From the time the crew arrived on the beginning date, which was earlier than I was told they would arrive, until the roof was completed, I couldn't be happier with the professional manner of the crew, even with the rain we had during the week the work was being done. This company did a great job on my roof as well as they were the only ones willing to help after the rain storms in October, 2018. All other companies apologetically told me they could get to my roof in May of 2019. Renco got it completed in January 2019. These guys are excellent.

It was time for a new roof and, looking around and doing some research, talking to a few other companies we decided to go with Brown Roofing. From the minute they showed up we knew they were a good fit for us. They were very knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and schooled us on a few things we didn’t even know we needed to know. They worked around my schedule, and they were here when they said they would be here. They did what they said they were going to do, and then they completed the job in half the time they said they would. They were all very courteous, and professional. I would definitely recommend Brown Roofing to my family and friends.

My experience with KY-KO's representative (Mr Jimenez) was very professional. He responded promptly & was very customer-oriented. He even went over and above his duty to help fixed my roof (a leak that was not repaired properly by another contractor) prior to the scheduled date. If not for Mr Jimenez, water would have leaked from the same area, as it rained a day after he fixed it. I would strongly recommend KO-KO for your roof repair as I had researched a few other contractors and KO-KO was my best choice.

Paid $550 for a roof tune up which on the phone would be replacing the missing shingles and fixing the leak on the rolled roofing of my patio. They came and replaced the shingles(look great) but then the guy never asked where the porch cover was leaking so when he said he was done I was like did you guys remember the porch cover. I can show you where it leaked to make sure and the guy said no need it's all sealed up. Then it rained and sure enough its leaking from all the same spots so I called and apparently that is not covered under a roof tune up even though on the phone before the job was started it was said that it will be taken care of. Not very happy with my experience after that.

Great work at a fair price, along with a 10-year warranty to boot. I recommend them without hesitation.

Great company, they did my house that my daughter lives in and it came out great. They cleaned up the mess and left everything the same, nice and clean. I would highly recommend them.

Gave Phoenix roofing a call because my roof was in bad shape, they came out the following day and inspected my roof. They informed me of a few issues.
1, hail damage
2, previous roofers installed ridge incorrectly,
3, roof was starting to blister
4, had warped decking.

Thought I would be paying a lot of out of pocket to repair damages. Isiah informed me that my roof could be paid for by my insurance company. Gave Farmers a call and Phoenix roofing took care of the rest. Insurance paid for my roof and the code upgrades to insure no further issues.

Phoenix roofing is a wonder company to work with and great with insurance as they got my roof back to code and the only cost was my deductible which was mostly covered by collateral damages.

Need someone to get the job done right the first time give Phoenix Roofing a call.
