im Rajwinder hayre,T&K electric company put solar system on my house, 2022 some issue with management but I call to company owner TOMMY DO he fixed the problem right way ? very friendly listen to me and taking care I believe him and t&k electric company.

I saw their van in my neighborhood and I called their number. They came right over and diagnosed the problem. It was a Saturday late afternoon, they finished up the job they were on and came to fix my job which turned out to be bigger than we thought and they stayed late. Very professional. Took care of the issue.
We have since had them in to do a number of other light replacements and repairs on our chandeliers. They are amazing!
I will recommend them to anyone I know. My old house has had so many electrical issues, and it’s nice to have found a company that I can trust to fix it, and do it with great service and a great price.

Saw the work my neighbor had done by TAB Electric and wanted them to do some upgrades and additional electrical for me. They were prompt, efficient and professional. Work came in a little under budget too! Kevin and Seth were knowledgeable and personable. I will refer TAB Electric to all friends, neighbors and anyone who needs an electrician.

I have used Econolight many times over the past 10 years. Every single time I have had them in my homes I am impressed by their professionalism and care. Most recently we had their electrician Jay at our home to perform an inspection and routine repairs. He took the time to explain to us what was needed and why in easy-to-understand terms. Econolight is the only electrical contractor to use in the Phoenix area, hands-down.

Gabe is excellent! I called and left a message he text back within 15 minutes. I text back letting him know what we are needing. He let me know he has a family emergency but can help as soon as family members showed up at the hospital. I informed him family first. He came over in about 2 hours hooked up our washer and dryer. I called David to repair pool panel lighting within a short window, though he was busy with his schedule, he was very Profesional , friendly and courteous to the fact of me being his old customer, gave me a window to come in and get it fixed. Since it was an easy fix, he did not even charge me for the service . Really appreciate his commitment and lucky I got his contact.Thanks David again !!!

All the way to my backwardWith a quik
disconnect and a 10 foot 3/4 flex lin to go up into the unit. He was excellent right from planning to finish absolutely professional. He is technically very sound and will highly recommend to anyone looking to do any electrical work.Also his pricing is absolutely fair for the quality of work he does.???

Very good work. Was a bit pricey but I knew going in what the cost was. But still very pleased.

Great job on replacing all of our outlets and switches. Communication and scheduling was easy. Clarence arrived on time and knocked it out of the park. We were expecting the new switches and outlets to look better than what we had before, we weren't expecting them to really bring the remodel together and really make the house look so nice. Thanks Clarence and Jacki for doing such a great job, appreciate it!

Had an appointment for Rod to come out to give me a bid on some work I want to do to my house, the appointment was from 2-4pm I called and confirmed the appointment that morning. They never showed up. I called the office twice that afternoon and no one picked up the phone.. I waited over a week to write this review, thinking they would reach out and try to re schedule or least apologize. Haven't heard back from them, in my opinion that shows their professionalism.

We've had them come out to do some electrical work. They were sub-contracted by KB Homes. They were professional but I wouldn't say friendly which if fine. As long as the work is proficient.

TIMELINESS: Of the three times, they came on time once. Unfortunately, they give you a four window so you can't leave the house to run errands. We were given an 8-12 window and asked for a 30 minute heads up call before arrival. Tiffany O. the admin assistant, assured us they would. The tech didn't arrive until 10:15AM and did not give us a call as requested. As I tried to explain to Tiffany, if we are scheduled between 8-12, then shouldn't we be the first stop? Otherwise, give us a window time of 10-2. She didn't seem to understand the logic so I gave up trying.

On one occasion, they said tech would be arrive between 8-12. We got up early to have breakfast and removed everything off the counter where the work was going to be done. Then we get a call around 9AM to inform us that the tech called in sick and they need to reschedule. For such a large company, I am surprise there is not enough manpower to support situations like this. Every where I've ever worked, management always makes sure there is enough coverage in case someone is out sick. Needless to say, this pushed us back another day and we had to reschedule with the other sub-contractors.

SERVICE:
The don't seem to have a high standard of customer service. Of all the contractors we've received service from, they possess lack of friendliness, enthusiasm, and sense of urgency. However, the last guy who was here was the most proficient. He really took his time and was very thorough. The second guy left without cleaning up all the drywall dust from drilling into the walls. Allen who was the third tech who came out was friendly and courteous. He explained what he was going to do and cleaned up after himself which was very appreciated. He treated us the way he would want to be treated and respected our home as though it was his.

OVERALL: They do good work but they need to improve on their customer service and communication. If you do use them, definitely ask for Allen. He's the guy you want!!

I had the wrong number. There was a live power line that broke and was laying in my driveway. The guy who answered the phone directed me as to who I needed to call. He was very helpful, patient and courteous.

They worked with our budget and schedule. Always courteous and professional. Quality work and they aren't change order happy despite our other contractors adding work for them. Would rehire anytime
