Main sewer line replacement-They did excellent work at a reasonable price. I got a few quotes, he wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive but did professional work and kept me in the loop the entire time. I had actually contracted with another company and ended up having to fire them so I was super skeptical about hiring someone else. Pedro came out the same day and gave me a quote. It took me a few days to make a decision but, when I did his crew was out the next day and got to work. Pedro made sure that I could use the water before they left for the day and it only took them 2 days when others said it would take a week. They were fast, efficient, and got the job done right. I've used another company for years and now I won't be using anyone else. He also pointed out a few things others should have done or didn't do, and I called to verify.....ya still waiting on those answers. Needless to say I'm pretty sure I know why I haven't gotten those return calls.

I made the appointment online and received a call working an hour scheduling a same day appointment. They showed up early after calling to confirm an early arrival was approved. Within 30 minutes they were in and out! They knew exactly what the issue was and handled it! Would highly recommend!

Mr. Pedro was extremely professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He was patient with me when I asked questions and made sure I understood everything. My dad always encouraged me to get multiple quotes. Mr. Pedro showed up at the same time as another plumbing company. After listening to each plumber individually, I chose Plumbing Dawgs for being reasonably priced as well as taking the time to really explain the issue to me so I felt comfortable. I highly recommend Plumbing Dawgs for your household needs.

This person Pedro came highly recommend to us, I called and he answered promptly and was willing to drive to Round Rock from San Antonio to help with are problem. The original phone call was about our plumbing issues in our garage, he called back with a price of the service we accepted, then later that day the guys that was doing some other work on our house broke the main water line. We called Pedro back and ask if he could fix that for us also he said yes. Fixed the water line did a scope for the plumbing in the garage and charged us over $2200 yes $2200 to fix the main water line and scope the other problem. When I spoke to him about this he said he was only coming to look at the plumbing problem use the camera and then give us an estimate. That's not what we discussed on the phone. Why would I ask someone to come from San Antonio to Round Rock for an estimate? I truly feel like we got hoodwinked on this. I do not recommend Pedro or this company to anyone!

Pedro is the man! We had a water leak and all I needed was to shut off my water. I was willing to pay to get someone to do it if needed, but Pedro immediately gave me advice, asked for photos and even video chatted me to point me to my shutoff valve. He even told me how to fix the issue on my own by going to Home Depot. I will have him ready for the next time I cannot fix myself, highly appreciate the kindness and professionalism!!!?

I was very impressed with the work Pedro with Plumbing Dawgs performed for me. I picked the company among many others based on the excellent reviews and I am pleased to be able to add another. They had excellent communication with scheduling and knew how to repair a toilet flange that was way beyond my capability. The fact that Pedro is a master plumber and really knows what he is doing gave me great comfort. He is my plumber for life and I won't hesitate to recommend him to friends and family!

Pedro and his son were great. He had to install a clean-out that was done improperly and then hydro jetted the piping to get the grease out of the line. Worked beautifully!!! He then showed us what the problem in the line we are facing and why. Original plumber laid the line with no slope in a 16’ section. Ugh county inspectors!

Pedro came out same day to fix a water leak, which I appreciated. He was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. He was literally in and out in under 30 minutes. I am giving 4 stars because I was billed for 2 hours of labor ($190), which I learned later is their minimum. He gave a small discount when I argued the point, but I think it’s important to be upfront about things like minimum charges.

Fantastic engagement from dispatch to resolution. Worked with the team through my home warranty company, and they were able to prioritize my case. Once onsite the team was very professional, outlined the issue once identified, and provided a clear resolution. Once the job was complete, the work area was cleaned up and the fix was explained quickly. Highly recommend this company.

I called this place after calling several others. They were able to come over the next morning and repair my broken stem from the shower handle and replace it with a new one. The price was far better than some others just by talking on the phone. He was professional and took me along with every step he made. I will definitely call them back to do the other side of my shower. These are good people. Great price. Professional service very courteous. 5 star from me. And I'm not to please

Amazing and friendly service! They came out and fixed a foundation leak really fast. They repaired our plumbing issue in a short time frame. I thought my whole house was going to be torn apart but they fixed the issue and did it with minimal disturbance to our living spaces. We will definitely use them again for all our plumbing needs!
