I had a plumbing issue at a rental property, the process for getting a technician out was seamless, they have great technology for tracking their technicians and communicating with you. Tucker was phenomenal, he diagnosed the problem, communicated it in simple terms to me and fixed and was on his way. It was a great experience.

This service worked great! I scheduled appointment online for next day. I texted pictures of the job and when fixer arrived he was prepared for the task. The price was reasonable and job done well. Another plus, he was enjoyable to have in my home (friendly & professional). I will use the service again!

Shower valve gave up and I couldn’t shut off the water going full blast into a tub. I had to shut down the water to the home, but due to a very recent and painful surgery I needed the water back on ASAP and unable to do it myself. P&S jumped on it and scheduled us for a very fast response. Michael was here by 2:00 pm and by 2:30 our issue was repaired. Polite, efficient and professional company and employees. They may cost a bit more than others, but they made up for it in several ways. A huge thank you to everyone.

Scott Acy of A Better Place, LLC is the person to call for help around the house. He does a great job and he's a nice guy. I needed a small plumbing repair and he fixed it correctly and quickly. He has a wealth of knowledge and he is very well-mannered. He arrived on time and looking presentable plus he did not leave a mess. I will definitely use him again.
