Edwards Plumbing did a great job doing a trenchless replacement of a 40ft water line that runs from the meter to my house. Robert was very responsive on the phone, took time to explain a few things, and was able to complete the repairs the next day. Wally was fantastic as well; professional, polite, and almost always had a smile on his face. I would highly recommend these guys for any trenchless repairs you need.

My garage disposal is not working, I called them to make a service request, the man on the phone said they can replace a new one for me about $350, they can replace their own brand garage disposal if they find it is not repairable, I was so glad that is good ideal so I don’t need to wait to purchase new one to call them back, they can do it at same time, but he said he will need to call me back later to confirm tomorrow’s appointment, after hang up the phone, I never received them phone call back!? And I also realized that he did not ask my phone number or anything, ? It was odd experience, why do that?

Update: We had Robert out this past Saturday morning to replace the main water shut-off valve for our home as our builder installed the wrong type of valve that didn't work anyway. Robert also repaired our water supply line from our high-pressure mist system pump. Excellent, quality work at a very fair price. Cost $700 to install a faucet - I paid $200 for the faucet and they charged me $500 to install it. I knew that was high but my
faucet was leaking and they had me. Now 4 months later it’s loose, broken and leaking. Their response for the $700 professional install that I need help with …nothing.
I’m a Pediatric ICU RN and I get $65/hr to save lives. These clowns get $500/hour to install a faucet and took advantage of me. The guy that came out - the dad in the “father/son” business meant to pull on heart strings was an overweight guy, that sweated and struggled to get the job done.

I hired Edwards to plumb my laundry room for a utility sink. This is a project I've been waiting 30 years to start. The existing configuration of studs, plumbing and electrical in that room provided a challenge that can only be described using an adult vocabulary. Trevor swung for the fence and knocked it out of the park in under 4 hours. After I close up the dry wall, the project will be complete. I am very pleased with the job Trevor did and will use Edwards Plumbing again for future projects.

Got the jobs done quickly and on time. I would prefer them to family and friends.

Set up an appointment for them to come check a plumbing leak. 2 hours past the time they were supposed to be here they finally called to tell me they won't be coming today. Their phone # was a busy signal the last 2 hours I have been calling them to get an update. Find someone who actually will honor their word and won't waste your time.

So although we did not use this business I simply had to write about my positive experience. After making several calls to desperately try and find a plumber on a holiday (today, New Years) I called Edward's Plumbing. While I was on the phone with another company, they called me back and mentioned they could have someone out right away. Within a couple of hours, Robert came out and quoted us for an emergency service and was honest about pricing and with that we decided that we would begin service the following day as opposed to the same day. Robert then set us up with a dry out company since the water damage from our irreparable water heater flooded into our guest bedroom and damaged our floors. They came out within the hour also. In the midst of the chaos, my brother in law called me back and mentioned that he was back in town and offered to help right away. With my tail between my legs I sheepishly called back Margaret and explained the situation and that I would be cancelling the appointment for tomorrow. She was kind and understood and did not give me a hard time despite having every right to do so. They went out of their way to see us in an emergency situation on a holiday no less and still treated us with grace once our family member unexpectedly came through. I will say, that for any and all future plumbing issues, we will be calling Margaret and Robert for any repairs and cannot thank them enough for making time for us today.

I called Edward's in the morning after being told by another company they would evaluate the problem with my hot water tank but if it needed to be replaced that would have to be scheduled the next day. That was unsatisfactory. As I care for an elderly individual with special needs I needed hot water.
Within an hour of requesting service and being informed the water heater would be replaced the same day, I received a call from Trevor. He said he was 5 min away if he could come by. Talk about good timely service!!
Trevor came, gave me a price for the job and upon my approval went to work. He was very polite, job was finished very timely and cleanup was great.
I would highly recommend Edwards for your plumbing needs.

These guys are great! I had 4 plumbers come in before Edwards. The first 3 had no idea or only a vague idea what was wrong but told me I needed to completely tear down my existing shower/bath and replace the entire thing. The 4th plumber was Parker and Sons and they told me they can fix the problem but their price was outrageous and it was going to take several hours. The 5th plumber was Edwards Plumbing. The son/father team arrived and looked at the issue. Then went to get the right parts then came back and had the entire job done in less than an hour for significantly less than anyone else was going to charge. I will definitely be calling these guys again for any and all plumbing issues.

Robert and his son were great. We had new tile floors installed and needed some plumbing to be completed. I contacted these guys at 9:00pm on a Friday night, had a return call by 9:00am Saturday morning and they were at my house by 11:30am. Robert is a professional who is not looking to markup his services and provide great business skills to his son. While at the house, they quoted me on another project without any issues. Amazing gentleman and great work!

Our hot water heater had an issue suddenly. Robert came out the same day to assess and ultimately replace. He and his son were kind, courteous and very professional. If I could give them 10 stars I would! Very professional, knowledgeable and did a great job. Not only that, I feel their charge for the work was very reasonable (below what I thought it might be!) and they still even then worked within my budget to get my plumbing issue taken care of. I will definitely call them again and highly recommend them. Trevor did a great job from start to finish! He kept me informed, explained what he was doing and took the extra time to make sure everything was taken care of.

They were professional and timely. My hot water went out on Friday morning and of course my warranty could not even come to check it until monday. I knew it would have to be replaced and that would mean more delay through my home warranty. More days without hot water! So I opted to call a plumber myself and pay for it. I called Edwards and they came out the next morning, confirmed that the heater had to be replaced AND had it replaced by that afternoon! They were very knowledgeable and even suggested that I get an electrician in to see why the heater kept having a problem. The short story is that they are TRUSTWORTHY and PROMPT. They are not inexpensive, but they are worth every penny! I will definitely use them again if I need plumbing repairs.

Robert from Edwards Plumbing was amazing! Our water heater died a few days before moving day in the destination house, creating a potential disaster in our over. He arrived quickly with very little notice and worked through the afternoon to get the job done. He had several challenges to work with and completed it all thoroughly and professionally. We had a leaking pipe in the front yard on a Saturday and we found Edwards Plumbing through Home Advisor. They made the appointment within seconds and arrived within half an hour - lucky for us they were near to our home at the time. It was a time of serious concern when we recently woke up to find that water has been seeping under our newly installed flooring in our hallway and master bedroom. The first thing that came to mind is a busted water pipe under the slap. After a diligent internet search we decided to call Edwards Plumbing. The company had over 150 five star reviews by very satisfied customers. We were told that someone will come to help us between 2 and 3 pm. Sure enough Roger showed up as promised. We lucked out. Roger was not only a knowledgeable professional but also a very kind and fair in charging us.. In no time he found the cause, a leaking refrigerator's water line which he promptly repaired. He also arranged for a leak detector specialist to come and make sure that there were no other leaks. Further more, he called a company to initiate the drying process and take care of needed restoration. We can't be more than grateful and satisfied. Thank you Edwards Plumbing!

We had a large slab leak. Ben Franklin Plumbing told us a full re-pipe was highly recommended for 22k or an unrecommended single pipe reroute could be done for 9k. They charged us $100 for the estimate to boot.

We called Edwards Plumbing for a second opinion and we are so glad that we did. Robert came right away, after hours, for a FREE estimate and told us his HONEST and PROFESSIONAL opinion that only a single pipe reroute was necessary. It was a small fraction of the Ben Franklin estimate and it was clear that this plumbing company has integrity. They came the next day and located/fixed our pipe within a couple hours with no issues. I cannot recommend this company enough to someone looking for good work from good people. We will definitely call Edwards Plumbing again if we have plumbing issues in the future.

I had just bought a condo and needed multiple items done by a licensed and bonded plumber. My friend referred this one. I am so glad she did because Robert (father) and Trevor (son) were awesome. They gave me a bid the was within my budget, they were on time, genuinely friendly and got all the items done in a half day. I will tell everyone I know about Edwards Plumbing. Buying and moving is stressful enough. Robert and Trevor are and give excellent service.

This is an amazing company! I had a slab leak that needed to be fixed asap. I called and had an appointment the very next day. I was able to be at work while they were working in my home and they locked up when they were finished. Everything was cleaned and they even put back drywall pieces in place to cut costs on having that repaired. I would recommend them 100%! Robert is awesome to work with!

So happy I found this company! Robert and his son are the best! I rather support local companies than huge franchise and that why I chose them and it was the best decision I’ve made through this process! We had a slab leak and Robert came out Thursday to locate it and set up the restoration company the same day to get everything going and walked us through the whole process.

Had an issue with our hot water heater, Edwards Plumbing was able to show up same day, on time, and get our water heater back in full operation at the price quoted. Very nice to come across an honest plumber who sticks by their word and their work, I plan on using them again and already scheduled a 2nd job.

This is the plumber you want!! They are extremely competitively priced and the work they did was truly exceptional! I really can’t speak highly enough about how they exceeded my expectations. We had a service line leak, a pretty bad one at that, and they came out right away to have a look. The next day they had it completely fixed, but not only that, we couldn’t even tell our front yard had been dug up!! We actually checked the neighbors lawn worried they may have had a mix up in address lol but upon super close inspection were able to find a tiny bit of evidence the digging had occurred. I’m so impressed with their work! They made the whole stressful ordeal so easy from start to finish. I will most definitely use them for any future plumbing needs and will be recommending them to others. Seriously, do yourself a favor and choose this company for your plumbing problem!

Edit: Turns out I needed a plumber for a kitchen sink drain clog yesterday and luckily I knew exactly who to call! I wish this company was more than just plumbing because I would call them for everything. They came out quickly and got the job done for a fair price. WARNING: I don’t understand how this company received any positive reviews but I would stay away. If they treat everyone like me it is your loss. I first requested a bid using their online forms. No one responded. I called a few days later and set up an appointment and no one showed up. I called them later that day and received a call back. I wanted to have installed a specific brand of tankless heater. The man said he never heard of the brand. He obviously made no effort to google it. I gave him the web site. He never called back. What a waste of my time on this incompetent company. I couldn’t give zero stars as I desired.

Eighteen months ago we purchased a house that was built 37 years ago. During a recent remodel we changed out some sink faucets and a shower head and shower valve. We have used Edwards Plumbing three times now. Once for two bathroom faucet installs. which resulted in 4 new valve installed, and again for 4 valve change-outs under the kitchen sink and 2nd bathroom sink (all 8 valves were frozen due to corrosion, and 3 of the valves broke off in an attempt to turn them off... so be sure to turn off the water main to the house before starting... which Edwards Plumbing did). The shower install in the 2nd bath went well and without a problem. We were pleased with their work and would use them again for our future plumbing needs. NOTE: Plumbers are not cheap, so be sure to close and re-open all the water valves in your house monthly. Do thie for all valves which you can access, hot and cold sink, washing machine valves, and any other hot, or cold water valves you have (as recommended to us by Edwards Plumbing). It will keep your water valves from freezing up, prolong their life, and possibly prolonging the need to replace them. If the valve will not turn off, and you are unable to access the valves yourself (or if you are link me and are just to old to crawl under a sink) call Edwards Plumbing. The did a great job for us.

After having posted an immediate need for a new water heater I received several calls that provided me with necessary information in order to make a decision on which company to go with. I decided to go with Edward's Plumbinh and I couldn't have made a better choice.. The office manager was friendly and explained all the details that they provide and assured me that they could have the unit installed in just a few hours. And the quote was extremely reasonable. And the serviceman showed up as promised and was very courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and presented a professional appearance. He had everything on hand to remove the old water heater and to install the new unit. He cleaned the heater closet after installation, no metal filings or excess flux or solder splash on the floor and the new unit looks very nice. If you are looking for prompt service, reasonable pricing and professional servive then go with Edward's Plumbing LLC. I'm happy I did.

We had Robert come handle some repairs for us. When it was over, instead of being more stressed, we were totally relieved. Robert is the opposite of everybody else. He's not just really, really good at what he does, but he understands customer needs: he's on time, he talks through things and gives plenty of information, he's careful with your house, and he doesn't give you surprises on your bill. Plus his prices are very reasonable--he's not the cheapest low-baller in town, but he also isn't ripping you off like some of those larger companies. We've used them 3 times over the past few years for different plumbing issues. Today our hot water heater went out and they answered my call at 6:20 am and they were here by 8:15am. We had a new hot water heater installed before 11. Great and friendly service everytime!

While they are very nice people i felt i was way overpriced, while supplying everything except a 6 inch piece of copper i was charged approx. $300. hr. for labor which was more than double the estimates i had received from 2 other highly rated plumbing companies. In short i felt Gouged will not use again.

Robert replaced two drains that had crumbled apart in two bathtubs. He was in and out in an hour. Very professional. Called to introduce himself in the morning and let us know he'd be there in ten minutes (as they had told me he would the day before when I scheduled the appointment).

Great father and son team. Had a soft water loop created and gas line run for dryer and kitchen stove. The dry wall cut was minimum and easy to repair. They were efficient and well prepared, and finished work on time.

Water heater ruptured Saturday evening.
I purchased a new one and Robert came out first thing Sunday morning to replace for me. Hauled away old one. We could see where water damaged water heater pedestal, but Robert recommended I have surrounding house structure checked. I looked inside a closet and laundryroom moving items and found damage I would not have noticed. I asked advice he said Homeowners Insurance should cover. Only upon my request for contractor recommendation did he give me a name. The contractor came out in an hour and drying out affected areas immediately before starting repairs. Highly happy with Rober's service and his military discount!!!

I had major problem with a leaky water heater. Robert and team were recommended by a co-worker so I gave them a call. They were on it the minute I hung up the phone. Robert was there quickly and got my problem solved. I will definitely use them again and will refer them to anyone needing a plumber.

Needed help connecting an existing gas line to a fire pit. Robert came out to estimate the work. He came back 2 days later with all the parts to finish the job in a short amount of time. I found Edwards Plumbing to be professional, courteous, and would use them again along with recommending to others.

The guy couldnt get the cartridge out so he said he would go thru the wall to replace the pipes for only 1100 buckets. 3 hours later Trevor Edwards shows up and gets me going for 150 bucks. Went above and beyond! My water heater blew up and Robert Edwards, the owner along with his son, came out at 10PM at night and made sure the water heater was turned off and then he helped me get Copper State out to start up the fans! He didn't charge me a dime and said If I decided to go with him to replace the water heater he would do a great job WOW, of course I used him! I had an underground leak which was found promptly and accurately by Pat, an associate of Edwards Plumbling. Once found, Robert and Trevor (Edwards Plumbling) expertly repaired it. Once done, they clean up after themselves. Highly recommend them!!

They rerouted my water softner line which was done incorrectly by another company years ago and installed a new RO system for me. Going above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. Very poor service! Guy came in for service and started talking unprofessionally, and asked 2.5x pricing than competition in threatening tone. Very poor attitude! How many places a customer calls for a quote is none of their business. Calling it out in defence of a poor review revealed that attitude.

Charged me $125 to replace a washer. Did not provide a receipt. Have requested a receipt via email 3 times but no response.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I had some flooding in my home right after getting new flooring put in. Long story short, after getting the run around in finding the source of the leak, I called Edward's since they were so highly rated. They came out and said that the flooring guys didn't put the upstairs toilet back on correctly and left. The flooring company had them come back out to take off the toilet and reinstall it, so they did. When they took off the toilet, they said that the flange was completely corroded and that that was the problem. Trever said that I would need to pay for the flange part and they would bill the flooring company for the removal and reinstall of the toilet. That made sense to me because I would have needed to buy the part anyway. He then told me it was $200! I was a little in shock, and dealing with a flooded house, among many other things, and he wanted the check before he left, so I forked it over. He then told me he would send me the invoice through email. He never did. My coworkers and friends then all told me that that is a ridiculous price for a flange. I called the owner of Edward's Plumbing, whom I originally talked to, who is Trever's father (I believe his name is Robert) and asked him why I paid $200 for a part and that that should have been billed to the flooring company. He said that he would talk to Trever and to the flooring guy and get back to me. He never did. So I called the next day. He said he didn't get a chance to call them, but he would then and call me back. He never did. I called the next day. He wouldn't answer. I left a message. He never called back. I called the flooring guy to see what to do next because my floor had started flooding again (spoiler alert: the toilet wasn't even the source of the leak). He informed me that Edward's charged him $275 (and he sent me an invoice for proof, but that's not mine to share here), which he paid, and then they told him that I never paid them!! I thought that maybe they didn't cash the check because they realized that they double charged us (they received $475 between the two of us just to take off a toilet, put on a new flange, and put the toilet back on). So I checked my bank. Nope. They had cashed the check several days before!! And had the audacity to say I didn't pay them!! I called again and *surprise surprise* they didn't answer. I left a message. They never have returned my calls. Now I will be reporting them to the BBB. They are SHADY!! BEWARE!!

UPDATE: They didn't stop the flooding! I had to call another company to come find that the leak was actually a live reverse osmosis line behind my fridge. There was zero flooding (or leaking) coming from the toilet upstairs (or any toilet) where they said the leak originated from. I see they left a comment on my review where they didn't even address me and still aren't being honest. They have not contacted me once still, and have not refunded the money, even though it shows that they commented 3 days ago!

UPDATE 2: After posting my last update, Robert finally called me back this morning and somewhat apologized. He said he could bring me over a check. I assumed that meant right then, but he just brought it at 4pm. I'm glad to have the money back, but they all need to communicate better. During his apology he also kept saying that if I had told him that it was still leaking he could have come back out to find it. I did tell he and Trever. They told me it was residual. I let him know that and he again apologized. There was some other excuse too about how I should have called and I reminded him that I did, but he didn't answer. He said that that's why calling the office is the best, because he's busy. I honestly didn't even know about an office number. I got his number from my Google search to find a plumber to begin with. I reminded him that I also left messages. Anyway, he does seem sorry, but he seemed to be trying to make excuses or pass on the responsibility. But I do appreciate that he drove out to my house to bring me a check refund for the $200.

9am apt. They did not show up. No phone call advising they would be late. I called them at 930am. Got answering machine. Left message inquiring of there eta. Now 11am. Nothing. Do not waste your time with this company. Very unprofessional!!

i you ever happen to a honest plumber look no further than edwards plumbing, my water heater started to leak so i started looking for one so i said to myself iam deadmeat iam new here AZ don't what to do, i google for local plumber and all review and pick the best one hope for the best was so glad i pick the right one. called the morning of 11/17/2017 they came at noon they said i would need a water heater and it's going to cost about $1000 they also sugested it might still be on warranty so call their supplier and found out that it was so they said for about half the price you can a new one installed, so took apart the old one after about an hour they are back with a new one and installed it with the father and son team, my wife and i was so happy we are back with hot water,so i recomend this family owned business 2 thumbs up, way up.

Came out to look for a water leak. Poked around a bit and determined it was on the irrigation side. Did not charge me for his visit. Will use again when I have a real plumbing issue!

Called in the morning, said they'd be out by 3:30. Called a little later and said they could be here at 2:30. Did an excellent job.

The guy replaced me two valve for my toilets. I checked on line, the total cost was 40 dollars. The guy worked 30 minutes, I paid 270 dollars. 230 dollars labor for 30 minutes, a true robbery.
