Juan installed a custom knotty alder, double door with side panels and arched transom for my office. It is absolutely beautiful! Now that I work from home I needed a way to sound-proof my office from the rest of the household activities and it works perfectly! Juan was very professional, timely, easy to communicate with and takes great care in his craftsmanship. I highly recommend him for whatever your carpentry projects may be!

Once again the Response Crew came to our rescue. We had three medium size projects: a new door / frame (that came primed) which needed a finishing coat of paint, mirror 5 x 6 which needed to be framed / painted, along with some old utility boxes / tv dish that needed to be removed from our back patio area. The Response Crew answer our call for assistance and sent one of their best techs - Dennis. Dennis is a perfectionist; he completed every possible detail required to make sure the above projects was done right. This is the second time we have called upon the Response Crew for service and it will not be the last. The Response Crew team and their Administrator Jennifer deserve ten stars; not just five.

What a fantastic experience this has been with my new cabinets. I was impressed with Chris listening to what I would like, to giving me options of what I could do with the space allotted. I was also pleasantly surprised how quickly the cabinets arrived. I would like to say both Sabastian and Vincent did an outstanding job in the installation of the cabinets! They were both professional, respectful, attentive to detail and cleaned up at the end of the install. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for new cabinets!

George arrived on time, even early to install new baseboards. He was friendly but professional and took today's necessary Covid precautions. He worked quickly - the results are beautiful! No clean up for me to do. Best of all, project was reasonably priced. I already have another project planned. Linda and Arturo did an outstanding job of custom designing, installing and following up on a nook cabinet in our home. We had a nook space in our home for which it was impossible to find an off-the-shelf cabinet that could meaningfully make use of the space and blend in with the cabinetry in the rest of our home. Linda and Arturo were very responsive right from the beginning, worked with us to customize the cabinets exactly as we wanted and even added draw-out shelves on the bottom levels- something that we didn't think of or request but which, based on their experience, would work much better in the bottom rows. they matched the colors of the cabinets to the original kitchen cabinets in our home and the final result is just outstanding. They were on the more expensive side of our budget but we really got what we paid for. I highly recommend Custom Wood Products to anyone desiring to add custom cabinets to their home

Old or new llc has been my go to professional for over 20 years. Recently he redid my kitchen and bath cabinets they are now better than new. The care, the professionalism is stellar.. please enjoy the before and after shots... He is also wonderful on other smaller jobs... he has replaced the garbage disposal & faucet with the same care, concern and professionalism... I trust his work whether it is a complete remodel or a simple replacement part. With Old or new LLC the same care, concern & professionalism for the job is there whether large or small.

Most of our walls are not level and many are not square-off by inches across a room. Failed inspections as well for missing straps/nails etc. They don't accept responsibility no matter how obvious the issue. They did work that was not approved/no job change and charged for same. The name of their company is ironic under the circumstances.
