The windows and Sliding door are amazing. They totally transformed my dining area. The room is cooler now even with all the glass in the room. The installers were wonderful. I had LEI Home Enhancements of Arizona update the windows on my house that were old and tired from when the house was built over 20 years ago.
Dustin was great to work with and sold me on energy efficient windows. I wasn't able to complete the whole home at once, and spread out the replacement to two projects.
During the original installation of my first round of windows, one window had visible damage, and two more were warped. The installation crew had already ordered a replacement for the damaged window, and upon showing the crew the difficulty closing and locking the warped windows, replacements for those were ordered as well.
The replacement windows for the damaged products were just installed, and they look, and function great!
I already have the second round of replacement windows, and sliding glass door on order. The only downside is waiting the approximate six weeks for the windows to come in.
I have never looked forward to summer in Arizona, but this year should be more tolerable with these new windows from LEI Home Enhancements of Arizona!

Really nice! & quick but well done work

Our team AZLB21-0610 was great. From the initial consultation with Dante who was so friendly and made such great recommendations to us in materials and design, to the prompt follow up of our project manager Juan and then installers Sean and Beth who were great and also helped us make sure the shower came out just as we expected! The job was completed sooner than we had originally been told so that was also a nice surprise as well. Overall the experience has been great and we would recommend them to anyone. Dante was great. Very knowledgeable and very friendly. It can always be tough having strangers in your home, however he presented a good product and did not make me feel the pressure to move forward.

On Monday October 27th I brought in a piece of glass from my dining room table that I needed to have replicated. Since it was a 1/2 thickness i was told they needed to out source that. They would call me with a price. The following day they called with a price, said they needed half down to order it and it would take 5 - 7 days. After 7 days I heard nothing so I called. I was told it would be in on Friday and they would call me when it arrived. Friday came and went and no one called. The following Tuesday fifteen days after I originally dropped off the table piece I called to check on the delay. I was told that they were unsure of the reason for the delay but they would get me an answer. I would much rather they get me my table so I can stop eating off my floor! Done using ABC Glass. Next time I will call DEF Glass.

I ordered custom sized tempered glass and received in a couple of days. Every one I had contact with at Best Glass was very knowledgeable and professional. I recommend very highly.

With a small job, often it can be difficult to find a contractor who will follow through! I contacted Tacheny through Yelp because I wanted the roof inspected on my three year old home. After visits and bids from three firms, we decided to choose Tacheny. Jim, the salesperson who came out and took pictures, provided a competitive bid for a few broken tiles and flashing that needed to be reattached.
Jim was actually the same person who returned later after securing matching tiles and, in the sweltering AZ heat, replaced the broken tiles and made sure the flashing was put back in place. I have already recommended them for an inspection to neighbors and I'm glad to have done business with them!

I recently had a new roof installed by Phoenix Roofing and I feel I have the best looking roof in the neighborhood!
I was impressed with each of the representatives that worked on my roof issue. They were polite and very respectful of my home and my time from the initial salesperson all the way down to the roofing team that installed the roof. They met with me and answered all my questions and explained what the process would involve and how long it would take and what to expect. This was important to me as I had never filed a claim before. They met with my insurance company representative when he came out for his inspecton. The installation date was set and done on time.
If you want your job done right and no hassles this is the right company. 5 Stars on all counts.

Good place for glass. Good service

SafePro Auto Glass is extremely amazing customer service oriented. They have clean restrooms and a waiting room. They offer snacks, water, coffee at no charge. They have a big screen TV that allows you to change the channel and get comfortable while they service your vehicle. I have about eight windshield repairs since January. And we are in June.

Safepro is the best, hands down. The staff is top notch, and the service is just as good if not better. Simple, on time, quality work from a locally owned business. I tried to get quotes from two of the other major competitors and was given the run-around and quoted near 1.66 time the price of Safepro's quote. Before Safepro, I felt like I was in a foreign country trying to ask for help from people who don't speak Me, when I called Safepro it was like I was in a finally met someone who not only spoke my language but genuinely cared. You have my future business and recommends, Thanks Safepro.

Let me say I didn’t use this service. I called because we had purchased some windows ourselves and needed some help with instillation. Instead of just politely telling me they don’t provide that service the girl answering the phone was extremely rude! I will be replacing all my windows next year and will be sure NOT to use this company.
