He not only fixed the issue and didn't charge me anything because it's a simple issue. Who does it these days? I'd recommend them for their honesty and great customer service. On a Friday night my tenant called stating that there was an unknown leak, she stated, it sounded like it was raining inside, and the ceiling in the living room was falling down. I was frantically calling emergency plumbers and I left a message with Plumb Smart (not expecting a call back). Within ten minutes I received a call back and within an hour the owner, Adam, was at my house! He was genuinely empathetic, kind, knowledgeable and thorough. He immediately located the leak and arranged to have the repair made the next morning. He referred me to a restoration specialist, who is also awesome, and they were there the next day as well. Since I am out of town, he sent me photos of the damage, the repair and the cleanup. Adam communicated everything that was happening at my house and was super helpful. After the repair was made, the bill was incredibly reasonable. I have several rental properties and have dealt with many different plumbers but I have never had such a positive experience. If I could give them 6 stars I would!

I had a major issue on a Friday night at about 9 o'clock that came to light on Saturday morning around 7 AM with my water supply to my home being completely dead. After calling around to more than a dozen companies Adam from PlumbSmart. Adam was incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and ready and willing to help me with my small water emergency. Even though the trouble it turned out to be was not his area of expertise he was resourceful enough to team me up with providers who could professionally solve my issue; he even followed up with me over the next 2 day to make sure I was completely taken care of. I recommend Adam and PlumbSmart for any plumbing home systems issue you may have. Five stars all day every day

I HIGHLY recommend PlumbSmart for any of your plumbing needs. The CEO, Cody Blackmon, personally ensured that I was happy with the work. I had a leak from one of my hose bibs and he made sure it was taken care in short order. I was shocked when he was done in such a short amount of time! He even hooked my pool's auto fill back up to keep my pool running smoothly. He also checked the softness of my water since the pipe (connection?) to the hose bib showed tons of deposits from hard water. I've seen Culligan come in (not to my current home but in the past) and claim I had very hard water when in fact I did not. I was initially concerned that would happen again; however, Cody said my water was perfect (wow!). I have had such bad experiences in the past with people trying to rip me off; it was so great to find someone (a company) that I can trust. So, I'm passing on the good news to anyone and everyone that will listen (or rather read it here!). Don't hesitate--these guys are GREAT and honest and fair! Thanks Cody!

My husband and I are first time homeowners and clueless when it comes to basic home repairs/upkeep. Our water was shut off for a day before we moved in, and since it was turned back on one of the toilet tanks wouldn't refill after flushing. Worried about creating a bigger issue if we tried to resolve it ourselves, we contacted PlumbSmart. They were professional, prompt, courteous, and efficient. Roger came out to help, and immediately detected the problem...a very simple fix of turning a valve. Better yet, he didn't make me feel dumb and refused to charge anything. Will definitely go back to them for future plumbing needs.

These guys are hands down the absolute best!!! Their rates are the best and they provide quality service that they stand by. They don't try to upcharge you unnecessarily and they are totally transparent about the various price points and what the trade offs are. And fyi, a few months later, everything still works just as well as when they did the work.It's hard to find trustworthy people to help around the house (met a few other plumbers before working with these guys). It's such a relief to know that I can trust these guys! I am a first time home owner and I got a historical property- I was totally overwhelmed and my showers were not working. They handled all the problems and they were so friendly and nice while working- this company was such a godsend when I just really desperately needed help.I cannot recommend them enough!!!! My sewer line was backed up recently, due to my kids throwing anything and everything down the toilet. Me being the stubborn man i am decided to rent out a snake and try to fix it myself, after hours of frustration i just about had it and my wife convinced me to call a professional. I made the call and got on the line with Cody. This young man came out same day and took a look and had this problem fixed faster than i ever would have. I have to say from the phone call over the phone to meeting him in person he was very professional and easy talking when explaining this to me. Initially had them come out to get my water heater up to code and install a water softener on the house we just purchased. Once we moved in we found out the drain line from the washer was broken underground. The cost to fix one portion was only 1/3 of what the cost would be to redo the entire house's drain lines so we did it. While digging they noticed that my sewer line was broken so they replaced the entire line. Adam (one of the owners) was great with communication and keeping me aware of the progress. Overall they did a great job. I had some issues with the contractor they used to dig but Adam, and Cody went above and beyond to make things right. They have gained a customer for life.

Got an urgent Plumbing problem...call PlumbSmart and ask for Roger!Lost water to my Condo unit on Sunday and called around for same day service. Unable to get someone out to me same day, but PlumbSmart was the first to respond on Monday morning. Technician (Ryan) was dispatched and quickly found the issue to be a failed Pressure Regulation Value (PRV). Ryan handed me off to Roger Morin (Operations Manager) and Roger took over from there. Explained the issue and the solution along with the pricing, provided me a written quote within the hour.Roger provided us his direct cell phone number and helped us deal with the Condo Home Owners Association and City of San Antonio (SAWS) for Main Water Shutoff to complete the repair and he even made sure to repair the street they cut into to access the pipes...this helped avoid additional costs with the HOA.This was a complex job that took a lot of coordination, but with Roger's help in presenting options and his quick response, water was restored to my unit and the community the next day on Tuesday. And paid same price as quoted!Call PlumbSmart and ask for Roger.

My wife and I purchased a house this year. We had it inspected and we were recommended to have a PRV installed due to high water pressure from the city at that location. The picture on the left is from the sellers plumber. Didn’t last two weeks be for it started leaking. A friend recommended use to call Adam at Plumbsmart to get the job done. We spoke to Cody and he walked us through the whole thing. Quick and easy proposals over the phone. They came out that same day. Very friendly and respectful, professional team. The picture on the right is from PlumbSmart big difference for a house with really high water pressure. They are fast and we will only use PlumbSmart in the future and we highly recommended them.

Found our house had 100psi water and gave them a call for a new prv. The plumber was available a day earlier and recommended a service that fit my budget. Estimated about an hour to complete the work and that’s about how long it took. I also had them replace a shark bite fitting with a new valve. The plumber cleaned up the mud from his shoes when completing the job.
