We used Robins Plumbing to replace and reconnect an exterior cast iron evacuation pipe that was broken. First, we were able to have an appointment very quickly and Nate , our plumber, took the time to explain our different options and wrote down two estimates right on the spot. Today Nate came back to perform the work and did a real good job. We appreciate not only his professional skills but also his patience and gentleness.

Originally, we were a bit turned off by having to pay a fee for a consultation/quote for work. That being said, we were incredibly impressed with how thorough Hayden was during the visit. We received 3 different quotes from companies and Moon was definitely competitive with their pricing. Because we liked Hayden so much during the initial visit, we decided to go with Moon. Hayden was able to install a water softener/carbon filter and repair an exterior leak within 2 days and we could not be happier with the results! We received a text when Hayden was en-route, all of the workers were professional and they made the process so easy. We HIGHLY recommend Moon and especially Hayden--he deserves a raise for sure!

Consultant delivered a professional pitch and was thorough and informative about what I was paying for, installation technician showed up shortly after I had decided on what unit I'd like. The technician even changed the method they used to plumb the unit as they weren't satisfied with how it looked and it turned out great.If I don't edit this review within a year assume the water softener unit works perfectly and was worth the money.

Devin was one of the best Plummer’s I have ever experienced. He was able to determine the root cause and was able to provide a solution. He was respectful, quick and efficient. The company set up a timely appointment, notified me of time of arrival and arrived as scheduled. The technician, Junior, was very knowlegible and explained and demonstrated every aspect of the repair. He was able to address and repair every one of my problems including one that another company had tried and failed to repair. Very happy with both Pruitts and tech Junior who made three major repairs quickly and effeciently.

This week had all new drain and sewer linings installed under slab home with no surprises, job completed on time.
