Joe and Herbert are truly masters of their profession. I have been calling 2 Good Plumbers for years now and they have been coming to the rescue every time, with top quality care and professionalism. Most importantly, I can 100% trust their guidance, and they have always given me the best advice for long lasting solutions.
Just recently, I bought a new house and Joe came over to do a plumbing inspection report. He informed me about so many things that my general house inspector had missed! His guidance and expertise was so helpful, and this made the purchase of my house a much smoother & easier process. I don’t even know how to begin writing this review. 2 Good Plumbers LLC saved my day, saved the sale of my house. I was supposed to close escrow tomorrow, but the shower head was leaking. The buyer threatened to cancel the contract if I don’t get it fixed. I called 8 businesses, they were all booked solid and I couldn’t get anyone to come out. At such late hours in the day, my hope to get the show head repaired diminished. Thank goodness for Joe Glassman, he was patiently explaining and trying to troubleshoot the problems over the phone. When I got to the store to buy the part, he spoke to the salesman to make sure I buy the correct part. Then he showed up at my doorstep in a flash. Of course he fixed the leaking shower. Joe, I’d like to express my sincere appreciation for all you’ve done. I wish I could tell everyone how wonderful you are.

We had Joe come out to do some plumbing renovations for an upstairs condo. Joe was very thorough and always on time. He was very clear and open about what he was needing to do and he did a great job! 2 Good Plumbers did a great job. Joe the plumber took my call, met me at my house, and replaced my water heater all in the same day!! He pulled up in a professional looking plumbing truck and had everything ready to go for the job. Very organized. He gave me an honest assessment and a fair price from what I can tell. Got to work right away and worked hard but not sloppy. The workmanship was high quality. He talked me through everything that he did afterwards and took the time to go over usage and maintenance recommendations in detail. Joe lived up to the company name and has definitely earned my business for the next plumbing job.

Man, these guys were the best! We had a *tricky* water heater replacement to do. Joe gave my husband the rundown of what it would take and some options for the least amount of demolition. (Seriously, it was a tough job that could’ve resulted in demolition of cabinetry.) Joe and Robert came mid-morning and spend the better part of 8 hours working on our issue. They were professional, THOROUGH, and worked with incredible integrity. The pricing was very fair as well! We are so grateful for 2 Good Plumbers! We’d absolutely call them again. (Though, they may not want to come back! It was a doozy, folks.)

How to begin. My uncle had just passed (who was a father to me) and there was a lot of issues through out his home and coming from California to deal with his estate I had no idea on a good plumber. Please don't forget how emotional my uncle's death was to me and my mental state. So I found 2 Good Plumbers and contacted Joe. I couldn't believe that he answered on my first call and was so understanding and very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. Since I am not a plumber I spoke in a foreign language, but that didn't stop Joe from knowing exactly what needed to be done. I can't begin to thank him and his company for their kindness and excellent work. I felt when it was done it was done. The cost was the best and he doesn't take you for a ride. If your elderly please use him, he won't take you because your old and a great victim as so many other company do. Joe thank you for everything, I will and have referred you to my family and close friends as the best plumber Phoenix can offer.

I was very happy with the service provided. Joe was prompt in his arrival, (on a Sunday no less) took the time to educate me as to what the problem was. Based on my prompting he checked a couple of other issues that I was having. He cleared the drain and then we scheduled a follow up visit. His partner Juan arrived on time and Joe arrived shortly after to finish the job. In the next 24 hours after they left, I realized that a sink issue that I had been living with for the last 5 years was gone!

Friendly, clean and thorough AND the price was right! I highly recommend 2 Good Plumbers, one suggestion...change your name to 2 Great Plumbers!

I have used Joe on 3 projects.
1. To replace a toilet
2. To replace a leak from the outside faucet
3. To replace the shower unit in a old shower.
Joe called me promptly and was very informative. I was given an estimate for each project and Joe never pressured me to approve the work or push me into anything. He was great at explaining the process to me and very good and pricing. For each project I got 3 estimates and Joe was not the cheapest or the most expensive he was average and the reason he got the work is because he made me feel he was honest and upstanding. He always communicated with me when the plumbers would arrive and one occasion they were running late and they called me to let me know and even asked me if I wanted to reschedule to a more convenient time for me.. That was better then the cable company...When the worker showed up they were polite and great and communicating and letting me know when they were half way finished so I could know how to schedule my day and time . THAT WAS GREAT.. They finished the project and I have not had any problems at all - I WILL ALWAYS call JOE for my plumbing needs.. He and his employees are GREAT, HONEST, and RELIABLE. I wish all my house repairs were performed by Joe and his employees. I always text Joe and email Joe my communication or my home project needs and I AM A VERY SATISTIFIED CUSTOMER and will call again... THANK YOU JOE for your professional work and employees.

2 Good Plumbers gave me a great deal to replace my water heater. There were able to come out first thing on a Monday morning. Joe's guy showed up on time, explained to me what needed to be done, and completed the work quickly and efficiently. I have a smaller water heater because I have a condo and it's under a counter which makes replacing it more difficult. This wasn't a problem though. I plan on using 2 Good Plumbers again.

Joe was able to stop by our Carvana office in Arcadia and assess an issue with one of our men's urinals as well as a small leak in our women's bathroom. The next day he and his coworker fixed the problem! Joe was really great to work with and suggested against spending more money looking further into the issue. Like others said, he is very knowledgeable, efficient with his time (and ours) and trustworthy. Thank you Joe!

Roberto climbed up on my roof with a heavy drain cleaner and ran a mechanical snake down a vent of a slow drain pipe of mine far from the main sewer discharge. In barely 30 min the drain pipe restrictions were cleared and flushed downstream. We tested all the drains in the house and all worked without any measurable backup. Roberto was efficient, fast and safe. Job well done.

I contacted 2 Good Plumber's LLC based on the reviews and I was not disappointed. I had a leaking toilet and leaking water shut off valve. Someone came out to my house roughly 5 hours after I contacted them, replaced all the toilet guts, the water shut off valve, cleaned up after themselves, and was polite the entire time. After all that the bill was lower than what I'm used to being charged for plumbing service. All around an excellent experience.

I came home to a strong gas smell after work, yesterday. I called SW Gas only to find out that I had a gas line leak that I was responsible for. Imagine how scary that is to hear when you live on a tight budget. The first plumbing company I called was not very helpful at all. Then I called Joe at 2 Good Plumbers. I will tell you right now that I am very blessed to have found this company. Joe actually answered the phone. He and his assistant came out the same day and were able to find and fix the line leak for me. I was very nervous about what the cost was going to be. Let me tell you, I honestly could not believe how reasonable the price was. Again, blessed. I will not think twice the next time I have a plumbing need. There is no one else in this valley I will call. Trust me, you are not going to find a better price or a nicer guy.

This company separates from the rest that I called for quotes.
The owner of this company was honest, upfront, didn’t set appointments for a day or two, and GREAT price. Sent a worker same day within a couple hours got to my house and finished the job quick.

Other companies try to to scare you making it seem they literally need to lift the house up to unclog a drain. They can’t bs a bs’er. So i went who put it straight to me and it was this company.

I appreciate the help and will use again if needed.

This is the second time that we have used 2 Good Plumbers LLC.
We have been very happy with their service.
We had them change the bathtub faucet from 3 handles to one handle. The bathtub wall is porcelain tile
and we were afraid that we would have to redo the tile -- but the plumbers assured us that
no tile work would be necessary and there really was no tile work necessary.
They are polite and clean and fair priced and they show up when they say they will.
The best part about their service is that both times that we have used their plumbing service, they did an excellent job!

joe at 2 good plumbers & his asst. re-piped my entire house for one- third the price of the other plumbers I contacted. They did a great job & finished exactly when they said they would. I saved over $6000 on the job. He was licensed & insured. what a savings!!!! I would recommend them any time.

I needed two shut off valves replaced before my Open House.
2Good Plumbers made room in their busy schedule to do the job. They were prompt, courteous, and professional.

I will be calling them again in the future for other projects.

I've used Joe for over 20 years. He has rooted my kitchen drain and main sewer line multiple times, installed fixtures, installed a bi-directional clean-out and created a completely new kitchen sink drain line to replace the old one. He is an honest man who advises you what you need an what you don't need. I can't recommend him highly enough!

2 good plumbers opened up my drain after another plumbing company told me it couldnt be fixed & wanted to charge me over a $1000. Joe at 2 good plumbers only charged me $85. I would highly recommend them. They were honest & very low priced.

Simply, Joe is the man! Called to replace my pressure vacuum breaker and was completed the next day. Great service and fair pricing. Will recommend to friends and use them again down the road.

Something was leaking in the kitchen under the sink, and it flooded my floor. Joe came to fix it right away and it was pretty late that day. He have me a great price, and explained to me what happened. Great place!

What a scam this guy was, said he needed to be paid in cash and would give a discount if I did. My husband was not able to get home to deal with this and this liying Joe guy took me for the ride of my life. Got hundreds out of me and we had to fix the leak anyways. I tried to call 2 bad plumbers back a few times and he would not own up to his work. Said he never serviced my home. I wish I had read these reviews before I used his service. What a CON MAN SCAMMER!

I give these two lousy plumbers 1 star because there wasn't an option to give them none. I called at 12:30 pm and was given an estimated time of 3 to 4:30pm for a call back when the plumber would be on his way. I got a call at 4:29 pm to say a gentleman with a name of Abby was on his way to my residence, and that he was very friendly and a family oriented person. When the person name Juan came to my door and introduced himself I was a bit surprised but okay. He ask what the problem was and I explained that neither my shower nor bathtub were draining. He went down to the front bathroom looked at it and ask if I had power in the bathroom. When I showed him the outlet that I did have, he shook his head and said no that wont work. I said he could run a cord from the living room. He went out to his truck got the electric snake and ran it down the drain. He was at my home for a total of about 30 minutes and gave me a bill for 85 dollars. He probably didn't say more than 15 words to me and I had to ask him to repeat himself each time, as he did not speak English well, and I don't understand Spanish. If you need a plumber because your shower and tub wont drain save your self some time and money and go to Lowes and rent the snake for 50 dollars for a two hour period and do it yourself. The help there will speak your language and not leave you feeling like you have just been scammed. Also these guys don't like to take credit cards, when ask if they take credit cards he said he would prefer a check, my reply was I prefer a credit card, he had to call and have the card taken over the phone. Before posting my comment I called Joe the owner to let him know that I was posting this review and he said oh thank you, when I told him it wasn't a good review he got defensive in my opinion and made comments like that in my mind the service was not good and he had just received a call about how well Juan had done on the last job before coming to my home, I explained that I was not the only one whom had given him a bad review, and for me, in my mind I was the only one who matter.

2 Good Plumbers should be named 2 Great Plumbers! They replaced my water service line. The quality of their work was top-notch and their fee was very reasonable (1/2 to 1/3 of the highly advertised plumbers).

If you want rude and disrespectful people coming to your home then pick these people. Said he would give a discount for cash and need half upfront, Then said he needed to go get some parts. 3 Hours later they show up high on drugs, and they never fixed the problem. They had to come back the next day to finish. Then when they completed the work the price had gone up $100.

Joe is honest, direct, knowledgeable, and thorough. Work is high quality! I like and trust 2 Good Plumbers and highly recommend them.
