We purchased a solar system from pep solar, and it is just great. they just made it really easy and their folks are really nice. our solar came out great and we are so glad we went with this company. what a big difference in the quality. thank you guys we love it. go with pep solar everyone, this company delivers on their promises.

We had to have our solar panels removed and reinstalled in order to do a roof replacement. Mario and his crew were involved in the re-installation. They needed to replace the inverters for 37 panels. They did a very professional job, taking care of all details no matter how small. Mario was very conscientious, making sure we were totally satisfied with the job before they left. He went out of his way to make sure everything was completed satisfactorily.

We appreciated Mario's enthusiasm and professionalism!

So I dealt with Mark, Chris, and Natalie at Aneva. This installation was for a rental property and I was out of state. I cannot tell you the planning and coordination Aneva had to go through during Covid to get this done. I really want to thank the whole team for the time, effort, and energy. I plan on using Aneva again on another home in the Scottsdale area. Thank you Mark & Chris.

Sunlight Energy Systems, Inc. are the best! I had odd electrical short outs in my house and they found and fixed them all!!! They are very safety conscious with their work. They spent hours at my house and I was concerned about how expensive the work was going to be. What they charged was WAY BELOW what I expected!! They are very good at what they do and affordable! I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing electrical work!!!

I usually don’t post but my experience with this company started off well but has had lots of problems.
The first one was with the install in March which we were told it would be up and running soon after install.
As you all can see from the pictures it was red tagged
I was pretty patient but we had to keep calling to see when it would be fixed communication was not the best.
After that was corrected there was a second issue with the meter connectors again the communication was not very good had to call often.
I was told they would help with bills seeming as the install and all the set backs were not our fault.
That wasn’t the case and still haven’t received any of the free equipment promised.
After three and a half months we finally got the solar meter and turned on the panels.
I just hope everything goes well with my system.
Just be aware before you buy check with you tax rep. and get all that is promised up front.

Had an excellent experience today with a young man named Jesus out here in Tucson. He resolved our confusion with the system, gave us a detailed tutorial of the system and offered further assistance if needed in the future. This young lad is the example of what customer service should be and with his attitude I am certain he will go far in this company!

Power Solar Frames is extremely difficult to work with they demand 50% up front no matter how much business you have done with them or length of business relationship. They will also threaten to delay your order and hold your order hostage unless you wire transfer them money on the day they want it. Customer service and attitude from Steve Jones is down right right and pompous. I would never work with them!

The list of what they did during our install was just awful everything from not having permits for inspections, failing inspections to the last straw on the camels back that made me write this Review. When we were trying to decide what kind of a system we wanted and how many solar panels we needed we were told that 85% of max allowed would probably be good enough, but if we ever decided that we were not getting the production that we needed from that amount we could at any time call in and get the added panels and that it would just get refactored into our loan. Mind you no less we spent 50k with this company. Well after having our system for about 5 months and the summer months within reach we decided that we needed more panels to keep up with the ac use. I then proceeded to call Sunrun to get my panels maxed out. I do not know why I expected anything else but more lies from this company, but I was told that I could not add any more panels to my system. That the State of Arizona would not allow me to add the rest of my panels to my system. This company has no idea what it's right hand is doing from it's left hand and for being such a large company they have no idea about customer service. My representative never called me once. She never returned my phone calls nor she ever answer the phone. I got solar to not have a bill with the electric company not to pay them a butt load of money and never get a single thing I was promised. I will never ever recommend them to anyone. I am no forced and stuck with a system I was told I could continue to add to if needed. And after many of thousands of dollars you would think I could have what wanted much less what we needed. Find any other company to business with.

The purchase and installation went very well. The product works as promised. The issue is the after sales responsiveness. I called multiple times to have them remove and then reinstall the solar panels because of a roof replacement. My many calls were never returned. I had to find another solar company to do the removal and re-install.... VERY POOR AFTER SALES SUPPORT!
