We have had 3 staff come out to our office - Jerry, Anthony, and Kenny. They all were very professional and nice. Moon Valley Plumbing has been very responsive to our requests. I would recommend their services!

We had a very unfortunate experience with Custom. Paid to have 2 new toilets installed and everything seemed to go pretty well at first. The plumber arrived on time and seemed like a nice guy. The price appeared to be reasonable as well. Fast forward about a year and we find water coming out of our ceiling (toilets installed on second floor). Had a different plumber come out (also from Custom) and he told us that the original plumber not only reused the old rusty bolts from the previous toilets, but that he also only used 1 wax ring when our floor height clearly required 2! He fixed the issue promptly and referred us to a remediation service to deal with the water damage. The next day we contacted the manager (Jerry) at Custom who rudely answered the phone and seemed infuriated that his employee identified their poor workmanship and told us as much. He eventually agreed to cover the costs, but it was an unpleasant encounter to say the least. As of today we are now having water coming out of the ceiling again, this time from the other toilet that Custom installed at the same time. Since we are out of their “warranty” period I am guessing it will be coming right out of our pocket. All I can say is stay far away!***UPDATE: We tried to contact the service manager (Jessie) at Custom when the water began leaking but were unable to reach him so we hired a different plumber to fix the issue and start the water and mold (yes, mold!) remediation process. The next day we were able to speak with him and basically were told that it was OUR fault for providing our own toilets that included only 1 wax ring each instead of the needed 2. However, the installing tech never said ANYTHING to us about this and just went along his way with the installation using 1 ring for each toilet. So he either didn’t know what he was doing (bad) or did know and purposefully did the installation in a way that was totally wrong (even worse). Since Custom has so far refused to compensate us in any way for the costs (almost $1500) incurred as a result of their careless and shoddy work, we decided to submit a complaint to the BBB. During this process we realized that Custom has an “F” RATING, something that comes as no surprise to us now. We will also be investigating options for submitting a complaint to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. These guys are shady as it comes. Don’t be fooled into allowing them in to your home or business!

Wyman came out and saved the day when we needed help with our water sort we when we moved in. They installed a new one right away and fixed the line to my refrigerator as well without me asking them to. They were very friendly and knowledgeable and I appreciated the honesty. They really took the time to ask questions and inform of things I needed to be aware of. I highly recommend them. The staff is super friendly and reliable as well. Very pleased. They also removed and installed a new water heater for me recently too.

Came out the same day and cleared my main sewer line within 20 minutes. I had a different company prior and they weren’t able to get it cleared, even though they spent two full hours.

Benjamin Franklin came through for us when our hot water heater failed on a Saturday morning. The service technician, Christian, was friendly, professional and hard-working. He worked hard into the evening until the job was done.

I called Parker and Sons around noon today because I had a difficult experience with the previous plumber that was assigned to me through my home warranty. I had been without hot water for a week already. I explained that I needed a new hot water heater to Parker and Sons and the other details. They put me on the on call list. Brett called and asked if it was convenient for him to come over in 40 minutes. It was. He arrived at about 2. He checked it out. Agreed I needed a new water heater. Went over the different options and pricing. He answered all my questions. I made the decision to go with them. He took out the old WH, went to get the new one, and was back within a half hour. It is not even 5pm and I have hot water again. I will gladly pay a bit more for outstanding customer service. I was prepared to not have hot water until Friday or Saturday if they needed that time. Parker and Sons knocked this one out of the park. I will be using Parker and Sons in the future for all my household repair needs. No more home warranty with awful customer service by them and their contractors. Way to go Parker and Sons!

Very responsive company. I live out of state and had a leak in our outside pipes in the front - going all the way down our street. They had a guy out to our house within an hour and fixed it that evening.

I was pleasantly surprised that a company called me back! I have tried to schedule other services recently, only to not be called back! Anthony's called me back on the same day and scheduled my Reverse osmosis to be installed within 5 days of my call! The Tech (Lupe) was a very nice and professional and very informative.

James was amazing, called and was able to get to me earlier than expected!! Super friendly, professional, excellent quality of work, great work ethic!! Went above and beyond, James is a rarity, really easy to talk to while still being professional

Gabriel was friendly, clean, professional. He did an excellent job. The job took longer than expected because he had difficulty in obtaining a tool he did not have. All in all, the job was well done and we appreciate that it was done as quickly as it was.
