I am so grateful for option one plumbing! Sammy, Ruben, Fernando, and Tim were who I worked with, and they were all SO fabulous! They did amazing prep work to keep the mess to a minimum, which I super appreciate. All their holes were dug so well, neat and tidy. They clean up after themselves, and where very respectful of our family and life situation. They work quickly and efficiently, and I just can’t praise them enough. Thank you!

They really are Option 1! I used the Option One of the Carolinas, in Concord, NC. Contact them for advice, replacement, repairs or new installation. From Celebrity customers to people like little ol' me, everyone is treated like Gold. Seriously, I felt highly valued! Anyway, Tim came out with a colleague and they both evaluated each of my concerns, responding with both short-and-long term solutions at different price points. Consultation and guidance go a long way toward making the best decision for my family. I learned a lot from them and got all my needs taken care of. So glad for their full-service and quick solutions. I have a child with special needs and made some extraordinary requests -- Tim met every challenge with his expertise and became my point-person. I truly am happy, even after paying for new plumbing throughout my home and the tankless water heater and carbon filter. The ability to enjoy my home worry-free is worth all the pennies!!

We had a great experience with Option One! We’ve had Fernando, Tim and Sammy out on jobs. This is actually the second time they came out to help us. They are so helpful and knowledgeable!! We have had drains replaced and a mainline drained when another plumbing company caused issues.

I had a clogged toilet and bath tub and Option One was recommended by Pat from Affordable Plumber AZ LLC. I called and was given a 9 to 11 time slot and Sammy arrived at around 9:30. He was so friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He cleared the clog in five minutes and explained what the issue was. I was so worried about the cost to fix my issue since I'm on a fixed income but $86 bucks later, all is well! I have future projects on my fixer upper and will definitely used Option One again.

Sam is professional and he has tons of knowledge. He was able to fix my tub drain within 15 minutes. Great price. Definitely recommend!

Man I’d give 6 stars if I could. Where to begin! At first their quote was a little steep understandably as my leak fix was tricky. I was between them and someone else but their office staff called me worked out a deal I couldn’t refuse. Fernando took his time and was as professional and accurate as they come. He even let me watch the process and answered any questions I had. They are lucky to have Fernando, I’ll definitely be coming back because of him when I have another plumbing problem!

We had Scott out today to do a plumbing inspection on our house. He was very thorough, explained everything, super nice and arrived on time. I will definitely call Scott again if we need plumbing repairs!

My name is Mark Z I had a plugged up toilet. The owner of the facility called option. One plumbing had a really terrible experience with the last guy. I told the man I hope I don’t have a bad experience with you. He was very polite. His name is Sammy. He did a fantastic job not only did he go way above the call of duty it was fixed, and I give him a thumbs up.

Sam was on time and very professional. He was knowledgeable of the problem and was able to explain the issue to me in way that I could easily understand. He finished the repairs in a timely fashion and was also friendly to my cat that pestered him during the repair process

I called option one because I had a clog in my toilet and my hot water heater was not staying on. It took Sammy two seconds to reset my hot water heater. He then did all he could to try and unclog my toilet. Apparently my 4 year grandson had jabbed a round wooden toy into the toilet. Needless to say he had to install a new toilet. Sammy was efficient and professional throughout this service. This was my first time using Option One and I will definitely be using them again if needed.

My toilet Line was backed up. I was referred to option one plumbing by another plumber. Fernando was over very quickly and he did a great job! Super nice and professional. I would recommend them highly. ?

I live in a 55+ community and am widowed. Technician Eddie did a good job, but when he brought out Tim, with the camera, to scope my backup issue, Tim tried to BULLY me into having them put a clean out line in for $4,000.00. He said no clean out line, no service. I was fortunate that the property management company came up at the same time with another plumber who resolved my issue. When Tim realized he could no longer bully me, he stormed off and drove away when the other plumber called him on his sh__ __!

Fernando was on time and very knowledgeable of the situation. He explained the problem and repairs needed to me very clearly. He did the repair quickly and professionally. Great company. I would recommend them to friends and family.

We had an issue with tenants that were complaining that water was backing up into the shower consistently, we called Option 1 and they were there that day, had all of the tech to diagnose the issue and had the problem fixed that same day. They were professional, fast and reasonable with the price. They’re plugged in the phone as the only plumber I’d call!

Tim from Option One Plumbing came by to clean a clogged Kitchen drain line. He was on time, diagnosed the problem and quickly cleared the drain line . He was actually recommended by our regular plumber. I highly recommend as well.

The landlord that hired these guys to unclog the main drain the second guy that came didn't know how to take the toilet off mind you that is only one nut that needed to be taken off to lift a whole toilet up guessing he just didn't want to do it because it wasn't no clean out dream being that it's a older house. So I did using a 10 mm socket and now the toilet is off

Absolutely worthless company. Have used them multiple times for both of my business locations. Never again! I called to schedule an appointment on Wednesday of last week. They were able to get me scheduled for Friday. Then Friday they called me to say they couldn't make it and needed to reschedule me for Saturday. They typically have a weekend fee of $150 that they said they would waive since it was their fault they couldn't make it out. Seemed very reasonable and although I was frustrated that they changed the appointment, I was ok with the arrangement. Fast forward to Saturday morning and I get a text telling me they are going to need to charge me the $150 weekend fee and that's just the way it is. I explained that whoever I spoke with told me the fee would be waived and they said no, my supervisor is saying that was a miss communication. I'm like good business is a miscommunication?? It's time to move on and find a more reliable and reputable company. Don't waste your time and money playing these scheduling games. Option one just went to option never!!!!!!

We had a major back-up, and had to have lines replaced to the kitchen sink and 2 bathrooms. Adam and Ruben were excellent! They answered my multiple questions, cleaned up as they went, and went the extra mile to not have to go through a second bathroom floor. Adam is moving, got a new job out of state, so I am sure the company will miss him. He and Ruben were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Devin did an amazing Job! We had a completely rusted an unusable backyard water bib/spigot so we couldn't water any of our plants or flowers. That was until Devin came to the rescue. A quick call to Option One Plumbing and Devin came out and replaced out spigot... the original owners had welded the old piping to the old spigot so after some clean cutting Devin replaced some the old piping and new spigot. He even educated us on the types of piping that was in the original foundation and made some awesome suggestions. The spigot he added he even explained how the pressure and water quality can wear down pipes. Very friendly, very quick, very knowledgable and effective. If I could drop another tip here I would. Devan and Option One we've got you guys on speed dial now. Thank you soo much!!!

Daniel showed up to look at leak underneath kitchen sink. It was an easy fix as hose from faucet was the cause. He noted that the on and off valves underneath the sink were corroded and recommended they be replaced. Next, he took a look at my water heater which is located in outside closet and recommended replacing as it was 30 years old and part of it was corroded. Since it was late in the day, he came back the next day with water heater. First, he completed repair to faucet hose and replaced on and off valves underneath kitchen sink. After he removed old water heater, he noted that the valves and pipes behind water heater were leaking so they also needed to be replaced. Total job was completed just underneath 4 hours. All in all, it turned out to be more expensive than anticipated but due to age, corrosive valves, etc. it was certainly time to replace. I took advantage of financing that was available for half the cost of job, which was helpful.



Daniel concisely explained everything before beginning the job and afterwards showed me where the on/off switch was located on water heater, demonstrated where pilot light was located and how it worked. He was knowledgeable, respectful and extremely patient with answering my questions. I would highly recommend him and Option One Plumbing.

I was considering using Option One Plumbing for the total replumb of my manufactured home. I was scheduled for an estimate but when the day came, no one showed. I called after my estimate time came and went and they said they would get back to me and then hours later rescheduled me.



The day comes of the rescheduling and as I am waiting for them to arrive, the estimator calls and tells me he won't be in today and wants to reschedule. I call Option One and they told me they didn't even know he wasn't coming in today yet...



Finally, I am rescheduled AGAIN. (Not even for the next day because they wanted me to pay $150 for them to come out on a Sunday even after this is the SECOND time I was rescheduled)



The day of the reschedule, they send out a text when the estimator is on the way approximately 30 minutes before with their picture and name. Only for a completely different plumber to show up which initially took me aback as I was a female home alone until I noticed he was driving an Option One plumbing van. But why have that feature if it isn't correct? . I was also supposed to receive a call from a supervisor the morning of this second rescheduled estimate appointment but never received a call.



Anyway, I am then quoted OVER DOUBLE of what another plumbing company quoted me while I was waiting to see if Option One would ever end up coming out.



Overall a terribly unprofessional and disappointing experience with Option One Plumbing.

This company is by far the worse we have ever now. They did not finish the job. And still charge ur 9700.00 They left holes in our cement closing our walls. Didn't even try to contact the insurance company we had come out of pocket for everything. They're one of the biggest liars with ever run across by. They lie and tell you they're gonna get hold of your insurance company and help you out but they don't do it they do the job then they bill you and then leave you hanging. You want some s***** a** work done on your house and go ahead and use this company. Want to waste your money.

Fernando and Tim did a great job!! I highly recommend.

I tried to complete a shower repair and broke the faucet cartridge inside the pipe. My wife told me I needed a professional. I made 6 calls to plumbing companies, no one could help me today. I have 2 infant grandchildren and my mother-in -law living in the house. The gas and water was off. Option One said they could respond

within 2 - 4 hours . Two hours later Tim with Option One was at my door. After assessing the problem he gave me 2 quotes. They both depended on how much damage I had caused.



Within an hour the repair was made at a very reasonable cost, especially considering my short notification. Both my wife and are are very pleased with the work and the professional tech, Tim.



Option One will always be my first call should I have any new plumbing issues.

Andrew installed a bidet in my bathroom today, he was quick and polite. I’m overall happy with the experience, including the heads up text I received before my appointment with my technician’s name and photo.

I discovered a leak around noon. By 1:30 the same day, a tech named Sammy was at my house! He was professional, personable and he made the repair in a timely manner. The cost was minimal and I will definitely use Option One again should I need a plumbing service.

David unclogged our toilet in about 5 minutes. This is the best plumbing company I’ve ever used. They have a lifelong customer now. David was honest and the price was more than fair. Option One is the prime example of what a plumbing company should be.

Tim was super knowledgeable and very efficient. He answered a m question s and was very friendly.

We called this company because our septic was backing up. They came out and told us it was our main line and quoted us $7800 to fix. i thought it was too expensive so i called 3 other companies. All 3 of the other companies said the problem was elsewhere in our septic leach field box and the price to fix was $5000 cheaper. If we would have gone with this company we would have paid $7800 and the problem would not even be fixed. I do not recommend if you have septic problems.

Arrived late for a sewer line inspection for my client on a home I have under contract. Arrived and said "oh it's a 2-story I won't get up there." Me okay..(found a part of the roof with a vent stack for access on the single story roof section). He then said, "I can't get up there. I just had shoulder surgery....oh and plus, I don't even have a ladder on my van." Say what??? Left and did absolutely nothing. Now my buyer and I are let scrambling at the last minute on the final day of our due diligence period.

Very satisfied with Option One. Jackie is tremendous on the phone. She certainly understands had to coordinate the calls and the job and has a great attitude. Best person I've spoken to in a long time representing a company. Sammy did a great job repairing the problem and was very professional.

All bad things happen on Friday night, especially if it involves plumbing. Previously, I called a different company to provide service for my plumbing concerns. That company did not work out, but I was able to contact Option 1 plumbing on Sunday and they sent Andrew to help me on Monday morning. After I explained that I had previously paid for a video of my pipes. We couldn't really determine what was going on in the first video. Andrew offered to have a look as a courtesy.



Andrew showed me where the clog occurred and walked me through the video. He also showed me what needed to be done in order to solve the cracked clay pipe that had actually collapsed. Whoever rehabbed my property put in the clean outs incorrectly and they poured concrete on top of the pipe, which ended up collapsing.



After diagnosing the problem, Andrew and his team came on Tuesday morning. They dug a trench and replaced the pipe before lunch. During the process, Andrew continued to send me text message updates while I was in the house. I did step outside just to see what was going on, but he continued to text me throughout the job and kept me inform of the progress.



I'm happy to report that we are flushing and flowing! Thanks Andrew for your courtesy, promptness, and thorough investigation.

This company is fantastic! We have older apartment units that periodically develop plumbing issues. While my husband often did the repairs in the past , he travels a lot and misses the opportunity ? to make the repairs. Had a leak in both an outdoor spigot and the copper pipe connected to the spigot was bent inside the exterior stucco wall as well. Andrew from Option One plumbing arrived and cut a very small hole in the wall and replaced part of the copper pipe and replaced the spigot. He did an excellent job, very professional and respectful. Devin Melody provided outstanding service! He has a "can do" attitude even when the job is challenging. He located our clean-out that 2 previous plumbers did not recognize. And he uncovered the source of the problem creating the blockages we've experienced in recent years. And the best news for future customer is that he is training others at Action One.

Our home has had a mysterious leak for months which was raising our water bill to astronomical prices. We had two other Plummers and leak detectors out here which charged us a ton of money and ultimately didnt solve our problem. I found Option One online after desperate research. Andrew was incredibly helpful and professional. He was able to detect the source of our high water bill and immediately fix it. Option One does charge an additional fee per hour however Andrew made every effort to solve our problem within the first hour so as to not incur us any additional fees and he succeeded. I would highly recommend working with him.

Very professional experience from the time I placed the call to the time the technician left my home. Was very pleased with how friendly and efficient Robert was. He even took the time to help a neighbor with a quick question.

I have a house built in 1961, so all of the drains were cast iron. Unfortunately, I had a cast iron drain break and clog. I had several plumbers give me quotes for replacing the old cast iron or spot repairing a peice of the cast iron, but Option One was my top choice. Their quote was the best price for a full replacement and it didn't require trenches through my whole house. On top of the benefits of their trenchless system, they were extremely personable. I spoke to a couple of companies to obtain quotes for a pipe replacement and this one was the most responsive, best priced, and most importantly willing to fix any issues that came up, even after I already gave them the job and paid my deposit. For example, after completing the job, there was still some standing water in the kitchen sink. They agreed to dispatch a tech to get that fixed even though it was technically "a separate issue" from the pipe replacement. I also appreciated the fact that they had someone available to speak with me over the phone on my schedule (even late at night). I definitely recommend that you consider this company for your plumbing project!

Process went well, only two days, You need to hire a cleaning service after you leave if you dig up a foundation (pipe bursting). Min. 4 hours cleaning. I realize in the agreement you are not responsible for anything.

I've used Option One on 3 occasions prior to this last time and each time they have exceeded expectations. On this occasions they re-piped my entire home with copper pipe in 2 days. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend, I wont go anywhere else.

I believe this is my 7th time using Option One. Usually it is a slow drain or a clog when I call them. I wouldn't keep using them if they didn't do their job. I had a slow bathroom drain today and the last time was a year and a half ago for the same thing. You have to expect that. The last time I called was for a kitchen clog, which was not as long ago, but the kitchen sink is still draining. I am happy with Option One and they are inexpensive compared with other plumbing companies.

I been a customer for 10+ years and I always get a quick response and resolution. The plumbers are very professional and knowledgeable. They always finish their jobs as promise and they are available on weekend and after hours.

Worst so called plumbers ever. Hired them to fix a slow drain. They showed up over 4 hours late. They snaked the main drain with some antique snake machine for 1 hour and could get it fixed. Then they used a camera and said it was a blockage in main line and they couldn't get past it with snake or camera. They quoted me $3500 to dig it up and fix the blockage. I ask them to show me the blockage with there camera and they gave me some lame excuse why they couldn't. Called a real plumber the next day and he snaked the drain just fine took 20 min. "Buyer Beware with these guys! If they give you some outrageous better get second opinion.

Overall, the end result was very good. However, the process was not what I had expected.

I had a leak coming from my upstairs bathtub drain (the only shower in my house) that leaked through the floor/ceiling to the downstairs dining room. I called Option One around 4:30PM and asked for a fix ASAP. I was surprised to get a time frame of between 6:00-8:00PM. When no one had arrived or called by 8:15PM, I called back to see what the ETA was, and I was given a new time frame of 9:30-10:30PM. I politely asked to just reschedule for the next day between 5:00-7:00PM. The next day the Technician, Andrew, called to let me know he had been a little delayed but would be to my house by 8:00PM. When he arrived with his associate, They gave me a quote of $125 to cut open the wall to see where the leak is occurring. They quickly diagnosed the leak and gave me a rundown of how they would need to go about fixing it along with a quote of $115 to make the actual repairs. The only problem was they didn't have the parts to do it that night. We scheduled for the next day at 2:00PM to fix it. I received a call the next day letting me know that they were again running behind but would arrive around 4:00PM. After arriving at the door, Andrew notified me that he forgot one part and had to make another run to the plumbing supply store. About 30 minutes later he was back and had my leak repaired within an hour. I was given my final bill with the costs for the diagnosis, parts, and labor exactly as quoted. I was given an invoice with a breakdown of what was done and how much it cost to fix. And I was pleased to find that there was even a 60 day warranty included.

Andrew was very friendly and knowledgeable and, when having the right parts, was able to get the job done quickly. The only problem I had were with the time windows for when to expect someone. With a minor change in philosophy by not over promising, I would have been completely satisfied with my experience. Instead, I am left somewhat satisfied with the experience but pleased with the end result.

I had a real problem on a Saturday it may took care of it in a professional away in charge me a fair price for what they did. My home warranty company sent out an incompetent plumber that couldn't do anything on Friday but tell me what they couldn't do so it was a pleasure finding somebody that could take care of my challenges and charge me a fair price to make it happen.

This is the second time that OPTION ONE PLUMBING has responded to a plumbing problem at my home. My primary shower drain had balls of mineral deposit (hard water at home) that accumulated over the 46 years on my 1959 home. This would take hours to drain after one shower. Devan was prompt, explained that he would do the best he could without damaging the pipes, he worked so hard. He was upfront about the situation and stated if it happens again, that I may have to get a new drain installed and/or requiring re-piping. He came back for a new/old problem, which we have been just living with, and he stated a price that was reasonable so he replaced..my husband and I ARE definitely pleased. Devan is hardworking, punctual, does quality work and is a wonderful employee of this company.

I called Option One Plumbing for a drain that I had been having problems with. Dispatch let me know that a technician would call me 30 minutes ahead of time. Technician by the name of Andrew called and said he was on his way to fix the problem. Once arriving to my home Andrew quickly found the problem it was my mainline and told me he would have to go through the vent on top of my house. He got to working on the drain and 30 mins later my drains were working again. Once he handed me the bill I was amazed to see after getting on the roof it was only $49.50! I will surely call this company again for any and all of my plumbing needs from now on.

Tim came out and did a great job

The Option One team, including Andrew, Tim, and Ruben, did an outstanding job installing clean outs and repairing a poorly sealed ABS to clay pipe joint. Roots were plentiful and some a quarter inch or more in size filling an extensive length of the pipe. They removed some of them manually and after clean out installation, removed them entirely with the Hydro jet. Clean out location was close to other utilities so machinery couldn't be used. The digging was done by hand tools with countless rocks encountered. I was impressed by their work ethic and how effectively they were able to work as a team. I would recommend this group to anyone without hesitation.

I’ll never use this company again. I had them replace my garbage disposal. First time they came it wasn’t installed right. Second time they forgot to remove the plug that goes to the dish washer and I ended up lightly flooding my kitchen. 6 months later it stopped working. I called them to check it out possibly replace it and I was told “ it’s not under warranty anymore and I would have to pay for a brand new one”. Save your money and find someone else

I thought Option One did just drain clearings. I have used them for a few commercial properties I manage. I am so glad that I called them to try to fix what I thought was the unfixable. They fixed a roof drain that has been leaking when it rains forever! The roofing company kept trying to fix it, my maintenance man tried. Sammy with Option One took a look, conferred with an associate who came out also and they came up with a plan to repair. Best thing was--they didn't charge an arm and a leg. I will definitely be calling upon them again.

Option One Plumbing saved the day. I made the mistake of putting very large amount of cooked rice down disposal on Superbowl Sunday making essentially rice pudy in my main line. Because they were so close to my house I first called ProSkill plumbing however they were unavailable but recommended Option One plumbing. Option One Plumbing was able to work me in the same morning, arrived very close to their time window estimated. To my skeptical surprise the $49.50 price was not a starting point price like most companies it was the actual to the penny price i paid. Their plumber Alvaro was very very professional, polite, knowledgeable and within 15 minutes had the clog cleared. Alvaro stayed to make sure drains from whole house worked. I try to always give kudos along with not so good reviews since it seems to be the best way to figure out who will give me good service. Hope this helps the next person.

Called them at 10:30pm on Thursday night concerned I may have an emergency. Was told it would be $250 "Just to come out". Scheduled an appointment for the next day instead, thinking I would fair better. Was given am appointment window of 3pm-5pm the next day. Left work early today to accommodate this appointment and was told a tech would call me 30 minutes before he arrived.

No call from any tech.

Tech did not show up for the appointment at all.

Oh well....next.

The guy that came out was quick professional and a great worker we will be using them at all times.

Do not use these plumbers. They couldn't fix my simple drain problem. THE WORST 49.95 I have ever spent. They only got the main line to drain slowly, the first time and I asked they continue to snake it since it was clearly not fully resolved. They had only spent about 10minutes working on the issue and were only in a hurry to get out of there. They tried to upsell me and pressure me into camera's and water hoses and more drain cleaning that was completely unnecessary. They ONLY give you a 2 week guarantee for a reason. because 17 days after they had barely fixed my issue, it came back to haunt me, and of course, when I called, the girl offered no help except to speak to the tech, who, of course, never called. So, I called another plumber to come out for $60 and they fixed the issue, thoroughly. No upsell, no pressure, a job well done. I just hope nobody else has to have the same bad experience and cause massive headaches over this.

I am a plumber in the trade I own plumber on call but I don't have a router it was stolen years ago. Since that loss I've been using options one to to clear all my main lines for me. I have some approximately 12 million square feet under roof and they've helped me out several times, what I appreciate about them is that they !can get to it the same day 9 out of 10 times and their people are quality people they know what they are doing and I'm not going to stop using them. They are reasonably priced so I can make still make some $$ for them doing the work!!!

I had an emergency situation where the water to the house had to be shut off. They responded within the hour and got our problems fixed. Very knowledgeable and courteous. I would highly recommend them.

We used to hire this company a lot to clean the drain pipes in our houses - the service was OK, but the price was hard to beat - the $49.99 was painted prominently on their service vans. It was a good value.

In the last little while they raised the price a lot - now on the service van there is a number 1 squeezed between the dollar sign and the 4 - yes, it does say $149.99, although, as I understand it, sometimes they will charge a bit less. With the price gone up 3 times, it is definitely not the value it used to be. But that's not my objection. In my case, they came to clean the slow drain, and then about a month later we had a problem with the same pipe, so we called them again. The warranty is only 14 days, so we had to pay again. This time we chose to inspect it with the camera, only to find out that there is an obstruction in the pipe, which required to dig up about 1.5 feet of dirt and put in a cleanout. We asked the tech for a quote, and he quoted us $1500. We had similar work done on another house, so we had an idea that this repair should cost around a third of that. We asked the tech, and he said he'd give us a "heavily discounted" price of $1350 if we put their advertising sign on our property. We asked for a couple more quotes, and one was $550 and the other was $400 - both by licensed plumbers. My concern is that they saw us as a captive audience - people without a working sewer - and decided to jack up the price. This predatory way of doing business is not what I would expect from a professional I would trust. hence the 2-star rating.

My normal Plumber was unavailable. I had a leaking pipe on the roof of our house. Option one send a technician out the same day. He was very helpful fixed the leak and also noticed there was another place that was going to break soon… And fixed that one as well.



I’ve used option one before for unclogging drains… But it looks like they do good plumbing work as well! I will use them again.

Option One Plumbing was professional, knowledgeable and they went the extra mile . They took off the toilet then had to run the line above. It was a big problem that they had to figure out the cause and the source. Andrew did that expertly.

Have used them several times for my rental property in Tempe. They always show up immediately which is so important to me. This go round the tech even offered to come twice since renter wasn't home.

Great customer service and value. Spent the extra time to pinpoint the issue and did not push an up sell. Hunter was honest and professional will recommend them to anyone.

This company was quick to respond, gave us an estimate and Andrew fixed the problem right away. He called before he was going to be here and was on time! Love that.

I have a solar assisted water heater, apparently very rare even in Arizona. Most plumbers will not touch them. Option One took care of it even getting me the tank on warranty. Only challenge was they had to come back a couple times to fix heater element wiring and then replace a tank thermal sensor. They did these at no charge and with no complaints.

Best experience I've had with a plumbing company. The plumber showed up early *gasp*, was polite, clean, and got the problem fixed quickly. Would highly recommend.

Opiian One is not only a great plumbing company They also do great work with A/C Matter of fact Derick is a graet HVAC Tech, He found a problem with a brand new a/c unit and seen for him self the resident was the one who tampered with it. if you need a great A/C guy he is your guy . I've been using Option One for a few things around the house now, so I decided to go with them again for a big project that requires toilet replacement and would cost $2000+. However, the crew did not show up at all on the day of the service without any call/updates. So I had to call the office for an ETA. At first, they couldn't find my name, my appointment or any record of the services done at my location. Then later on, they found the appointment, but the tech informed me that they got held up at another job all day and won't be able to come out at all. So they had to reschedule me for another day, which throws off my schedule. I work in healthcare so it's very hard for me to get a day off to be home, but the office/tech did not even bother letting me know the situation until I gave them a call. The lack of professionalism is very disappointing. Unfortunately after this project is over, I won't be recommend this place to anybody.

On 27 Aug. 2019 Andrew from Option One fixed a broken irrigation pipe for Bolivar/Forrest HOA. Since that date the station for that part of the system will not come on. After bringing this issue to Option One on 9 Oct. 2019 I was reminded that I was calling 10 days past the warranty expired and that I would be charged for another visit. Andrew's shovel was the only one involved, obviously clipping or breaking the wiring when reburied. I cannot recommend Option One Plumbing when they will not stand behind their work. I will be passing this info on to other members of SCCOA.

CAUTION, STAY AWAY!

In January 2012, these guys, techs Tim & Rob, beat me out of $485 and destroyed 24 ft of underground sewer line that I had to replace. They ran a camera in my line and told me my piping was clay and recommended “jetting”. They ran the camera after “jetting” and told me all was well. 4 days later the line backed up again. They sent a different tech out who told me there was nothing he could do; my line was filled with mud which meant there were holes in the pipe. I was quoted a ballpark of $2,200 to repair the 24’ line. I got a couple of laborers and we dug it up ourselves, turns out the pipe wasn’t clay, but a material called “Orangeburg” which cannot stand up to the high pressure of jetting. Tends to blow big holes in the pipe; I know this because Tim and Rob told me.

I called them to come inspect the pipe once it was uncovered, but they ignored me.

I replace the line myself with new ABS and kept the old pipes (smelly, disgusting, health hazard) for 2 weeks for inspection, but I couldn’t get a response. I did get one call back from a woman named Amy who asked me to fax over all invoices and info and said they would get right back to me. I was asking for my $485 back and an additional $250 toward labor cost, which I thought was reasonable. I never heard from anyone again.

Certified mail is returned unsigned; I filed a small claims suit but can’t get anyone served due to bogus address on ROC and ACC websites. A complaint filed with the Registrar of Contractors has also been ignored. These guys are really slippery, but I will continue to pursue them any way I can until they make this right.

Read the terms and conditions on the back of the invoice they have you sign. It says disputes must be litigated in Pinal County. Nice, huh? I cannot locate the person in Pinal listed with the state as the Statutory Agent, like I said, really slippery.

Very thankful for the repair that another company left me with a broken pipe that they stated was already broken under my home and no water in master bathroom. Would highly recommend you to anyone. Thank you again Robert!

There areno plumbers, only plumbing techs! They quoted me and I paid almost $8,000.00 for them to dig and replace my 1945 sewer line that was clogged. Instead they jack hammered in my bedroom and attached the sewer line to my tenants, who now has sewage in her apartment. They do not answer the phone 24/7. I have requested that the owner Tim call me from the beginning on 10/22/14, he has yet to call. I truly feel that because I am a female, when I was told they were affiliated with DryLux, to dry the mess and Hyperbuilt Construction Services that fixes the damages, I knew I was being took. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Devin & Reuben came quickly for our emergency. Professionally repaired the water pipe leak at a reasonable price. We will call them again!

So far I have received an estimate for work to be done. They showed up, were professional, and provided an estimate as well as explaining the scope of the work to be done. I am getting bids at this point.

I’ve used them previously for work and have used them 3 times now for my personal home. They’ve always come same day and came back to check on their work, even in 4th of July!

Did a job at our house a while back ($2,200) and bleeped up leaving a lot of sand in our system (just didn't clean the pipes properly before reconnecting), cloaking a few faucets (you can actually hear the sand in the valves).



Came in yesterday (after 5 months!) and agreed to solve it today, but simply didn't show up. Calls not answered. Not going to wait for the standard "we had an emergency"-excuse, and find someone else.



In the end, "companies" like these will always help themselves out of business... Natural selection...
