Best RO Water System Service in Phoenix AZ

We have used this company since 2008 for septic pumping. They did our initial inspection and 2 subsequent pumping. We even purchase our bacteria for the tank from them.
They have recently been bought out and ever since the service has been awful. It took almost 3 weeks and 4 phone calls to get a years supply of the bacteria. It took 2 weeks and 3 phone calls to schedule a pumping service, which they didn't show up for. So it took another call. They finally showed up damaged the filter, left the tank open (no backfill) and then wanted $1000 to replace filter. I said no and yo please come and backfill the tank. They said they would the next day. Guess what??? They didn't. I would recommend going with someone else. These guys have gone way downhill!

I was so impressed with not only with Gina in the office, but Martin and Efren's quality of not only service, but their knowledge! I called Tuesday afternoon and by Wednesday morning they were there and gone. They answered all of my questions, explained everything in a way that made sense and cleaned up as if they were never there. They were amazing! I not only will use them again, but I will recommend them to other people. Thank you Septic Technologies!

Bumble Bee Plumbing saved me thousands because of their quick, efficient, and courteous service. On January 1st I noticed my garage ceiling was dripping water because of a bad drain pipe upstairs in the tub and paint was starting to pool in the ceiling. Long story short, I reached out to Bumble Bee and they were able to get someone out the same day I called. From their telephone greeting to the speed at which they handled everything, I was left extremely satisfied. Mike, who was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient was able to confirm my preliminary diagnosis and got right to work. After fixing the issue and cleaning up (they had to cut into the ceiling dry wall) I was explained everything that they did and why they did it and even recommended a remediation/restoration company (which I am using). If you have any plumbing issues, you'll be in good hands with Bumble Bee Plumbing. Awesome work!

They presented a lower charge over the phone which made my decision to go with them. And once they arrived at the property the driver/operator tried to convince me several times that our septic tank is larger than it is in order to attempt to charge us more. The service provided was rushed, incomplete, rude and unprofessional. Even though I have proof with previous service receipts from 3 different Septic Pumping Companies reflecting the size of our tank this Co. did not want even consider that information but instead eyeballed the size of the tank and charged and processed the order accordingly. What's more unbelievable and another example of extremely poor customer service the driver advised me that next time we need a septic pumping service that we should contact another Septic Pumping Company vs them. Will not recommend them to anyone but rather go out of my way to advise my neighbors not to use this Company.

I recently used Anthony's Plumbing to flush and clean the filters on our tankless water heater. Eric was the technician. The service was very affordable compared to other companies I looked into before hiring Anthony's. Eric showed up on-time and was very professional. The service was completed in under an hour and Eric explained exactly what he did. I'll definitely use Anthony's again for yearly maintenance/cleaning service of our tankless water heater.

I would highly recommend Hero Home Srvs to anyone who needs plumbing srvs. They were wonderful to work with and i was very pleased with their work. Johnathon was the plumber who responded to my issues and continued to be involved through out my entire process. He was very nice and kept me informed and updated on everything that was going on. I also liked that i dealt with the same few guys from start to finish. They treated us like a friend instead of just a customer. I truly would recomend them to everyone.

We first used Reddi Services September 2014 for a septic issue. They were the ONLY 24/7 company that actually answered the phone when we had an emergency on a holiday weekend! We now use them for septic, plumbing and AC/heating. We cannot say enough good things about Reddi Services and their people. Every technician that has come to our home has been competent (very important!!!), friendly, helpful and consultative. All technicians we have had help us have been with Reddi Services for a period of time - unlike other companies where you never get the same person twice. Reddi Services is the only company we will use now for our septic, plumbing & AC/heating needs - we have multiple experiences on all fronts and have never been disappointed.

Re Ben Aguilar, plumber -- beyond awesome! He's been to our house three times in the last year plus. Today was the most recent visit. He helped us decide what needed to be done to correct a major plumbing mess that another plumbing company created when they redid our main pipe to the septic last year. Every visit, Ben has been professional, friendly, competent and helpful. He takes a personal interest in our issues and maintains his professionalism at the same time. We request Ben when we call for plumbing issues as he knows our story. Reddi Services has a great employee in Ben!

Re: Chris Groth, AC/heat - long overdue recommendation! Chris has kept our AC/heat pump in excellent shape over the last year. We request him whenever we do regular maintenance or have an issue. As with all Reddi Services technicians we've had come to our home, Chris is competent, professional, friendly and just very pleasant to have at our place. He never pretends to be an expert in something he may not be (e.g., we have an air purifier (which has never worked) that another company conned us into buying - Chris was honest with us that he wasn't an expert on air purifiers, but helped us figure out that it wasn't working properly. We appreciate that kind of integrity and honesty.

Re: Carlotta, dispatcher - how she does all that she does is amazing! We very much appreciate Carlotta's friendliness and competence. Without her, I'm not sure things would run anywhere near as smooth as they do!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!! If I could give this company zero stars I would!! Set an appointment to have a 2nd septic tank done as our old one was getting filled. Was told they would show up on a certain date.... never showed! Never called! WE had to call them and ask what was going on! They claimed they were too busy with other jobs and would show up eventually. Okay that's great? Very professional. Sorry we are too busy don't know when we'll be there! Nice. Anyway, they show up a couple days later and appear to be getting the job done quickly. Took 2 days to do. 2nd day on the job and the last day they were at our property was last Saturday. We had paid extra to have them haul away all the extra dirt that would be dug up to make this other septic. Well, they leave and the place looks like a landfill with HILLS of dirt and TONS of HUGE rock that we NEVER had in our yard before. The place is absolutely trashed. Tire marks everywhere, dirt strewn about and in mounds. NOT TO MENTION they pushed the excess dirt they apparently didn't want to haul away under our bushes in our front yard. Sneaky. We call and try to get them to make this right ESPECIALLY because we paid extra to have this excess dirt taken care of. They say they will send the GM out to look at the yard. GM came by without notice or any interaction with us, called back and said it looks fine - it will even out. People, this is at least 2-4 inches of solid dirt and excessive amounts of rock piled up in our yard!!!! My husband has backed over it a couple times with his truck since he parks there and IT IS NOT EVENED OUT. I FEEL LIKE WE ARE GOING OFF ROADING EVERY TIME WE PULL OUT OF THE DRIVEWAY! (I am not even being dramatic). The company claims they will NOT fix this issue. We have tried to contact multiple times. They tell us that in the contract it states that the yard will not look the same after work is done so they get away with this! Talk about HORRENDOUS customer service. Not only have they lost our business but I will be sure to let EVERYONE I know to avoid Cooper's. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!!! I say time because guess who is now raking, shoveling and hauling excess dirt off the property????? I'll give you a hint, it sure as hell is not COOPER'S! Just terrible.

Our septic tank needed to be emptied as it had been many many years since it was last done. It had been so long, that we didn't even know we had a septic tank. Besides emptying the tank, they had 2 guys and a tractor here for about 2 hours. They had to remove a lot of dirt just to get down to the tank lid. The total repair costs less money than what most plumbers charge for doing half as much work. Even though there was more work, they came in below the original estimate. They cleaned up the entire place when they were finished and I would highly recommend them.

We called them at 8:30 and they were here and done by 10:30. I called 2 other companies, which either didn't answer or were booked 2 weeks out and didn't call back to make an appointment as promised. The driver was professional, pleasant and helpful in showing me what the problem was and how we could fix it ourselves. I would definitely recommend this company.

They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

I called today at 11am, my info was taken and I was told it would be given to dispatch and someone would call me back within an hour. 30 minutes later Raul called, I explained my kitchen drain line was draining but during our remodel we noticed black gunk in the drain line that goes into the wall. He said he had an appointment before me and would call me afterwards but thought he would be here around 2pm . Raul actually called me at 12:30 and said he was on his way. When he got here he tried several options, but it didn't work. He recommended a camera inspection and possible hydro jetting my drain lines. I declined until I could discuss options with my husband. Raul was not bothered but very understanding. I asked him how much I owed him for his time and he said nothing because I really didn't do anything other than try a few options. He told me to call him if I need his services and he would gladly return. Great customer service from the beginning, great friendly technician. I will gladly refer Raul and Rooter Ranger to friends and family.

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

The landlord that hired these guys to unclog the main drain the second guy that came didn't know how to take the toilet off mind you that is only one nut that needed to be taken off to lift a whole toilet up guessing he just didn't want to do it because it wasn't no clean out dream being that it's a older house. So I did using a 10 mm socket and now the toilet is off

Keith from Mr. Rooter Plumbing came to help us today after our shower faucet cartridge broke this morning and I had to shut off the main water to our house. He was very knowledgeable and helpful to explain that the valve needed to be replaced since it broke in the worst way. He carefully removed our shower panel so we can reuse it and went to work removing the old valve to install the new one. He was very neat doing this work and he was even very patient with our curious dog. I highly recommend Keith and Mr. Rooter Plumbing.

Mark (the owner) quoted me $600-800 to fix a toilet that wouldn't stop running, while telling me I was wasting his time because it was 3am (despite being listed online as a 24 hour plumber) Granted this was early morning on Thanksgiving, I had been quoted by two others at 150 each, but they simply didn't have room in their schedule immediately. I guess this explains why Mark does. I don't think I've ever been spoken to so rudely by a business owner.
