We had a hot water heater leak into our garage and I called Wyman plumbing ASAP. Although I had never used their services, I had spoken with them in the past and had a great experience. I was super impressed by how fast they were able to come out and replace the water heater. Not only that, they installed a water softener on the same day as well. All of this on short notice. Cannot thank them enough for coming out so quickly and doing a super clean install. The crew was great and professional. Highly recommend them if you're looking for any type of plumbing work!

Anthony P from Wyman Plumbing just finished replacing my water regulator valve. Anthony was on time, actually a little early, and the replacement was completed very quickly. The replacement work product looks great. The connections appear very clean and well done. Wyman was able to give me quote for the repair based on the request I left on the Wyman web site. Of the several plumbing businesses I contacted, Wyman was the only one that offered me a written estimate via email and the price was very much in line with what I expected. I had another firm come by to give me an estimate, and the best price I was offered was about $180 higher than Wyman's quote. I am extremely pleased with the work and the cost was fair and reasonable.

Kudos to Wyman Plumbing and especially Anthony for a job well done! I called this morning and left a message before business hours and then set an appointment online. Within 10 minutes my appointment was confirmed for later this afternoon. In fact, Wyman reached out to me within an hour and asked if they could move it up sooner than the time I had selected so that, if parts were needed beyond what they usually carry, there would be time to obtain them and get the job done today! Additionally, our service rep Anthony arrived early and did in fact have to leave to obtain the needed component. Anthony kept us up-to-date on everything he was doing and explained in detail those actions to my husband. Anthony was respectful and efficient and clearly possesses exemplary knowledge & skills in plumbing. Wyman plumbing has got to be the best company I’ve ever used for plumbing. Not only was Anthony early, professional, and quick. Anthony came out within the hour to use a camera to check the integrity of the pipes following a back up in our toilets and tub. (The pipes had been cleaned out on Christmas Eve. The owner offered to come out on Christmas Eve to do it though at that point we had another company on their way) Anthony was very thorough, friendly, honest and knowledgeable . We highly recommend using Wyman Plumbing! They really care about your plumbing needs and don't recommend services that are not needed.Loved how straightforward he was.

We’ve had them repair our gas dryer and our kitchen sink. It’s such an inconvenience to need repairs, but Wyman plumbing will promptly get you scheduled and get the repair job done!

Very polite and respectful. When finished cleaned up the site and replaced all items moved to get to the problem. So happy that they would work under a mobile home. So impressed with Wyman Plumbing and Mechanical that I will never call another plumbing company again! We remodeled our powder room and Charles had to move the faucet line up to clear the back splash. Charles then installed the toilet and hooked up the plumbing after cabinetry was in. He also winterized our pipes to the house and on the pool deck. The office staff are so pleasant to work with and we were able to get appointments in short order - which I so appreciate ? Charles was our tech and we always ask for him. He is experienced, knowledgeable and he is a problem solver - everything you need in a plumber! I sincerely recommend this company ?

They repaired a leaking hose bib for us and did a great job. They made it very easy to schedule an appointment online and they were quick to respond and confirm the date, time and exact issue. They were able to come out earlier than scheduled that day, which was helpful. Once Anthony arrived he quickly figured out the issue and was able to replace the hose bib in an efficient manner. He then tested it again to make sure it did not leak. In addition, Anthony made sure to answer all of my wife’s questions. We greatly appreciate Anthony and Wyman Plumbing for helping us with our plumbing issue.

I recently get the water heater installed with Wyman Plumbing service. The people work here are fantastic. They promptly responded to my request. The technicians are very professional. Charles is excellent he did a wonderful job. Explained everything clearly and did the job well, right on time. The customer service is excellent. They responded to me for each and every call. Answered all of my questions clarifies my doubts. Most of all everything from giving estimates to complete the work all is clear and sent over online. I definitely recommend this service.

Anthony from Wyman Plumbing showed up on time as promised. Identified the problem quickly and took care of it. Then as requested, he changed the filters on our reverse osmosis system and proceeded to check the plumbing throughout the house. Did a thorough job was fairly priced , and a very nice young man. Jared from Wyman Plumbing was here this week to repair hard to move shower handles (cartridges need replacement) and replace corroded 'tub shoe and overflow' with a new chrome one. He also tested our water and discovered our water softener (10 yrs old) is not working and cracked. He is not only a very pleasant, friendly person but knowledgeable, thorough and patient with explaining everything that was being done and gave us estimates for future issues like the water softener. I was recommended to them by a person on Next Door who just had similar work done and was very pleased not only with the service but with the fair pricing.

Our water heater went out and we needed service relatively quick. Kane was able to replace the water heater and get us back in business within two hours of getting here. Anthony was great. Installed our kitchen faucet with no issues. Was very patient and kind with adjustments I requested to the faucet positioning. And, as a courtesy he tightened two other bathroom faucets. Will definitely request his service again in the future.

Our yearly check-up appointment time was scheduled between 10 and 12. Anthony arrived precisely at 10am and finished the job proficiently. Timely, great communication, and excellent service at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

We are remodeling our bathrooms and needed a plumber to run the new shower systems. Our contractor had Wyman come install one. They gave a quote without asking us, the homeowner, what type of system we purchased. Needless to say, they missed installing the handheld shower valve. I am not completely sure how this could happen since the instructions are very clear and specific. They scheduled another day to come back and complete the job. They are charging us by the hour, fine. I was told it should take about a half hour. The plumber they sent did not know where to put it despite pictures that were sent, and notes written on the wall. Thankfully, it was only a half hour charge. I understand they need to make money, however, they should have contacted us prior to giving a quote for a job. My invoice says, "install of a shower system provided by the customer." We will not be using them for the other shower system. We have another plumber coming out tomorrow to look at the job and give us a quote, which is what should have happened in the first place. This is not about the money, it's about the principle. As a business you made a mistake that you need to own. Not only am I frustrated, but this also put our remodel behind by two days.

My experience started with Niki who was friendly and Knowledgeable. She scheduled Jared for the install at 2:00. He was early. Kept open communication. Finish install and let me know the job was done and my brother in law told him good job! From start to finish top notch!

Wonderful Wonderful!!!!! We converted from an electric stove to a gas stove and needed a gas line run to the new stove. Eric and Henry were professional and courteous young men. The work they did was excellent! Their work was neat and they left everything clean!

Called for appointment to have water softener looked at Techs checked it out no issues and gave advise. Talked about our water heater which was 21 years old and decided to go with a Tankless water heater and have 3 house bibs replaced. Received the bid 2 hours later and scheduled 3 days out. The Techs were fantastic! The 1st call cost $179 and when done was under $5,000 we have hot water quickly throughout 5200 sq ft home. They also have a Service program for maintaining Tankless (Flush out mineral deposits) and change water filters which we will sign up for. Quality and Communication is what you can expect from this company.

Anthony was a great service person. I would definitely request him as my service person again. Changed my r.o. unit and checked toilets and water pressure and water hardness. A very good value. First time with the company and I would use them again.

We contacted Wyman for servicing on on refrigerator and freezer. They were able to send Robert out the same day! He was polite, professional and explained the issue in terms I understood! We will be using Wyman for all of our future needs.

Received firm bid for Tankless water heater and to replace 4 hose bibs, one to be hooked up to soft water system for car washing, garage floors. Technicians were running late but completed jobs very clear on instructions on new system nice job on install we have immediate hot water throughout 5200 sq ft home. Also signing up for yearly maintenance to flush tankless system and change big blue filter and change water filters in kitchen, replenish soft water system and inspect house. Best plumbers in AZ

Repairs were done by Wyman on a tankless water heater that was improperly installed by another company. We should have used Wyman for the installation! We were very impressed by Wyman and the professional technicians. We are Wyman Plumbing customers from now on!

Our water heater began leaking on Friday night Dec. 16th. I contacted our home insurance company and they made arrangements with a plumbing contractor to evaluate the issue and effect the repairs (the water heater was still under warranty). To make a long story very short, the company said that they could not make any repairs until the week of Dec 26.
Our kids and grandkids were coming for Christmas on Tuesday Dec 20th from Iowa and we needed the water heater before they arrived.
I contacted Wyman Plumbing out of desperation on Monday Dec 19 and talked to Nikki who said they could come out and fix it that afternoon. Not only that but she arranged to handle the warranty issues and took away the old heater.
At 4 that afternoon Eric and Ryan arrived and within 2 hours we had a brand new heater complete with gas and water hookups and producing hot water.
Eric and Ryan were professional, courteous and left the work area in the garage cleaned and looking better than they found it. Not only that but Eric stopped by a couple days later and checked that everything was still OK and gave us a gift of cheese and sausage.
I cannot begin to say enough about Wyman Plumbing. Nikki, Eric and Ryan helped us in our time of need and represent the best in customer service and care.

UPDATE: Juan returned to install a new handle needed, in addition to the new cartridge. All is fine now!

We had a leak under our kitchen faucet that needed immediate repairs. Called WP&M and they were here in an hour. Anthony quickly repaired the leak in kitchen and replaced a leaky valve outside of the house. Great work!

Ejector pump replacement. Gerald, our service repair man, was professional, timely, communicated the issue well and made the repair/installation on the spot. He had the replacement pump with him in anticipation of a pump failure and was incredibly clean with all work and very polite. Wyman plumbing was great, I filled out the online contact form late in the afternoon, they called me first thing next day and were able to get me on the schedule next day. They were able to show up early and completed my R/O system swap out quickly, my tech was friendly and professional, explained everything to me and was gone in just over an hour.

I texted Wyman first thing this morning for our garbage disposal which was not working. They texted back immediately. By 9:30 am Anthony was on site at my home working on the repair. Anthony was very efficient and professional. While he was here I also asked him to change the filters in our reverse osmosis system which he did. He had all the parts needed on his truck. Very professional, responsive and efficient work.

Erik did such an amazing job of removing our natural gas line and capping it off as well as fixing a code violation on our water heater! Would definitely recommend!

Charles M arrived on time and immediately diagnosed plumbing issue which was causing exterior pipes to rattle violently when water softener regenerated or irrigation system started. He detected failure of the pressure reducting valve and replaced by doing a simple pressure test. Charles replaced the valve, tested the effects by regenerating the softener and no further problems arise. He also recommended adding a vacuum braker for irrigation. Will install that on future visit. Wyman Plumbing was the 3rd plumbing company that I used that was finally able to detect the problem. They will be my new Plumbing company. I highly recommend Wyman as they are professional and competent. Please consider using them as well.

Anthony came out and had to fix a small problem that was found out after they left the last time. He came and did the work efficiently and got it fixed and was helpful with details explaining the problem, which wasn’t their fault but the way the house was plumbed originally. Thx again Anthony!

We recently remodeled our home from top to bottom. Wyman Plumbing and Mechanical installed new P-traps, shower fixtures, bathroom hardware, kitchen hardware, garbage disposal, relocated our main water manifold, trenched through our concrete floor in order to give us a toilet in our newly created powder room and more. It's an older home so a few surprises were found along the way. Remodeling your home is extremely stressful. Doug, Tamra and the gang went above and beyond to help this process not be stressful. The professionalism and customer service is unmatched. Special shout out to Skylar and Charles! You guys are the best!

We required a new Water Pressure Valve to be installed at our home and Wyman Plumbing knew the sense of urgency, and made sure I was taken care of right away and replaced the item the same day. The service technician was very professional and I highly recommend this company! They are fantastic!

They installed 3 sink faucets and one shower trim/faucet. They were quick to get us an appointment, were early and they did a good job. They were helpful with our questions and were better priced than other companies that quoted it. They were professional and cleaned up when they were done. We would use them again in the future.

Our technician, Anthony, was very efficient and thorough. He replaced all of our toilets’ gate valves with 1/4” angle stops lickety split. Then he replaced our leaking wax ring under our master bath toilet. He was quick with the shop vac to suck up the microbiology experiment going on under there. Yuck. He even eliminated the little flies who tried to escape from their biosphere like it was regular old business. No leaks now. And all cleaned up. Worth the money.

There was a fast, efficient response to the initial request for quote. This was followed with scheduled service within 2 business days. Email and text reminders were sent for the appointment. The service technician, Juan, texted his ETA and performed the requested service of removing the old outside hose bib and replacing with a new one.
Juan was knowledgeable, polite, and quick in his repair. I highly recommend him and Wyman plumbing for all of your plumbing needs.

Fixed shower temperature issue and kitchen sink odor issue. Anthony did an amazing job and was quickly able to troubleshoot to find the problem and resolve it.

What can I say about my experience with Wyman Plumbing...They published a great offer in our local magazine for replacement of a 50-gal. gas hot water heater, including pan, new water valve and piping. It was better than any deal I found on Angie's List. It was easy to set up an appt. with Tamra and Doug called to see if he could come earlier than scheduled which worked for me. He completed the job in a timely manner and everything looked and worked perfectly. He cleaned up at the end, leaving the area better than when it got there. The entire experience was first class and I plan to use Wyman again at another property I own.

We had a refrigerator emergency and for a family of 8 we definitely needed to figure out why it wasn't working correctly asap! After a couple calls, Wyman plumbing and mechanical came out the same day. George made the arrangements and Robert our technician was able to diagnose our problem. Best plumbing company I've used yet!
I had a whole home water filtration system I purchased on line. When I called on the phone and explained what I had she said "No Problem" and was ready to book me the next day. That was too fast for me LOL, so I booked a few days later. Jason was the installer. Great guy really explained everything to me (before he started) It was not an easy install. The pipes coming out of the wall ( one was a feed and one was the return) were backwards from the filter. He managed to figure out a way to make it work. He also had to reduce the pipe size from 1 1/4" to 1" and installed two valves in the system as well so I can shut them off to change the filters. Thanks again Jason, GREAT JOB!

I had a good experience with Wyman Plumbing. They were recommended to me and I would call them again when I have another need. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars this time is they didn't have the exact part I needed. I was having issues (leak) with my outdoor, built in gas grill and there was a somewhat uncommon part that needed to be replaced. The plumber was very respectful and I really like how he was detail oriented, honest, transparent, and took time to educate me.

He offered to go get the part himself (additional fees required) but he also explained how I could get the part myself and either ask him to return (additional trip fees required) or install the part myself. Again, I highly appreciated his honesty and transparency. I was glad to pay for his diagnosis and advice. A quick trip to Ace Hardware and 10 minutes later the problem was completely resolved.

I've had Wyman out to my home 2 times for plumbing issues. Both times they were courteous, friendly, and got the job done right. They were knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. They did a good job explaining what they were doing and why. They didn't try to up-sell me on anything and just fixed what needed to be fixed. The work was done well, and pricing seemed average to me, as a first-time home owner.

Their scheduler/receptionist/office person was very pleasant, polite, and reassuring. She got someone in to my home next day to work on the plumbing problems, even on a Sunday.

Always nice to find a local company, especially a plumber, through local referrals. I noticed our hot water was leaking and went online to find a plumber. So glad I found Wyman Plumbing. From the first call to having a new water heater installed that day, I was impressed with the business. Once it was determined that the old water heater was shot, they researched the possibility the warranty was still good. (We moved here a year ago and no receipt in the previous owner's file.) Yea for us, partial warranty still good. The charge for labor was not covered, but their charge for labor was reasonable. Job completed and another satisfied customer. We have used Wyman Plumbing now twice. I'll start with Tamra at the office. She is cheerful, and very helpful. She listens and asks clarifying questions, so she is sure she understands the issue, to ensure she send the staff well equipped to handle the job. Doug and AJ did the first job, and were on time, professional, and also very helpful. We need to have a "wobbly" toilet fixed and they also discovered the valve was not working. No more wobble, and now it flushes without holding the handle to the count of 3. It also fills up much quicker. We couldn't be happier. Second job was to check our water pressure valve. No issues, and we weren't charged! Also had to replace some covers on pipes from the water heater to the wall, and that was done quick. They are punctual, priced right, and customer service is great. Would use them again, and highly recommend them, if you need plumbing services.

Needed a plumber asap on a Sunday no less for 2 clogged toilets! We found Wyman Plumbing through Home Advisor! We called them very early in the morning and Doug the owner came within an hour! He was able to diagnosis the problem and unfortunately it was a septic tank issue. so we had to call a septic company! He charged us the same as he would on a week day! He was very professional and honest! We will definitely recommend him and use his services again!

Our water heater developed a leak and I asked on our town's FB page for recommendations. The quick majority named Wyman and raved that they were a locally owned family operation with excellent response time and quality work. I must say they were right on! I called and got Tammy on the other end. She surprisingly said that they could get it done the same day and by noon we had a new 50 gallon electric water heater ready to be installed. I did not realize the scarcity of these items due to supply chain issues in the post pandemic era. Their plumbers were super nice, hard working and professional. We had hot water by 3 pm... and I had a happy significant other who loves to take a long hot bath! Bravo!!!

We called Wyman after a different local plumber told us the leak from our bathtub was wastewater, said they did not fix those kinds of problems and
charged us $50 for the visit.
Needless to say we were expecting a HUGE expensive job involving demo .
Within minutes DaQuon identified the leak as coming from the faucet itself- not the drain pipe. Identified that he had all of the necessary equipment to repair it immediately- got it settled .

Tamra was extremely helpful in addressing our problem and accommodated us so we not only had a very skilled technician (Romeo) out to diagnose the issue that afternoon, they were able to install a replacement the next morning. That way we were confident we had a new water heater in place and up & running before we had to leave. AJ was a little early for the appointment. He was very professional and even fixed a small leak under the sink as well as repairing the water shutoff valve. Wyman plumbing came out to fix a toilet tank that had developed a leak. He arrived on time to the quickly made appointment, fixed the leak, and cleaned up after the work. Pricing was on par with other plumbers as I had had another toilet tank mechanisms replaced the year prior. Mr. Wyman has taken on appretices since. They are now plumbers and I recently used Wyman Plumbing to install a new RO system, replace a shower cartridge and change out the tank insides of another toilet . my water heater stopped working all together, so I got some recommendations, and got MANY for Wyman plumbing. They came out the next day. well with my luck.. I got a default water heater, something was broken on the inside the water heater, but they were out again the very next morning to exchange it and made sure it wasn't leaking again. they made the whole process as painless as possible and appreciate them so much! Replaced two outdoor water faucets that had been a source of aggravation for 18 years. Other plumbers discouraged me from changing them out because of the backflow converter. However, the plumber that came from Wyman explained that the faucets they use come with back flow converters, so I had them both replaced. He was on time, polite and informative and I appreciated that.

Water heated failed on Sunday morning, putting water on the garage floor. I called my previous plumber, had to make second call to his emergency number they provided.Said they would call on Monday morning to setup an appointment. I told them NO THANK YOU. Went to "In & Out" magazine and found Wyman Plumbing. Called, a human answer the phone, told him the problem. Doug informed me that he could get the replacement heater and be right over to fix my problem. He before starting gave me a price of about $700.00 for the installation of a new 50 gallon hot water heater. I agreed and he proceeded to fix my problem. When all done, he informed me that I still had some warranty left on the heater and that the bill would be $370.00. WOW, done on a Sunday, at a fair price, and honest. Guess who is my plumber now and any body that want a reference.

Then we had our pressure valve go out and they were once again there the very next day. We moved to Scottsdale in July. Our house was built in 1993 and had one part-time owner until we bought it. it had its original water softener and osmosis filter which we knew nothing about. Wyman plumbing did a great job servicing the systems and replacing the softener, which had outlived its usefulness. The best part was that they were very reasonable. We highly recommend them.

I was concerned about my septic & Wyman Plumbing worked hard to get out to look at my problem same day which was Saturday! They were willing to come out early evening but I had another commitment. We scheduled first thing Monday but left it that if something opened on Sunday the would call & see if we were available so the could come out! Ultimately we got a call Sunday afternoon & came out. I did not end up having a problem that needed work after checking but while onsite I discussed some of my other pending projects and I will be scheduling them soon to come out & fo that work! The level of customer service so far is so unusual with contractors today & is so valuable! Call Wyman & give them a try! I have already recommended them to one of my good friends!

The Technician that came to help us was wonderful! Not only did he find the problem, but fixed it on the spot! The issue was in my 100 year old mom's room and he was so patient and wonderful with her! letting her hold his hand and telling her that he made sure she wouldn't have the issue again! Thank you!!!

This time i used them for a build out on a new business and they were top notch! Their price was far below other bids and they performed the services perfectly! I highly recommend them.

My first experience with Wyman Plumbing this morning was a true 5 stars. The service tech, AJ, arrived 15 minutes early and he was friendly and polite. He also knew what he was doing, had all the parts he needed in his cool-blue school bus plumbers workshop and he efficiently solved my problem. Rates are very fair. Highly recommended. I live in Cave Creek.

I requested a quote form WPM. I have an old fashioned, pull chain toilet (at my home residence) and I needed the 'guts' replaced. I had bought the 'guts', all brand new, I just needed someone to come out and install them. WPM wanted to send TWO technicians out, 1 hour minimum and 15 minute intervals afterwards ($225.00), trip charge to supply house for sourcing non-stock part ($65.00) and charge me a total of $290.00. Ridiculous! I found another company, that used their own new parts(guts), only one technician and charged me HALF of what WPM quoted me and took less than 1 hour to complete. Would not recommend. They MAY have quality work but I wouldn't know.

We can’t say enough good things about Wyman’s. They have helped us with a few plumbing issues and installed both a whole house filter and RO system in our newly-purchased home. On my first review of Wyman Plumbing a week ago, I gave a three star rating without a comment, hoping someone would reach out to me. My hunch worked and I was contacted by Tamra Wyman, co-owner asking what was wrong. I explained to her, originally I received was a quote to replace a wax seal on my toilet. I was satisfied and agreed to have them do the work. In the process, we noticed a bad gasket in the tank and decided to change them. When the worker finished and gave me the bill, I was dumbfounded as to how much I was being charged for the extra work. I confronted him and he told me he had knocked off $50.00. Right then, I felt I was being ripped off. I wanted to call, but was so mad my wife suggested to let it go and not use them again. Her cooler head prevailed. So, on to the three star rating. Her response after she heard me out, was wow, I am so sorry, the workman charged you way too much. She informed me he was no longer working for them, because of other problems and was returning the cost of the additional work. I was stunned and because of her response told her she didn't have to do that. She insisted! Monday, I was in my office and a car drove up to my home and a young lady knocked on my door. She introduced herself as Tamra Wyman in person. She personally delivered a check to my home. I was totally surprised by this outreach. This has never happened to me before. So, in closing, I have to say, Wyman Plumbing turned out to be an honest, business who cares for their customers and integrity of their name and business. She even sat down with me and we had a wonderful conversation. I feel like I found a new friend. Needless to say, I will use Wyman Plumbing as long as I am in Phoenix, AZ.

Fair, friendly and knowledgeable. We had 2 toilets replaced by Wyman last week. They came when promised, did a great job installing the new ones and hauled away the old ones leaving the rooms as clean as when they found them. Thank you for a job well done.

Service man was on time. As a matter of fact a little early. He noticed that our old 50 gallon water heater still had warranty time left on it, and he "Jason" would call the office as to how to proceed. We were quoted a price of $926.00, for new unit installed and carry away our old unit. We ended up paying $525.00, saving $400.00 for a rainy day. Jason was quick in doing the install, cleaned up after himself. All in all it was a pleasant experience, and will use Wyman again as needed.

Really nice folks and Super friendly office staff. Nikki helped me even though I called her several times because I had so any questions. And the Service guys are super friendly and professional! Jason came to install a kitchen sink assembly for me and noticed my hot water heater had a large puddle of water on top with hard water corrosion on the valves. He returned two days later to replace it for us, and saved our home from future water damage. He also brought it up to code. Upon completion Wyman plumbing provided photos of the job completed, which I REALLY like for my records.

This company was referred by a friend. They were very responsive in setting an appointment along with the email confirmations. The plumber assigned to my job was on time, wore a mask as I requested, put booties on every time he entered my house. I highly recommend this company and will call on them again!

Wyman installed a top of the line tankless water heater for me a month ago. Not only were they very courteous but were very knowledgeable about the product I wanted. They also came in at the best price too after calling and talking to different companies.

We have used Wyman a number of times. They installed a whole house shutoff valve, did our annual maintenance on our RO Filter and Water Softener, and checked and drained our Water Heaters. Most recently they changed the anode rod in our hot water heater. They were always on time and provided excellent service. We definitely will use them for all our plumbing needs in the future.

Constant running water is not only a waste of life's essential resource, it can be very costly in AZ. We had an emergency of broken shower valve in one of our bathrooms at early hours on the weekend. The first plumbing company who answered our call for help was WPM and within matter of short time they were at our property. They were not only quick and efficient in resolving/fixing the valve issue, they were polite, professional and respectful caring to our property as the wore booties on their shoes and ensured perfect clean up after finishing up the job- WOW who does all of that these days. Well, WPM is the one who is doing all of that and delivery exceptional customer experience without having to charge extra.

Had a new shower installed by Pacific Bath. Charles was sent to do the plumbing. He is extremely professional, detail oriented, and very efficient. Later I discovered a leak, likely caused by the demo crew. Absolutely not the plumber's fault. Charles came back and fixed the problem quickly. It was a bit pricey, but at least I know it was done correctly.

We bought an R/O system at a charity auction that had been donated by Wyman Plumbing. When they went out to our vacation home to install it, they discovered an unrelated but major problem. They provided us with a reasonable estimate, then returned promptly to do the work in our absence. Honest and trustworthy, and we'd highly recommend them.

Needed to have our hot water line rerouted throughout the house. This was due to a in slab leak in our hot water line. Doug came out to look at work that needed to be done and provided an estimate. The estimate spelled out a potential "unknown" cost so we wouldn't be surprised when the final invoice arrived. We saw several different workers at the house during the project. Each of them were got their work done while keeping things a neat and clean as possible. All very friendly to us and our 2 dogs. Finally, my first contact for Wyman was Tamra. She was very prompt in replying to any question I had (from start to finish). We liked doing business with the Wyman's and think other would too.

After having just moved to Anthem Az from Ohio, I found that our water connection for the refrigerator was totally different than what was coming out of the wall. After 4 unsuccessful trips to the hardware store,

I'm only allowed 5 stars when rating this company -- but I'd give more if I could. When a plumbing company claims it has "24/7 emergency service," the question is, "But can you deliver?" I needed a kitchen sink unclogged on an early Sunday morning. Out of the three companies I called, one couldn't respond until noon Monday; the second never called back; and Wyman was here in 2-1/2 hrs. Great people. Great work. Couldn't be more pleased.

I had an emergency plumbing issue with the Laundry Room Hot & Cold Water valves leaking and Wyman Plumbing squeezed me in that same day. My this was an easy experience. It is nice to have a go-to plumber I can trust. My 12-year old water heater was leaking and causing the pedestal it was on to collapse. Wyman Plumbing recommended a handyman and coordinated with them to remove the tank, rebuild the pedestal, and install the new 75-gallon heater... all in one morning. They were patient with all my questions (I ask a lot) and gave guidance on the best water heater for my situation. Using Wyman Plumbing was like having your neighbor help you out, but getting the expertise of an experienced plumber.

We installed a new gas range and the existing pipe did not allow the range to be pushed back against the wall and forced it to stick out into the kitchen a few inches. The plumber from Wyman assessed the situation and relocated the pipe to a location where the range could fit snugly. He did this within the timeframe and cost estimate we were provided. We were very satisfied and happy. We’ll use Wyman again for future plumbing needs.

The waterheater pilot light was out for a few days and we thought it was going to be an expansive repair. We called Wyman Plumbing and they came out quickly and was able to relight the pilot light. We are so very thankful to have a local plumbing company that we can rely on. Because of that positive experience, we called Wyman again to replace the water pressure regulator. The operator who help us make the appointment was very helpful in explaning the process and look up the necessary parts that's needed.

Honest & reasonably. I've been using Wyman for 4 years now. no issues, prompt, and always helpful. When my water heater went out, they walked me through shutting it down & were out in less than 24 hrs to install a new one... on a saturday.

Not only did Dave perform the assigned work - replacing the pressure reducing valve - but he also addressed an unforeseen issue with my garbage disposal. Dave contacted Doug Wyman, the owner, about the additional work that I needed - a new garbage disposal. In order to save time (because I had to leave for an appointment downtown), Doug had someone from their shop bring out a new disposal. All was completed professionally, quickly and with great patience. I could not have asked for a better experience!

Wyman Plumbing was on time, explained the entire process and completed in a timely manner. Replaced my hot water heater with no mess, the plumber even went above and beyond, replaced an additional part I didn't know I needed. They are very fair and price was better than other quotes for the same item.

Started off by just having them replace a leaking washer box. Ended with them replacing all my toilets, all my shower fixtures, fixing a leaky sink, and installing a new water softener. Love the honest and quick work they do - will use them for any plumbing work I have in the future!

I first came across Wyman plumbing when I was looking for a water softener system for our new home. Tamra contacted me after I asked for help on a page designed to connect customers with licensed contractors. She was extremely helpful, answered my thousand questions fully and patiently, and sent me new quotes every time I changed my mind. So I hired Wyman for the softener system, and a reverse osmosis system for my kitchen sink. Scheduling was fast, even though my work schedule is rather bizarre, the work was done well, and we love our system. So when we decided to run a natural gas line to the back yard for a fire pit and outdoor kitchen, I called Tamra, had a quote the next day. Doug was willing to work with the Peoria P&Z department, but was told that in order for him to pull a permit for the work, he would have to have a Peoria business license... odd, as Wyman is state licensed and operates with a business license out of anthem, as that is where the business is located. So I muddled through the licensing process with his help, and Tamra and Doug were extremely responsive to scheduling changes because working with Peoria was extremely difficult, to say the least. For instance, the inspector who came for the final inspection failed the system because he needed a second pressure test. Gave Doug very detailed instructions on what he needed to do to pass the test. Day of the repeat inspection, a different inspector came out, and failed the system because the first inspector's instructions did not meet her standards.... but Wyman came through for me, fixed it yet again to meet the new set of rules. So gas line is in, backfilled, and perfect, work was done quickly, and the Wymans were super awesome to work with. I won't need to look for a new plumbing service for as long as I live in the valley- these guys are my go to for everything plumbing!

I wish I could give 10 stars!! Someone had recommended Wyman Plumbing after I had Roto Rooter come out and give me a quote for $700 and they said they would have to cut open my wall. Wyman Plumbing responded quickly to my request for an inspection of what I was told was a faulty valve. They carefully checked the valve in all operating conditions and found the problem to be part of a new irrigation system installed by a landscape contractor. I am very satisfied with the work Doug did for our sons' condo. He removed and replaced the kitchen sink, installed a new disposal and a new RO system. He was prompt, and he kept on it until it was done right. I was amazed that he was able to remove and replace the sink by himself since these Kohler cast iron sinks weigh about 130 pounds! I had an issue with hot water in one of my showers. Wyman sent someone out quickly and resolved the problem. From the phone conversation, we thought it was the cartridges but it turned out just to be a problem with the recirculator. So the repair cost was less than expected! Now that doesn't happen very often.

Sunday evening, after hours call. Left a message and was called right back two minutes later. I expelained my problem. They took my information, contacted the owner and he called back 3 minutes later. I discussed the problem, he gave me option of waiting till the morning, or coming out that night. I chose the quickest option and he was at the house in 45 minutes. Took care of the leak, advised me on a couple other issues, and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Very good service, I will use them for many more projects to come!

Had a gas leak smell in my house. Called SW gas and thankfully it was only a small leak. Found Wyman from Craigslist and they were able to setup a meeting pretty quickly. Doug was able to comeby a day early and confirmed the problem. He offered to fix the problem that day and it's been working great so far. Very happy with the service and support!

The company service guy replaced two bathroom faucets that I was told couldn’t be done unless cracking a hole in my tile. He figured an approach that removed the cartridge filters from above with an impact gun that saved me time and money. I was afraid that he would have to cut into the tile to repair as others told me. Very happy

Requested call using Home Advisor from Wyman for urgent repair of abandoned water line gushing. They called back within 15 minutes. They were able to accept pictures of the problem via cell, evaluate it and gave me a fixed price for the repair. They were onsite in another 30 minutes and had it repaired in under 15.

Quick and honest. Called a few places and Wyman was more professional in responding to my questions. Didn't feel I was being "Over charged". Doug came and quickly tackled the work. Even checked on my soft water system after asking what he thinks of my 15 year old system. Will definitely use him again.

Needed some new shut off valves installed. Wynan plumber was very professional and courteous, clean which is not very common anymore definitely would recommend and will be using them for my water heater replacement

$99 to replace and tune up our RO system (really good deal). Another $90 to replace a hose bib (ok deal). Great repair guy, was very flexible and said he could handle the hose bib. Really good customer service... Responding to email and phone call. Really impressed by them calling us to 'ask' if we could push our appt out by a few hours so they could take care of someone with an emergency... Its nice to know that they'd do they same for us if/when we were in a jam.

Great company and great service. Moved a gasoline for us to fit a new stove and replaced a water heater and plumbed it to the ground so that it doesn't soak through the drywall if in the future the bottom rusts out. Prices are VERY reasonable compared to local competitors.

We used Wyman to install a water softener and an RO system in our new build last year. Tamara was very nice and worked hard at helping me figure out what exactly we needed in terms of the equipment capability and eagerly answered lots and lots of questions:). The owner installed it himself and even researched an idea I had about someone getting the RO water to come out of the refrigerator across the room. He figured out how to do it and came back shortly after and made it happen! Now we can have cold RO water out of the fridge too and no more terrible fridge filters:). We have been very happy in the year since and just had them come out and replace the yearly filters as well. Very nice family and company.

We had Doug install a gas water heater for us. He did a great job installing the water and removed the old one. Their prices are terrific!

We were scheduled between 8 and 10 a.m. Plumber showed up promptly at 8. Fixed our problem and was on his way within minutes. Only charged service charge. Very pleased with the service.

Our experiences have been great; washer hook up (noise suggested high water pressure); suggested and installed a PRV - both visits were timely, professional and reasonable.

They had to reschedule based on the work that had to get done but I was very pleased. Had a number of faucets that had slow to no hot water coming out of them. Guys flushed the lines and we were back in business.
