Very through and professional

Awesome service! Spoke to 3 different girls over the phone when booking my service and each one of them was so friendly and helpful! We requested a one time pest control treatment for the interior and exterior of our house. Booking the appointment was simple and no attempts at up-selling were made, which is always a plus. The price for the one time service was also very reasonable. Al was our technician and he was extremely prompt, polite, and professional. 10/10 would recommend!

I so far have really enjoyed using green house pest control... their front office staff is great ... jen has made sure to get me well taken care of each time i have spoken with her. I believe their start-up deal was very reasonable as i only paid $40 for the first time out... then after tbey come bi-monthly for $80. I thought it was a good deal.. But on the termite side of it, i thought they were WAY to steep for me at $1000 to start. And i tried to connect my neighbor with them and they told him $5000 for a 5 year contract.... OUCH! Needless to say, he went elsewhere... But if your just looking for general pest control. I like them!Thx!

I can’t say enough good things about Insectek. In my experience, they are the gold standard when it comes to being on time and professional. None of that 12pm to 5pm “service window” that we all dislike. They provide you with a service time and actually show up at the exact time of your appointment. They also call if they are going to be early to see if that works for you. The technicians are always polite, efficient, and will take care of any pest issues. We have been customers for years and recommend them to our friends often. I wish more companies would follow their lead. Great company and great service.

I don’t like bugs but I love AZ Organic Pest Control and our tech, Justin! I’m the president of a self managed HOA on Central Ave. and we wanted another pest control company as we felt we were paying too much for services we weren’t actually getting, and trying to work with the office of a huge company was unwieldy for us. I contacted AZ Organic Pest and Justin came out to our property to evaluate and bid. It was amazing—Justin had great knowledge of what we face here locally in terms of pests (including rats) and did in fact confirm that we were perhaps not receiving all of our purchased services from his keen observations including rat tracks (WHO KNEW???) and the condition of bait in our traps. I hired him on the spot! I was impressed with his expertise as well as his genuine concern for our community and dedication to service. We haven’t looked back! Price is reasonable, the products are safe for pets and humans, and Justin and the AZ Organic Pest team are accessible, friendly, and responsive. Can’t say enough good things!

Our Service person was efficient and helpful. He has been here before and is knowledgeable as to our needs regarding pest control inside and out. I trust him in our home without directing him.

I couldn't be happier, with Nick, both professionally and personally, after having used two other Pest Control services in the past, without good nor ethical results. (I asked one not to use rat glue traps in my attic, due to the torturous aspect. He ignored my request! The result was haunting.)

Professionally:
Nick answered my call regarding a massive cricket issue, which I thought might entail tearing open a wall. Anyone else might have taken advantage of my ignorance. Nick did not. He answered the call immediately, came to my home, within a few days, sprayed and explained how it works. 3 1/2 weeks later, I noticed a third cricket, pointed out by my cat. I called Nick. He came out and sprayed again, at no extra charge.

Now, nearly 3 months later, I have seen NO CRICKETS.

I wanted to wait a couple months and then kept forgetting to write this review. Then, while listening to a recording of an educational phone call, I heard a loud recurrence of cricket invasion and thought OH NO, NOT AGAIN!
It was not a recurrence ! The recorded call , was about 3 months ago and was done prior to Nick's visit. I could barely hear the recorded speaker over the sound of the crickets!! It was only a recording!
STILL NO CRICKETS!

Personally: I have taken off work, numerous times, for various job quotes. (Pest control, handy man, landscapers, electrician, ...) More than not, they did not show. Or, they showed and ripped me off.

Nick, on the opposite side of the spectrum, brought a pleasant combination of ethics and kindness.

I try not to kill animals, even pests. However, if it will bring damage to my home or threaten my family/pets, I will certainly call Nick again!

Chris was very honest in telling me I didn`t have any bed bugs in my house. He is very honest and professional. I recommend this tech for any service. It is a very good company, efficient , and courteous.

We've been using Moxie for about two years now. Their service is excellent, friendly, professional, and very responsive (via text) when extra service is requested. They take the time to ask the proper questions to understand what service we need before they come for their quarterly inspection and I love how they also follow up after every visit. I like their text communication but they also can do phone calls and emails. I've enjoyed having them as our Pest control company and I would highly recommend them to my friends and others.

They came into my house and did an inspection and left all my lights on, left the windows open, moved all of my pots and pans out and then left them all on my counter without putting them back, and the simplest thing they moved my welcome mat and just left it there like someone threw it out-of-the-way, he took my mirror closet door off the tracks and left it off for me to put back by myself, lastly he turned down my AC to 72 and left it there and did not change it back. I came home from work early thank goodness and closed on my windows which was letting out all the cold air the AC was pumping out. Super unprofessional in my opinion. This man was in my house and left it a mess can’t believe how unconcerned he was about my home! NEVER do I want this company in my home again! We talked to the realtor who was working with them and informed them about the issues also.
