A designer friend recommended at Home Solutionz - Laveen for our floor remodel and said he would get us a designer discount when it was time to make our final choices. Wonderful selection of options in the showroom and nice big samples to look at which I loved. We went with 2 tone French oak with matching Herringbone for the entrance and powder room. The price was on the high side but as expected these guys sell a quality product and we did get 15% from our designer so it worked out!

Terrible company with terrible customer service. I paid over $25k for some bathroom remodeling, the quality of work I received is embarrassing to say the least. Not only did they not grade my shower to drain properly, I have 4 different shades of grout from a failed grout installation job. They installed broken stones, I repeat they had broken tiles and used them vs picking from the good ones. I asked for a repair, they agreed. Then they no call, no show 5x in a row, they had us wait on July 4th weekend then they called and said they got cancer and couldn't come back. I try to call and speak with someone this company is ran by agents all over the company they are not local as advertised. DO NOT USE this company. They force you to put down 50% for materials then the second they start working they take the other 50% deposit leaving you helpless in situations like this. This has been an absolute nightmare to try and get fixed, they refuse a refund and refuse to come back and fix it. I have probably 5 full cases of extra tiles that I was overcharged for because apparently they don't measure either. Save your $ and go somewhere else where they value a customer. Briana was the point of contact for me, refuses to follow up with her workers, refuses to do anything to get to an actual solution just likes to waste time. 5 NO CALL NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS in a row with nothing but a we will be there later. Absolutely terrible company I hope everyone in AZ makes a better choice than I did.
