So I dealt with Mark, Chris, and Natalie at Aneva. This installation was for a rental property and I was out of state. I cannot tell you the planning and coordination Aneva had to go through during Covid to get this done. I really want to thank the whole team for the time, effort, and energy. I plan on using Aneva again on another home in the Scottsdale area. Thank you Mark & Chris.

After trying to contact many companies and getting no help with an inverter repair, Solar Fix is the only company that replied back. I'm glad they did. They quickly sourced a new inverter and had it replaced quickly.

Hector was professional and affable. He quickly replaced the inverter, showed me how to monitor my system, and made sure I understood. Everyone I spoke with in their customer service was great.

Before choosing to hire Blaze Energy to install our grid-tied solar panel system, we conducted research and requested estimates from a number of other companies. They were a really lovely group of guys to work with, performed an excellent job on the installation, and shown true professionalism. Don't work here. The VP of Operations likes to work on a side business while on company time along with running personal errands and even mountain biking while on a meeting. The VP of Operations also has been aware of employee's bringing firearms to work and placing other employee's in danger. The company claims to care about their employee's but they don't. There are various safety issues in the warehouse and the majority of their employee's are miserable. They have a horrible retention rate and keeping their employee's. Stay away!

We were looking to get a charger installed for our new electric vehicle, as well as two other odd electrical jobs that we needed to be either done or fixed. Arizona Energy Pros was one of the companies that I called and received quotes from. Their company was not only the most cost efficient, but also the most helpful! They worked with me and my husband and answered any questions that we had. Started the process September 2022. Took several calls and emails to get scheduled for installation. We initially were with Sunrun and canceled our installation contract based off of Adolfo's guarantee we would be installed and fully operational before the end of 2022. Here we are January 2023, panels were installed almost 60 days ago, still NOT connected to SRP grid. Yesenia takes weeks to reply to any emails, phone messages or text messages. I have asked multiple times for a manager to resolve the issue why I am not finished with my complete installation. I already have received a statement from the finance company my monthly payment will be due in January and I have no service. I was promised in my contract a credit to my SRP acct, free digital thermostat, free light bulbs that were energy efficient, Pigeon guards around the perimeter of the panels, none of which I received to-date. They lock you up so you can't cancel without HUGE penalties. This has been an absolute nightmare. Potential customers beware of this company. I have had their ALARM systems for over 20 yrs between 3 homes, never had an issue with the ALARM side of the company. They should stick to alarm systems because they clearly have no clue how to do SOLAR PANELS. 20 yrs of loyalty gets you know where. Maybe this review of my experience so far will get someone to call me or finish my project before I have to take steps above and beyond to resolve this hostage of a contract they have created.
