Josh came out in the middle of the night on a Sunday! Was out to my house in 30mins. Had an issue where both the tub and the toilets weren't draining. After trying a few things he was able to get everything going. Seriously a life saver. Friendly and courteous the entire time. Definitely recommend these guys if you need a plumber especially at odd hours.

I had an outdoor faucet leaking badly. Found them in Yelp and came out same day. Reasonably priced as well.

They are top notch and professional in everything they do from start to finish. I am very glad I found them. I had a water leak and they found the problem and took care of from my first contact to their team of professional Omar who fixed my problem. Thank you Pink plumbing.

I had contact them with a plugged tub. They had given my information to a mobile tech who contacted me promptly. Advised me of the fees and to try an option first. I appreciate the experience I had and will have them saved on case I need a plumber.

We read a ton of reviews trying to find a good plumber. We eventually went with Moon Valley, we called them in for a few jobs. One issue was fixed and we haven’t had a problem since with that one but EVERYTHING else has been a nightmare since.

Our toilet upstairs was licking and they fixed that really quickly and that’s what we haven’t had a problem with.

Our toilet downstairs had an issue and ‘it was repaired’ but then the water was leaking out of the base of the toilet and made a really nasty ring around the toilet and our hard wood floors. They came back to fix this and left a mess and there’s still a part not put back on the toilet and I’m not sure where it’s suppose to go.

The biggest issue we had with them is we had an RO unit put in.... at first it was fine but with in a couple of days the water faucet where you get the filtered water from started to just hang there and wasn’t properly installed. And we still can’t get this fixed.

The next thing that happened was a couple of months later and the RO unit started to leak... and leaked directly into the base boards. I woke up one morning and saw a small bump in the hardwood in our kitchen, by the end of the night it was a little mountain and started to split the floor boards.

I called Moon valley and they said they couldn’t be out till the following day.

The next morning it hand ripped up four floor panels, there was about a two inch gap in the center of the small mountain in our kitchen. This caved in our dishwasher door (which was completely full) and we couldn’t get that open and how have to repair that. It also caused a ripple affect through the entire kitchen. And there’s small mounds and splits in our Brazilian cherry wood.

Moon Valley came out and said they couldn’t do anything and it wasn’t their fault because we didn’t buy our unit from them.

Now we have to replace the pieces of wood, eventually the whole floor, everything in the dishwasher had to be thrown away because it took so long for someone to figure out how to get the wood panels out of the dishwasher and the dishwater needs to be repaired. And under our sink looks wilted.



The first visit was friendly and the price was fair. Which is why I gave two stars.

The following visits didn’t have the best customer service and now it’s gonna cost us a hefty price to have it all repaired.

It' looksa professional kind of shop not really for a do it yourselfer but they have helped me many times over the years with repairs on old faucets and I am grateful for the knowledge thry have shared.

I have used Joe on 3 projects.
1. To replace a toilet
2. To replace a leak from the outside faucet
3. To replace the shower unit in a old shower.
Joe called me promptly and was very informative. I was given an estimate for each project and Joe never pressured me to approve the work or push me into anything. He was great at explaining the process to me and very good and pricing. For each project I got 3 estimates and Joe was not the cheapest or the most expensive he was average and the reason he got the work is because he made me feel he was honest and upstanding. He always communicated with me when the plumbers would arrive and one occasion they were running late and they called me to let me know and even asked me if I wanted to reschedule to a more convenient time for me.. That was better then the cable company...When the worker showed up they were polite and great and communicating and letting me know when they were half way finished so I could know how to schedule my day and time . THAT WAS GREAT.. They finished the project and I have not had any problems at all - I WILL ALWAYS call JOE for my plumbing needs.. He and his employees are GREAT, HONEST, and RELIABLE. I wish all my house repairs were performed by Joe and his employees. I always text Joe and email Joe my communication or my home project needs and I AM A VERY SATISTIFIED CUSTOMER and will call again... THANK YOU JOE for your professional work and employees.

We highly recommend Doug with Wyman Plumbing! We were very satisfied with his work and how he paid careful attention to detail. He was very respectful of our house and even wore booties over his shoes. We will definitely use them again for our next plumbing job!

Excellent service at the right price! I called Simba Plumbing on a Thursday afternoon and was scheduled for service the next day. They were on time, very professional and completed the job perfectly. I figured this to be a $200 - $300 repair job and their estimate was $300; very fair and I couldn't be happier.

Before deciding on Simba Plumbing, I called multiple plumbers to get an idea of pricing. Here's a list of plumbers that provided very poor service with pricing that was completely out of line.

W.F. Hahn Plumbing - This company installed my tankless water heater in early 2020. The service, then, was very satisfactory. Naturally, they were my first call for this service but my messages to them were avoided or replied to in a very untimely manner. I didn't even get a price from them because their communication, or lack thereof, was horrible. Although I was satisfied with the service they provided in 2020, I will not be reaching out to them for future plumbing needs.

Phoenix Plumbing and Drain - Called them the same day I called Simba Plumbing and they said they would email me a quote. I followed up later that day and they said the quote would most likely come the following day (Friday). It never came.

Allover Plumbing - Quote was $850; way overpriced!

AZ Rooter - Quote was $500; overpriced.

Dealing with trade services can be frustrating. It's disappointing to realize how their prices vary so much and how horrible their communication is. It's definitely worth making a handful of calls to get the best service at the best price. I highly recommend Simba Plumbing. They were great!

The guy who was doing my plumbing did really good job and he was trustworthy, I believe his name was Brandon. I really recommend this company to everyone

Scheduled appointment time was 8-10 am. I received a call that they were running late. The tech arrived about noon. The blockage was on the exterior of the house. I showed the Tech the location, and he worked up a price of $395 to run the snake and clear it. I have previously rented snakes from Home Depot and cleared blockages myself. At 72, I do not have the strength to put the large snake in my car. I was horrified at the price. If that information had been given to me when I scheduled the appointment, I would have used another company. I asked about the cost and was only told about the $79 service charge - not the excessive up charge.

Are you looking for the best plumbing company? Look no further! On time, very responsive, fair price, quality service. Ben performed a number of repairs and we couldn’t be happier.

City of Phoenix was kind enough to tell me my monthly water bill had skyrocketed. Originally, I thought it was a slab leak so I called a leak detection company first. It turns out it was an irrigation issue and a faulty shut off valve. I called Aussie Plumber to repair it. Troy was able to come out the same day to evaluate it and repair it. Quick service. Neighborhood guy. He provided an estimate, did the work quickly, sent photos of the work with his invoice, and cleaned up the area after he finished. It was win-win situation (in spite of the unexpected hit to my budget). Now I have better quality valve in place. Thank you!!

This is the second time we've had them out and they troubleshot the problem and worked through the most inexpensive ways to fix it.

Option One plumbing was a wonderful choice! Andrew and his team took great care of our home while under a major renovation project, and they completed all of the work (and then some) within the original estimate and timeline. They worked around the clock to get it done and went above and beyond. They were very trustworthy, kind and so helpful. We would recommend them to anyone and would use them again and again!

On December 18,2019 I received top notch service for ongoing drain issues. The service tech, Ron was very knowledgeable, professional, and a truly nice person. Ron explained everything he was doing and offered suggestions to improve to overall condition of our drainage system in our 40+ year old home.
