Jason was very polite, and professional. He saw to our need immediately - fixed the problem all within 40 minutes! He installed a better shower unit on another visit which was/is a wonderful upgrade for my mother! It’s within her reach now, and safer. Noah and the team were incredibly helpful, curteous and knowledgeable. Needed to repair and replace sewer pipe and the connection to the city sewer due to severe root problem. Completed repairs just as promised, on time, no delays and when they left everything looked as if it wasn't even touched. I can't say enough good things about them and wholeheartedly recommend. I found Champion thru a Hone Advisor referral service and I’m so glad I hired them! I’ve been having stoppages in my kitchen sink for over a month. After getting a quote from the company I’d been dealing with (Sunny Plumbing) of $900, I decided to shop around. The plumber that came out today did a hydro-jetting down the kitchen line to clear the blockage. He was very professional, courteous, and best of all did NOT try to sell on additional services.

I had a Delta faucet become corroded and loose. Pruitt's was sent out by my HW company. They said that it needed to be replaced, and followed up with me several times over several months as Delta dragged their feet and send out mounting brackets etc. to avoid sending a faucet. Pruitt's was always patient and kind, were prompt to all of our appointments, and gave great service. I also had them replace a water heater, and they did an excellent job. I highly recommend!

I used them to correct a problem from a previous company and they were able to fix the problem and provide information to dispute the other company's false claim. Very knowledgeable and very professional and I would not hesitate recommending them to anybody for any plumbing work needed.
