After my home was damaged by flood & wind, I used Jenkins Restorations to repair my home. This company did an OUTSTANDING job!!! They are such a blessing and they helped me when I didnt understand what the next step was that I needed to take. The owners walked me through what happened with the flooding in my house, what needed to happen and what the ending results would be. I also love that they did the same estimation as the insurance company and they made sure everything that I needed was covered. I appreciate the staff that they have working at the company who are trustworthy and honest. It was a great relief being able to go to work and know my house was in great hands. The finished results look AMAZONG and I love that the communication with the owners was perfect. I also got an answer when I called and if they missed a call, they called me right back. Originally came out to do some drying from a flood. They didn't remove baseboards, pulled the fans after less than 24hrs when water was still coming out from the floors. When they came back over a week later for demo they refused to do the work in my kitchen because my water heater installer was going to do the work where my hotwater tank was. If you're not having us do all the work were not doing it at all Strange coming from a company that literally told me we're not cheap as we charge insurance claim prices If your insurance company tries to use them ask for a different company.
