This is my second time having them come to my home! There work is amazing and fast. Communication was great and even tho they had a busy schedule they provided updates on when they would arrive. I received multiple quotes from different companies and Custom Plumbing was definitely reasonably priced. Problem wasn’t solved on the first service call and then Jesse and Cody arrived the next day and took care of us. Thanks Jesse and Cody!

Jesse and Cody provided awesome service attending to our backed up kitchen drain. Custom plumbing did work on our main sewer line a couple years back and I knew we could rely on them to tend to all of our plumbing needs at a reasonable price. Thanks guys appreciate it!

I had my water heater replaced by Corri last week. I was very impressed how prompt we were able to do the install- we had a quick consultation on Thursday and by Friday afternoon I had a brand new water heater and hot water! Corri was very friendly and professional. He let my neighbors know that the water would be shut off and did the switch quickly in order to have the water turned back on for all the units. He was considerate and explained what he was doing as he did it which I appreciated- I would recommend this business!

I recently got my shower cartridge and toilet fill valve replaced by Craig and he was wonderful to work with. He was super easy to communicate with and very explanative about the materials needed, and the process of the repair.Knowing how shady some contract workers can be, it's super great knowing I can call Craig for an honest opinion and estimate.

From the jump I was happy. They came out to give me a free estimate and Terry and Marquese educated me on how to make my water heater last longer before selling me anything. They advised me on how to save money by getting some of the parts myself. They did not overcharge me or try too hard to upsell me on additional products/services and ended up being half the cost of other plumbers that I reached out to. On the day of service I was their last job so I got pushed back after the scheduled time but they still came and were extremely professional and took care of the job like pros efficiently and effectively. I will definitely reach back out for my future plumbing needs.

My salt holding tank appeared to be leaking so I called and was scheduled for the next day. Craig and Adam came on schedule. Determined that it needed to be replaced. They did a great job explaining all my options as well as what to expect when they installed the new system. During removal, water damage was discovered so they also helped me start the process with a mitigation company. Craig answered all my questions and was very patient with me. I will definitely call them again if I have any other plumbing issues.

Quick and great service! The Custom Plumbing team took the time to fully inspect my sink and fixed my drainage issue. They also gave recommendations for what to do if we saw issues in the future which was greatly appreciated!

Adam Bunn was prompt,on time. He diagnosed our problem and gave us two options. WE bought a new water heater from Home Depot. He picked it up and installed installed it in 3 hours. He cleaned up afterward, and hauled the old tank away. He did a terrific job and Custom Plumbing should be proud of having such a great employee. Good job.

Custom Plumbing repaired a main water leak between the meter and house. They gave a quote, brought in equipment and worked on it till it was fixed. I appreciated them staying on the job and finishing it at 9:30 PM.

I called this company to remove a shower head and Craig noticed I might have a leak. It was confirmed and I did have a leak. I’m so glad he found that because if he didn’t , the damage never would have been covered. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions. I highly recommend!

We recently had Daniel P come out to fix a shower leak we had. He called 30 minutes in advance to let us know he would be there and was on time. He was polite and did an excellent job with our shower repairs. We have had other plumbing companies come to offer quotes and perform service in the past and Custom Plumbing's prices are more than fair compared to others. He also took the time to answer other questions I had about plumbing in other parts of the home. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend and look forward to using Custom Plumbing in the future!

We had a great experience with this company. We needed four bathroom faucets replaced in our home. Craig was our service person and he was always on time and very knowledgeable. With our house being older we had a few problems but Craig was always very professional and accomplished the job.We would definitely use them again.

I got a call from Custom after applying on Angi's last night. They were the first to call me , so I scheduled. Dave came out today and was very nice and professional. I have been unable to turn off a slow leak in my exterior faucet. My husband has not been well and I tried several options which ended unfavorably for me. After reviewing and estimating the cost, I was unable to pay.There were more issues other than a leaky faucet. My home water pressure test failed. I was very upset. The money was not there for me at the time. This kind man did me a great favor by stopping the leak by adding another faucet at no charge until I can reschedule and have the other work done.It is nice to know that this company values their customers,even before they are. I initially called on a Saturday and Craig came out the next day! He took a look at the work and recommended a follow up visit to have a camera inspection done on my sewer line. Craig and Jessie promptly showed up at the scheduled time to do the camera inspection. I also mentioned that I had a leaking hose bib and they were able to replace it the same day. Finding good contractors is hard but Craig and Jessie proved that I can count on Custom Plumbing and from here on out, Custom Plumbing will be my go-to plumber.

Custom wanted to replace the water heater for $3700. I lowered temp sensor ,tapped on each sensor and the heater is working great

We had a very unfortunate experience with Custom. Paid to have 2 new toilets installed and everything seemed to go pretty well at first. The plumber arrived on time and seemed like a nice guy. The price appeared to be reasonable as well. Fast forward about a year and we find water coming out of our ceiling (toilets installed on second floor). Had a different plumber come out (also from Custom) and he told us that the original plumber not only reused the old rusty bolts from the previous toilets, but that he also only used 1 wax ring when our floor height clearly required 2! He fixed the issue promptly and referred us to a remediation service to deal with the water damage. The next day we contacted the manager (Jerry) at Custom who rudely answered the phone and seemed infuriated that his employee identified their poor workmanship and told us as much. He eventually agreed to cover the costs, but it was an unpleasant encounter to say the least. As of today we are now having water coming out of the ceiling again, this time from the other toilet that Custom installed at the same time. Since we are out of their “warranty” period I am guessing it will be coming right out of our pocket. All I can say is stay far away!***UPDATE: We tried to contact the service manager (Jessie) at Custom when the water began leaking but were unable to reach him so we hired a different plumber to fix the issue and start the water and mold (yes, mold!) remediation process. The next day we were able to speak with him and basically were told that it was OUR fault for providing our own toilets that included only 1 wax ring each instead of the needed 2. However, the installing tech never said ANYTHING to us about this and just went along his way with the installation using 1 ring for each toilet. So he either didn’t know what he was doing (bad) or did know and purposefully did the installation in a way that was totally wrong (even worse). Since Custom has so far refused to compensate us in any way for the costs (almost $1500) incurred as a result of their careless and shoddy work, we decided to submit a complaint to the BBB. During this process we realized that Custom has an “F” RATING, something that comes as no surprise to us now. We will also be investigating options for submitting a complaint to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. These guys are shady as it comes. Don’t be fooled into allowing them in to your home or business!

Craig showed up at my house at night for a free estimate for a broken/leaking water line to the house. Very responsive, professional and knowledgeable.

We had a terrific experience with Custom Plumbing of Arizona. We started our Sunday morning with water leaking out from under the toilet during a shower. The company sent someone out same day which is not typically on weekends. Kory was very professional and explained everything he was doing clearly. They were not able to determine the exact cause of the leaking on Sunday but were extremely quick to set up an appointment with a camera to see clearly what was going on in less than 24 hours. The manager, Jessie, was the one who came and he was extremely friendly and professional. I was able to see the camera and he made sure we were able to use showers before he left. Overall it made a very stressful experience one that was manageable and we will definitely be using the company again.

We’ve had a lot of plumbing issues in the past, but Custom plumbing was a great experience overall compared to the others. The technician Steven was very knowledgeable, friendly, and didn’t hesitate to crawl underneath our trailer to find our problem. Unfortunately our pipes needed replaced, but the company worked with us on financing and Steven was able to come back and replace them all in a matter of two days! They were efficient and we definitely recommend them.

Amazing service and quality work! I never thought my house would get flooded, but it finally happened; my water heater leaked all over my garage and saturated the drywall. I was afraid of calling a plumber that I didn't know so I talked to a few friends and more than one recommended Custom Plumbing of Arizona. Kory was on the job in less than an hour. Kory was professional, knowledgeable and worked quickly to clean up the mess. He had my new water heater installed and had my hot water running again in no time. The price was much less than I expected and the quality is excellent. I understand now why a few friends recommended these guys...I'll highly recommend them, too!

I am so happy for honest people like Kory! I don't pretend to know the first think about plumbing. My toilet was backed-up and there was leaking all over the place. Kory arrived EARLY and gave me a candid assessment. I was so impressed with him that I authorized the work right away. Kory was quick, professional and friendly. I will be requesting him for all my plumbing needs!

They did not repair anything. The plumber??? left to get the needed part and did not return for over an hour and a half, bringing a restoration /mitigation company with him. Their consensus was to tear out 20 feet of my kitchen cabinets and have them rebuilt. Keep in mind they did not ever use a device to check if there was in fact any water damage. My insurance adjuster sent another company for second opinion. They determined, using the correct equipment to check for moisture, and found the only thing needed was to dry out and possibly a need to replace the floor of only the cabinet where the RO system had leaked. I think Custom Plumbing and the mitigation company only saw $$$$. Would never use them again. {and I still have no water available in my kitchen}

My water heater quit working. I called my old company and they said it would take a few days. Kory came out the same day to replace it. He is nice very trustworthy I will definitely call them again.

This Company behaved in a totally dishonest fashion. They sent a guy out. He stole around $250 from us. We had to call the police. The plumber returned some of what he stole but kept some. His net gain from theft was $100. The company took no responsibility. It didn't even reach out to us. It was paid in full. It offered nothing to us.The job it did was also horrible. The plumber broke a $1,000 bidet by throwing it out on the street. The plumber threw it out on the front yard. Bidets are not meant to be thrown.We found this disastrous service provider thru Angies. They also took no responsibility.

This company did a Fantastic Job on our house! We had a backup in the shower of the Master Bathroom, but after the demo guys took it apart and got an initial plumber on it, we never heard from them after that.. Once we got in contact with Custom, they Sent Jesse over, he got everything planned out, and Dennis came through , got the hole dug, fixed the drain, and backfilled the hole and concrete in two days. Fantastic service!

Had toilets installed, angle stops replaced, and bathroom fixtures all replaced. I have to say we experienced a little bit of issues due to my corrosive water problem and it was difficult for the first tech to accomplish all the work, what I liked about Custom is that I called the Service Manager Jessie and he immediately made sure to get all the work done correctly and even did some extra work on my fixtures to make sure I was satisfied for no extra charge. He sent out Jesus to finish things up and I couldn’t be happier with his professionalism and reliability. I would definitely use Custom Plumbing again for future projects.

Corri came out on a Sunday to give an estimate on installing a bathroom faucet. He was on time, very professional and polite. He worked with us on a fair price. We had a plumbing backup in our house and Brandon came out to help us.He is easily the most knowledgeable plumber I've ever met.He quickly and efficiently set up mitigation for the damage and explained things in amazing detail.Needless to say I was FREAKING OUT. But he assured me that, while it is definitely involved - it is fixable.He spent the time time to explain and answer all my million questions.Brandon's team: Mike and Trevor, have been so amazing and pleasant. And SO careful and skilled. I thought Jackhammering would be terrible - they are some skilled, skilled, guys!Looking forward to the rest of the project - which I'm SHOCKED I can say. But I know they will do an amazing job so I am not freaking out anymore!

Get a second opinion! I had called Custom Plumbing to help clear a line as our washing machine was backing up into our kitchen sink. The first technician that came out tried to snake the drain from inside to no avail and then tried from the roof which of course was a higher cost than the $69 advertised price which honestly is understandable. The technician, however, couldn't get anywhere with the snake and said he would send out his supervisor to do the "free" camera inspection. When the supervisor came out he immediately took the camera on the roof then told me that after running the camera he could only get so far and that the camera went black. His explanation was that we have a collapsed pipe and would have to pay anywhere between $3500 to just under $10k to replace one line and made mention of remodeling my laundry room and replacing cabinets (?) while we were at it. He basically just said it's my money, if you want to spend it to call them when we're ready to have them come do the work, or not, whatever.This didn't sit right with me and I didn't feel they were being honest. I reached out to a friend who referred me to another reputable company to get a second opinion. The other company came out the next day and cleared the line without going on the roof and had us up and running in under an hour for less than $150. The free camera inspection and having a supervisor come out seemed more like a closer than an actual inspection. If I would have continued with this company I would have been out $3-$10k for services that weren't necessary. Do your due diligence and get a second opinion. Even if they charge you a couple hundred it may save you thousands in the long run.

Michael did a great job. He uncovered plumbing issues that needed to be addressed and he fixed them.Bottom line, we are protected from future problems and much cost. And your Business received more than $1,000 extra on your original Invoice.Win-Win Deal.

I called Custom Plumbing because my toilets were all backed up in my home and they came out that night and cleared my drain which was only $69. The next day, was followed up with a phone call asking how everything was! First time a company has ever done this for me, at least. I also received a free camera inspection to ensure blockage was taking care of! I will defiantly will be recommended Custom Plumbing to friends and family. Thank you so much!

We had a septic issue and were completely down. Another company had come to the house to clean out the tank when they noticed the tank was not draining correctly into the leach field. The filter housing outlet was no longer installed correctly.We called Custom Plumbing of Arizona very responsive. Dillon came to our house on-time and ready to start resolving the issue. He was patient and listened to my concerns. He also adjusted the install based on my concerns. In a way, I felt that I received a "customized" install.Jason, Dillon's manager, was also great. The two worked together over the phone to ensure that I was happy. They installed a new filter and housing and also replaced a cracked and crooked leach field pipe that I believe was damaged due to settling.Custom Plumbing of Arizona understands septic systems and did a great job resolving our issue in a timely and cost effective manner. I recommend them and request Dillon!

We had a leak in our wall and we could feel the water reaching under the floor boards so we called them. By the appointment day they got here the leak had somehow stopped. But since it was a second leak from after they already worked on it, we thought they'd be quick to fix and re-evaluate the first fix. But this fact didn't seem to bother them. The first guy came, talked and talked, eventually needed to call a supervisor. He didn't do jack. The supervisor came and took the problem to a whole new level: counting the humidity level from the leak without showing us and then exaggerating it to his coworker over the phone, pointing out code issues with the wall, and started saying the whole water heater needed replacing (no one even from his own company had said anything about these points before), repeating "but insurance will cover everything so no problem" over and over. We lost it when this supervisor said he was going to call a THIRD GUY who is actually the estimator. No, Nope, and Never Again. We called Pink Plumbing and when HE saw that the leak had stopped he went straight home in 10 mins, "no further action necessary, call again when it does actually start leaking". Guess who we will call when there is a leak? (Custom Plumbing is a sister company to Copper State which was horrible at everything including arriving on time, arriving on the day promised, and signing off as having fixed a mold where they hadn't.)

This is the best company! I had a plumbing disaster. Jason provided me with security, assurance, professionalism and expertise. It is very hard to trust a stranger in a vulnerable situation. The crew was amazing! Albert is fabulous. What an amazing company to have in your home in a very very unfortunate circumstance. Their skillset, their honesty, their professionalism, their standard is above all else. I truly wish I knew about them prior to purchasing a home that had a complete main line collapse.I highly recommend this company for ANY plumbing issues. You will not be disappointed.

Brandon was our initial contact. He came in and did a thorough check on our pipes using traditional as well as electronic camera equipment to determine the scope of the problem. Afterward, he explained the problem and provided an estimate of time and cost. We liked that he was very informative and caring for our situation. José was our main plumber. He laid out to us what he was going to do and an estimate of the time that it was going to take. He did that every day he was here. He stayed on schedule and did everything he said he would. We are very happy with the results and will definitely use them again.

Hands down the best experience I have had with a plumbing company. My toddler put a toy in the toilet and apparently flushed it...leaving us with a clogged toilet. I contacted Custom Plumbing and they were out the next day and ON TIME. Jose was very professional, came in and assessed the issue, grabbed his tool and the job was done within a couple of minutes. Our experience with this company was amazing!! I found them on Angie's List, and once I punched in my info, Custom Plumbing called within minutes! The scheduler was kind and concerned, and had somebody out that same day (within a very short time!). WNash was the guy who showed up, and he was amazing!!! We thought it was a simple drain plug up, but after snaking and assessing the situation, it was apparent that we needed to do more. Nash gave us all of our options, and even consulted with more experienced plumbers in the company, to make sure that we were choosing the best solution.We even had a follow-up call from the scheduler to make sure that we were satisfied with the results of the visit... It makes me wonder who is doing the "training program" for this company....definitely someone is doing something right :)We ended up having to have our pipes 'jetted', but we only had to wait a day in order to have that done. We are from North Dakota, where service is "the name of the game", so we were astounded at the quick, expert, and knowledgeable service that we received!!!The price was explained as 'it's starts out at" a fixed price, which we thought was very reasonable. As it turned out, that ended up being the final price, which was so great.When Nash and James (who was the experienced guy for jetting) were done, they made sure that we had all the info that we needed, as well as contact numbers. So far everything is working GREAT again, thanks to guys that really care about the customer!!You can't go wrong with this company in our estimation! Kudos to Nash, James and the company!!

Dan with Custom Plumbing was amazing. From the time he showed up till he was done. He had a tough task ahead of him with our shower and he was honest about it. It took him overall 2-3 days to complete due to the stubborn shower valve. During that time he Had to leave to grab parts and even stayed late at night to get this finished. He was a super professional and got the job done and I couldn’t have asked for a better people person and professional to have come to my house. Definitely contact Custom Plumbing and DEFINITELY ask for Dan!

We are buying a condo and needed to have some plumbing work completed prior to closing Niky was polite, helpful each time I called. We had the work completed the very next morning by Michael. I had a recirculating pump installed for my hot water today. Johnny was fantastic! He even replaced some pipe from the water heater that had evidence of a previous leak. I am not sure if I am more excited about the hot water sooner to the faucets - and it was insanely long - over three minutes - OR.... he also corrected an issue in my master shower. With the shower handle at the highest heat setting it was in the winter at best - only barely warm enough. He was able to adjust it so that now it is HOT and can be adjusted to any desired temperature. His explanations were excellent and I truly was pleased with his professionalism, demeanor and skill.

UPDATE: 2 weeks later, I was issued a refund. Still leaves a bad taste in my mouth, but they DID, in the end, refund.I called Custom Plumbing to help with a main line drain issue. The person I spoke to, Brad, told me that I wouldn't be charged unless they fixed the problem.The technician came out, wasn't able to fix it, and demanded that I still give him the check even though it wasn't resolved.Brad called me and assured me that they wouldn't cash the check unless they were able to resolve the issue.Fast forward a week later, they cash the check. I called them and was told that Brad is the office manager and is unavailable. He hasn't returned my calls and I have no information on why they charged me when they promised they wouldn't.I'm am VERY dissatisfied.

Daniel did a superb job installing a new water heater for me today. Extremely professional and friendly. I will always use this company in the future because of people who really care about customer servive. Making the appointment was easy too.

Horrible. Was for installation of a new Kohler R32323-SD-VS Kitchen Faucet and Soap dispenser. When the technician, Devin, said he hadn't installed a faucet that had a sensor before I should have not used Custom Plumbing of Arizona. Before installation the technician mentioned that the shut off valves showed signed of rust and should be replaced, but he didn't carry those parts. Understanding that we agreed not to touch the shutoff valves we shutoff the water to the home outside, which we did. I turned on another sink to relieve the water pressure in the lines. A few moments later Devin mentions that he did turn the shutoff valve off, which I thought we were under the understanding that we were NOT going to touch the shutoff values, but he said that the water did stop and he continued installing. After Devin finished installing the faucet, everything seemed fine. Water was flowing and the sensor worked. I paid and Devon left. My wife and I left to have dinner. Upon our return, water was dripping under the sink and a shutoff valve was broken off. Not only do we have a leak now that needs repair, the faucet doesn't even put out HOT water! I don't know what this company is doing on Angie's List, but I used Angie's List before and trusted the companies that are on here. Now this nice $200 upgrade for our kitchen sink is going to turn into a nightmare.

My daughter (Dawn Haskin - HOA Management) recommended Vince & Custom. I contacted them and talked with Vince. I was able to make an appointment for the next morning. Glenn arrived earlier than arranged, which is rare for this area. He inspected and understood what my issue was. He proceeded to verify the cause and fixed it. Apparently, the attachment bolts needed some 'tweaking' to ensure a proper fit after replacing the wax ring. He finished up with a caulk seal around the base for appearances. EXCELLENT JOB !!!

We were having a draining problem and other plumbing companies wanted us to put holes in the walls, holes on our roof and all kinds of stuff. We called Custom plumbers out and all he did was snake our drains and just like that we didn't have a draining problem. I would definitely be referring them out. James our technician was amazing and very nice.

Corri was the gentleman who helped replace my broken toilet today, and he was incredibly nice and helpful. There was some miscommunication with the estimate that was given being different than what was presented at time of service... But Corri made sure to take care of me as a customer and went above and beyond to meet me in the middle. Let me preface by admitting I am a first time homeowner and some of the fault falls on me for not knowing what to do in the event your sewage pipe collapses.My mistake was not waiting for my insurance adjuster and not getting a 2nd quote. Those mistakes cost me 9k out of pocket.Where I think they are at fault is for overcharging me and intentionally rushing the repairs and making me pay upfront with a promise that they will work with my insurance to get me close to 90% reimbursed. But when it came time to work with my insurance to get the work covered they were very uncooperative with my adjuster. At first ignoring requests for a break down of cost and then they provided 2 different contradictory break downs until finally they just stopped replying to her questions altogether. I reached out to Brandon, Jesse and Vince on numerous ocassions.A third party was sent out by my insurer who estimated the work 6k lower than what I paid and I had a second 3rd party come out and confirm I was overcharged by around 5-6k. Both sources felt the overage was coming from labor charges. In hindsight, it occurred to me that its very questionable that he insisted I pay upfront for labor that hadn't taken place yet. Again that was my bad for paying it but still unprofessional and shady on their part for sure.Don't use this company, it will save you money, time and a headache!

Custom Plumbing did a great job fixing my backflow preventer at a reasonable price. When a new issue was found, it was also fixed without charging me more than the original quote. Wyatt and his team were very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. I would recommend Custom Plumbing for any plumbing/irrigation repairs.

Words can't describe how satisfied I was with service! Definitely the best plumbing company! Couple of months ago sink was leaking so I contacted Custom Cooling &Plumbing. Not only that appointment is scheduled as soon as possible, but they sent KYLE ......the best plumber I ever met and believe me.....So many worked on it, but no one couldn't do the job properly. Kyle needed just minute-two, looked under the sink, went to get part and before I knew ...... all done. He is very professional, very friendly and above all, very knowledgeable. After awhile I had "kitchen remodeling company" working and they left with no water pressure from sink faucet. After one phone call KYLE came same day and once again demonstrated professionalism and knowledge. It has been several months now and there is no leak which was weekly issue before Kyle came. I researched Angie's list and Custom Plumbing was listed. Upon making my appointment I was satisfied with the quick response. However, when flushing my hot water heater they only drained it and refilled. No cleaning or allowing water to run through it to ensure build up was removed. Then they presented a paper requesting a signature to complete repairs of 1700. My opinion is the techs should first know how to complete a flush before asking for more business. Will not be doing business with them again.

Billy arrived and was extremely profressional, courteous, and helpful. He helped to rectify my problems immediately and ensured I felt comfortable with the solution before leaving. While homeowners never enjoy having plumbing or HVAC issues, I feel very confident that when they arise that Custom will be there to remedy any situation.

I rarely leave a review, good or bad. But...Through no fault of his own, Johnny came back three times in order to install a kitchen faucet that would work correctly. The company that we bought our faucet from had a lifetime warranty, so just put a replacement in and no problems, right?Wrong! The manufacturer cut costs by changing the inner parts which changed the turning circumference of this model.The first time here, Johnny was on time- early actually- professional and ready to immediately get to work. When he discovered the new faucet’s mechanisms would no longer work, he recommended that I contact the company, explain what he patiently demonstrated to me to be the issue, and request that they offer a different style that would rectify the issue.Johnny said that since it wasn’t my fault that this model no longer would work, he was willing to come back and reinstall the next replacement faucet for no charge.Unfortunately, the rep from the manufacturer neither understood my request, and refused to send a different model believing that the one I received was simply defective and the quality was still superior.The second time, Johnny came out with George and was surprised to hear why the same improper faucet was delivered. But, as he had promised, the two of them got to work. Only this time, they went only far enough to be sure this one would turn properly. It didn’t! As he’d known, Johnny said the hex nut design was changed and would never turn properly for our double sink. I called the company immediately with the two of them here. Going above and beyond, he stayed and guided me through the conversation with another rep in the Dominican Republic in order to get them to send a proper style or model in the same price range. Obviously, with George and Johnny listening to the call, Johnny was becoming aware of my frustrations.Johnny graciously offered to speak personnelly to this rep in hopes that he would understand a plumber better than a woman. (Cultural differences as well as language barriers were a big obstacle.) This phone call was dragged out numerous times for clarification and approval from a higher authority in the company. This time spent on the call, was costing Custom Plumbing valuable time, as well as mine.Finally, the company agreed to send what Johnny had requested in the first place. His calm, professional and patient voice no doubt was a major factor in getting this cooperation. The problem was, we would once again, need to wait for the next replacement to arrive, then have Johnny return again to install.As usual, Johnny came on time, professionally prepared to get the job done as quickly as possible. He’s been here so often that our dog, Thorn, greeted him like an old friend! Since Johnny had thoroughly taught me what to look for, I did my extensive research so I knew that I would undoubtedly order a style that would work. And the third time, it worked!I understand that their motto is complete satisfaction, which we finally acquired, but Custom Plumbing couldn’t keep coming back for free. They were very accommodating by charging me a reasonable service charge instead of the standard full fees most other companies may have.I can’t tell you how much Johnny‘s professionalism, as well as his friendly demeanor, kept me calm during a domino effect of blunders by the manufacturer.We are preparing to start more home improvements and I’m so glad that I know Johnny will be returning to do an exceptional job once again. Custom Plumbing is a definitely a go-to service provider for all our plumbing needs. We called them to install faucets in an older condo. They sent out an experienced and knowledgeable technician, JT. He thoroughly but fairly diagnosed the situation in a easy to understand manner. The validity of his quote became even more apparent as he did the work. I'm glad we contacted Custom Plumbing for this job. Next time we need work done we'll be sure to ask for JT!

In Arizona with very high Covid positivity, a technician should not show up without a mask. I felt I could not refuse a very high quote. Is that because I am a woman or because I am polite? Work was done well, but a charge of $770 for less than two hours work is ridiculous. Suggestion: let a man discuss a quote with this company. Or just don't be too polite!

Called Custom for a diagnosis and estimate of a leak, inside a shower wall, that was softening and bubbling drywall; our insurer denied coverage, as we hadn't met their 14 day "window" to file a claim on it, so we were on our own. Big morale flattener! Pulled up Home Advisor, entered my job order, and Custom was the first response with a 4:30 p. phone call. Office lady said she'd have plumber Keith out in 2 hours to quote the job and, sure enough, Keith rang the doorbell at about 6:30. He asked permission to open the wall up, which I granted; he quickly diagnosed a leaking diverter valve and suggested a new single knob Moen, with an oval trim plate that would cover the dual handle holes in the shower tile. Since he had two more calls that night, he'd call next morning with the quote (but he'd cap off the pipe feeding the diverter leak, before leaving). I asked him to also include replacement of a back yard, heavily-leaking hose bibb, connected to 47 year-old metal galvanized pipe, that I'd tried unsuccessfully to unscrew, but gave up for fear of torquing the fragile old pipe into a twist split, or snapping it. He asked to see it--took one look and said, "I'll fix this right now for you, so you can at least relax, where this water loss is concerned." I asked how much it would add to his quote and my mouth dropped when he said, "NO CHARGE--its a 5-minute fix, with the right tools, so I'm not going to charge you for something this simple." About 5 minutes later, he'd safely installed the new bibb that I'd bought earlier in the day! He then went back inside, sawed off and capped the cold water pipe to the diverter, and, with a cheerful "Call you tomorrow morning" (which he did), left for his next call. Now, while Custom isn't necessarily the cheapest outfit out there, WHO ELSE OFFERS EXTRA SERVICE LIKE THAT, with such empathy for a stressed customer? I sure haven't met them, yet, so you can bet Keith's business card is at the front of my Rolodex's plumbing tab! You'll be in excellent hands, should you dial them up. First-rate service, but more importantly, first-rate people, if they're anything close to Keith!

Kory came out gave me a very reasonable estimate for a new toilet and install. Told Kory right away to do the job. Came back the next day and I got my new toilet! Thank you Kory great job.

Had a sewer line backup early evening. Tried calling a few of the firms that offered 24 hour service with no answers. Tried Angies List and Custom came up so gave it a shot. Custom called within a few minutes and scheduled Nash to show up that night. Nash kept me informed of his progress and showed up when expected. Nash was friendly and let me know what to expect. Cleared the drain and recommended that I get a camera down the line to see what the issue was. Scheduled for Jason to run a camera in the line. Jason also kept me apprised if when he would be at the house. Jason showed up as scheduled, explained what he was doing as we watched the camera. Explained what needed to be done to fix he issue and gave an estimate. Have to save money to fix the issue, but at this point have no reason not to use Custom again. The estimate was lower than what some of my neighbors paid for similar work so seems reasonable.

Everything about their process was professional. They responded to my request for a quote literally as soon as I stopped typing. They quickly scheduled someone to do a free estimate, unlike a competitor who wanted $39 for an estimate. They completed the work rapidly and kept us informed about their progress and cleaned up after they were done. We are very pleased and will definitely call them again if the need arises.

Thank God!!! That’s all I have to say about my experience with Custom Plumbing... I have never been so well taken care of. I was overly stressed about my tub not draining and they sent me out my answer. He made sure every one of my concerns were answered and really helped me out by showing all the competitors pricing making sure what I needed was able to fit into my budget. The only reason Custom Plumbing of Arizona gets 4 stars and not 5 is because they were an hour late, without calling to let me know. However; once he got there, everything was great. The tech did an excellent job, he was fast and efficient and charged a fair price. My tub had been clogged for 3 days, I did not have time for quotes, I just needed someone to fix it...he could have jacked up the price and I would have been stuck. But he got it fixed quickly and just charged me their minimum fee that was quoted online. He even helped me with my sink that I had forgotten to put on my original request. To me, nothing is more important than knowing you can trust a company to be fair and honest. Would DEFINITELY use them again and recommend them to others.

I had a major emergency with clogged sewer line that backed up nasty water into the house. Charles responded immediately to my Angies' List search and was at the house within the hour. He brought in a water mitigation company to remove water & disinfect house while he was busy clearing water lines and replacing root-clogged drain line. Nash was great! He was able to fix my bathroom sinks that were clogged quick and easy. I thought they would have to bust up my wall to get to the right pipe because I didn't have a clean out but Nash was able to snake it through behind the sink and unclog everything. Dre was excellent from start to finish. Had him change out all my faucets in the house and angle stops. Did the work in a day and a half and was working the whole time. They sent out the best technician I could ask for James Moore. Very professional and good at his job. He had to dig a huge deep hole. Got to the pipes that needed fixed and replaced them. HomeAdvisor recommended this business. They sent a guy Daniel to my house and did estimation on a Saturday. He said he has time next Monday. I called their office to have an appointment and Daniel would come to my house from 8:00 - 11:00 AM next Monday. But he never came. I called Daniel, he was busying on another task and not sure when he would be able to work at my house. I called their office, but they hanged the phone on me twice without saying a single word. Daniel said he would ask the office to call me, but the call did not come.No credibility as a business. No apology, not even an explanation from their office. Just avoided to talk to me. The office had the work schedules for that Monday so that they knew my phone number. When they saw it's my call, they simply turned off the call.

Jessie came to check my sewer as I had received an estimate from another company as buyers of my house had requested. Other company wanted almost $5000 to 'repair' he checked with a camera and video and reported nothing wrong with the sewer. Now that is honesty, unlike the other company. I had a backed up toilet that I couldn't figure out the cause. Ryan arrived and was very friendly and professional. Ryan was able to determine the drain was full of roots, and he was able to remove all the roots and get our toilet working properly. Great service, will use again.

Jeff replaced our A/C unit after the old one died. We had received at least 5 quotes at the time and Custom Cooling was the most reasonable. They were able to work us in quickly. The installation was quick and painless and we have not had any issues since (it's been 3 years already). So glad we went with them.

I had a great experience with Custom plumbing of Arizona. I had an issue with my sewer line which was causing back ups within my home. The orangeburg piping that was used on my home which was constructed in the 1960's had partially collapsed. I was told this is a common issue with older homes. I had bids from numerous other companies and decided to go with Custom Plumbing due to them having the lowest bid and also due to them having a great track record from other reviewers. They were able to use a trenchless technology which allowed them to replace my sewer line without tearing up my backyard landscaping which saved me quite a bit of money!

I've NEVER worked with a more UNPROFESSIONAL company.Our first consultation was on 10/17/2019. Anthony, came out and viewed the property promising to give a quote in the next few days. 1-2 weeks and no contact later (no calls, emails, quotes) I reached out to followup on things. It turns out that Anthony no longer works for the company and that they had no record of any quote for us in their system...It was back to square one, so we scheduled ANOTHER consultation for 10/31/2019. The guy came out and gave us a quote verbally on the spot. We then called to schedule a time for the work to be done.The work was set to be done 11/2/2019 at 10:30 am. At 10 am on 11/2 I called to confirm everything and was sent straight to voicemail. Called again at 10:30 am, 11:00 am, 12 pm no answer.Then on 11/4/2019 I called the office again to see why this work didn't occur. The lady apologized and put me on hold to investigate. A few seconds later I was hung up on. I called again a few times and finally got an answer again. He apologized, put me on hold and then hung up. After that, none of my calls were answered.THIS HAS BEEN AN ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.I'D RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE CONSIDERING USING THIS COMPANY LOOK ELSEWHERE.

Staff was very prompt in replying to my inquiry and setting up an immediate appointment. I could choose to just get an estimate or continue immediately with the work. It was a number of minor repairs- change a faucet, replace a disposal and clear some slow drains. The work was done efficiently and so far it seems it was done well.

My garbage disposal was broken, someone came out to take a look, advised me to buy a new disposal from Home Depot since buying one from them would be more expensive. No charge that day, I then went and bought my new disposal and scheduled a follow up appt. 2nd guy comes, does a full inspection of my house, found that 11 angle valves needed to be replaced, plus the main shut off valve and I needed an pressure regulator valve. Glad he found all those things, but it was $2000 for everything. Took the guy about 12 hours over 2 days to do the work, but everything was done well. No complaints

Very stressful company to deal with. Had an appointment for them to checkout a couple leaks in our house. They were scheduled to come between 12pm-3pm (reported to call 30-40 minutes before arrival). At 2:45 had to call the company to see why they hadn't arrived or called. Come to found out, our house supposedly wasn't scheduled. They then scheduled us for the same day but between 3pm-5pm (pushed our appointment to next alotted time). Come 4:45pm, no one had called or showed up. I called the company AGAIN. A man answered & reported that someone will be at our house around 5:30pm. Come 6:15 pm no one had arrived or called. I call the company AGAIN and a lady basically informed me that she was unsure of where "Corey" was and if he will be coming to our house. Around 6:45 we got a call from a guy "Corey" asking if they can come the next day because something came up and couldn't make it the day we scheduled. So, scheduled for the next day. Around 7:30pm (45 mins later) another guy calls to say he is 45 minutes from our house and will be there shortly. The out come of it, two different guys showed up around 8:30pm (neither one of them Corey) to look at our leaks. (8 to 5.5 hours later than scheduled time) Mind you, every time you call the company, someone else answers because its a "call center" that takes their calls and does scheduling. The guys that came to look at the leaks were very nice (which is why I gave 2 stars because they saved them a star) but this company is very unprofessional and not reliable with their scheduled times!

I was originally going to leave a bad review, but thankfully Corri came to the rescue and saved the day. First plumber that was sent to do work left me with an outdoor leak and did not follow up to finish the job. I called again and Corri showed up two hours later to finish the work at no additional cost. He knows his stuff and truly cares! Ask for Corri!

The original job had issues that needed to be resolved. After hearing my concerns they did anything they could to do right by me.Unmatched customer service and the quality of the end product is beyond exceptional. Highly recommended

I had leaking ball valves in the washing machine cutoff. Another company wanted to cut open the wall and sweat the fittings. This is a common fix, Daniel took the time to look and see that it used NTP fittings and was able to replace them in just a few minutes.

Jesse Green from Custom Plumbing of AZ came out to clean a clogged drain for us. Our little one had flushed some type of toy down the upstairs toilet. I had already retrieved a 2" ball with an auger that I bought from Home Depot. But, there was obviously more down there. Jesse used a camera and a long snake to drag out whatever it was causing backup in our pipes. It was relatively quick and painless. It cost $69 total. The fee was going to be $299 because it was a foreign object, but Jesse made sure it was only the initial quote of $69. We're grateful it didn't cost more!

I had the pleasure of speaking with the owner on my follow up service call and that meant a lot to me that the customer service is cared for.

They over charged me for a toilet that did not flush properly I called them out 6 times to unclog toilet, each call service getting longer appointments, I asked custom plumbing to replace the toilet, they kept insisting nothing was wrong. So I called another company to replace the toilet for have of what custom plumbing charged me, I have had NO PROBLEMS WITH NEW TOILET.

James moore came to my house and fixed my plumming. He was very professional and polite. He cleaned his mess when finnished. I recommended him to all my friends and family. If needed i will request him again thanks again for your great work keep it up.

I have no issues with the work quality, however an inaccurate estimate is a major issue in my mind. I contacted a few plumbers to get estimates since I knew exactly what the issue was. I chose CC&P based on it having good reviews and an estimate $30 less than any other company I contacted. When they showed up to do the work I was informed that the estimate they'd given me was completely false (although the job was the exact same I'd mentioned on the phone just hours before). I was going to have to pay $120 more than estimated for the 15-20 minute job. I ended up stuck with them given any saved costs from going with another company I'd gotten estimates from likely wouldn't make up for the service cost I'd get from having CC&P showing up just to more than double their original estimate.It's safe to say I will be looking for a different company for all future plumbing work.

Don came to our house and was completely professional from start to finish. The job involved working outside in the heat. He stayed as late, 9pm, as he needed to so that the job was complete. We will definitely use Custom Plumbing of Arizona again and be asking for Don!

We had our main sewer line break and send water back into our downstairs bathroom and laundry. They were here within 10 minutes on a Wednesday evening, scoped the line and found the tree roots that had broken the line. They came the next day and dug, by hand since it was right by the driveway to protect the concrete, and replaced the line from the clean out pipe to the street. Corrected issues with how the line was originally put in incorrectly by the builder 15 years ago. Communicated and showed me every step of the way what they were doing. Trustworthy and great work.

I was extremely impressed with this company. More specifically their technician "Nash" I delt with. The dispatcher was prompt and curtious. Then Nash spent time on the phone with me before coming out to the call to make sure he fully understood the situation and properly advised even before coming out. Upon arrival Nash was knowledgable, professional, efficient and made me comfortable that he was out for my best interest. I will ask for him specifficall and now only use this company for plumbing issues I can not myself fix. If he is a representation of the quality of technicians here I highly recommend this company to anyone!

My mom wasn't getting enough hot water to fill a bathtub. Other plumbers were quoting several thousand dollars to install softeners and replace a brand new water heater. Jorge knew to replace worn out shower valve cartridges instead, for well under a thousand. And when a complication again stopped hot water flow, Jesse came out there late on a Sunday night and made things right for no extra charge. These are guys you can rely on to not sell you stuff you don't need, but to get results and stand by them.

This is the letter I sent to them. It was ignored.Dear Sirs:I am respectfully requesting a refund of invoice P 04375. Your advertising clearly states that the line will be camered for free with a drain cleaning. I clearly explained to the appointment setter that I WANTED the line camered to find out what could be done to fix my problem.I was told that would not be a problem. When the tech arrived, he told me that he did not carry a camera and if I had the drain cleaned, someone else would be out to camera the line.After I explained the problem to him, he attempted to clean the drain after pulling the toilet.He was unable to clean the drain and told me that I would be contacted by someone to schedule a time to have the camera work done.I waited 2 days and then I called in. Jason was scheduled to come out and camera the line. He looked at the situation and told me that he would be unable to put a camera in the line, as the line was too small. He was talking about the 3” line under the toilet. He had no idea where that line went, which was the point of looking. BY THE WAY, I HAVE HAD THAT LINE CAMERED. He didn’t even try.He gave be me an estimate of $4800 to tear up the concrete and put in new lines. Which was odd, as I have no plumbing experience and I asked him if it would cost around $5000?So, the line is not CLEAR. The line has NOT been inspected. And the toilet has NOT been replaced. REALLY?Please consider refunding this invoice since nothing was done and nothing is fixed and the toilet has not been replaced.Can I put the toilet back on-of course, I put it there in the first place. My problem is you wasted two days of my time and did nothing.Do your selves a favor and refund the money.Sincerely,Dr. Fiedler

I came home late to a flood in my home. I called Custom Plumbing, over the phone they helped me figure out how to shut my water off, then they came out within an hour (after midnight) and repaired the leak. I can’t remember the plumbers name but he went above and beyond. Turns out my water pressure was 96psi which may have caused my old pipes to break, he installed a pressure regulator so now I don’t have to worry about the city water pressure breaking my pipes anymore! When I can afford it I’m going to have Custom Plumbing repipe my home, I’ll never use another plumbing company!

Louis came after hours and was very friendly and knowledgeable. There was no after hours service fee so we were very happy with the company until the supervisor Soro who does the "free" camera work got involved. First of all, we were told they would call us to schedule the camera inspection that was supposed to be part of the original rooter job but we had to call them after 3 days of no call. Soro came and upon checking the pipes, said that the problem was out past the sidewalk on the city side of the pipes. He offered to come back with the camera when the city arrived so he could show them what was going on. We took him up on the offer only to have him hit us with a surprise $200 bill at the end of the visit! He never gave us any indication that a second visit would include a charge so we felt very sideswiped and deceived by his behavior. The basic $69 rooter service is a good deal and Louis did a great job but if you have them do anything else beyond that, GET CLARIFICATION ON FEES FIRST!!! Oh, and on a side note, when I called the main office to voice my concerns, no one bothered to call me back!

Mike came out and found my issue. Turned out there was a defective part under my dishwasher that was dripping water. He was able to see what it was and we will need to have an appliance repair.

We called because of the low service call fee and free video inspection. Louis came to out late at night and unplugged our sewer line. They couldn't video the line at night so they came back another day. When the line clogged in a different area, Louis helped us again. The video inspections revealed bigger problems. Alex got involved and helped with the sewer line and concrete replacement inside and out. They were honest, courteous, and paid attention to detail. I would recommend them anytime!

HORRIBLE!! Flakes!! They do NOT show up for appointments. I took two days off from work.... They cancelled on me the first day and the next day they rescheduled for 12:30PM and they were a no show!! I called them and their response was "oh we were told we could come out any time...." Right....because so many people can take two days off from work to wait for a soft water system repair......BS!!

Daniel went above and beyond to address my needs: fixing bathroom sink faucet, water connection to washing machine and moving gas pipe so new range could be pushed back flush with wall. He was courteous, diligent, neat and professional.

These guys were just terrible i called them on a routine pluggeg drain for a spcial they had for 69$ the plumber came out ran his snake through the main drain pipe and end up running the snake all the way up and through the toilet breaking the base of the toilet!!! The snake was literally flopping around inside the hall way of our house now the compant wont take responsibilty and even worse the techician is lying it was already broken i do not recommend these guys at all terrible company!!!! Do not believe their hype of the home of the$69 drain. They charge$245 to remove the toilet and a day later not cleared. Then they shop not warranty their work and wanted to charge another$245. They also scratched the toilet to where it does not come off. Terrible company

Kept rescheduling because of bigger jobs, completely lied they called which the never did I had to reach outta find out why they didn’t showed up, and the funny part is they came to fix a leak and 2 weeks later I got major damage because the pipe they fixed got a much bigger hole in another spot not to far from the original now had to file a claim with my insurance and had been a mess that can not get fixed until the plumbing gets done and they are not reliable, a complete disappointment please get different quotes before you go with this company I will never use them again

I was looking for a quote for a leak outside but had a bad experience with my Home Warranty servicer when it came to plumbing so I decided to get a few quotes myself to see if it could be more cost effective (I didn't think it was that big of a leak). They sent Craig to my rescue and they called when they were on their way. Craig was so pleasant and efficient that he wiped away my worries from before and I was open to trusting a plumber again. He explained to me what the issue was and how he would have to fix it. He gave me a quote which was higher than my deductible for my home warranty, so sadly we didn't use their services but I will ALWAYS call them for a quote first!
