Vicente was able to fix the leak that I had in my bathroom toilet, he was super delicate with everything around, and super communicative on everything that he had to do In there. If he left for a part he let me know. Super friendly, got the fix in a timely manner. Cleaned up after himself too! Never had a better plumbing experience. Thank you champion plumbing for sending your employee, so professional so helpful. Would highly recommend again.

I had a hose bib start leaking, and then found out my house's water shutoff valve did not operate fully when trying to slow the leak. I called Champion and they came out in a hurry to find my leak, replace the leaking hose bib, replace my water shutoff valve with a higher-reliability quarter-turn valve instead of the needle-valve it had, and also recommended and installed a whole-house pressure regulator to prevent future damage caused by the more frequent and severe pressure spikes that have been coming from the municipal water supply in Gilbert lately. They showed up fast, and on-time, were extremely courteous and completed a great-looking repair/upgrade all for about the same cost as other companies wanted just to come out and take a look "in a couple weeks when we can find someone with free time in your area". Absolute A++ for Champion's customer service and workmanship on this job!

Champion Plumbing replaced our entire pipes (from the old orangeburg to new) - we waited to post a review to give the full scoop and happy to say, we have had no issues at all - everything runs so smoothly!



Additionally, they helped connect an old gas line so we could use a gas stove and offered a MUCH better price than the other big company plumbers we got quotes from.



We gave five stars because we prioritize the quality of the work done over promptness. Occasionally, the crew was late or it was difficult to get a response on a tedious issue (separate project details needed for permit), but EVERY time they delivered solid work and resolved the issues.



We appreciate having a company that we can trust with the more foundational projects of the home, because, let's be honest, no one wants backed up pipes ?

From quality to aesthetics to cleanliness, Vicente went above and beyond. Him and his crew came in to fix a cracked sewer line and some old messy copper lines that went to my water heater. They knew I was worried about my floor but they fixed everything with extremely minimal damage and maximum cleanliness. Complete dust control which I was very worried about due to my allergies. My messy copper lines are now tightly fitted to my wall and look very nice compared to the chaos I had to look at before. Vicente and his crew go above and beyond to bring the best quality and service. 10 thumbs up from me and my entire family:)

Andrew China, Jason Tharp, and the rest of the Champion team did a great job identifying and resolving my plumbing issue. Although it appeared to be a simple clog / simple fix, it turned out to be bad plumbing issue (bad steel pipe) from my 55 year old house and needed to be replaced. Andrew was professional and worked well with me to minimize the impact to my house and schedule. Even though no one wants to go through a major plumbing issue, the work was done with great quality and I would recommend Champion to others.

I dealt with them yesterday after I tried another company that could not solve the problem of the main sewers in my house, but Fernando and Tyler did their work very professionally and was able to clean the main drain in an impressive manner and today their official came to me and continued their work through the camera and I saw it is very clean and their prices are suitable and cheaper than other companies I am I thank him very much for perfecting their work and dealing with me. SEEK A SECOND PLUMBER IF THEY CAN'T UNCLOG YOUR DRAIN...YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!

Their technician was unable to unclog a drain and proposed jackhammering though my nearly new tile floor to reach the clog for $3280. Technician told me "they didn't have a camera on the truck" to confirm.

Another plumber was able to unclog and camera the drain and save me $2700 of unnecessary expense. Proceed carefully with this company!

Called these guys at noon and they were here at 3:00. Vicente (Not sure how to spell his name?) he was Very Polite & Very Professional. He had the job done in minutes it felt like. David came and unclogged our drain for a more than reasonable price. Asked him about changing out a coupling at the water meter and found the city is responsible after the city claimed it was our duty. I will be keeping champions number in my phone for future needs!!!

We had a major plumbing problem: the sewer line was not draining properly and had to be replaced requiring 25 feet of trenching. Jeff responded to my request very promptly. Champion Plumbing's bid was very detailed and the cost was reasonable. Andrew got the work done quickly and professionally.

They were the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Never use this company. They caused a leak after unclogging my bathroom drain. It took two weeks to get one of their plumbers out to repair it. It still leaked after the plumber came out. The secretary said they might refund my money. I asked to have the owner call. He never did. I never raised my voice or was unkind but they started to avoid my calls. Finally had to call on a different phone only to be told that they will not refund my money or repair the leak. They suggested I find a new plumber.

I had them out to clean my greasetrap as well and I was charged $499.00 and they left a large mess in my yard. The last time the plumber came out he didn't even wear a mask in my home.

Edit: This has been going on since Feb. 25th 2021, it's now march 22 and still we have a leaking sink.

Andrew was great. I called Champion Plumbing for a second opinion after I got a $12,000 quote from another unethical plumbing company. while I still needed a significant repair it is a fraction of the cost of the other company and a lot less destruction of my personal property. He made sure he explained everything so I understood the problem and suggested repair. Glad I got the second opinion.

I am so pleased with the crew that worked at my house. They worked late hours even after dark to repair the sewer line. They are professional, courteous and friendly. I did some research and found the price to be fair for our area. They returned at a later date to replace the water line to the refrigerator ice maker. I highly recommend this company!

I highly recommend champion plumbing. I had many complicated issues. They were able to explain to me what needed to be done, showed me the pipes that were affected and how they were fixed. They were on time professional and polite. They are now in my phone for future plumbing issues.

Andrew came to our rescue about midnight last night after our sink sprouted a geiser and the shut off valves didn't work. He got water back to the rest of the house and got us temporarily shut off at that one sink until today when supply stores opened. The pricing was reasonable and Andrew was awesome...very professional, friendly, and helpful. Would definitely recommend and call again.

These guys are phenomenal. They replumbed our whole house at an affordable rate and didn't fight us on the camera Inspection. Others wanted to charge us extra just time do the inspection and give us a proper quote.



Lewis and Jason kept me updated the whole time and communicated changes and options as to what was most affordable and/or easier.

I had a clogged garbage disposal over the holiday & tried everything but couldn't get it to drain. Then yesterday afternoon I called Champion Plumbing!! The owner answered the phone and immediately I felt at ease...like my problem would be taken care of. Even though late in the day, he said someone could probably be there that day!



Less than 15 minutes later I received a call from the repairman who said he was finishing a job, but would arrive around 5pm...but before 4:30 he was at my home!! He was very polite, respectful & knowledgeable. Shortly thereafter my sink & disposal were in perfect condition once again!!



He offered to help me put all items back under the sink, left no mess for me to clean & took my clogged garbage with him!! ??



I was charged exactly as quoted too!! What more could I have wanted to be happy you ask?? Absolutely NOTHING!! They were fabulous!! Thanks again Champion!!

Andrew did a great job working with the other team who had to evacuate the water. He also talked with my adjuster and gave me the pieces that caused the problem. He really took the time to help me and my family with our water problems. It didn't take him long to fix the problem once it was figured out what was wrong. I called Champion Plumbing and Rooter when my shower drain got clogged in the morning. They sent out a service technician named David. He was very nice and professional. He had the drain unclogged quickly and recommended having it cleaned further when I had more time. I would definitely recommend Champion Plumbing and Rooter to anyone needing a plumber.

I found Champion thru a Hone Advisor referral service and I’m so glad I hired them! I’ve been having stoppages in my kitchen sink for over a month. After getting a quote from the company I’d been dealing with (Sunny Plumbing) of $900, I decided to shop around. The plumber that came out today did a hydro-jetting down the kitchen line to clear the blockage. He was very professional, courteous, and best of all did NOT try to sell on additional services.



I would use Champion again in a heartbeat!

Champion sent Andrew to look at a plumbing issue for us. He found a large problem -- pipe under ground had broken. He had his supervisor come over to check it out as well. Jason and Andrew showed me, via their pipe camera, that the pipe had indeed failed. My house is 60 years old , so repairs were not a complete surprise...but never easy to hear.

Andrew had to dig, dig, dig! He worked diligently to fix the problem.

Andrew did an excellent job of accessing the situation, thinking of the game plan, and implementing it with success.

This company by far is the absolute best. The staff is very professional and I have never been more impressed by any business I’ve ever dealt with.

My home is vintage (1949) and still had the old sewage lines running below. I didn’t know why the sewer was backing up initially. I spoke with 13 plumbers, 7 quoted me 10-14k over the phone and wouldn’t even humor me with attempting to run a camera. That’s a large amount of money for a “not sure what’s going on” quote. The other 6 no showed. Champion’s crew was on time and ready to go with a camera. They explained the whole situation to where I could understand and actually showed me what was causing the issues. I needed new lines run under my house. Instead of breaking up two areas of brand new tile to feed through the new line, they found a way to go in under the carpet in my bedroom which was a huge savings for me. The fact that they were professional and understanding of other costs for me was amazing.

As a single woman I’ve recently found that it is VERY hard to find companies that don’t try to take advantage or talk down to me. With Champion, the entire crew was extremely professional and supportive (not to mention FAST). I’m blown away! Thank you all :)

Andrew at Champion is amazing. We were having an emergency and he was there so quickly. When he arrived he was personable, professional, knowledgeable, and honest. Not to mention, it was thanksgiving Saturday! He was great, ask for him!

Always get a second opinion! Called Champion to clean out my sewer drain, they said it was cracked and I needed to replace the full line. I called another Plumbing Company also 5 star rated and they came out and discovered that the sewer line wasn't my problem. Had the problem fixed for less than half what Champion quoted me. I am giving them 1 star because they were quick to respond and the young man they sent out the 1st time was very nice.

We've used Champion Plumbing on a number of our remodels and have been beyond impressed with their work and attention to detail. Luis was extremely professional and answered all of our questions. I recommend champion plumbing to all our friends and family.

These guy were amazing, no fault of theirs they had to come back the next morning. Because i did no have a cleanout they had to go up on the roof to fix the issue. They even removed a dead animal from the roof!. The techs were the best ever, I will use no other than Champion pluming!

Upon arriving at my residence, Technician seemed more anxious in setting me up with mold remediation company that same day. I'm sure there is a hefty kickback for setting up (more than their discounted service call. I ended up having to contract another reputable company to complete work after running a camera down the clogged line and showing me everything. Beware!

This is probably the worst company I ever had to deal with. We had some services done by technician David in November and had ongoing issues with the plumbing and every time I called and left a message nobody responds. Horrible customer service, do not use this company!! After $10,000 you would think they’d like to keep you as a customer but I guess not!!!
