Walt changed the aerator on my master bathroom sink and did my annual draining of the hot water heater. He is always professional and does a great job. Always cleans up after himself as well. He does it right the first time, I have never had to have him come back. Walt always guarantees his work as well. It's a pleasure to work with him

Very responsive; scheduled hot water heater service for an inherited 15 yr. old unit. Walt arrived on time, was very professional, personable and explained the value of servicing the unit compared to installing a new one. We decided it made more sense to get a new one with a warranty than risk future problems with an old unit. Walt removed the old, meticulously installed the new with all new connections, etc. Very pleased with work done! Thank you, Walt!

Smiley Plumbing was very responsive and professional. They were very thorough with their assessment and detailed on their quote and recommendations. The quote was higher than others but the service tech did a great job and cleaned up after himself very nicely.

I decided to install an RO system. Seemed easy enough. I started on Friday night and quickly realized that due to my pipes, I was going to need assistance. On Saturday I contacted Smiley plumbing and was told someone would be there in one hour. Walt was there in about 40 minutes. He was kind and professional. He let me know the cost up front and took care of our system. While present, a concern about our disposal was made. We just moved into a new build and the previous tech left a plastic cover in the disposal. Walt was able to use a special tool and remove this. He was kind and did not charge for this. He helped to make sure our system worked prior to leaving. I appreciate Walt's assistance in this manner. Although this was not an emergency, he was quick to arrive and help take care of this work on a Saturday when he had other things to do. I recommend Walt and Smiley Plumbing.

Walt of Smiley Plumbing is the man to hire if you have plumbing problems. He knows his stuff and will not only fix your problem but educate you along the way. Walt explains all options gives you the pricing upfront does the job properly and cleans up. I have already scheduled my 2022 new water heater service call.

Walt did another superb job. Had to replace handle cartridges in shower & tub and they were a mess. They are now like brand new. Last time he changed out the insides of both toilet tanks and they are still working well. He has kept the plumbing in my home working well for over 25 years and he does quality work with quality parts. Thank you so much for always going the extra step to make sure the job is well done.

Great service, friendly, and extreemly knowledgeable. I would highly recommend their service. I called on Sunday and was able to get an appointment the next day to get the pressure reducer on the main line to the house fixed due to a leak. This is a small business that cares about their customers. And, unlike larger plumbing companies out there, this company wants your repeat business, and provides fair prices for their services.

Walt really saved my bacon when I came home after 8pm to find my water heater leaking. He came out within an hour, diagnosed the issue, explained the options, and took out the old heater late into the night. He worked around my schedule to install the new heater, and thoroughly explained every step and how to perform regular maintenance going forward. My hot water tank recirculating pump stopped working so I called Smiley Plumbing and Walt came right away. He said the pump had burned out so he replaced it and tested the system. When I asked him how much he said that the pump was still under warranty and so was the service call. No charge. I have used him for several years now and he has always done a first rate job and stands behind his work. I am always confident that he will do the job right the first time.

On time the day they scheduled and were very professional and courteous. Our plumbing was so bad we had three quotes that it would take two days. Smiley Plumbing was able to do it in one day at a cheaper price. I was skeptical but after reading reviews I went with them. Cleaned up with no mess left behind to worry about. I couldn't be happier, the service they provided was 5 stars.

We have noticed a hot spot on the floor and we are worried about the slab leaking and give Smiley pluming a call and he showed up the same day and after he carefully inspected it and I was told their were no leaks, just caused by the recirculation pump running 24/7 and he explained how to set the timer for it so it runs only when we need it.

He is does the job professionally and he is also friendly and I highly recommend him.

Walt came out immediately on a miserable, rainy night to assist my elderly mother with a sewer back up into her home. He identified and addressed the issue and was kind to her. He worked with her insurance carrier to explain the details of what he found and was instrumental in getting her claim covered (you want a knowledgeable plumber when working with insurance carriers these days and even then, insurance companies hate to cover water/sewerage claims). We have had him come back out to her house proactively, to auger all her lines again so this situation never repeats, replace lines to her dishwasher, re-seat or replace toilets, change out valves under sinks, etc. Based on his work for mom, we called him this week to find a leak in our own home, that three prior plumbers had been unable to locate- he did not disappoint. He found and repaired the leak and cleaned up every area in which he worked- a contractor who cleans up after himself is unheard of anymore. Walt is the best plumber with whom I've ever had contact- completely professional, deeply experienced, dogged in diagnosing and addressing the issues, and a good human. Good plumbing is costly but without good diagnosis and repair, there will be more bills, headaches and disruption to one's life later. You want the best plumber you can get and Walt is that plumber!!

They've repaired leaks, replaced under-sink supply lines, installed new heavy-duty clothes washer hoses, replaced anode rods in the water heater, installed a new garbage disposal, replaced the water control valve in a shower, changed several outside hose bibs, and installed a toilet.

They are meticulous and take great pride in their work; the quality is exceptional.

Fast, friendly and knowledgeable service. Came out on Sunday over Memorial day weekend and found the leak inside my wall. Fixed it quick and gave good advice for prevention and other repair tips.

He gets two stars because he did show up and it was after hours. He advertises his hours are from 7 to 7, but claims 5pm on Saturday is after hours. He wanted 975. to do what another plumber did 30 minutes later for 375. I understand making money and getting paid to work, but I do not understand gouging people in a hardship situation.

Awful! Complete scammers. Took advantage of my elderly mother. Charged her a ridiculous amount of money to repair her water heater. Avoid this company! Complete jerk when we tried to find out exactly what he was doing and why he was charging almost $900 to repair an old water heater.

They come out for a $79 service fee, way over quote for the repair, know that nobody will pay that kind of money, and then still charge the $79 service Fee. Scam artists!! I would not use or recommend this company!!
