Best Emergency Service Call in Phoenix AZ

We called Maloney Plumbing out to our place of business, Sun Valley Masonry, to repair a urinal that other plumbing companies were unable to do. Maloney is our new favorite “Go To” plumber! They had a technician on-site within 20 minutes of my initial call. Big shoutout to the service technician, Collin, who was extremely professional, knowledgeable & friendly. We highly recommend using them for your plumbing needs!

We needed to replace our garbage disposal that had just seized up from lack of use. I called on a Wednesday and they were able to come Thursday morning. They arrived on schedule following all Covid-19 protocols they said they would. The technician said I could get a discount if I was a Yelp member and I was. So that saved $55 off the total. I was very appreciative of this. He did his work in a timely manner and we're back to having a working garburator! Very pleased with their good service.

I had a garbage disposal installed. I got same day service which made me happy.

They've literally saved me 10's of thousands of dollars versus what I was quoted by other plumbers and completely fixed my issues. Can't recommend highly enough

July, 2022 - Parker & Sons responded on back to back days to replace a condenser on a 5 year old Lennox AC/Heat Pump unit. I chose the Maintenance/Service contract when it was first installed and am glad I did. All I paid was the $95 deductible fee and my A/C is restored. It is July, 2022 in Phoenix, AZ so you can imagine how important A/C is. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️March, 2023 - P&S was here to retar a broken seal on the roofs unit. During a recent down pouring I had a small drip coming inside from the main duct on the roof as a result. Jovanny was proficient and professional retarring the pipe on the roof. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

He did a good repair but suggested we replace water heater. We asked for details and he could only show options on his ipad. We asked that the options be emailed and they never were sent to us.

We love Anthonys Plumbing. The Owner Brandon is honest and always going the extra mile. After a full day at work he took extra time out of his day to go buy and check on my parent house and an issue they were having. He's not only the owner but is one who still goes out in the field and does the dirty work too! He's always giving back to the community and once again we were not only able to see we were on the receiving end of his generosity! He helped organized and donate for our 3 year old daughter while she was battling cancer. I can say enough and Brandon and Anthony's Plumbing.

Jay kept me apprised of the status of this project. Casey, our installer was fantastic, a true professional, and a real “people person”. She is a very valuable asset to NexLvl Services.

I had a great experience about 60 days ago with Rooter Hero Plumbing. I had family staying with me and the unfortunate experience of a clogged toilet.



Rooter hero was able to service me the same day with a reasonable wait. The technician, Isaiah, was very pleasant and knowledgeable, and triple checked his work and provided a 90 day guarantee. He even provided me a discount because I misunderstood the pricing in the advertisement.



Overall a good experience, I learned a lot. You hope you won't have to call again, but if I do need services, I will definitely contact Rooter Hero again.

Update: I asked my home warranty to send out Collins Commercial Services. The tech cleared my drain in about 30 minutes. There was hair in the line. Never use Pruitt's!



Kyle was very unprofessional and attempted to bully my wife into unnecessary services. I spoke to him on the phone and caught him lying about what he did. In addition I told him his diagnosis had already been repaired by another plumber. I then suggested a resolution another plumber had used and he told me to call them. He did not attempt to snake the drain properly, he just tried to upsell my wife on a broken line because I was not home. He told my wife he was putting us on a no service list and that's fine because I don't want Pruitt's Plumbing back. I got the impression that because it was a Home Warranty job he just wanted out without doing work. All he was interested in was upselling. $275 to run a camera after I told him it's been done before. No thanks.

I called Lindsey on a Friday afternoon. One of my crew (err former crew) had used a customers sink to clean his tools. He did a great job clogging it, rather than have an irate customer, I needed to get it fixed FAST.

Lindsey got right on it and had the problem fixed faster than I could get over to look at the damage. Thankful to them for being not only great at their job but also helping ease the customers state of mind.

I called Second Opinion Plumbing late evening and they came out the next morning first thing. Their response time was incredible and they fixed the problem within a couple hours. Our main line was blocked up and they cleared it and showed us what the issue was and how to prevent it in the future. Great work and highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Edwards Plumbing! Super friendly locally family-owned business that was able to solve my under the kitchen sink plumbing problem.
