Having moved into a home with a septic tank, we didn't know what to do, but when I called Rita at Paradise Septic, I felt so much calmer. From scheduling which was quick and painless, to all of my questions which were numerous, I always felt listened to and taken care of. On the day of, Jerry showed up on time and was the ultimate professional, not only answering all my questions (trust me people, I had a lot of them) but also helped us with some plans we have moving forward with the system. We appreciated everything they did for us and had a great experience.

Our kitchen sink was clogged and they came out immediately. We appreciated everything they did to help us. They were thorough and put a camera into the pipe to see the clog. Our pipe was broken and needed extensive repairs. They did all of this for free since we could not afford the cost of pipe replacement. I would highly recommend them.

Patrick came out to install the water heater. He was on time, very knowledgeable, professional, and did excellent work.
The price was better then a lot of other places that was called when doing research in trying to find a good plumber.

Gabriel is a wonderful guy who came to help me with a drain issue. It was definitely an emergency with a pipe exposed. He is knowledgeable, kind, and very helpful with resolving the issue. He helped me with info to prevent the issue from happening again and he was very fair. I know I can trust this company because of my experience. I called many plumbers and waited to see which would be the quickest. Gabriel called within 30 min and came to my house 10 min after he called. Man I’d give 6 stars if I could. Where to begin! At first their quote was a little steep understandably as my leak fix was tricky. I was between them and someone else but their office staff called me worked out a deal I couldn’t refuse. Fernando took his time and was as professional and accurate as they come. He even let me watch the process and answered any questions I had. They are lucky to have Fernando, I’ll definitely be coming back because of him when I have another plumbing problem!

This is the best plumbing company I’ve ever dealt with. I recently had a clogged toilet. Since I take care of a handicapped individual, this presented a major problem. Javier came out the same day, fixed my clog, did his inspection and fixed another leak I was having in the shower. This company and their staff are absolute professionals and extremely customer oriented. I will always use them for my future plumbing needs and highly recommend them.

I'm a realtor, and I had a problem at a house I was selling. I had the buyers inspection that day. I called Mr. Rooter, and they had someone there in about an hour. They identified, and fixed the problem just as quickly. Both of the guys who worked on the house were very professional and knowledgeable. The price was less than I expected as well. I will be using Mr. Rooter again, and recommending them to coworkers and friends.

We woke up to a leak in our water heater/HVAC/washer dryer area today and called This Plumbing Services. They got Johnny out to our house within an hour and a half. Johnny was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional, especially when it turned out that we're just new homeowners who didn't notice that the drainage hose from our HVAC was pinched. He explained everything to us as he was doing it, showed us what to watch out for in the future, gave us advice on how to maintain this drainage system (because the hose is not huge in diameter), and it was all for a reasonable price (especially on a Sunday). He got this all done quickly - what I thought was going to be an afternoon-long, bank breaking ordeal turned out to be quick and painless, thanks to Johnny!

I was referred to Rooter Man by a friend of mine. I was desperate to find a plumber that I could trust as I've had some negative experiences in the past. I've been lied to and overcharged by big name companies so I am very cautious about who I give my business to.

That being said, I really trust Roy. He doesn't use sales tactics or gimmicks. He knows what he's talking about and did not once try to upsell the job. He wasn't looking for things to replace outside of the job I called him for. He quoted me a fair price and time frame to work on my main sewer line, and was super knowledgeable and patient while explaining what needed to be done. I'm very happy I went with Rooter Man! My advise is to be careful, there are a lot of crooks out there. Now that I've found someone I trust I'm going to call him every time. I recommend you give this company a try. Thank you Roy!
