I had 3 other company repair my patio overhang, only to find out it wasn't fix. They came out, gave me a quot that was great. Then finally it was fix and never any more leaks. During one of this years storms, we noticed that one of our roof tiles on the corner of our house had fallen off. We contacted Almeida based on the number of positive reviews. This proved to be a very costly mistake.

On the day that the estimator arrived, it was pouring down rain so he was unable to actually get on our roof at all. He looked at the spot where the missing tile was, and put up his ladder to try and see if there was any other damage without actually getting on the roof. He stated that since he was not able to actually get on our roof to assess the damage, he would add extra tiles and materials to our quote incase they are needed, since materials were in short supply. With the extra materials he added, it came to $650 with the understanding that this was only a guesstimate. He advised us that when the tech arrived to do the work and could actually get on the roof, he would assess what actually needed replaced and would adjust the quote accordingly.

When the tech arrived, he knocked on the door to tell me they were getting started, and then informed me when they were finished and leaving. He was here for approximately 35 minutes. When I received the final bill, it was the exact same estimate, from the person who couldn't even get on our roof to do an inspection.

We called Almeida since this was concerning. We asked for details on what was actually repaired, which they stated they only fixed what was on the original estimate. We tried to explain the the original estimate was only a guesstimate since he could not even get on our roof to do an inspection. We never received any pictures, or details about what was actually replaced. The only tile we actually saw that was broken, was one tile on the corner of our house.

We were never able to receive ANY details on what was actually fixed for our $650, other than the single tile that was broken. I also now have to hire and pay a completely separate roofing company to assess if there is any remaining damage, and to double check what was actually done by Almeida.

Jack came out quickly after my call, assessed the problem with my roof, offered a few options and did the work right away. Can't ask for more.

attempted to charge for work not done.then charged 100.00 dollars for gluing 2 tiles on roof that my son could have done if given the option.this was all done without an estimate or option given . invoice received about 4 months after work done.

Just leave their vehicles in inconvenient places and employees are reluctant to move regardless of the space they are taking up.

Had plywood and surface damage on a large 400 sq foot second story 29 year old walk deck/balcony. Pinnacle Roofing did an amazing job repairing existing plywood, adding a second layer of plywood and applying a four step Polycoat coating. The entire staff was helpful and in constant communication with me. I had twelve different companies come out over three months for estimates and was completely satisfied with my choice and the end results from Pinnacle.

Sean came on time and very courteous and friendly ( qualities you look for in a business) he took his time to survey not just the swamp cooler removal and repair, but took time and gave great advice about suggestions and tips for the rest of the roof. And they came and did it before the rain came, they could’ve waited, but he wanted to get the job done so we wouldn’t have to worry about our leaking roof!!!
