I had water damage from a pipe leak in my wall. Servpro showed up quickly, and got the drying started. The techs and project manager on site explained why they were doing all the things needed. The office was great about scheduling and explained the differences in the processes for the drying and repairs well, and kept in contact through both phases. I recommend this franchise to anybody!

After surveying a half dozen recovery services to address water and mold damage due to a faulty water heater. I decided to go with AM/PM Restoration. They were prompt to inspect the site and provide a competitive estimate. They communicated well, outlined the process, started on time, and completed the job quickly. They were also willing to work with my special requests. They followed up in the days afterwards to make sure everything was satisfactory. In summary, would use them again for damage recovery (though I hope this is not for a long time!).

Our HVAC leaked into our walls, causing mold and water damage. As soon as we saw evidence of the leak we reached out to Square One Restoration based on the reviews we read online. The reviews are accurate. Ryan answered our request within minutes of submitting online. Cory was the individual that serviced our home and he was timely, knowledgeable, kind, patient, and professional. Ryan and Cory provided recommendations for other professional services that we needed based on the situation without us even asking. They worked directly with our insurance company, so I am currently unaware of the cost of this particular scope of work, however, we asked them to look into another area in our home not covered by insurance and the estimate they provided was very reasonable. They of course provided the same quality of work in the second area. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who has the unfortunate luck of needing mitigation services. Thank you to the entire team!

I just want to thank Nick and his family for the great service they did at my home. I had a terrible situation with my kitchen sink and counter top but they were able to rectify and restore it with no problem. I want to thank them for being so professional and kind. After finding out there was mold growth in my apartment from a leak around the AC into my walls, my property management company contracted EHS to perform the remediation and repairs. Due to poor installation and sealing from the AC installation, my personal property claim was denied forcing having to leave my belongings inside. They removed and sealed everything so that there was no cross contamination and completed the work quickly and within the timeline promised. I would gladly use them again and refer them to anyone I know!
