Best RO Water System Service in Phoenix AZ

We had a water heater go out on us last year. Colin came out to save us. He did not try to over sell us. He put up with a lot of questions and did not pressure us with anything. We liked him so much we asked him to return to fix another problem and then another. Request him every time. He’s personable and patient and never judges us. We are grateful to have someone we trust with our plumbing issues. Plumbing is not cheap but we know the work is done well. If we had any problems, it was fixed asap.

Josh came to provide a quote on a water softener system the same day I inquired, very responsive. He was very professional, gave me solid advice, and a fair quote.

I was able to get an appointment by the next day- a miracle as other companies had me waiting 2 weeks. Belsito repairman was on time, got to work quickly on my problem and finished within 20 minutes. He left the area clean and I was happy with his work and to be back to normal.

I had somewhat of a plumbing emergency last week and Becca(spelling?), Lou and Adam were all fantastic at helping us out. Becca was so friendly on the phone and had amazing customer service. Lou and Adam were so great when they arrived. They fixed the problem and did a great job of explaining the situation. My mom and my husband's mom are both survivors of breast cancer so we also appreciate that mission. We will absolutely be using Pink Plumbing & Sewer in the future.

I called this company a couple times to schedule somebody to come out and give me an estimate on doing service. I needed to have all my plumbing replaced and I was pulling everything for them. Three months goes by and I never received my estimate, quote, or a phone call. The very first time they messed up the appointment and the second time they show up the guy doesn’t do any measurements, he just walks around the house looks at all my stuff and then tells me he’s gonna give me l an estimate by the Weeknd. I call up to find out what’s going on and they say oh it looks like he still working on it. Also the reviews that they are doing our employee and other driven reviews that are not quality reviews be cautious

Everytime we use this company they are kind and professional. Anthony went above and beyond for us. He was pleasant through it all and took the time to answer our questions along the way. We are grateful he took care of everything so promptly, efficiently and with care. Thank you!!! Jack & Vickie

My water heater quit working. I called my old company and they said it would take a few days. Kory came out the same day to replace it. He is nice very trustworthy I will definitely call them again.

Option One Plumbing was professional, knowledgeable and they went the extra mile . They took off the toilet then had to run the line above. It was a big problem that they had to figure out the cause and the source. Andrew did that expertly.

We have recently bought our first home and experienced out first minor leak. We stumbled upon Anthonys by pure accident and They were able to have someone come out the next day. We got to meet Brandon, he is very knowledgeable and EXTREMELY patient with all of our questions, fears and hesitations. He explained how our insurance works because we had not really looked into things yet, broke down what they probably would and would not cover for the pipes, came up with a plan, and even gave us some tips on general home maintenance. He called Drystar for us to set up the dry out and we're on our way to fixing the problem. We have had a great experience with Anthonys Plubming. We will definitely be using them for this project and to keep this old house of ours running smoothly! Oh, and the best part is, I was expecting to hear a price we couldn't possibly afford, but the quote didn't make me pass out. 5 stars for that alone! :)

Technician was great to work with!

We had a nasty drain clog on Easter Sunday. Chris did a great job with diagnosing the problem and getting the drain cleaned out.

Faucet install went wrong, had to turn off my water main until fixed. Texted Simon after a google search, and he answered right away with an accurate quote. He sent Alan just a few minutes later and my problem was fixed within hours, this is late at night, on a holiday weekend, mind you. Alan was one of the nicest, most professional individuals I've ever met. He went above and beyond. Great service.

AMAZINGGGG! Im a first time customer and a single mother. I was having toilet issues and VICENTE came and unclogged my toilet so fast it was awesome. A very hard worker and kind, I would recommend that man to anyone . Love the experience I had with HIM AND THIS COMPANY?
