Best Emergency Service Call in Phoenix AZ

We had a traumatic living room ceiling collapse due to a burst in our main water pipe in the attic. We live in Phoenix so in June, the attic is extremely hot. I called Maloney Plumbing out of the blue, mainly because of the great reviews online. They sent their attic specialist, Jason, early the next morning. Jason and his associate (sorry, I didn't get his name) were prompt, wonderful, personable, patient, and helped us feel at ease at this difficult time. Jason is a Marine veteran like my husband so there was a type of bond there I felt. It was a big job, it was hot and messy, and neither one of them ever got rattled or impatient. They replaced the pipe along with the main shut-off valve outside in front of our house and he threw in a shut-off valve under one of our toilets which was leaking. They tacked a drop cloth I had up over the hole in the ceiling and they even scooped up all the wet drywall that had collapsed on the living room floor and took it away which was above and beyond. The water mitigation company that came shortly after they left was surprised to see that done. I was so impressed with them both. They worked so hard and had to go to another job after us. As far as price, I've never had something like this happen so I have nothing to compare it to and, of course, quality plumbers aren't cheap, but Jason gave us a Veteran and Senior discount of several hundred dollars which was such a relief. I cannot say enough good things. I highly recommend Jason and this locally family owned company!

Chris installed a laundry tub in our utility room. He carefully removed the sheetrock to get at the plumbing and replaced it when he was done. He left the room spotless. You could tell he takes pride in his work. (The only thing left for us to do was to tape the sheetrock where he cut it.)

Really disappointed how Diamondback handled our last service call. We have used them a handful of times for our businesses. This last service call they didn’t completely finish the job or clean up. They didn’t skip a beat calling use everyday for payment tho. I had no problem paying the billing if and when the job was completed. They asked for me the pay and they would have a technician come and finish the job entirely. That never happened. Even after a follow up call. Disappointing and poor customer service. Needless to say I’d suggest taking your business to a company that completes the job hired for.

Alex was very friendly and professional. Very quick to return calls, provide estimate and schedule service. Pricing was very fair and job was well done! Would recommend!

Service Specialist Shade Adkins did a great job. Showed up in time, wore booties etc. Fixed a leak from the disposal and did a thorough check on other plumbing items in the house, and made other recommendations. Would have him back next time!

Our technician, Brandon was very professional, knowledgeable, and patiently answered all our questions and showed us pictures of what needed to be done and pictures after the work was done. We needed a number of items repaired including a new blower motor and had almost everything on his truck. Brandon did exactly what he said he’d do, he picked up the needed part early the next morning and had installation completed by 8:30 am. We are very appreciative of his hard work, expertise and highly recommend Parker & Son’s.

Excellent same day service! Craig was very knowledgeable, friendly, and able to fix my clogged kitchen sink that my 25ft snake couldn’t reach. He also was able to repair an issue with my bathroom plumbing! I will certainly be using deer valley plumbing if I have any plumbing problems in the future.

Fast, courteous, just a bit on the pricey side.

They have saved home owners in our 55 plus community thousands and thousands of dollars. We know this because of a sewer line issue we experienced when we purchased our home 7 years ago.
