I recently had a terrific experience with Amigo. I was in a pinch when another valley company canceled on my wife and I on the last days of our home inspection, and we were advised to speak with Amigo by another reputable local plumber. Nelson was professional and courteous as I explained our need for his services right away. He had his guys show up the very next day to inspect our sewer line. After all inspections were complete, I had Amigo come back out to the house and work on my water heater, drains, and gas lines. Once the work was completed, they walked me through exactly what had been done and all of their work was extremely thorough. I'm very satisfied with my experience with Amigo, they were friendly, professional and very punctual. Their prices were very reasonable as well, I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat!

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Dylan Palaschak. He called prior to let me know an E.T.A. and when he arrived I explained my situation and in no time he was able to confirm what we thought our issue was and that was a bad thermostat. Dylan was very thorough and also very informative with the options I had to replace the thermostat. Dylan had excellent customer service and is definitely an asset to your company! I was very pleased with the quality and professionalism of our plumber, Mark. (On the other hand, I was not pleased with the quality of my pipes. Yuck. Not even the roto rooter would clean them out. I guess when you live in a 70 year old house, you gotta expect some problems.)Mark explained everything thoroughly, was quick, professional, efficient, friendly and cleaned up after himself. In addition, he offered me the opportunity to join the maintenance program. It was pretty much a no-brainer since it saved my 10% on my plumbing bill. All in all, an excellent experience.

Received an email from Howard Air with the name and photo of the technician. That was the first contact. The technician called before arrival and showed up in the time frame given. He was polite, professional & explained what he needed to do to get our ac back up and running. It was a late night emergency appointment and he was as friendly as if it was the first appt of the day.i highly recommend them for your ac & heating needs.

Nick did a great job on our ac fix. He showed up fast, was vary professional and honest. Had our fan motor fixed in under 25 minutes and didn’t try to up sell or have us buy anything we didn’t need. I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend this company.

Had my new air conditioner and furnace installed. Had three men on site. Job appeared to be performed very efficiently. Cleaned up completely after themselves. Made sure I understood my new thermostat. The entire process went very smoothly.
