Great experience all the way around...from scheduling to service. We had Ian out to replace our water heater. He arrived promptly within the two hour time block we were given, the service was completed in a timely matter while still providing attention to detail and he cleaned up the work area before leaving. Ian did an excellent job...I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, reliable plumbing professional!

I couldn't be more lucky to have found such a great company. Fred was the only person (out of 3 other techs) that actually took pictures and showed me what was wrong with our unit/duct work. I have a home warranty and Lee Collins was selected as the vendor to service my systems. They found a major issue during my spring service with one of my units. The work they performed was very good. The tech was knowledgeable and they were professional and clean. I did have an issue with the coverages that the warranty company denied however the general manager did a quality call with me and straightened it out. I appreciated that and she was very good.

First let me start off by saying we had an issue mid day Sunday afternoon. Water was coming up through our toilets and our tubs in both bathrooms. Their tech Santino was so helpful and cleared the drains. ON A SUNDAY! They were not over priced. Friendly service and seriously helped us out when we needed someone to figure out what was going on. Thanks guys!

Ryan was very knowledgeable and courteous when he came to assess our cooling problems. Very quick service with an install 2 days after we decided on the unit. We had several other companies come out to get estimates but found that Ryan stood out from the rest. The installers were also courteous and cleaned up afterward. The install price reflected the unit that we purchased and I believe it was a very fair. (carrier brand). I wouldn't hesitate in recommending comfort experts.

Shane is one of the best professionals I’ve ever had the pleasure of hiring. He’s incredibly punctual and great about communicating, not to mention a very friendly guy. Our heat went out during a particularly cold week here in Phoenix and Shane was able to completely fix the issue in a very timely manner that worked with our schedule. I’ve worked in HVAC warranty processing before and from my experience I can tell you the rates were incredibly reasonable as well. I cannot recommend AC Works enough.
