Franz came and did the rough in plumbing to convert our bathtub to a walk-in shower for a reasonable price with quality work. I also hired Aussie Plumbing back in Dec when they changed my shut off valves and box for my washer.



Update: We finally finished the shower and everything works and looks great.

This was our first time using The Aussie Plumber company and we were totally blown away! We have been burned several times with other companies but we were very impressed with The Aussie Plumber!

This job was more complicated then we had anticipated but Franz’s expertise and experience put us at ease. Our plumbing and pipes are original to the home and were in bad shape. Franz was able to replace the lines despite them being in a difficult position with no problem! He replaced our master shower handles with a new more updated look. He replaced the old two handle style, with an updated single handle. He also replaced our outdated tub trim with new modern trim totally changing the look of our bathroom! He took great pride in his craftsmanship and he was very patient in answering all our questions. Franz was eager to explain each step he took to fix our problems which made the issues we were having with our plumbing seem less intimidating. James, the owner of Aussie Plumber even took time out of his day to lend a helping hand! We definitely will be using The Aussie plumber and Franz for future projects and we would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for an honest, knowledgeable plumbing company!

We have had another plumbing company who we used for many years to clean our drains, as it seems to be an annual issue anymore in our older home. This year they gave us an outlandish estimate to run the kitchen, laundry and shower drain. We then called the Aussie Plumber who came the next day. Great experience, very reasonable charge. Franz was knowledgeable, very personable, and fixed our issue. He have us another quote to jet our lines which we will do soon. We now have a new plumbing service and they are a neighbor nearby. Highly recommend!

Our technician, Cameron, was very friendly and very experienced.

He immediately identified the problem of my pipes leaking outdoors, was able to explain how he would fix it, and gave me a quote up front for the repair. The workmanship was exceptional, materials all brand new, and the price was very fair. I would highly recommend this company. Troy was very professional and thorough. He quickly responded to our request, came out the next morning, arrived before our appointment (gasp, a plumber who doesn’t arrive late!) and was able to finish the job in less time than was estimated (double gasp). We were so impressed, we are asking Aussie plumbing to fix out shower and bathroom sink fixtures.

Michelle got me on the schedule right away and I received multiple updates on technician and time: text and email. Michelle called to move up technician visit. Technician, Troy, did an outstanding job of telling me cause and fixing toilet issue. Troy had all the tools to check for leaks without unnecessary removal of another toilet. Discussed water softener cleaning as well. Very thorough. Troy wore boot covers and left the spaces cleaner than when he arrived.

AMAZING!!! We had an emergency outside our work building with a broken pipe and The Aussie Plumber was there within the hour. They accessed the problem, completed the work and corrected the issue quickly and professionally. Michelle was warm, polite and accommodating on the phone.Troy was fantastic when he arrived. I will use them for anything that may arise in the future and will recommend The Aussie Plumber moving forward to anyone who might need plumbing work in the future!!!

Franz did a great job! Price was reasonable considering what had to be done. He arrived quickly after we call and went right to work. actually helped us save money by allowing my husband to purchse the needed parts. We will definitely call again when we need a plumber.

Franz came out short notice to fix and replace the washer/dryer valves that started leaking. Franz is super friendly, does great work, and the quote and payment was straight forward and easy. Of course you pay for short-notice appts, but it was right in line with the expected expense. I'll definitely use Franz and The Aussie Plumber again!

Troy was awesome. He answered all of the questions I had and took the time to educate me on our options. He didn’t peer pressure me to do anything that wasn’t needed and yet provided a roadmap of recommendations for future fixes. Not only did they scope our lines, but he also gave us our hard water reading and tested our water pressure. He delivered a comprehensive report with pictures post-visit. My toilet wouldn't flush completely. Cameron came out within 3 hours of calling. He was professional, efficient and very accommodating. He worked hard to find the problem. The price for his work was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Aussie Plumbing.

City of Phoenix was kind enough to tell me my monthly water bill had skyrocketed. Originally, I thought it was a slab leak so I called a leak detection company first. It turns out it was an irrigation issue and a faulty shut off valve. I called Aussie Plumber to repair it. Troy was able to come out the same day to evaluate it and repair it. Quick service. Neighborhood guy. He provided an estimate, did the work quickly, sent photos of the work with his invoice, and cleaned up the area after he finished. It was win-win situation (in spite of the unexpected hit to my budget). Now I have better quality valve in place. Thank you!!

James and his team are great. They are very responsive and extremely motivated to get the job done quickly and correctly. I also find their pricing about 5-7% below the other companies in the area.



I had a new plumbing line installed for a kitchen island and some leak issues resolved.

Franz checked in in advance and was on-time. He was pleasant and professional with a fin wit and enthusiastic character. His work was completed quickly and with quality, and he explained answers to our questions clearly.

I really appreciate how timely and communicative they were. I was able to get an appointment very soon after calling them for the first time. They also kept me updated with a reminder the day before, information about who my technician would be, their expected arrival, and they gave me a confirmation call when he was heading over. They also explained the issue, the recommended fix, and afterwards they demonstrated it worked correctly.



My technician, Cameron, also had all around good customer service. He wore booties, asked my preference for knocking every time he needed to come back inside, cleaned up after himself, was polite and even funny, and most importantly my doggies loved him. All around a pleasant experience.

The service was reliable and reasonably priced. My issue turned out to be messier than we thought but Franz was dedicated to remove the clog without having to replace piping. We really appreciated his hard work and dedication.

Our main water line into the house sprung a leak on the house side of the water meter. Not good. Fortunately, we caught it fairly early and Franz was able to make it out within a few hours and repair the break. He moved a significant amount of dirt, dug out the box around the meter, and stayed after it was dark to make sure we could have running water that evening. When he was done, all of the landscaping was moved back into place and you'd never know he was there.



This is the second time I've used these guys for a repair, I've been impressed both times. They're my go to plumber. Use them.

I had a tub that had a rusting overflow, and I needed a new tub. When I was getting quotes, the price they offered was significantly less than the others I received. However, the service was amazing and the technician, Franz C. was awesome. I would definitely use them again.

This was easily the best experience I have ever had with a plumbing repair. Troy from Aussie Plumber absolutely went above and beyond on diagnosing, explaining, and executing the necessary repairs. Our issues with air-knocking pipes, whistling pipes, and then 2 separate leaks (one outside, one sump-related) were not simple. It took a lot of work to figure it all out, then there were product/part sourcing challenges. Along the way, Troy (and Michelle in the office) kept us up to date and well informed. Their communication and commitment to seeing the repairs through really made a huge difference in my wife's and my peace of mind. Such a great experience it was worthy of writing a review!

Turned into a mutli-day job due to the condition of my pipes, but Troy and James were on top of it and adjusted their schedules to be sure I wasn't without plumbing for very long. Very much appreciated. I highly recommend this company.

Recommended to me by a trusted friend when the water heater leaked out all over the garage. I called at noon expecting an appointment in the future but Franz showed up within a couple of hours and had a new water heater installed by 6:30. Can’t recommend them enough.

Troy was excellent, knew his job, and did it very well !! He had a helper Eddie,who was a good worker also. Troy answered my questions and made sure I understood the system and work they were doing. Rating,1-10, there a 12. Keep and appreciate your workers. And Michelle was very reachable for questions also.

Richard did a fantastic, professional job of replacing two bathroom faucets. The shut-off valves under the sink broke during the installation (not his doing) and he replaced those as well. Very friendly, competent, and respectful of our property. Highly recommend

$484 to replace four 1/4 angle stop valves on two sinks (hot and cold). For those of you who do not know a valve like that costs around $11 at home depot. I was in a pinch and they were first to get to the property so I let them do the work but the pricing is ludicrous!



On top of this I had a leak in one of the bathrooms where one was installed after the fact. They did come out and remedy it.



Customer service was excellent as far as friendliness, knowledge, and expedience. But that said the valves installed were not made by Rolex or Bentley so definitely shop around.

Richard was extremely friendly, professional and honest. He gave recommendations on what should be done but was in no way pushy or hard selling. Work was completed in a timely manner and workspace was kept clean. Highly recommend the Aussie Plumber.

Franz is a seasoned veteran and knows what he's doing. It was a difficult repair in that the pinhole pipe leak was nearly in the cement slab. He chisled out just enough slab to make the repair without jackhammering the entire floor. Well done!

Unfortunately for me this is my third time this year needing a plumber. However, all 3 times I have used Aussie. Franz and his apprentice have provide this service. Franz has always gone above and beyond. You do not see this anymore with most companies. James & Max Came to My Home Because I needed a Good Disposer for Septic Mild Use. James Recommended a Great Brand and Installed It along with an extender to my water heater giving hot water faster and longer. he also flushed my heater he and Max installed a shower head and checked my water pressure and repaired a loose pipe under my sink. They were on time wore foot booties knew what they were doing! The price was good and they were so pleasant. Michelle in the office is delightful and knowledgeable. I was almost run off of the freeway by an employee. They were driving extremely wreck less. Riding my bumper, chasing me down after I attempted to get away. I called to report this driver and never heard back. I would not have hesitated to sue this company if my daughter and I were hit. I hope this individual has been fired. Absolutely unacceptable behavior, and ignorant to do it in a company van with an easily identifiable license plate. I will never use this company.

Franz from The Aussie Plumber helped me out with some water heater maintenance and the service he provided could not have been any better. Franz came in to my house was very professional. He check out all my sinks and bathrooms, then flushed my tankless water heater. Plus he replaced a nozzel in my front yard that was leaking. I would never use anyone else. They have been my plumber for 3 years.
